I have tried to recharge airtel digital tv for RS 220. At first trial the amount was debited and recharge was failed. I tried for the second time for RS 220 again then the amount was debited, and it was shown that recharge was successful. But the airtel services are saying that that they havent got any recharge for that id. And the helpline number is like just for cutting our balance as it goes on playing music and no one answers. Is it a fraud to earn money from customer calls??? Help section is also a waste of time on your website.Ticket generated for help is never processed. Process it sooner so that there will be no need for further complaints to higher authorities. ID: [protected] Date: 18/05/2014

      I (shabana shaikh) added 2000 (two thousand rupees) in my mobikwik wallet to pay my electricity bill and after the transaction I received a mail on friday (16th May) that the amount was refunded to my wallet again (transaction id: [protected]) so now I want the money refunded back to my bank account so please help me out in this and tell me what the procedure is and how much time will it take. it will be a great help thanks..

        I have tried to recharge my airtel DTH through Mobikwik site. While trying to adding balance in Mobikwik I got the debit confirmation from my bank that the amount have been debited but here it's showing the error message that the payment declined. Transaction Amount : INR 510 Mobile No: [protected] email: [protected]@yahoo.co.in Date of Transaction: 10.05.2014 I have raised this issue with company but till date no response from thier side.               I try to recharge my mobile for Rs.197. The amount was successfully debited from my account but recharge was not successfully done. I tried to call them through customer care number but there is no use, also I sent a complaint to their mail and create two tickets. Everything waste bcoz they never solve my problem.

                Hi, Your recharge TRX-ID [protected] for Rs 199.0 is pending. If you do not get the recharge today the amount will be refunded to your Wallet automatically.

                No recharge done for 2gb data plan for Idea number [protected].
                As promised they didnt even refund The money.Only the amount was deducted successfully.

                So I just want to ask MOBIKWIK WHERE IS MY MONEY?

                    I have recharged for rs.252 for my bsnl datacard and amount of 252/ deducted from my wallet. And message was shown in mobi kwik site that the data card recharged successfully but the same amount worth of data was not coming to bsnl datacard and my bsnl data card showing amount prior to recharge my phone no.[protected] and my email address: [protected]@reddiffmail.com.

                                  This Is Rajendra . I am Using Past 1 Year onwords Mobiwiki Account, . I had 360 Rs in Wallet . Suddenly Account is Not Login ? Forget Password also not working . Fainally Account is Blocked . I raised So many Times Raised Requests and Called Custmor Numer, It was always Busy 24/7 hrs .

                                      Hello Sir/Mam, My name is Sureshkumar, I did added 145 rs to my mobikwik wallet and i also i had 5 rs inmy account already. Altogether i have 150rs sitting in my mobikwik wallet. I am trying to recharge using my money in the wallet. However recharges are not happening since im getting error messages from mobikwik website. the error message states "Sorry! Recharge/Bill Payment Failed, Please Re-Try" . I was trying to recharge to different numbers for 3 to 4 days and tried so many times but getting the same error message. I have raised couple of tickets using thier and portal and also mailed them, however im not getting any response from mobikwik . Hence I demand a refund of all the money (150 rs)to my bank account as soon as possible or at least i need to use that money to recharge . Please help me get my money back instead of my money sitting in mobikwik wallet for days doing nothing..                                       there wasnt any response from anyone useful. meanwhile i almost got ripped off by scammers. After posting my complaints in this forum, i got a call from some unknown number saying they are calling from mobikwik, they said i have to go to "http://mybankingsector.blogspot.in/" and fill my card details in the "online card authorization" tab. they claim that this has to do to verify my bank details. once i do, i would get the refund immediately. i
                                      did suspect, because that site asked me to fill card no, CVV no, card
                                      expiry date. ATM pin, pretty much everything about my card (with that
                                      anyone can make use of my card). i asked them that is not a official site nor it is https site. why should i do this. they said they can prove the identity by giving missed call from bank no. and they did gave a missed call from the no which we usually see in back of the card. i denied to fill in my details and dropped the call. later i found out in website that many people got ripped off in huge sum of amount. so be careful guys...

                                      There was a transaction made from my credit card for Rs. 9000 on February 05, 2015. Bank name is Citibank. I am being forced to pay by the bank. I made no such transaction. It is a huge amount.

                                      In mobikwik there is a money transfer option.so my brother sent me money but it was not came...i have the proof of sending and recieved money in message and mail but in wallet it was not showing

                                        Hi. I tried to add Rs1600 to my wallet today, May 4, 2014, between 8:45 to 9:30AM through an ICICI debit card. The system informed me that an error had occurred and the transaction was declined. However, my balance was deducted by exactly the same amount, but the transaction is not showing on my statement. The amount is also not showing in my wallet. Please advise. It is a substantial amount and I am waiting for your action on this. I have filed a transaction ticket #651792.
