MTNL Triband And Landline — Nobody attends the complaints

Dear Sir

This is with reference to my broadband complaint number 9680 AT BHAYANDER, it gets tripped within again and again because of that I am not able to work. Even after complain no body attends. Call centre women gave me bhayander exchange numbers 28182100/28191936 which no body picks. Then they gave me 28180020 / 28180111 no body picks. Finally they me 28191936 from where I got Mr Parasuram's number [protected]. This person sent an engineer to my place. The engineer told me that its line fault now you can talk to Mr Tiwari 28161200 and [protected]. I talked to Mr Tiwari who gave me Mr Garat's number[protected] and asked me to call next day.
Then Mr Tiwari never picked up the phone, landline as well as mobile.

From here on my worst time started eventhough my bad time had started initially only. This person, garat was so rude that he asked me ten times ( Pahila baat karna sikho ) and banged the phone. He kept on saying 3-4 din lagega and repeats this thing everytime I call him up. And everytime he bangs the phone by saying Pahila baat karna sikho.

Here my work is suffering and they are teaching me how to talk. THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE THESE MTNL PEOPLE ARE GIVING. do you have any PESRON WHO IS ANSWERABLE TO THIS. MY LANDLINE COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 5011 AND NOBODY ATTENDS AND THIS IS HAPPENING FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS NOW.

IF YOU HAVE SOMEBODY SENIOR WHO IS READING THIS THEN ASK YOUR EMPLOYEES FIRST BEHAVE PROPERLY N TALK PROPERLY. THERE IS NOT ONLY MNTL GIVING THIS SERVICE THERE ARE N NUMBERS OF OTHER PLAYERS WHO CAN GIVE BETTER SERVICE.

I SINCERELY REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND GET MY FAULTY LINE REPAIRED BECAUSE OF WHICH i AM NOT ABLE TO GET BROADBAND PROPERLY OTHERWISE PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO GET THIS CONNECTION OF 9 YEARS DISCONNECTED.

MTNL Combo Plan — asking for bill without providing good services

i have the connection with name "yogesh gupta"',telephone no.[protected].i YOGESH GUPTA facing alot of problem with mtnl broadband services.in this regard i have complaint on 1504 many times.each time ihave got new complaint no.some of them r as follows.

I bought the new 3G connection mainly for internet. But most of the time i don't find any network coverage. What's the use of taking MTNL connection. I find very good coverage of vodafone in comparsion.

Subject- cancellation of broadband plan due your inefficiency in repairing the fault..

Dear sir/madam
We are using MTNL broadband from the month of March...From 2 months our wifi modem is was not working. We were not able connect to wireless network viase to it our laptop. we had made complaint many times but there was no response therefore we asked them to please change our wifi modem or cancel our broadband plan so that we can avail broadband connection from other service provider because we felt that MTNL does not have facility and infrastructure to render customer service in the are fault repairing...

Sir, I am a MTNL customer since many years. I have broadband connection since MTNL started broadband services. I have MTNL TriB COMBO unlimited plan. In last month i got 230 kbps download speed but when i formatted my system, I get only 30 to 35 kbps speed. Can I know what the problem occur in my speed

HCL — complaint unattended from 2 months

i have reported for replacement of my motherboard
there is no response from the company and every day i call they say i will recieve it by evening and at the end of the dey its all fake
i am tired of complaining to the company

Even i face similar kind of problem which all of you face. Being a network engineer i checked the DSL settings and connections. The phone works perfectly and found out that the problem is with the weiring and the socket. I replaced the telephone sockets after which my internet works perfectly. the wire inside the socket was totally rusted due to which i was facing this kind of problem.

I am also facing the same issue for my MTNL broadband connection on 25057213. For past one month i have made numerous complaints and every time the lineman comes to my place and says the problem is from exchange but nothing is being done for it. I have never experienced such a pathetic customer service from any company till now. Fed up of MTNL.

I got terrible exp. with MTNL
1.In my opinion MTNL 1504 option 3 they are not understanding that ADSL light is off. also the way they handle complements is pathetic
2.actually after complainting at 1504 , they should do follow up , but these people dont have that system each time we do have to call them, people working there are really dont understand, they keep chatting with each other by keeping us on hold.
3.in return they will give some numbers like i got my telephone exchange numbers in return & they told us to call them,
4.after calling at telephone exchange they send one man to fix a problem but when i asked him what he has done regarding complaint, he said he will look in.........(thay just come there to fill time and go, these people dont have any system)
5. this is fourth time when I called them, everyday I keep calling them for problem.........but this time they disconnected my telephone too.......horrible for me.!!

My telephone no.[protected] is not working since 17 nov 2009 complaint no 802, again complaint no 107 on 26.11.09 till now is not working please look into matter if it comes under your control.

bothered with your broadband speed from starting till yet .i am not
getting your actually speed due to this i am suffering to my work when
i tested your broadband speed it was 121kbps only whilest you are
comitting to give 256kbps at a time to taking the connection. so take
a strict action against this otherwise i will take and get it done as

DESPITE OF COMPLAINING SO MANY TIMES THEY ARE NOT TAKING STRICT ACTION ON IT SO U ARE REQUESTED TO GET THIS PROBLEM RESOLVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

MTNL Prepaid — Online recharge

Hi i just want to confirm that when mtnl is going to make prepaid recharge available online on internet all others service provider provide this facilty to customer so then why mtnl dont have this facility.sometimes if have to recharge in midnight so using internet i can recharge by mobile.i think MTNL dont care much abt their customer
they dont get any problem if customer is migrating from their service to other service actually all of my relatives have this no so that the reason i dont want to change this no so please take this has seriously and make enusre that this facility will be available within a short coming days.

MTNL — Broadband Services

I have been using MTNL services for the past 15 years but at this point i am very dissappointed with the service provided by MTNL. For around 20 days in the Month of Nov 09 my net connection was down despite several complaints. The complaint was resolved for 4-5 days but since then my net connection has been down again. I had lodged a complaint on their helpline numbers but the operator on enquiring again informs that there is no complaint registered. This is a complete harrassment of customer.
