[Resolved] Microtek Ups — Not working | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I bought a Microtek UPS (Model No. HGE 600AZ) in june 2009 with 2 year warranty period but i m facing problem with the same from last week i dont hv ny customer care no. so pls. help me in this regard ASAP. Recently bought, microtek ups just few days back on 10.4.10 and it is giving me trouble. It trips whenever it wishes so and am suffered huge loss of data on my computer and some parts got replaced too.
And what a luck, your delhi service centre nos. show busy status for the whole day and if by any chance, any no.got connected than no one answer the call even after 12-15 ring bells.
Hope, Microtek knows how to serve its customer better.

i have bought amicrotek ups just two months ago with 2 or3 years warranty/guarrantee period.but the sound of my ups does not ring when it does not take power.from this imy system had crufted 4 times operating systems and important datas because it does not give warning and shuts my system directly.sir, please help me.model no. of this ups is HGE600AZ.
