i have made my recharge of rs 595 to mobile number [protected], but the recharge was not done.the amount of rs 595 was debited to my account.the date was 26/5/2014.it also showed successful transaction.transaction id[protected].ticket no.750236.

    I paid yesterday (26/05/14) for 4 of my Airtel Postpaid mobile numbers from my Android mobile and got Successful Transaction ids. But till now it has not been credited to my account/s with Airtel.

        Amount got reflected on monday and used it on ebay for order and got 10% cashback. Dont worry ppl mobikwik is safe. But because of so many complaints regarding mobikwik, even i had a doubt once.

            On 17-5-14, I tried to recharge Idea Mobile No [protected] on line through mobikwik.com once at around 11.30AM and once more at 1:00PM each time for Rs 200 . Recharge done at 1:pm was successful and Rs200 was deduced from my Account Recharge done at 11:30AM was unsucessful and no information was displayed to take print and attach with but Rs200 was deduced from my Account. In this regard I tried to contact mobikwik. on their Ph No which is their customer care No [protected]as per their website adress around 100 times but no reply. Then I lodged complaint mobikwik.com two times(on 21-5-14 and on 23-5-14) and their acknowledgement numbers(Support ticket Nos) are 721506 and 729368 for which also no reply till date Please help me to get my money back.                 The site has given an promotional offer in which after depositing Rs. 100 to the wallet we are supposed to get additional Rs. 25 by using their promotional code on 26th may "MOBIDAY".. Have done the same via Order No. [protected]... Also i have made complaint to the website bearing ticket no, 749271 is not been resolved yet..

                    I have transferred amount 8550 to mobikwik wallet for online shopping, the money got debited from Cc account but not credited in Mobikwik wallet. I have done big mistake here, already many complaints raised by others for mobikwik about the payment issue. They do not have any contact number, and also not replied thorough mail, kindly take necessary action against them.
                    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    Mobikwik team, i need money back hence it is not credited in my wallet in 24 hours, already i wating more then 30 hours, still no update and my money is in your pocket. THIS IS FIRST COMPANY NOT HAVING ANY CUSTOMER CARE.
                    Mobikwik, you have to learn from Paytm & Freecharge for how to run the business without major complaints. I have more then 100 transactions from the mentioned sites and not faced any failure transaction.

                        I am trying to purchase a mobile phone and created a mobikwik account to avail the offer.I have transferred 10, 000 RS from my account and still the money is not credited to my wallet.I am trying to reach their customer care and still there is no response.Its been two days.Their services are stupid and i am really worried about the credibility of Mobikwik.

                              Support Ticket #682827 created on 13th May [protected]@gmail.com is my mobikwik user ID. My Last 3 recharges of Rs 50+Rs330+Rs 197 = Rs 577/- have not been recharged n processed but the money has been debited. Kindly request you to refund the same back to my mobikwik wallet. But still now i have not received a single email or call. Now even the customer care service has been closed. BEWARE OF MOBIKWIK Kindly dont use the service as of now its risky, rumours are there that company has been closed with customers money also. [protected]:18:22.0

                                I have recharged my mobile from mobikwik.com but recharge was not successful as amout was debited from my bank account the mobikwik transaction details are-transaction id-[protected] transaction time-Fri May 16 08:08:10 IST 2014 amout-110 for mobile number-[protected] rel cdma is not successful but amount is debited from my account.further i have tried several times to contact from mobikwik helpline number but there was no response and i have register complaint in mobikwik two times, the compliant number are-#791717 and #712743, but no reply was given.plese do needful.I am very unhappy about this situation.

                                  I have been using mobikwik services for almost 2 years. While recharging mobile [protected] they have deducted Rs. 50 from my wallet and my mobile never got recharged. Despite three written reminders/ complaints to mobikwik via tickets, they did not respond, nor did they refund the money, Its a FRAUD, BIG CHEAT!!! WORST Cutomer Care SERVICE!

                                  i am a mobikwik customer. i filed 3 complains. the 1st one was that i wanted to recharge my postpaid number. i tried to recharge it for 1st time, i got a msg from their their app system error, again i tried the same thing happened and 3rd also the same thing happened. then after 1min i got 3 messages from their side, transaction succeeded . i wanted to pay for 1156 but instead of that 3468 was deducted from my mobikwik wallet. i emailed them but they doesn't have courtesy to reply me. then again today, i want to buy a ticket from bookmyshow. i tried to pay by mobikwik wallet and the same thing happened money got deducted and ticket didn't got booked. one of the worst experience from mobikwik.my email [protected]@gmail.com. now i have one last option left to file a complain in consumer court.
                                  I made a payment 547rs from mobikwik for dominos... my money is deducted from my account but it showing no details regarding that transaction nor dominos confirm my order i lost my money i call customer care but no one respond then I registered complaint on the site but got nothing. #Mobikwik #Fraudsite #WorstCustomerSupport
