[Resolved] Mobikwik — Payment issue | |
Sir/Madam, On 20 sep 2011, I lost Rs.500/- during adding balance to mobikwik.com. Rs.1000/- is deducted from my SBI ATM, but only Rs.500/- is credited to my mobikwik balance. The amount is debited as Rs.500/- and Rs.500/- on 20 sep 2011. I also have inform them 3 times. My ticket id's are 20619, 20620 and 20736. Please solve my problem ab early as possible and return my Rs.500/- either to mobikwik balance or to SBI ATM, Was this information helpful? | |

I tried to rechage my mob. for which I was issued Order No by CCAVENUE. My order NO. is [protected]. I wrote complaint in the support system for which I was issued ticket No. on 27/09/11 . My TKT No. 21084 and was assured that my problem will be resolved withi 24 hrs but nothing happened. Again I wrote the day through the same system. MY ticket No. 21178, 21179 dated 28/09/11. I am still awaiting their reply. I do not find any contact no of mobikwik team, I would be thankful if any one can supply me the phone no of MOBIKWIK TEAM.

I HAVE RECHARGED RS 150 ON [protected], HAVING ORDER NO.[protected] NUMBER BUT I DID NOT GOT SMS ON MOBILE FOR CONFIMATION OF RECHARGE AND AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. KINDLY SUGGEST US WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF RECHARGE AND ALSO PROVIDE UR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER . EXISTING NUMBER [protected] NOT PICKING. I HOPE U WILL HELP ME ON THAT MATTER.

pl reverse to my sb a/c no.[protected] o[censored]resh m bhagat in icici bank-ahmedabadRegarding mobile recharge not done successfully.
We performed two transactions through mobikwik.one is [protected], we entered wrong Airtel number and recharged 220. Rupees. Again we recharged [protected], this is correct number. But not came the balence 220.plese revert back to my account balence 440, into my account.thanking you.
