i made a transaction wid my credit card on www.mobikwik.com of amount 4650/- the amount got deducted from my card but it never showed up i got an email asking to send me my id proof for manual verification so i did that too, still nothing happened when contacted their customer care number no response kept me on hold all the time i called them several times still no response i also raised an online ticket with them still no response, twice...
