Support Ticket #682827 created on 13th May [protected]@gmail.com is my mobikwik user ID. My Last 3 recharges of Rs 50+Rs330+Rs 197 = Rs 577/- have not been recharged n processed but the money has been debited. Kindly request you to refund the same back to my mobikwik wallet. But still now i have not received a single email or call. Now even the customer care service has been closed. BEWARE OF MOBIKWIK Kindly dont use the service as of now its risky, rumours are there that company has been closed with customers money also. [protected]:18:22.0

    I have recharged my mobile from mobikwik.com but recharge was not successful as amout was debited from my bank account the mobikwik transaction details are-transaction id-[protected] transaction time-Fri May 16 08:08:10 IST 2014 amout-110 for mobile number-[protected] rel cdma is not successful but amount is debited from my account.further i have tried several times to contact from mobikwik helpline number but there was no response and i have register complaint in mobikwik two times, the compliant number are-#791717 and #712743, but no reply was given.plese do needful.I am very unhappy about this situation.

      Hi, I have transferred Rs. 5200 to my Mobikwik Wallet to use it for shopping on eBay... The amount was debited from my account, but Mobikwik.com said that the transaction has failed.       I have been using mobikwik services for almost 2 years. While recharging mobile [protected] they have deducted Rs. 50 from my wallet and my mobile never got recharged. Despite three written reminders/ complaints to mobikwik via tickets, they did not respond, nor did they refund the money, Its a FRAUD, BIG CHEAT!!! WORST Cutomer Care SERVICE!

      i am a mobikwik customer. i filed 3 complains. the 1st one was that i wanted to recharge my postpaid number. i tried to recharge it for 1st time, i got a msg from their their app system error, again i tried the same thing happened and 3rd also the same thing happened. then after 1min i got 3 messages from their side, transaction succeeded . i wanted to pay for 1156 but instead of that 3468 was deducted from my mobikwik wallet. i emailed them but they doesn't have courtesy to reply me. then again today, i want to buy a ticket from bookmyshow. i tried to pay by mobikwik wallet and the same thing happened money got deducted and ticket didn't got booked. one of the worst experience from mobikwik.my email [protected]@gmail.com. now i have one last option left to file a complain in consumer court.
      I made a payment 547rs from mobikwik for dominos... my money is deducted from my account but it showing no details regarding that transaction nor dominos confirm my order i lost my money i call customer care but no one respond then I registered complaint on the site but got nothing. #Mobikwik #Fraudsite #WorstCustomerSupport

But still now i have not yet received the recharge amount in my account and earlier also i have made complaint regarding this and the customer care people are asking for my bank account details why should i give my bank account details to unknown peoples. So request is please recharge my account immediately.

            ebay is having Mobikwik as one of the payment partners, and using a promo code gives a 10% discount. Hence added balance to Mobikwik and tried paying in ebay.in, and the payment is coming unsuccessful since yesterday. Now the payment is also not done, and an amount of Rs.6075/- is stuck in Mobikwik wallet. Cannot get a refund as well. Please help.

              I did a transfer of Rs 5000/- on 26 may 2014 . Transaction Id[protected].

              But the amount did not show in the mobikwik wallet. I opened a Ticket #742216 but I haven't received any response yet.

              Also I'm not able to find a phone no to call their support.

              Either re charge the wallet with 5000/- or return the amount . at least reply to the ticket or my email

              After the complaint, the amount was reflected in my account today evening. But then after an hour I saw that Rs 1299/- was deducted as recharge for some Reliance CDMA phone which does not belong to me and neither I initiated that re-charge.

              I've raised the complaint again with them with following details :

              As soon as you post on this forum the details, some unknown people will start calling you starting that they are from mobikwik . They might ask you to goto a fraud website and put your debit credit card no and all related details like cvv and atm pin etc. These are frauds who keep vigil in this site as we provide our email phone no and others details.

              Please dont give away your debit credit card details.

              Also complain to your bank as well as Ebay about this so that they can help you.

              I've to still recover the money from them.

                This is regarding my User id: gaurav.[protected]@gmail.com. I used Mobikwik for ebay transaction and provided the credit card details for adding amount Rs 3814 into the wallet. In the end I got a message that transaction was not successful, but I got a SMS from bank that the transaction was successful. I checked with the bank and they confirmed that the amount has been deducted. The bank provided me the transaction reference no. 007064. I want either amount get credited into my wallet. Or reverse the charges to my credit card account.

                Thank you very much for the help. I got a message from mobikwik in the morning that the amount has been credited into my wallet account. I checked and the problem seem to have resolved now.

                        I had tried to Recharge a mobile number by trying to add money to my wallet from my debit card. The first time I tried to transfer 2000 rupees, it was unsuccessful but I was deducted of 2000 rupees from the account with no change in my wallet. The next time I tried transferring 1950, I was successful and got the recharge done.. I want my 2000 rupees that was deducted refunded as soon as possible.

                                  I have an account in Mobikwik for online wallet usage. On dated 30.04.2015 i did a transaction from fashionandyou.com and made the payment through Mobikwik wallet. Both the transactions failed and I still didn't get the money back in my account. I've been writing Mobikwik team from long but there is no response yet.
