I purchased a "motorola slvr L9" set 10 months ago and since last two months the cell gets switched off when i just touch the receive button when I was about to attend a call. Same problem arises during sending a message i.e, when I press send buttton. This does not happen always but only once in 5-6 times I do. The service provider updated the software but the problm persists. Now the service provider is telling "I do not know what is the problem". Now please tell me what is the problem? How can it be repaired? Or can you replace me the mobile?

Motorola — Valid IMEI Operator still rejects

I have valid Motorola Z6 with all bills. But service providers says it is invalid IMEI number. Verified with Motorola customer care center - They say it is valid IMEI number. But still operator (Aircel) says it is not in their database.
I think many other complaints against the service provider (Airtel, Aircel etc.,) related to different manufaturers and different service provider.

But noticed more porblem with Motorola Z6 phones.

From the consumer perspective rights of knowing the information in this regards is completely violated - They just say it is not in their database - Which database - who gave the details and who owns the responsibility of handling the concerns on phones having valid IMEI numbers getting rejected ? No clue to any customers?

Neither manufacturer nor the providers are ready to take these issues seriously and consumer don't have any clue where to go?

I believe after this buying any new Motorola phone is scary, even from authorized show rooms - Don't you think because of this company name (Motorola) is getting impacted? Look at the customer service for every call I need to wait in queue for 30 minutes or every mail it takes 24 hours to get an reply - Resolution time - I really don't know in this case it is already 3rd day. I am still having same problem

hi guys i got a motorzr v31 in aug 2009 the phone is working well but the only problem is the battery back up of the phone, it hardly lasts for 3-5 calls, and one more thing is the data reciving via bluetooth is time consuming n too slow. Help me out.

Motorola — didn't change the lcd just repaired the older one and take the cost of new

i had given my mobile handset of motorola at the service center in cuttack orissa.when i had given the mobile lcd is just damaged? they said that they will replace a new one the cost is 1850 i said ok do that but when i got the lcd was not changed and the older one was repaired how i know about that sometimes 4to 5 lines are coming on the screen. i told them that they said we can't do anything do what ever u want file a case give complain etc.

Motorola — Pathetic Service

I own three Motorola mobiles L7, U9 and Rokr E6. I used to like Motorola mobiles very much for their ease o[censored]se and features.
The first incident took place when my L7 display blacked out. I took it to authorized service station for repair. I said they need to order the display from Singapore and it will take some time! Finally they took 3 months to replace the display under warranty. For three months the mobile was with them.
The second incident took place when my rokr E6 side lock key was not working and battery used to discharge quickly. By this time aundh service station was closed. I went to deep bunglow service station. Again they took 15 days to repair side key. I also replaced battery and flashed the phone memory. The bill was around 1000 Rs. Within three days from repair display stopped working. Battery they replaced is also of poor quality. The service is so poor that i didnt want to go back again.
Now i am using nokia phone.
Motorola has let down indian customers by providing poor service. Another example where great products are let down by poor service. I will never buy motorola phones again.

this is a stupid forum. NO SOLUTIONS HERE. ONLY COMPLAINTS, NOBODY IS BOTHERED OR TAKING ACTION.
