I had a wallet balance of Rs.150 and till such time the when i recharge the account with a amount, it was working fine, the moment when i added the money and tried to use it, it was logged out. After that i am trying to login with my user id, and password, it says the invalid login id or password. When i try to reset the password using 'Forgot password' link, a mail comes from admin, and when i click on the link, it takes to a reset pw page and asks the user to enter a new password. Post that when we try to login again it says, invalid login id or password. This is continuously happening for last 3 days. Customer care is also not responding for that. Worst service, now i had given up that the amount in the wallet of Mobiwik is donated to orphan. Fraud site..beware of it...

But due to some error i didnt get my wallet balance and suddenly a msg came that my balance was deducted from my bank account of 300 Rs..i had filed a complain and called at your helpline number they told that the problem would be solved in 24 hrs....but i got no response from mobikwik....please help me...please please please

      my name is ashok kumar. I am in army i am posted in siliguri . i did a transaction on 4 th april 2009 of rs 5000 from a non icici bank i.e SBI ATM but the transaction could not be completed and ATM machine gave me receipt sorry unable to process. but the requested amount deducted from my account . As i am a ICICI bank customer i log a complain ICICI customer care as well as in SBI also. but they did not take action on this yet. even whenever i call to ICICI customer care they give me fake date. this is such a mental harassment for me . as i am in army it is not possible for me that i call to customer care daily. so plz do the needful. this is my salary based account and the deducted amount is my salary. so plz take action as soon as possible. because icici bank customer care giving me mental harassment which is beyond the limit. and i have called to customer care of ICICI bank more than 20 times.

        Dear Sir,

        I am a user on Mobikwik.com which is a site for online recharge. My account id is [protected]@gmail.com.

        I tried to add money through Net banking to my account on 31 May 2013 two times from axis bank on Mobikwik.com. But the money did not reflected in the wallet. Below are the transaction details for the two attempts.

        Attempt 1 a) Transaction ID for all the Balance Update Transactions. ICONN/74936732/310513/CCAVENUE.COM / CHA b) Transaction Amount. 500.00 c) Your Registered Email Address. [protected]@gmail.com d) Phone Number [protected] e) Date 31 May 2013

        Both the transactions failed and 1000 Rs was debited from my bank account but did not reflected on mobikwik.com. I made complaint on their support and they have added Rs. 500 to my account but till now the second attempt is not reversed to my bank account nor they have added in my wallet on mobikwik.com. I tried filing complaint multiple times on their website but now they are not responding nor their support phone number is working. No body attends to phone calls and nobody is replying to my complaints on their website.

        It is more than 40 days and they are not returning my money.

        My complaint No. on their website is #223352. Please help me get my money back from them.

        Mobikwik — DTH recharge

        On[protected] a sum of Rs999 was made to MobiKwik for onward transmission to SUN DTH Service.The Trasaction Id:[protected] dated[protected] Till date the money is not paid to SUN direct By MobiKwik.
        Please Advise Necessary Action to regularise the same

          I did a Mobile recharge through net banking from mobikwik.com. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but I did not receive recharge on the Mobile. When i contact mobikwik.com customer care, they said "it will took 7-15days". When after 15days i contact them again they said "please wait 7days more". Now its been almost 22days over but still i have not received my refund back.

            Please note that we are not able to find your 2nd payment Transaction of Rs 500. However, if the balance was debited from your Bank Account/Credit Card then it should have been credited back to the same Bank Account/Credit Card within 7-21 working days.

            In case the payment is still not reversed back to your Bank Account/Credit Card ; then in order to follow up with the Bank and the Payment Gateway, please send us a scanned copy of the Bank Account/Credit Card statement form the date of transaction till date.                     Hi Sir,

                    My self santosh khalse and i am user of mobikwik site. i was wanted to pay my landline bill that is 700 rupees by mobikwik.
                    but during the paying process i got deducted 700 rupees from my axis bank debit card and i did not get any amount in my wallet of mobikwik. i submitted my ticket but there is no any quick response and ticket no is TICKET #201383, and i called more then 15 times also on [protected] that is customer no but bipin preet singh not receiving my phone call.

                    Please help me either update my wallet balance ASAP or return my money.

I have paid the bills for the month of December 2012 bills via mobikwik.com on 21-Jan-2013, At the time of payment they have debited the amount from mobikwik account and Generated the invoice for Successful transactions. They gave the transaction id as [protected] ( 350 rupees ) for [protected] Number and [protected] ( 250 rupees ) for [protected]. I thought the bills are paid successfully. But i got the bill for the month of Jan 2013 on 08-FEB-2013 as 673 for [protected] and 540 for [protected]. I have called to Customer care for checking the bill amount, and i came to know December month bills are not paid to air-tel. I have called mobikwik.com about this payment problem on Feb 12,They simply said payment failure from air-tel biller end so we will refund your money, I got the refund also, But air-tel puts 200 rupees as fine to me for unpaid bill. Mobikwik not informed to me about the failure transaction, After my complaint only they found those are failure transactions, If they found this failure transactions at the payment time itself, I don't have to pay the fine amount to Air-tel, Due to Mobikwik Carelessness, Now i am under the situation to pay fine amount of 200 to Air-tel. This is not my fault, So mobikwik should take responsible for the fine amount. Please do the needful to me.
