Consumer no- [protected] Name - chandan kumar Contact number- [protected] I made a payment of Rs. 300 on 14th March 2014, from my SBI account which was deducted by Mobikwik order no[protected]. Whenever I try to call them for complaining everytime its busy and the IVRS system says to generate the complain online. I did this many times but my problem was not resolved. And now there is no trace of that 300. I have also attached the payment proof. Please try to help me.

    Sir, my wallet is showing wallet blocked for 3 days as i have tried for login from 30 march 2014.I have given complain whose ticket id no is 551080 ON 30 MARCH 2014 and another id no is 553800 on 31 march 2014.I have recharged last number [protected] with Rupee109 on 22 march 2014.On that day my balance was 18 95 Rupees.Trans. id- [protected].please do the needful so that i can be with your service forever.

      Hi mobikwik, I have made two tickets which are still not resolved, #543212, 546868, still not attended to, when I call up your customer care, she pretends every time she cant hear me. But just before I tell her about my problem she could hear me clearly, just after I tell my problem every time I call, there seems to be some network issue. Now I cant log in to my account also, I have to pay my vodafone mobile bills and my account balance is approx. Rs. 800/, whom are you fooling guys- I hope you understand its a consumer issue and I also hope you all are aware of the cybercrime laws right?

        Before some days also made complained to same customer care, but there is no reply.

          I am facing logging problem from 07.03.2014. At this point of time my wallet balance is INR 1147.00. I registered ticket no 506278 on 07.03.14. Reply from Mobikwik on 8th March that problem has been solved by them. But when I retried, I faced same problem. On same day again I registered ticket no 507779. Till date no response against the ticket is found. On 11th March, I registered further ticket no 513367. But no result, no respond. I mailed to [protected]@mobikwik.com. with reminder note. But till now no result.

                    Hi, On 22/02/2014, I made a recharge of Rs 1000/- for my airtel mobile [protected]. As per the airtel plan I am supposed to Rs 1100/- talk time on this recharge, however i have got only Rs 887/- talk time. And secondly, I have paid the amount through axis bank credit card. I tried to use the promo code "MOBITWELVEAXIS" to get the discount of Rs 100/- but promo code is not going through. I have read the terms and conditions of the offer so I am entitled to get the discounts.I just don't understand this kind of company exists in india to make maoney by fooling people. I request the Mobikwik team to look into the matter ASAP.

                      I did complaint to your team - " complaint Ticket id : 5251817 "
                      i did call 3 times to mobikwik and i do complaint also and i submit my documents also but there is no respond till now.

                      Complaint:
                      I did booked a bus ticket on 4-Aug-2016 . My Booking Id is " 1LFMUQIKC5Z2V7DS " and PNR is " EH4teaCch7 "
                      But on 11-Aug-2016 i got a SMS on my mobile as " your ticket YGT[protected] from rajampet to hyderabad on[protected] has been cancelled. your amount will be refunded." But i didnt get any refund till now. So please check it and do refund to my account as soon as possible.

Now RS. 36500/= stolen from account no [protected] with 14 different transactions. I have also set my 3d secure code. As per RBI guideline it is required to ask secure code while doing online payment so why it didn't ask secure code that even I've forgot ? Mobikwik and Bank is totally responsible for this. In Total amount 36500, fraud through Mobikwik : 7500 Also logged FIR(online copy attached).
