Dear sir/Mam.. I am using air-tel postpaid number as [protected] & [protected]. I have paid the bills for the month of December 2012 bills via mobikwik.com on 21-Jan-2013, At the time of payment they have debited the amount from mobikwik account and Generated the invoice for Successful transactions. They gave the transaction id as [protected] ( 350 rupees ) for [protected] Number and [protected] ( 250 rupees ) for [protected]. I thought the bills are paid successfully. But i got the bill for the month of Jan 2013 on 08-FEB-2013 as 673 for [protected] and 540 for [protected]. I have called to Customer care for checking the bill amount, and i came to know December month bills are not paid to air-tel. I have called mobikwik.com about this payment problem on Feb 12,They simply said payment failure from air-tel biller end so we will refund your money, I got the refund also, But air-tel puts 200 rupees as fine to me for unpaid bill. Mobikwik not informed to me about the failure transaction, After my complaint only they found those are failure transactions, If they found this failure transactions at the payment time itself, I don't have to pay the fine amount to Air-tel, Due to Mobikwik Carelessness, Now i am under the situation to pay fine amount of 200 to Air-tel. This is not my fault, So mobikwik should take responsible for the fine amount. Please do the needful to me.
