Respected sir, i beg to say that i am gaurav sharma i buy a microtek ups but it not proper working i complain many times but they didnot give a suitable answer please repair my ups as soon as possible. Mera complian no-59580 hai, mujhe ups liya one month bhi nahi hua hai aur ups me kuch na kuch problem aana start ho gaya hai.isse pahle 2004 se mine 2 ups ko bekaar ho gaya hai iska mere pass proof bhi ki maine purrane ups me complian likhwaya tya .isliye mere ko naya ups liya hua one month bhi nahi hua hai isliye ups hi change karo.

i am Atal Bihari.i buy a microtek ups (in apr 2009) but it not proper working.its backup is only for 5~6 minuts.it is in warranty period. so please repair my ups as soon as possible.
