I understand the disruption caused due to your recharge. Your recharge request for Rs 54 was unsuccessful. It seems there is a problem with the recharge denomination.

I suggest you to login to your Mobikwik wallet again and try with another recharge amounts.

I also understand your worry about the amount deducted from the bank account. DO NOT WORRY AT ALL!

          Dear Sir I had tried to pay NDPL thru online payment ON 2ND December 2013 thru the above company for Rs 8220/- on the assumption that this company would pay it to NDPL but no payment has been done by them instead they started showing Rs 8220 as my digital Wallet payment and when I tried to use it to pay to NDPL a message appeared that currently NDPL is accepting payments upto Rs 4000 or less and when I try to make payment upto Rs. 4000 another unsuccessfull message comes that since your bill amount is 8220 hence NDPL would not accept anything less than Rs 8220. This site gives other options for online prepaid bill payment but when I tried to recharge my phone the site hangs. I have put ticket Ticket #371163 the resolution of this says I should fill correct details like customer name, billing date etc but while making payment the site only prompt for CA number which I filled. I put another ticket #372939 requesting them to refund the money because of the problem stated above no answer have come so far.             Dear All, Today (27-Nov-13) I have tried to recharge my Mobile having TATA DOCOMO sim through One Mobikwik Systems Private Limited / Mobikwik. Amount got deducted from my account but I have not received any recharge . This side is (Mobikwik) is fraud. they are looting client who tried to recharge their Sim/ Mobile. It was my blunder mistake to use this Mobikwik Side for recharge. You all plz avoide this side . Indian Consumer court should take strict action against such fraud side and organization.               Hi, I tried to recharge my BSNL account using recharge.oneindia.in, my credit card got charged and amount went to some mobikwik account but recharge failed. For recharge purpose i transffered 200rs from my indian bank account to the above given web id.I got message that 200rs is deducted from my bank account tranction of amount rs200 completed like there manage i got. After that when i opened mobikwik web site id i found that 200 rs was not credited to this account. Regarding this matter i filed a complaint and i got manage that with in 7 to 21 days my case will be solved (track id #280801). I do have cash balance in my mobikwik.com account which I got by paying money to mobikwik.com, now i cannot use this amount for recharge because of failed login. I raised a support request to mobikwik.com , ticket no: 286512. Until now there was no response from them. There no proper call center number or email id from mobikwik.com for resolving issue.                           I had a wallet balance of Rs.150 and till such time the when i recharge the account with a amount, it was working fine, the moment when i added the money and tried to use it, it was logged out. After that i am trying to login with my user id, and password, it says the invalid login id or password. When i try to reset the password using 'Forgot password' link, a mail comes from admin, and when i click on the link, it takes to a reset pw page and asks the user to enter a new password. Post that when we try to login again it says, invalid login id or password. This is continuously happening for last 3 days. Customer care is also not responding for that. Worst service, now i had given up that the amount in the wallet of Mobiwik is donated to orphan. Fraud site..beware of it...

                              my name is ashok kumar. I am in army i am posted in siliguri . i did a transaction on 4 th april 2009 of rs 5000 from a non icici bank i.e SBI ATM but the transaction could not be completed and ATM machine gave me receipt sorry unable to process. but the requested amount deducted from my account . As i am a ICICI bank customer i log a complain ICICI customer care as well as in SBI also. but they did not take action on this yet. even whenever i call to ICICI customer care they give me fake date. this is such a mental harassment for me . as i am in army it is not possible for me that i call to customer care daily. so plz do the needful. this is my salary based account and the deducted amount is my salary. so plz take action as soon as possible. because icici bank customer care giving me mental harassment which is beyond the limit. and i have called to customer care of ICICI bank more than 20 times.

                                I am a user on Mobikwik.com which is a site for online recharge. My account id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                I tried to add money through Net banking to my account on 31 May 2013 two times from axis bank on Mobikwik.com. But the money did not reflected in the wallet. Below are the transaction details for the two attempts.

I made complaint on their support and they have added Rs. 500 to my account but till now the second attempt is not reversed to my bank account nor they have added in my wallet on mobikwik.com. I tried filing complaint multiple times on their website but now they are not responding nor their support phone number is working. No body attends to phone calls and nobody is replying to my complaints on their website.

                                It is more than 40 days and they are not returning my money.

                                My complaint No. on their website is #223352. Please help me get my money back from them.

                                The following three transactions done from mobikwik app, but balance was not credited in respective numbers.The total faulty debited amount is Rs.111.I lodged a complaint with mobikwik, but no response from the mobikwik.

                                The following three transactions done from mobikwik app, but balance was not credited in respective numbers.The total faulty debited amount is Rs.111.
                                I lodged a complaint with mobikwik, but no response from the mobikwik.

                                  I did a Mobile recharge through net banking from mobikwik.com. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but I did not receive recharge on the Mobile. When i contact mobikwik.com customer care, they said "it will took 7-15days". When after 15days i contact them again they said "please wait 7days more". Now its been almost 22days over but still i have not received my refund back.

                                    I am a user on Mobikwik.com which is a site for online recharge. My account id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    I tried to add money through Net banking to my account on 31 May 2013 two times from axis bank on Mobikwik.com. But the money did not reflected in the wallet. Below are the transaction details for the two attempts.

                                    Both the transactions failed and 1000 Rs was debited from my bank account but did not reflected on mobikwik.com. I made complaint on their support and they have added Rs. 500 to my account but till now the second attempt is not reversed to my bank account nor they have added in my wallet on mobikwik.com. I tried filing complaint multiple times on their website but now they are not responding nor their support phone number is working. No body attends to phone calls and nobody is replying to my complaints on their website.

                                    It is more than 40 days and they are not returning my money.

                                    My complaint No. on their website is #223352. Please help me get my money back from them.

The amount was deducted but due to terms and conditions my number was not valid for FRC recharge so the recharge was not successful.
