They have redelivered the product on 17th May. Again the product is of bad or sub-standard quality. It is not working. I asked for the refund. The advertisement said of 1-Year warranty. Unfortunately I placed an order with Naptol.com for a Mobile set With Order No. 492783 on 13.06.10.
