I purchaced spy cam.Order number 298914 but it is a defective and not working.I rang to customer care of
Naaptol.com,they told me to send Aditya infotech,Hyderabad through DTDC courier on the very next day.
As at now, I did not get the product from them.It's a cheating company.Every one must care and should not buy any product from this Naaptol.com.

    My Order No : 408912 and my product details are Product Id : 693235, Product Name : Spy Pen 16GB
    Product Category : Security Camera;

    I am working work print media, and I bought this Spycam thinking that this will be useful for my profession. They sold it saying that if you charge it for 8 to 10 hours we can record for 10 hours. But the worst thing is I cant even record for 30 seconds also. I have really wasted my money (Order Amount : 1749.00) on purchasing this product. Total Useless. I would be really glad if it records atleast for 2 or 3 hours. But this was a total cheat by this company. If this is not getting fixed in next few days I m planning to sue the comapany in consumer court.

    I had purchased a spy pen - 16 G.B . on 10/04/2010,which failed after the 1 st use & no body hears the complaint. It costed me 1749.00 Rs. from naaptol marketing. I want the new gurranted piece or my money back,

Maine VOX DV552 12MP Digital Video Camcorder Kharida tha Naaptol se. uska order no. 856603 ya complaint number hai. maine yeh october 2010 mein order book kiya tha. order 2 din mein mere paas aa gaya but woh piece kharab tha. maine customer care ko phone kiya usne kaha aap product wapis courier kar de. maine courier kar diya but ab 6 month complete hone wale hai jab bhi phone karo toh kehte hai next monday mil jayega. but abhi tak nahi mila. i request you please take some action.....

      I wanted to bring this to notice to everyone who is purchasing product from naaptol.com, i have ordered one blackberry 8330 phone after checking the picture which they have mentioned on the website after 2 days they have delivered the product and when i opened the product and found that the was not the orginal black berry as they sent me the duplicate black berry which i guess chinese mobile and will not cost more than 1000 rs in the market and for that they charged me 5300rs. Now i have asked to return this product and i am not sure if they will return the money. They are cheater and playing fraud game with people. Never buy any product from Naaptol site as this is worst site and is spoiling image of the other online shopping site. please help how can get my money back.

      We have ordered a mobile handset HTC G1 Android mobile order no.3940228.I have received the mobile handset but some accessories 1.SD memory Card & 2. Bluetooth Ear Phone device is not found, I called customer care up to twice/thrice times(two weeks) from date of received but he told me that delivery is not done at now and he repeatedly says that i send the device as soon as possible.

      So, I request to you Please deliver the device on first priority & answer revert back.

      I tried giving naaptol a chance but guess what they are bunch of frauds.my worst experience with this company though is of small amount but speaks volume about there work ethics and competency.
      My order number is 3995661 . The customer services pathetic and of lowest standards, they can neither speak English/Hindi properly.
      They dispatched wrong product.courier guy refused to take blame for it.i paid the full amount, dispatched wrong product back to naaptol and now they are asking me to wait for 15 working days / till the product is in stock.
      I mean why the hell you opened a shop if you don't know how to work and you don't want to work.

        Because that products are actractive when we see in ads., only.but actually they are not fit to use at all.after all if you buy the products once again you should struggle with the customer care people tdo get repair or refund from them.

          Hi,
          I have purchased BOSS mobile from Naaptol on 13 March (Order # 222985). The product delivered was a defective one. I again resend it through courier at my own expense. They have redelivered the product on 17th May. Again the product is of bad or sub-standard quality. It is not working. I asked for the refund. The advertisement said of 1-Year warranty. But the warranty card received is of six months starting Jan-2010. But I am getting no response from The Naaptol Team. They are an irresponsible bunch with no care for their customers. Please Help

              Naaptol & Bluedart — supply of unassembled /incomplete car stereo having broken loose wiring with loose nut bolts in the packed parcel and D grade quality.

              I have received a parcel logestic by Naaptol/Blue Dart against my order No. 1394302 dated 17/02/2011 after making a payment of cash of Rs.2249/- including shipping Rs. 250/- on 23.2.2011 at 1130 Hrs. to the representative for a Car Stereo USB,MP3,FM,SD Card with Support + Car Vacum cleaner Combo with free 2 GB Kingston Pen Drive as displayed at page 5 in the daily new paper Nav Bharat Times Hindi dated 17th Feb.,2011. But Two articles out of three above quoted are found runing condition. The remaining third article i.e. Car Stereo USB,MP3,FM,SD Card is a totally un-assembled, below quality from the displayed as in the above New Paper advertisement having loose elctronic plates and broken wiring with loose nut bolts without any socket of electronic wire has received in the parcel in a very rough condition like a packet of electronic garbage. After examination of the above car stereo I immediately called at the given complaint telephone No. [protected] and one attendent lady has intimated me one address:-ARANEX UBDUA PVT LTD-12/A, NEW SUN MILL COMPOUND , LOWER PAREL MUMBAI-400013 and asked me to return the above Car Stereo at the above said address through Courier and also conveyed them the name of courier company, Booking No. of parcel with my order number name and address on the same complaint telephone No. [protected] so that they may parcel me one another car sterio in its lieu. When I asked her who will board the charges of courier service to return the parcel, she in turn reply me . This will be board by me. Under the above stated circumstancest this is primary responsibility of the provisioning and logestic agency to supply the appropriate product as per order first and then followed the complaint of it. The above Care Stereo is within my safe coustodian as it has received in the parcel. Kindly help me.

                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                My name is Mitul Bose. I had placed a order of an IPOD name 8 GB Green apple from Naaptol.com after seeing the add in Mumbai Mirror.The order number is 499806. I received the product on 19th June Saturday 2010. After receiving, when I opend the pack I started checking it , it found that there was no bill, no warranty paper, no manual book plus the ear phone was not working and the IPOD was having a problem of battery power too. The next day i.e on 20th June 2010 I had called up the naaptol.com customer service number and spoke to deepak Mohite, he took down my complain and the number was 165327. Then again I gave a call on Monday and I spoke to Mr. Mosin from the customer service he told me to send the product by courier on there prescribed Blue dart courier services in Santacruz west, but not before they send a mail. Then onwards I have been constantly following up with customer services number - [protected] naaptol.com and the customer service number of Blue dart[protected] constantly for knowing the status that have they received a mail from naaptol.com on there Account- 113260. and the answer is no. Till now the naaptol.com have not sent a mail to Blue dart to pick up my faulty product.

                The names of the contact people at naaptol.com customer care services are Deepak Mohite, Mosin, Javed, Sindhu, Meghalya, Nina and the last is Vijay who could not transfer the call to his seniors. In between there were some calls which were purposely disconnected when I started asking them to connect me to the seniors.

                This is a real harrasment after buying a product of Rs. 2099 and the product is just not worth of even Rs.500. I would like to know that how can you take a serious action on search companies who are giving adds on Mumbai Mirror and selling faulty products and making customer a fool. I am forwardin you the photographs of this product. Please have view on the photographs also

                    I am also agreed with you as i am also suffror of the said company because defective moblle no. Smart 540 of Make Boss was purchased via internet vide order no.201179, dt.05/03/2010 which was under warantee for six month in all respect. On delivery the voice adjustment button was not in working order. The picture of the camera was also uncleared. the charger of the mobile was also defective. The back time of standby is not more than 24 hours as gurnateed for 72 hours by the company in said advertisemnent. All the defects conveyed to the both company through email many times but no action took place so far inspite of expiry of more than three months. ( ANIL AGGARWAL)

                    Naaptol/spy pen — cancellation of order on the same day

                    I ordered for spy pen with order No.1114105 on[protected] and got it cancelled request No.399618 on the same day on hearing that many products received are defective and seeing the complaints on website. The customer care executive Mr Jagadeesh at 3 53 pm informed that it will be processed for cancellation. However on enquiry on 17th of December i.e.todayI was informed that the product was ready for shipment. I want and request for cancelltion only. I sent feed back also to this extent. Naaptal may please look into and get the order cancelled and refund money to credit card account.

                    Naaptol / 16gb Spy Pen — Fraud company-delivers defective pieces

                    NAAPTOL is a big scam and it's a total fraud company.. I don't know how authorities are still allowing such fraud company to do business. I ordered a 16gb Spy-pen. (order No: 1124010) n got it on 17/12/10. Immediately upon receipt, I found that they sent a defective piece. The camera is recording upside down. After complaint, they asked me to send it to a company in Hyderabad for replacement and I sent it on 21/12/10. After several reminders and phone calls and I got it back..by courier on 2/2/11. (after almost more than a month)

                    Even Now the camera is not recording the image straight. it's Now recording across instead o[censored]pside down as complained.. and there is no sound recording..

                    This company is total fraud and big cheater company.. I don’t know how people are still buying things from such a fraud company and how authorities are allowing such fraud company to do business.

                    Can we lodge a case in consumer court on NAAPTOL for doing such fraud business?

                    purchased FROM NAPTOL as per the advertisement appeared in Times of India, a leading News Paper vide their order No.499894 found defective and sent back for replacement on 26.6.2010 BY ME to Aditya Info Tech Hyderabad at the designated address given by them.

                    The replacement received by me on was an used one and totally defective and was not working and again sent back to Aditya Inf. Tech Huderbad with exta payments THROUGH FIRST FLISHT VIDE THEIR CHALLAN NO[protected] DT 20.9.2010.

                    AS ON DATE I HAVE NOT RECEVIED THE REPLACEMENT EXCEPT THEY EXTEND REPEATED HARRASSMENTS. WHILE CONTACING NATPOL VIDE THEIR PHONE NO. [protected] THEY APPRECIATES WITH REPEATED CONFIMATION OF SENDING THE PRODUCT WITHIN 7 DAYS. THEY ALSO ADD EVERYTIME THEIR SWEET REGRET.

                    I remain harassed through out this period and the amount I have paid to NAPTOL sees to be a waste i.e. Rs. 1750 plus other postal charges extra paid on this account by me.

                    I request the cosumber complaint department to direct NAPTOL to reimbuse the money at the earliest as nearly one year has been elapsed with this harassment. They are really not bothered to attend us.

                      The above mobile of above said company through naaptol as claimed Hot deals for Readers of The Times of India was purchased via internet vide order no.201179, dt.05/03/2010 which was under warantee for six month in all respect. On delivery the voice adjustment button was not in working order. The picture of the camera was also uncleared. the charger of the mobile was also defective. The back time of standby is not more than 24 hours as gurnateed for 72 hours by the company in said advertisemnent.                         I really feel shocked and disgusted toward the clawless attitude of Customer Relation Team from Naptol.com Tel No.[protected].
                        Unfortunately I placed an order with Naptol.com for a Mobile set With Order No. 492783 on 13.06.10.
                        I finally got my mobile on 19.06.10 at 6.30 P.M.
                        Upon Opening I found Scratch Guard, Car Charger and Card Reader missing from the pack, I immediately called up customer care and lodged a complaint under complaint no.1623528.
                        Thereafter on operating the set I found:-
                        1. Bill not received 2. Ovi only icon is there but not functional. 3. Map navigation icon is there but not operational. 4. 360* Rotation mode not operational. 5. Hand free function not there. 6. Touch screen is too hard to operate (not operating without stick provided with the mobile). 7. Screen saver & wallpaper function malfunctions. 8. When both the sim’s and memory card are inserted, the memory card does not read the memory and sim’s malfunctions.
                        On noticing so many defects today i.e. 20.06.2010, I contacted Mr Sajid, Mr.Vijay (Two times)Ms Methala, Mr. Jhonson of your customer care team Every time I dictated them the defects and holding line for ten minutes they disconnects the line. IS THIS THE COUSTOMER CARE SERVICE????. Provided by a concern of your caliber.
                        From the above it is clear that I have been provided with a DEFECTIVE PIECE. I would request you to let me know to whom to send the defective piece and you are requested to kindly REFUND MY COST at the earliest.

                          I am Mudassiar. I purchased a handset "BOSS-633" touch screen Tri sim. But its second GSM sim card is not activating and camera is not opening, keypad is just like as Toy. I purchased in the price of 4499/- and 200/- rupees for delivery. Naaptol.com rules is don't open that pack without payment. After payment, when I saw that handset, suddenly called to Naaptol.com Query section and told them handset's problems. They taken complaint and didn't give complaint number. My 100s rupees lost in these calls. but they are not giving even complaint number. and I sent complaint through email also, but they are not responding. What have to do? It's product number is 464802 and I received product on 10/06/2010.
                          Please help me. Because I am mentally disturb with this product.

                            I ordered one boss 633 mobile from naaptol.com, the battery backup for this mobile is worst and not as promised in the website. I also published the review of mobile on naaptol.com website but it was not published till now. Obviously my review was negative. The mobile is not user friendly. Also the customer care of boss mobile is the same as customer care of naaptol. This suggest both the companies are same and operating with two different names. This is a clear attempt to cheat and fraud the customers. I faced following problems in my order.
                            1. I realised that the product i received is missing accessories. I was also told that i will receive a free wrist watch if i pay using my credit card. I complaint about the same and my complaint number is 116388. I have not received anything till now inspite of repeated follow ups. I was also asked to pay for the accessories.
                            2. The battery provided is a single battery along with phone. The battery backup is much low as promised or claimed in the product manual. I companied about the same on customer care number and also by email. No resolution. They are denying replacing the battery. The product is under six month’s warranty.
                            3. The customer care number of boss mobile, published on the website of boss mobile [protected] (www.bossmobiles.com) connects me to the customer care of naaptol.com. This suggests me that both the companies are same.
                            4. The accessories claimed on the naaptol.com website as a free gift are standard accessories of the mobile which are also generally provided by other companies. Hence claiming them as a free gift along with mobile is itself a case of fraud and an attempt to misguide the customers.

                                if we try to use touch screen it does not work properly. eg:in phonebook,if we press 'd' then instead of 'd' it presses 'x'.

                                  I purchased a BLACKCHERRY BL7000 vide Ref # 283972. I purchased this after going through the features mentioned in their website and also in The Times of India. However, I understood I was duped when many of the features that they claim were false. For instance,
                                  i) there is no provision for a USB port. They claimed to have this feature enabled in their advertisements in the newspapers, now possibly after receiving complains they advertise without this feature!
                                  ii) both incoming and outgoing call gets disconnected 2 seconds after getting connected. iii) the helpdesk agents are not at all aware of the technicalities of the product and they advise to contact any local mobile shop and when I insist to speak to Manager, they give some lame excuse and place on hold for a long time forcing me to drop the call as it is an STD call for me.

                                  I want them to replace the handset with a working one with all the features that they claimed earlier. Else, I want a refund of my money.

                                  I purchased BlackCherry BL7000 from Naaptol few weeks ago. But I found that a defective product was delivered to me. I tried various ways to contact the company but without any result. The response that I get from the helpdesk is poor. They expect me to speak in Hindi. When I told them about the defective product, I was asked to take it to any mobile repair shop to get it repaired. When I insisted they give me some numbers which either do not exist or are the numbers which land up to the helpdesk. Finally, I got a call from Naaptol asking me to send the defective product to Naaptol through Blue Dart :

                                  They asked me not to pay as Naaptol would pay the courier charges on their Account number 113260. I was given a Case Reference # 15189 for future reference.

                                  I have lost lot of money in making STD calls and also this has caused lot of inconvenience.

                                  I have not received a single communication to any mails that I have sent to Naaptol till date.

                                  Am I duped?

                                  I need a response from any of the responsible officers immediately.

                                      MOREOVER COURIER COMPANY GUYS ARE THE WORST PEOPLE (ARAMEX) .ALL THE COMMENTS BEING UPDATED BY THEN WERE TOTALLY FRAUD ...THEY MENTIONED THAT THEY VISITED MY HOUSE BUT NO ONE WAS AT HOME SO THEY RETURED BACK...MENTIONED MANY TIMES HOWEVER I WAS HOME ALL THE DAY ...

                                      I have similar ( or worse ) experience with the 8GB Green Apple Music player. Complete dud -- total waste of money. I would advise naaptol to immediately remove this product from their lest more like us are not fooled; it would surely give a bad name for naaptol.

                                        Thanks for writing this complaint against naaptol for e3300 boss mobile... As i have got same experience.. My mobile is also not getting charged at all... Even after several complaints - complaint no 133476 & 133513.. I have still not got the battery replacement and also even though i paid thru credit card on 3rd may.. I have not yet got my free watch till today (4 june 2010)... Even after several requests on phone no. [protected]... They had delivered the mobile only on 21st may.. As the booklet suggested i waited till battery got fully switched off on 24th may and then put it to recharge for 3 hours as writen but it did not get charged at all so on 25th may morning i had complained with naaptol.. The executive told me to try the data cable to charge so tried that as well for 3 hours, still it did not get charged. Immidiately i informed naaptol about this and they confirmed to send me the replacement for battery (In 7 days on 25th may)... But... Even though its already 4th june today i have not got it... Its more than a month and i want my money back now... Pls nobody ever buy from naaptol.. Pls... My order number is 357843 - my mobile number is [protected]...

                                        CHEATING FRAUD NAAPTOL

                                        I order a Boss e330 mobile via NAAPTOL. My order No. is 430060. when i receive the mobile i opened it. But the mobile display it very damage. I asked customer care but there is no response. and they asked me a two thousand rupees. My Name is Pakraj. from tamilnadu. my mobile no is [protected]. So pls i asked dont buy this boss e3300 mobile. Its very fraud.
                                        Naaptol.com is Fraudant. I purchase Boss633 mobile. The Boss mobile customer care is same as of Naaptol. This suggest that both the companies are same under two different names.

                                        1. I realised that the product I received is missing accessories. I was also told that I will receive a free wrist watch if I pay using my credit card. I complaint about the same and my complaint number is 116388. I have not received anything till now inspite of repeated follow ups. I was also asked to pay for the accessories.
                                        2. The battery provided is a single battery along with phone. The battery backup is much low as promised or claimed in the product manual. I companied about the same on customer care number and also by email. No Resolution. They are denying replacing the battery. The product is under six month’s warranty.
                                        3. The customer care number of Boss Mobile, published on the website of Boss mobile [protected] (www.bossmobiles.com) connects me to the customer care of Naaptol.com. This suggests me that both the companies are same.
                                        4. The accessories claimed on the naaptol.com website as a free gift are standard accessories of the mobile which are also generally provided by other companies. Hence claiming them as a free gift along with mobile is itself a case of fraud and an attempt to misguide the customers.
                                        its been more than 20 days but no confirmation about money return yet from naaptol
                                        NAAPTOL IS NOT CO-OPERATING. JUST CALLED AGAIN AND ONE EXECUTIVE AGAIN SAID THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS SLOW SO SHE CAN NOT CONFIRM ANYTHING.                                         I don't know how Times of India is releasing the ad nation wide of the fraud company. Naaptol's items are all fake and spurious. Citizen's should stop buying from these guys. Times Of India, please stop their ads.
                                        2 DAYS BACK I HAVE RECD A BATTERY AND A CHARGER, SO I TRIED TO CHARGE THAT BUT STILL ITS NOT CHARGING. INFACT NOW I GET ELECTRIC SHOCK TO HANDSET WHEN I CONNECT IT TO ELECTRICITY TO CHARGE IT. now this is even more serious as there is a safety hazzard also.

                                        I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY PAY ME BACK THE MONEY I HAVE PAID AND TAKE BACK THIS HANDSET IN WHICH NO BATTERY IS GETTING CHARGED... i am not able to use this phone even though tomorrow it will be 2 months tomorrow that my payment has gone... please repay me fast.
                                        Naaptol is a company meant to lure customers with cheap products like mobile phones. I, by mistake, bought a Boss E-3300 mobile phone. It is such a lousy phone - Very user un-friendly, has to be charged every day, functions like blue tooth does not work, no operation manual available, no technical support available over phone etc. etc. I spoke to Naaptol about the blue tooth problem, they told me to send the phone to Mumbai for repair. Since I do not believe that the phone will be repaired and returned, I am not sending it.

                                        I would like to warn all not to buy anything from Naaptol ever.

                                        I am not an Indian, I'm from Africa. I'm only in India on training. I saw Naaptol advert in Times of India and I ordered for a product "Slim and Lift Under-garment". My order number is 574338. I called Naaptol office twice to tell them my size so that they can ship a correct order to me. To my surprise, I ordered for Medium (M) size and Naaptol shipped XXL size!!!.
                                        I called Naaptol to complain and I was asked to return the product via Blue Dart. I shipped back the product on Monday 26th July 2010, waybill number "[protected]". I have been monitoring my shipment and on Wednesday, I called Blue Dart to confirm that Naaptol has gotten the product. I also confirmed online that the product has been delivered to Naaptol.
                                        To my amazement, Naaptol has been denying that they received the product. What else do they want me to do.
                                        NAAPTOL has collected my money, their product and I have not received anything.
                                        This company is a cheat...they are out there to milk people of there money and resources.
                                        I would be leaving India for my country next week..and there is no guaranty that I will receive the product I have paid for in Naaptol. This is so UNFAIR...
                                        All I can say is companies like Naaptol is not suppose to exist let alone do business.
                                        NAAPTOL IS A BIG CHEAT!!!
