Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Mitul Bose. I had placed a order of an IPOD name 8 GB Green apple from Naaptol.com after seeing the add in Mumbai Mirror.The order number is 499806. I received the product on 19th June Saturday 2010. After receiving, when I opend the pack I started checking it , it found that there was no bill, no warranty paper, no manual book plus the ear phone was not working and the IPOD was having a problem of battery power too. The next day i.e on 20th June 2010 I had called up the naaptol.com customer service number and spoke to deepak Mohite, he took down my complain and the number was 165327. Then again I gave a call on Monday and I spoke to Mr. Mosin from the customer service he told me to send the product by courier on there prescribed Blue dart courier services in Santacruz west, but not before they send a mail. Then onwards I have been constantly following up with customer services number - [protected] naaptol.com and the customer service number of Blue dart[protected] constantly for knowing the status that have they received a mail from naaptol.com on there Account- 113260. and the answer is no. Till now the naaptol.com have not sent a mail to Blue dart to pick up my faulty product.
The names of the contact people at naaptol.com customer care services are Deepak Mohite, Mosin, Javed, Sindhu, Meghalya, Nina and the last is Vijay who could not transfer the call to his seniors. In between there were some calls which were purposely disconnected when I started asking them to connect me to the seniors.
This is a real harrasment after buying a product of Rs. 2099 and the product is just not worth of even Rs.500. I would like to know that how can you take a serious action on search companies who are giving adds on Mumbai Mirror and selling faulty products and making customer a fool. I had ordered a spypen(16GB) vide order no. 1022178 from the said firm on 24th dec. which I received on 6th jan. through postman, on the payment of Rs. 1599+150 (product+shipping charges). When I tested the product, it was doing nothing. I immediatelt called thier customer care where they asked me to send the product back for repair or replacement to their vendor at Mumbai. . I followed their instruction and send it back on 08th Jan. through Maruti Courier. After few day, on my mobile the compony sent me a massage that ur product ready for reshipping and further assitance call to customer care on phone no.0 [protected] I called them again on 20 th jan. to enquire about it but they every time given me repeated answer that ur product ready for reshipping, and received shotly. Then again I Called them on 24th jan. and 27th jan but the reply was the same again and again.. I feel cheated and want hard punishment for such culprits who fool people by giving decortive adds in newspspers infact some action should also be taken against these newspapers who print the advertisements
