Govt. agencies like Mother Dairy are the primary culprits for the rampant food inflation . HOW?
Say for example, it buys TOMATOES from the field @ Rs.8/- per Kg. from the fields, its officers over invoice the purchase, bill the MD @15/- and then sell through its outlets @ 35-40/-. The same tomatoes are available in the market @ 15-20/- . whoping 500% profit . Who is killing the AAM AADMI ? It is the Govt. which pretends to be for the AAM AADMI .
Govt. is indulging in UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES, for which it is liable to be sued by Unfair Trade Practices Commission . Retail vendor can not dare increase prices if Govt. outlets start selling at reasonable prices,

Pl. wake up, look outside, these Govt. outlets which were meant to control market price and provide much needed relief to the AAM AADMI have in fact reversed their role and started looting the AAM AADMI .
MOTHER DAIRY is selling veg. & fruits at double the market rate. Is there no body in the Govt. to audit its accounts and working . Its officers are making a big kill out of its revenue . They have been let loose by the powers that be over their heads who too may be sharing the loot or are inapt to public woos . For GOD's sake kindly do some thing fast or else situation may go out of hand .

I agree to this. The price on the Packet shows 13.50 for1/2liter which means Rs 27/- pe liter, above which they charge Re1/- as cooling charges...but nowadays for the same packet they have started charging Rs29-Rs30/- per liter...pls check into this & if there is a hike in price pls take care that the same is revised on the packets also...

almost all items which requires refrigeration (like ice cream,cool drinks etc) are sold above the MRP.No bill of the same is provided by any of the shops even on demand,even given it simply quote the price taken and the bill doesn't contain the item name,its quantity and the shop name. selling product above MRP

I am Rajeev Srivastav, residing in Raheja housing society Kulupwadi road BORIVALI EAST Mumbai. Last evening I have to argue with the Grossary shop owner over the Price of Mother Diary Milk Packet. He sells Mother DAiry Milk packet for Rs. 32/- per liter but as per the recent Hike actual price of Mother Diary is Rs.30/- per liter.MRP on the packet was Rs 15/- per 1/2 Kg.
The Shopkeeper argued much with me when I insists a receipt of the same then the shopkeeper's 'GOONS' take the packets back from me and tell me arrogantly that the share goes to high level if you want to purchase you must pay Rs 32/- per litre.
The Vendor shop Kamdar Dairy situated at Kulupwdi Road Borivali East Mumbai.
Please inform me what needs to done to deal with such retailers who quote their own price and over charge the customer.
I complaint it to your customer care number[protected] but madam who attend the call told me to contact Mr Manish on [protected]. I call Mr Manish but the was unable to resolve my problem.

I bought one litre milk (2 half liter packs) on 8.1.16 from a local kiryana store.
and i was charged 2/- over the M.R.P i.e., Rs.40/-against Rs.38/-.
The shopkeeper says this extra is for the electricity bill incurred in cooling the milk packs.
Is this justified?

Food inflation has crossed 15% . It is time to analyse the culprit .Here are my views on the issue .
How funny it is that Govt. is telling media that they have no control over retail vendors? Fact remains that it is the Govt. agencies of the CM who are pocketing the major share of this loot. 700 odd MOTHER DAIRY outlets of CM are selling vegetables at rates more than the street vendors. Fact remains that there are many Govt. agencies involved in retail business, i.e.MOTHER DAIRY <KENDRIYA BHANDARS <DELHI GOVT> COOPERATIVE STORES < NAFED etc to name a few.If the Govt. have the intent, they can very well control food inflation . CM is unnecessarily shedding crocodile tears for common man .In fact she has no sympathy for the public. Congress party has become more arrogant with the unexpected success in elections . In this game non is losing except AAM AADMI, the poorest of the poor. If CM and PM has the intent it is very easy to control prices through Govt. outlets. But sorry, they have no such intent since they can garner votes even without from unmindful public.
Mother Dairy Officer are over invoicing purchases of vegetables and pocketing money .
