My overall experience with Godrej has been very bad. I had bought some Godrej appliances which had issues right from day one.
I refer to above subject that I had purchased some AC, one 300 Ltr. and 7 Mini Refrigerators (21 Nos of AC and 8 Nos of Refrigerators) from godrej company through Invoice No. 88I/93057253 Dated 19.02.2011 worth INR 4,00,585.00
Day one at the time of installation I found that a complete front grill of an AC was missing. At the same moment I called to godrej people. They assure me to send the missing Front Grill shortly. but after 80 days from receiving the Ac and made so many of calls and complaints I got the front grill.
That time I thought I am lucky but I was wrong. On dated 03.06.2011 I found that 300 Ltr’s Refrigerator is not working. Same time I made a call to ajmer godrej’s dealer. Then he told me to call on online complaint no. [protected]. Now 2 more Refrigerators are not working properly. I have been complaints so many times but only 3 time they have noted my complaint (complaint no. received through sms- 644157 dt. 05.06.2011, 646608 dt. 15.06.2011 and 648525 dt. 23.06.2011) I am getting so much of problem but they people are not interested to solve my problem.
But till date nothing has been done from Godrej rather than harassing me and wasting my time calling them up. This is such a shame and disgraceful in the name of Godrej.
The above 2 incidents reflect very poorly on a reputed India conglomerate. I definitely would not recommend anyone the Godrej brand.
