[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

dear sir/madm

recently i have change my modam as was D-Link but now is availabe strlite.my problem is that this is not working last some days. to solve this problem i had gone to mtnl office so there sir had configur my modam but whn i wnt to my home and connect the modam so everything is happing good but ACT status light is blinking some time propply and some time not

so this is my resquest to you that pls solve my problems

Pathetic service of MTNL triband and their procedure of handling the complaint. Have been repeatedly complaining about the faulty phone and internet services but no one dare to sort this out. This type of service is not at all accepted. Very very frustrated...

MTNL has been a pioneer in making internet accessible to thousands of middle class people. Does that mean it has a right to shake the faith of its customers so blatantly as it does?

I wonder if there is any awareness about customer services mess and lack of redressal of grievances that the consumers of this giant telephone corporation have to face day in and day out among the higher echelons of MTNL.

If they have a big size and huge consumer base, they have equally huge revenues, and logically extension of this should be extension of staff catering to the 'after sales' wear and tear.

Whoever is sitting at the top of departments either doesn't deserve to be there, or they are utilizing their potential in some other gainful activities.

MTNL... do something for God's sake. You'll be extinct like an albetros, if you don't shape up!

I'm too fed up complaining to your customer service numbers and waiting for hours hearing those repetetive 'our customer service reps are all busy at this time'...

Very Very Frustrated. Please Improve your service and show some professionalism...

I dunno if someone is going to wake up by complaining on this site. People Please Help.

MTNL Broadband — not working last 2 days

again i am complaining against mtnl broadband internet service


i have mtnl landline no. 27157169 with its broadband services

i have complaint mtnl offices regarding this nad they said it will be ok in next 24 hr.. still its not working

pls.. pls... mtnl waalooo apni service improve karoo yaaar

My Name Is Deepak Khanna, i am user of mtnl landline my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with landline since 8th july-10 it is completely not working, i was complaint about it in mtnl office on 8th july my compaint number was 384 they remove our complaint without any action and i again compaint on 15th july-10 my compaint number is 3256 but problem is not solved till now and there is Mr.N.l Nalwani he speak very roudly

MTNL — high internet charges

Ihave a plan for Rs.199 from MTNL for internet usage monthly.i didn't use the internet daily and my usage is very less.but for the month of june2010 I got a very high bill for internet.I haven't got such a high bill for the past one year.so i think there might be some mistake in this.

MTNL Delhi — Does not take actions for the daily complaints

I am using mtnl broadband connection from the past 3 years and my no is23857476 and frm the past 6 months im getting problem and every time when i complaint they say it will be done in few hours but it takes 2 days or three days and when i contact to senior person they simplay reply if are not satisfied you can take another connection of diffetent operator. INstead to saolve my problem i have louged complaint to mtnl gm also but till then there is no resoution taken by them to solve this problem and in a month internet only works for 10 days only whole area is getting frustated. and when we call to mr khan incharge of this area he doesnt pic his phone nor take any action
So i request your team to take a proper action to this action.

I AM USER OF MTNL BROAD BAND, MY TEL NO. IS[protected] MY BROADBAND IS NOT COMPLETELY WORKING FROM 15 DAYS, AFTER Several COMPLAINTS, PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED TILL NOW.Your employee are not doing her duties with responsibilities, nobody come after complaining 20 to 30 times.

Everyday most of the time it just keep trying to connect to internet and i get "Authentication Failure" messages, It works fine for some time (Around 2-3 hours in brakes in 10 hours of time). But whenever i start my computer i never be sure that internet will work or not, and most of the time it take hours to connect to internet.

I feel to disconnect the connection because most of the times i am facing problem.
Kindly do something to improve service of broadband in my locality

Sir, i am using your mtnl brodband, my no. is 23378944. last month i was face problem with my brodband. i were called your custmour care many time and every time they are gave me new complaint no. but your excutive not come or look in some.
Finally i called my area incharge his no.[protected] and told about same. And i very THANKFULL to him he was solve my problem very fast. It's possible beacouse of his KINDNESS & HELPFULLNESS.
But i am not expetting this from your MTNL. i am sorry but calling in your custmor care is waistage a time only.

i have a bsnl broad band connection but it working 10 mints after win 32 massage display and sent error report dot send error report massage is display after i had restart system again after 10 mints working after net disconnect

so how to ratify this problem

Hello sir my name vikram I am leaving in D-1-2 mo vihar phase -5 street no-4 uttam nagar phone no 25356680 sir I m connected to the mtnl broad band and last 20 days it’s not working I compliant in 1504 the line man come into after 6 or 7 days
And they asking me your modem is Impaired so change you are modem I was again compliant in 1504 for changing the modem My compliant no is 64700216 but I was not got any response and I was again compliant but I was still not got any response then I was compliant more then 6 to 7 time but I still not get any response I was compliant also 3and 4 time in A.P singh mtnl had office but nobody work in compliant is still not working

Please suggest what to do

MTNL Broadband — Connection not active

I have applied from MTNL broadband connection before 1 and half month back but they have not given me connection till date. After a lot of requests and call they have given me modem set last week but no body came yet to connect the modem. My phone number is 22485831 name of phone owner is Usha Sajwan

So i request your team to take a proper action to this action.

Our person will go to your place and will solve your problem". This kind of things are not expected from such a raputed Govt. Organization.

MTNL Broadband — Disconnect broadband

I would like to compliant about MTNL services, its worse. These Government employees like to have salaries without doing any work. I am residing in chatterpur and my landline and broadband are not working from last 1 month. I have logged several compliant but no action has been taken by the MTNL empolyees.

And I am getting my bill every month, for what I will pay the bill.

MTNL services are horrible! I urge you to take some serious action against these sarkari babus.
