Dear Sir
I purchesed model No MOTOROLA-E6 ROKER in may 2008.
But it give me may problems in 1 year .first it hang many times and it touch screen is also not working many times. So i want replacement of set.I think i have choose very bad company So plz kindly approved and replacement to set.

Moto E6 — Non Display

Dear Sir,
I have purchased moto E6 on 21.8.2008 from Coimbatore, Tamil nadu bill no.INV/9309/svr thru Subhiksha mobiles.
There was no problem till yesterday 11.00 a.m. and evening it was found totally dead condition.
I try to charge the same and found no use.

Today (17.08.2009) the same was handover to your authorised service centre (Vinayaka Communication, 49/62A, 7th street, Tatabad, Coimbatore-12 Phone:[protected] and they informed me by evening around 7.00p.m that display has to be changed also inform me that water has entered into the phone. I informed that there is no such chance .

Since under warranty period i request tham to change the display, but he refused and ask me to pay charge of Rs.2500/- for changing and servicing.

Kindly look in to matter very seriously and do the needful and inform your authorised service centre M/s. Vinayaka Communication and do the needful.

Hope your advice service centre. Awaiting your earliest reply.

i have motorola EM30 phone but my tata docomo gsm sim card is not working in it . There is allways display " you have not subscribe to data call" for resolving that problem i contact with custemer care of tata but they told me thats mobile setting problem . so what should i do? coz all sim worked properlly and tata gsm not worked. give me proper sollution Thanks.

Motorola — Authorised Service Center related

I gave my mobile MOTOMING to S Com Tecnologies(authorised service center at Udaipur ) for replacement of body ... same was done in 1day but later on when i started using it i found that my mobile was not woking properly.... i gave it back to the vendor but in return he did not return it from last 20 days ..... everyday he tells me that same will be done tomorrow but tomorrow never comes

kindly look into this as i have no other option other than this

Motorola — problem not sought out from past 6 months

my phn W270 standard IMEI No.[protected] phn was last sent to service center in kanpur on 29 july 09 complaint no. 4108. as per date today phone has not been repaired, for every time they say set has been sent to delhi for L3 level my set has been sent to this L3 level for atleast 5 more times but they cannot repair my phone properly. this time it has been more than a month and theu dont have any idea whn my set will work properly. i have logged a complaint online on motorola"S site but nothing came out of that also. i am a student and because of this mishap i m facing many problems,ill be highly obliged if someone comes out and help me for the following cause.

Motorola — delay in repairing & returning

I am Amrish Jindal residencial of meerut (u.p.). my cusin Piyush Mittal had perchased a mobile of motorola company and after few months (may be 2 monthes) he faced the problem of no display. he submitted his phone to the related authorized service center date on[protected]. but also after passing a month, that was not returned to him. the services says that your mob has not come from the company and you have to wait for the reply. they always say that they will call him themselve if that is come. last time (date[protected] when i reached there for complaining against their foult. they reply me that they can do nothing and wait for 15 days more. then after i might be able to take that. and suggested me that if am facing a lot of problem by their product then i should not purchased
that and also said me that "you can do any thing , which you want."
so, i have reached at the point to collecte my money beck in the place of mobile.
Please help me.

Motorola — Motorola award

Sir, few day ago on my mobile no.[protected] their was a massage that i have won a motorola award is it true

I purchased Moto-W270 on 24.6.08 at Udaipur Rajasthan. the set started toruble in screen viewing (which is blank). I gave it to Motorola Authroised service centre i.e. Rishab Telecom, Indrapratha comples, Udaipur-313001 for repair on 6.8.09. Number of times i approched them, but they told me that the set is sent to Delhi/Gurgaon for repair. Till taday 15.9.09 they have not given back me my set. kindly tale up the matter, also confirm that whether this firm is your authorised service centre. Because they told me that they are authorised service centre of Motorola.

Motorola — NOT GIVING PROPER SERVICES

I BOUGHT AN MOTOROKR E6 FROM VISHAL MEGA MART, FOR WHICH I GOT AN ELECTRONIC BILL .BUT WITHIN 2 WEEKS THE PHONE GOT DEAD. AND FOR WHICH I WENT TO MOTOROLA CARE CENTER IN JAIPUR i.e. REDIGNTON INDIA LIMITED,JAIPUR. AND I GAVE MY PHONE FOR REPAIR MY WORK ORDER NO IS JA/MO/09/03775 DATED 28/08/02009.BUT AFTER ONE WEEK WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT HE STATUS OF PHONE THEY SAID THE BILL IS NOT APPROVED AND PHONE IS NOT REPAIRED.AFTER THAT I WENT TO THE RETAILER AND GOT AN FRESH COPY OF BILL WITH WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM RETAILER ABOUT THE DETAILS OF PHONE..BUT SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN AND AFTER ONE WEEK THEY APPROVED MY BILL WHEN I BROUGHT THEM ANOTHER COPY OF BILL.IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT I WILL GET MY PHONE WITHIN 10 DAYS.BUT AFTER 10 DAYS THEY SAID ONE MORE WEEEK WILL BE NEEDED TO DISPATCH MY PHONE TO JAIPUR.

I have bought a Motorola EM30 on 26-June-09 from S.H.Mumtazuddin Times (P) Ltd (Kolkata))4, Radha Bazar Street, Kolkata-700 001).
Withinn 1 month it was not working and the set was completely dead.
I spoke to the shop manager as I bought the product on their recomendation( I wanted to buy
a Nokia phone, but somehow a salesman in that shop convinced me for the mentioned product,
basically it was a misselling by the shop), but they refused me of proving any kind of help.

I spoke to the Motorola customercare, that the phone was dead within 1 month of purchase,
they asked me to submit the phone in a service centre in C.R. Avenue, Kolkata. I submitted
the set in the service centre on 8-Aug-09, they told they would take 2 weeks as they need
to send the set to Chennai for RF Boad replacement. Atlast they returened the set after
1.5 moths on 19-Sep-09 thats too after lodging a complain with Motorola Service Centre. In
the meanwhile i had to visit thet service centre altest 5 times to check whether my phone
has come from Chennai or not, half of the time they don't even bother to receive the call.

Finally after I got the delivery of the phone on 19-Sep-09, just after 1 week ie, from
24-Sep-09 the phone is again not working, its showing some error message.
Again I spoke to the customer care for money refund or replacement of the model. They
said I have to again go to the service centre.

Within 3 moths of purchasing the set I hardly could use the set for 1 moths.

Motorola — Motorola W180i not working with some of the sim cards.

Respected Sir,

I am using Motorola W180i cell.
Its working fine with Airtel SIM but with newly brought Reliance and Idea sims its capturing the network but I am not able to cal from those sims.
So is it because of IMEI registration or do I need to upgrade the software?

I am harjit singh f village halwara , distt ludhiana .on 13 sep i had recived a message from motorola on my spice mobile no [protected] that i am awarded by motorola with 750000pounds .for claim send email motorola_ [protected]@ live.com .after dong this they send me a mail of a my personal performa and other some conditions.i filled this performa and send them back .then i recived a mail from them i am confirm that i am a real winner .then they said i have to go to ul for get my award and a option of courier sevice ,ELITE FLEET COURIER SERVICE .it include that if i want my prize through courier then i have to give them 40000rs of diplomatic courier.i submit these rupees to canara bank , account no[protected] ,account name K.shajhan sherif,pan no BTRPS9299E and IFSC code CNRB0002833 . after submit these rupees i recieved a mail that i will get my parcel in next 24 hours.then after some hours i recieved amail that says that i am not a ciizen o[censored]nited kingdom .and customs agency topped my parcel stopped at airport yhen i have to submit 557000 for issueing tax clearence certificate said by officer of caorier service Mr Spencer brown [protected], FAX NO[protected] .THEN A DOUBT COMES IN MY MIND THAT I CAN BE AFRAUD .then i searcg on net courier sevice then i found that mr spencer brown is not real officer and their contacts no were alsi not matched then i read a complaint frrom alady Sovita soin who alsi destroy her money of165000rs on this .then i contact her she told me that dont waste ur money on it it is a fraud .

Motorola — motorola fraud

i was recived a message from motorola that i awarded by motorola with 750000great british pounds for claim contact at [protected]@live.com . when i send email on above adress then they said that my mobile no is selected .they send me a performa of my personal details .after i send the performa after filled it .then they said that i am confirm that i am winner .then they give me a option of courier which will dilever the courier safe and fast . for this service ihave to give them 40000rs and i give them after that they said that i will get my parcel within 24hours . next day i found tthat we need to issue tax clearence certificate because i am not acitizen o[censored]k . for this i have to submit 5500000rs to issue tax clarence certicate .then luckily i seach on net i found that it is fraud are given below
1. the email adresses are not matching
2. differnce between names of officers
when i read a complain from savita sion of karnal who have already lost her 165000rs on this . i also contact them and her condition is totally true to us .pl take actions on them

my father who was using motorola L9 have lost his phone yesterday dated 10 october 2009 please block the phone immeditely the details of the phone are as follows
