[Resolved]  Mother Dairy — Misbehave

i think mother dairy work force did'nt know how to behave. just see this man SUBHASH CHANDRA at shop no.415 mother dairy shop in chandini chowk near fatehpur mosque. this man took money and kept me waiting for long and in the end says that i[censored] dont have change then go and take milk from some where else. this man misbehaved and in actuality he was keeping huge amount of change in front of him. this is the way how mother dairy work force behave and should be sent to kg's to learn how to behave

I stay at mayur vihar phase 1 pocket 4 delhi 91 mother dairy has one milk booth there. In the morning i went there to buy a milk had 20 rs note and asked toned milk (12 rs wala) mother dairy people asked 2 rs change i said sir do't have change immediate reply got it from mohter dairy people don't have change than we don,t have milk afterthat i replied u can not speak like this i[censored] don,t have change its ok but don't say we don't have milk.than dariy people replied u always do same than i said last 2 months i did not buy milk from u how u can say like this if remember tell me when i bought the milk from u afterthat they all three stood up to hit me as well they mostly don't return the change coin like 50 paisa

i am residing in near your both no. 159 in sector 19 dwarka, your both operator
is very miss behave to every people or not a authorized person i mean
not a retired person of army/bsf as per your rule so please change this person or take
a right action to against this person

I have a complain against mother dairy booth no-758 in I.P.Extension ,patparganj,near Ajanta apartment.The vendor is very arrogant and misbehave with the customer even with senior citizens.He even shouts on them for change money and if someone does not give him change,he gave a piece of paper with amount written on it.we dont have any other option,so we have to go to the same booth.But its really harassing to go the booth to buy milk.

I hope you will look into the issue and take proper action.

I stay at Greater noida Beta 2, I block where you have one outlet of mother dairy shop no. 18845 . In night around 9.45 pm I went there to by milk with my family and I asked the booth owner to give 1.5 litters milk. In reply he told me did you see the time and also told "IS THIS BABA JE KA DARBAR" any time you will come I can not serve you. He also used some slang words in front of my family during that movement he was drunk. I think he is not right person to run this booth and if he will continue the mother dairy will loose customer confidence. Thank you.

They are misbehaving because they know that customer will not go for any other option... but kabhi bura din vendor ka bhi ayega... nonsense... Same happening in secto 56 Noida... pathetic vendor they do not have manners...

I want to bring to your notice that the mother dairy booth situated at Malviya Nagar
"H" Block, Booth no 057, few month back this booth was run by someone. he was very nice with the all
costumers, but now the person is changed may be decided by authorities.

the new person's behavior toward the costumers is very bad, even with the ladies costumers
he talks very badly . During the Morning session every body is in hurry, at that time he is creating
problems mostly change problem, or milk out of stock, or hitting the children very badly .

I am living in malviya nagar near this booth with last 15 years, so this is convenient for us
to get milk, & milk products from near by. But today he told me I will not serve you, don't
come to this booth in front of many costumers, it is a great Insult for anyone.

May I request to take necessary action immediately to Improve the services.

Sir, I am from Vaishali, Sec-4 and there is a booth of your company, where never i found a good seller and respect to any customers. They always dont keep change in terms of money, not any carry bag and main thing that if we ask for that then use to misbehave with us. Today morning when i visit there and i dont have change, then the person told me that we are doing this business form last 15 years and we used to not keep any change and will not give you any change in any case. So this problem i faced 4-5 times and i bought AMul milk, Now i have decided that i will never visit at your booth at vaishali. So i would like to request you to kindly change your franchisee booth and give it to an decent person, who can maintain the image of MOTHER DAIRY in market. Otherwise your product quality will be fine, but due to that type of shopkeeper, no one will go to your booth. Please pay attention and change the franchisee.
