[Resolved] Naaptol / 16gb Spy Pen — device is faulty and not returning after replacement | |
Dear Sir, I had bought one 16gb spy pen from naaptol.com dated[protected] by credit card which they delivered on 13th jan at my residence but that product failed on the same day. When I contacted them they said me to send it back for replacement/repair.I send it across by DTDC courier by docket no.Z05849021 which was received by them on 16th JAN 2010 but since then they are saying that the product will be delivered in 10 days, but 2 months have already passed and i have not received the product. I have complained on their e-mail address also but of no vain. So my humple request is that kindly help me to get product or my money back. As i received msg from naaptol that my product ready for reshipping on dtd. 19 th jan. on my mibile and
ask me to contact above no. for further assistance, so i contact 25 to 30 times everytime i told that wait for
next 7 working days ur product vl be sent back early, ur complaints now we forworded to our higher authority for urgent delivery, but sadly/badly quoted that still today they not sent back my product. from
56 days i waiting but no resoponse given by naaptol, not answering properly. so i want to back my product/or refund money at an early

I am pointing names, Let us see if you will be able to take any action against your illeterate staff to improve cust satisfaction.
I called up your contact centre and spoke to an advisor by the name of Dipak, when I was not satisfied with his response I asked for a supervisor. Supervisor by the name of Zuber came on line, who did not know what Customer service is.
I asked for his supervisor eventually as he was worst than your advisor. He placed my call on hold and to the biggest surprise the same advisor "Dipak" came back and spoke to me and finally the call was DISCONNECTED by him.
I am planning to go to Consumer court for this issue and I will make sure you will learn a good lesson. You are just cheating people - nothing else.
(For the information of NAAPTOL, I have the call recorded so that the same can be used as an evidence in the court)

I bet - nothing will happen as you beleive in reaping money, not helping your customers.
