[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

My telephone number is[protected] My brod band connection is not working since last one month . severel complaint made, but no use. please see to this and need the usefull at the earleist.

Hello, sir or mam... i am using mtnl broadband 599Unlimited Combo plan for last approx 2 month's. At starting i get good speed 145 to 150kbps but for last 15 days its speed get reduce to 30 to 35kbps.
which is very bad for me.i was also complaint to customer care but they not took any action.so i request you to take action my phone no is [protected].. i shall be very thankful to You...

MTNL Broadband — No action on repeated complaints for broadband not working for 2 months!

Inspite of repeated reminders and complaints, the MTNL Broadband service has failed to respond appropriately or even attempt to correct the problem. They easily blame 10 other branches and give you 20 other numbers to call on, but in the end, inspite of reaching out to all these parties, you remain exactly where you are - NET NOT WORKING! And this, for 2 months and counting.

What a ridiculous service - of a Government company! Are we proud or what!

MTNL Delhi — Telephone dead

My telephone no.is 27742030.the telephone is not working for the last week. we inquired about it and came to know that telephone line is damaged because water has fallen on it, we do not know how! despite repeated complaints the line has not been replaced till date. the authority who has to get the line repaired is not picking the phone, keeps it off. i do not know what to do!

mera net kabhi to one month may 20 din band rahata hay to kabhi 15 din .jisme bhi kam chalne par bhi 2500 ka bill aa jata hay.jab say bmaine mtnl ka net ka connection lag waya hay jab say hi ismay kuch na kuch problem aa ti rahe ti hay.for example :-line dead, server busy, line sound, speed, kuch site na kolna, account problem, ...maine last three and half month phele maine application ki puri file bane kay mtnl ko dhi thi jiska abhi tak koi javab nahi aa ya hai...mtnl may kabhi bhi koi problem hone par phone to aa jata hay magar magar usea dhekhne ki koi jarurate nahi samaj te hay ...kabhi koi kheta hay ki aap apni branch may jakar miliye or branch waale khete hay ki aap yamuna vihar ja i ye hum yamuna vihar jate hay to wo khete ki hum cheak kar wate hay ...uske kuch din baade bhi jab koi salution nahi nikal ta hay to kehete ki aap braodband office bijender ke pass jahi ye wo kete hay wo apne office ka phone uthake kehete ki ye may nahi karuga ye to aap ki branch ke log kare ge kuch dino ke ho jane par jab pani shir ke upper say chale jata hay hay top wo naane ka kaste karte hay ...us ke kch dino ke baade fhir karb ho jata hay phir dubare say ghumo office, branch...mera net par month karab rheta hay

MTNL Mobile Service — Very poor service in gurgaon

MTNL broadband is pathetic...half of the time you have to flick the modem on and off...and the server stops responding every 15mins.
I hate it.
Never again am I taking this broadband

i am facing many problem with the broadband unlimited combo pack, from starting to till the date ----- so many times i have been complaint regarding to Speed of the broadband, Telephone dead, to the coustomer care, but no body taking resposibility regarding to the problem. ------ my phone[protected] is dead from last one days-- but its not a only last day rather it happens frequently in months and my internet connection also lost so many times in a month .
i am very worried about the services provided by the MTNL broad band organization.

I am having mtnl braodband service from 15days. have taken mtnl broadband unlimited plan with speed of 512 kbps I am not satisfied with the service because im getting only 200 kbps speed.
speed is too low & it disconnects automatically, I have made so many calls to customer care and area S.D.O mr kishan kumar but there is no response from the company side,

MTNL Landline Tel. No. 28200013 — internet service not working

Kindly reply me when will be my internet will start after several telephonic talk with you MIDC telephone exchange there is no response from you. you are disconnecting my internet connection from your side still you charge for re-connection. This is wrong from your side. Till today what ever you have charges kindly refund the same or adjust in my next bill.

My telephone no.[protected] is out of service since one month and you have charging rent for the same. If you are unable to recifity it then why u are charging the rent. Your services are very poor.
