Hello Sir/Mam,
My name is Sureshkumar, I did added 145 rs to my mobikwik wallet and i also i had 5 rs inmy account already. Altogether i have 150rs sitting in my mobikwik wallet. I am trying to recharge using my money in the wallet. However recharges are not happening since im getting error messages from mobikwik website. the error message states "Sorry! Recharge/Bill Payment Failed, Please Re-Try" . I was trying to recharge to different numbers for 3 to 4 days and tried so many times but getting the same error message. I have raised couple of tickets using thier and portal and also mailed them, however im not getting any response from mobikwik .
Hence I demand a refund of all the money (150 rs)to my bank account as soon as possible or at least i need to use that money to recharge .
Please help me get my money back instead of my money sitting in mobikwik wallet for days doing nothing..

Updated by ssuresh005 I would like to update this complaint with few more details which can be used to work on this.
I have attached a screenshot of
1. transaction history
2. Tickets raised with no response from mobikwik (645724, 648651, 653232)
3. Invoices of all transactions
4. Wallet balance screenshot
5. Error message which i get while recharge from wallet.
