    I have purchased a mobile from naaptol my order numer was 130765. But at the time of delivery i have received only mobile set without charger & free gift as committed at the time of order. I have genrated complaint in napptol customer care. My complaint number is 27809. Whenever i call to naaptol they say please wait 2 or 3 days... And it happen from last one month.

    Please help me in this regard, i tottaly helpless.

    hai am laiju from bangalore.i took a naaptol mob [8502] 3 days ago.when i switch it on i was not working, then i put an other battery and it was on . but it is giving me back up only for an hour or for 5 calls. what should i do ? whom should i contact in bangalore
    I have purchad 4GB spypen video/audio recorder+pendrive & I paid rs 1499 my order no. is 79965 but when I opened it was defective & the instrument was not working . I complained immediatly, my complent no is 47116, i have couried my spy cam through DTDC * Z04065226* dt on 30/1/10, but it is 30 days gone till now not resolved.     I have oredered Boss 33 sleek mobile on 29th Jan. '2010. your customer care guy said it will come within working 10 days, it didnt come in time, i went to the courier office after 14-15 days then I collected the same, the 1st impression was your very pathetic, than I didnt got one stylus, got defective hear phone & battery charger, I have complained for the same on 19th Feb. 2010, I called customer care on 25th Feb to know the status, but there wasnt progress at all. they again noted my complaint as ususal, then I have called them several times & they told me it's in process, still I keep patience & called them regualry when I calld last time I complained about shock when its in charge (charger i bought), its hang when we take snaps more than one, & touch screen is not reacting good, they give me some address to corier all the things so they will give me new piece. now 1st thing- If you can't give order in 10 days why you committed me?
    2nd thing- If you cant give me parts in 10 days why you committed the same, it has already taken a month.
    3rd thing- If your product has such problems why should i suffre fro the same? why should I bother to courier & all?
    4th thing- If i courier the same what will i do till you send new piece?
    5th thing- how I trust that you will send replacement?
    6th thing- how i trust that replacement will new & it won't have such kind of damages/ problems?
    7th thing- how i believe that you will send it in committed time?
    8th thing- what should i do when i send you mobile? how will people communicate to mewithout cell?

    Please clear all my queries.

    I have purchased GREEN APPLE MP4 Player, i have received faulty product customer care executives not giving response and the ear phones also not working, MP4 player not formatting if i not received right product i'll consult Consumer Court.
    I had purchased BlackCherry Mobile from Naaptol. My order number is 326826. I was supposed to receive one free watch along with Mobile. But I received only Mobile.

    I registered complain to Naaptol Customer Care 2 days late due to some un-avoidable reason. Now, Customer Care Executive is refusing to deliver the Watch just because of I did not register complain within 24 hrs.

    I sent several mails to [protected]@naaptol.com. But did not received any response.

    i ordered a boss e phone fron naaptol.com my order no is 478305.i received the product in good condition. but the very next day the touch screen stopped working and the screen develop a crack.i imediately contact customer care and as per their instruction i send it to shiv service center by first flight courier. but they refused to receive and it is returned back to me. i want the reason why?

    This is to bring to your notice that i had ordered for " Blacberry Storm 9530 ", Order No: 3466737, But after recieving the product I found it to be defective and phone was not functioning normal. i registered a compalint regarding same to Naaptol Customer care and I was asked to rensend the handset with all its accessories to the specified vendor concerning its replacement/Refund.

    I recouriered the same to the concerned vendor through DTDC-courier service, of C.No: E70428658, showing current status as Delivered to the specified vendor.

    I request Naaptol to process the same, either replacement as said or refund at your earliest.

    I had ordered a Mini Silai machine with thread set.I recd the same on 16t aug.I have been out of the country .When I tried using the machine it did not work.I have lodged a complaint on the phone.I was assured that something will be done but so far I havenot heard from Naaptol.I need help regarding the machine, where it has to be taken & what do i do to get it in working order.

      I am a regular buyer of online products but I ordered on Naaptol for the first time . I ordered a camera pen online for Rs 1690 and paid the amount via INterenet banking facility online . Within 24 hours I got an SMS from the Naaptol site that My order is cancelled and that they have not received my payment . I then Called my Bank ICICI bank and they informed me for online shopping min 3 working days are required for transfer, Hence I patiently waited for 3 days and again called my bank , they informed me that the amount was cleared the next day and on 29th itself the amoutn was credited into the naaptol account , after this my nighmare began . I have called the naaptol customer care at least 100 times and sent innumerable mails but there is no response from them . One of the customer care executive said I should send them my bank statement as proof . Ihave submitted the transaction ID of payment and the bank has confirmed that that is all that is required to confirm payment . this is pure harrassment . For me it is an STD call and thye make me hold the line for hours . MY time is precious to me and it is difficut to follow up.

        i had ordered an ephone ultra slim multimedia phone from naaptol and it was for 4999rs with shipping 200rs it was total for 5199rs..but when is recieved the phone it was a cheap phone i9 phone which was advertised on the website for 3200rs and it didnt even have a cam with flash and other features i needed...they asked me to send it back by courier and i had to pay for shipping charges again for sending it to them when it was not even my fault...if any of the consumer court or any legal entity is seeing this then please take an action against this..

        also my order id with naaptol is 152255...i had send the mobile by aramex courier...my awb number is [protected]..please make sure that i issue is resolved asap before i lodge a complaint with the consumer court.i have send the product before 7working days after i received it so i dont think that it should be a problem..when i asked for a refund they said i wont get any refund but on the website it said we cud take a refund if we donot get the correct product.it means you cheat people by false advertisement and false information on the website..i could file a case as per right to information act...

        i have send the phone back to naaptol on 02feb2010 and they have received it on 04feb2010..today is the 14feb2010 and i havent received any replacement yet for my phone and also when i calll the customer service number its useless..they say that i wud get it within sometime but til now it has not even been dispatched from their end.i was told i would get it back within 7-10working days...these people are cheat and have eaten up my money..i just might file a case in the consumer court if i dont get it by next week...BEENA TEJWANI

        I had called on 17th Feb and spoke to your representative Pooja and asked her to deliver the phone by 19th feb as we are going out of town and will be back on 02nd mar she said cannot deliver till 19th so i asked her to keep the product with Naaptol and send it post 2nd mar she said she is putting a note and will make sure the product is delivered post 2nd Mar.
        Checked the status of my phone on Naaptol and it was sent to me on 20th feb and it went undelivered as no one was avail to take the parcel.

        Whenever we ask for a supervisor your agents disconnect the call. Supervisor named Yamini had promised a call back but never called me back.

        I have already filed a case against Naaptol with Consumer court.
        Now they will contact Naaptol for my product.


        I don't think Naaptol does not have an escalation desk where customers can speak to a supervisor or managers to solve our issue.


        I am working as a Manager in customer services of a company but we never give such a runaround to our customers.

        This is the worst customer service that we have faced or dealt with.
        Call disconnection leads to termination of services for my agents but i don't think there is any policy or rules for Naaptol customer service.

        I will tell everyone not to use Naaptol and will also post it on all possible social sites that Naaptol is a fraud company. Never Never Never use Naaptol.

        Friends do not worry as per laws in India NAAPTOL can not go away saying that they are just a mediator providing goods for third party companies. End of the day, they are earning good commission out of these sales.
        Every customer should get up and show them that we are aware of the rules and laws in India.
        Just they declearing their own laws can not save them from being penalized.
        Go on and file a case in Cunsumer court - It will not cost you much and you can also claim them for the money that you will spend in court proceedings when you win the case. (Just you make sure to mention this clause while you send them a legal notice)

        File your concern today in cunsumer court today. You need not to be a lawyer or no need to hire a lawyer for that.
        File a complaint in your city and ask them to come in your city's court as the crime occured in your city - they are legally obliged to come and answer to the court in your city - JUST DO NOT BE AFRAID OF ANYTHING - INDIAN LAWS ARE WITH YOU.
        I agree with you. If I had read these comments, I would not have fallen prey to Naaptol's cheating techniques. I bought a Digital video camera from them and found the charger and battery not working. So I booked a complaint, when I was told that i will get a new charger and battery within 10 working days. Nothing was mentioned about returning the defective ones. Everytime I called, I was told that it is uner process. My complaint was made on 8th.may'11, and today, on 3rd.June'11, for the first time I was informed that I have to return the defective piece only to get a replacement. I have no more trust in this company and am not too sure about spending more money on sending the stuff. What if they still do not send the replacement battery and charger? Thanks for the advice. I will wait for a few days to see the reaction from Naaptol and then approach the Consumer court. Yes, we need to come together.

        Dear Sir,

        I bought a Tab UBISLATE from Naaptol as they advertised in TV as "Monsoon Dhamaka" (ORDERR NO.[protected]. In the Advertisement, at that time, they never said that this Tab does not have SIM facility. Now, after getting the tab, realizing its limitation I wanted to change it and requested the company to change it with a better one and for that I wanted to pay more. (They have the provision for exchange the item and regarding that they already seend me papaers inside the packing box of the Tab). But while I ask them to change it they straight way denied. They didn't send me any paper, invoice, Bill of my payment to the company etc.

        Besides, the screen of the Tab is also defective.

        Kindly look into matter and kindly do the needful.

          under reg. no. 23612 a sigmatel fxd t99i for rs. 2999. was purchased through mail in july2009. The mobile received in defective position as several functions were not performing from the begining charger was not working. i had purchased it from the market to start the function but it was not in moode. In this way it was a bitter taste for me to get such a defective mobile. I lodge several complaints for this. I had sent back the product on the advise of customer care of naaptol on 25.10.2009 by blue dart. I had enquired several time for the item. they replied that they are sending the item next week but not sent the item till date. Now I want my cash back with interest and other expenses that i spent on this item.

            Green apple mp3 and mp4 player advertised in mail today for rs 2099 including shipping (Cod) vide order no 145881 dated 15/01/10, on delivery after 8 days, did not have manual for operation, did not have driver cd. On operation fm is found to work. Mp3 plays for 10 seconds only with very low volume.
            Since product is warranted for 6 months the same should be replaced immediately.

            The name green apple is used to mislead, actual product being actions usb mp4 media player, made in china

            Green Apple MP3 & MP4 Player — Wrong Product Delivered

            I purchased online "Green Apple MP3&MP4 Player" from www.naaptol.com.The product was delivered upon cash payment of Rs.2100/-.
            As per the product details given in the website,the product is of Memory capacity 8GB.But the delivered product was found to be of only 4GB Memory capacity.
            Moreover,the product was delivered without any UserManual,Driver-CD.

            I communicated the above details to naaptol several times but of no use.Naaptol never gave any response.Their customer support number is not working at all.

            I am ready to return the product and willing to get the money refunded.

            I agree with the complaint to a great extent. I am not happy especially with the delivery of the product - Green Apple MP3 and MP4 Player - without any booklet detailing how to use the product and CD Driver.

            I am however quite positive that Naaptol would keep their words that they have mentioned in their positive reply to the complaint. Hope they would do their best and offer satisfactory service to the customers.

            naaptol/ 8GB green apple ipod — delivery not made

              While our regulatory authorities take nap, fradulent companies are mushrooming in the country as the growth of grass in monsoon.
              One such organisation is http://www.naaptol.com/ who sells the unbranded mobile handsets online.

              Naaptol is selling the illegal sub-standard china made smart mobile phone handsets... They way the information is provided in their advertisement in newspapers (Hindustan times in mumbai) and on their website gives the impression the cell phone are the branded cell phones.

              Moreover, naaptol compares the prices of the branded cell phone and claims that it provide the same/similar phone (Very thin line of differance) in only rs.4999/- (Visit http://www.naaptol.com/)

              First the quality of the phone itself is substandard, it has not details of its manufacturer. The online sales executives just says it is made in china. Further they try to convience people by saying that all the branded phones are made in china.

              The after sales services is questionable. There are several complaints pending before the company that the ordered handsets are not working at all right from the stage its packing is opened.

              It's the wake up call... For the authorities & the established brand owners.

                  I had placed an order for a full touch screen smart phone with track ball 9650 with online company naaptol. The order number is 126687 and the total amount paid is rs 5699. I received the packet in the evening of 24 december, 2009 by blue dart. I found that the product is substandard of cheap quality without any brand and there is no user manual provided. Without a user manual i can not use the product. Later, i found similar complaints about naaptol by other customers on internet whose complaints are not being attended to. This is alarming so i immediately sent an e-mail to naaptol and also called up their customer support at [protected]. The lady said that "she would try to send the user manual in next ten days" or else i can get the help from some local shop. Now i know that i am duped. The newspaper, dna, is advertising the online shopping with naaptol almost everyday. Should such unethical business be allowed openly?
                  I wanted to return the product and get my money refunded but the naaptol customer support lady said that once the item is received by a customer, the money is not refunded.

                  I have been complaining on phone as also through your website for supply of defective 'Spy Pen Video Camera' against Order No.115128. The details are as under:

                  1. On 16.12.2009 I informed that 'Instruction Manual' was not received and hence I am unable to activate the pen. I talked to Ms. Pushpa and complaint No. 17677 was registered. I was assured that I will get it within a three working days.

                  2. On 20.12.2009, I talked to Ms. Varsha who advised me to send the product back only by Bule Dart or First Flight. The complaint No.19404 was noted. I was assured to send a specific mail confirming that the expenses for courier will be reimbursed. No mail is received.

                  3. On 23.12.2009 I reminded by calling the call centre and I was assured that instruction manual will be sent shortly.

                  4. On 29.12.2009 I talked to Ms. Divya, who again assured to send the mail and also to send the soft copy of instructions manual.

                  5. On 30.12.2009, I talked to Ms. Priya, who informed that there is no employee named as Pushpa (who talked to me on 16.12.2009) and also Ms. Divya (who talked to me on 29.12.2009 evening) and further informed that though normally every conversation is recorded, the teletalk on 29.12.2009 is not recorded. Apart from above, I had sent mail through your website, which is not responded till date and also couple of other calls of which I have not kept record, since initially I was hopeful of my redressal of grievance.

                  In the circumstances, I would like to have response from you on the following points:

                  (A) Why instructions manual was not sent alongwith the product?
                  (B) If the soft copy of it could be sent by email, why it was not suggested in the first call itself and sent the copy to me?
                  (C) Why the complaint is not attended for such a long period?
                  (D) Whether recording of complaints is checked by any authority or not ? If yes, how is that my complaints are not properly recorded? For example, I have been requesting for a mail forwarding the soft copy of instructions manual and a confirmation that courier expenses will be reimbursed and noting has been made that the complaint is for replacement. In fact, on getting the instructions manual, I would like to follow them and try for using it properly to avoid replacement. If after receipt of the same, still it does not work, I would consider returning it for replacement.
                  (E) Since I am not satisfied with the product, whether you would consider refund of amount I have paid? If not, please provide me full details such as name of company, Name and designation of concerned official to enable me to take appropriate action in the matter.

                  Hope to receive reply within couple of days, or else I will presume that your company does not wish to reply to any of my querries.

Upon checking the parcel the item is found to be defective.. The camera is recording upside down and the voice is not clear .                     According to grapevine naaptol is a proxy of the times of india and mumbai mirror who use it to fool people into buying products worth thousands of rupees.
                    There is a fact doing the rounds that everyday 1000 products are 'sold'. That is a total of 50, 00, 000 rupees everyday which is then put in the bank to earn an interest of 5, 00, 000 everyday and 1 crore 50 lacs in a month purely on interest.
                    And when the customer gets the money bank the times of india, mumbai mirror though its naaptol wing have made an easy interest of *atleast* 1, 50, 00, 000 that is one crore and fifty lacs

                    My order no:2847072, purchased a vox ie7 mobile, for rs.4398/=, with delivery cost. And i have made a complaint about the product, the complaint no:2067542.
                    They said there is no service center at chennai city were i am residing. After several discussion over phone, they accepted to replace the vox ie7 mobile with any other brand and model. Hence after searching in naaptol site, i sent back the vox ie7 mobile by dtdc couriers, with a letter tom/salpha radio shop, delhi. Requesting to replace the vox ie7 with a nokia c2-03 brand model. But they forwarded the same vox ie7 without considering my request for the nokia brand mobile.
                    I am totally unsatisfied by the vox ie7 mobile cell phone, over it's performece and the over weight of the cell about 300gms. Kindly arrange to replace my mobile with a nokia brand model c2-03. I am ready pay the difference of cost. Expecting early reply and action please. Thanking you.

                          I was solicited on my mobile phone, and i placed my order no. 94030 for a product. I was informed by naaptol that the item would be delivered by first flight couriers awb lb 0520118, within 5 days of the sms dated 21 nov 09.
                          I was very keen on receiving the product; i had asked for delivery at my office. I had instructed my staff to inform me immediately if any courier parcel came for me. No parcel was delivered; nor was any "missed you" note left at my address.
                          On enquiring with the first flight courier office, i was informed that it has been returned to mumbai, undelivered! Why?
                          This is poor customer service.

We returned the e-phone by First Flight on 26th september 09 , Consigner copy no. *D25762607* from New Delhi,Nehru place. the company has not issued any bill, vouchers.                                   1. I paid for the e phone dual sim on cod basis after receipt of the product on 25 sept o9. My order no was 47524.

                                  2. On 30 sept i lodged a complaint of defect in product on helpline and was given complaint no 1803 on 30 sept with an assurance that within 10 days the product would be replaced. Since then i have made numerous calls to the helpline with no avail.in fact at times i have been kept on hold for 15 mins without any response. On one occasion when i called to speak to ms shruti lad manager operations, i was told by one mr sachin that action would be taken imdtly but nothing has been done till date. Ms shruti does not respond to calls on mob no [protected]. My mob no is [protected].

                                    My name is Vinod kumar ,I have buy an EPHONE from naaptol.om online shoping site on 27 Sept 2009.
                                    Its been more than 45 days to go but still I have not received the product.Payment is made through credit card.I am having all the confirmation mail which I have received from naaptol.My order no is 58438 but after 20 days back I made a call to these guys regarding the same but they said this order is canel and you have to make another order as we have received the payment,I said OK ,then the concern guys said that your new order ID is 83694.After few days back I checked the status of the same order that reflect again cancelled,again I made a call to customer service executive who said that we have not received the payment for this product and asked for my credit card statement.I send them a scanned copy of my credit card statement but nothing has been done so far.
                                    Plz find the attached credit card statement and screen shot of confirmation of EPHONE from naaptol.


                                    Kindly look into the matter ,I shall be highly greatful to you.

                                      Subject: no prompt action to a problem (Ref order no. 69286)

                                      Dear sir,

                                      This is the reference to a product mobile phone e-71 multimedia that i have ordered on 9th october 2009 vide order no. 69286. I made the payment for this product via icici credit card. I had received this product through blue dart on 12th october 09 and the courier man demanded rs5100, because as per him the payment for this product was not made to naaptol and it has come under the cod. I am constantly making calls to your complaint department to know the status of my product but till date i have not received any satisfactory answer.

                                      I have made a number of std calls since these numbers are not toll free, that too when i have paid for the product in advance. At last on 16th october 09, i had a talk with ms kavita rathore and she assured me that i will receive this product latest by 20th october 2009 where as i have not received it till date and infact you are not coming on line, as i have been made to understand that you are always busy in meetings.

                                      I had called up on 20th october 09 morning had a talk with mr sachin rathore and he assured me that he will resolve the problem and will get back in 1-2 hours, but noboby called me up.

                                      I again called up on 22nd october 09 morning had a talk with mr sachin rathore on hi mobile and he assured me that he will resolve the problem and will get back in half an hour, but as usual he did not turn up.

                                      I just fail to understand what all these people are doing since 12th october 09, the day when the first complaint was done. I was to gift this product to someone on the occasion of diwali and it makes no sense if it gets to me after that. Everyone in your customer-care knows my name ie. Yamini, deepa, snehal, kripa, geeta (From email department), sarika (Logistics) and sachin rathore.

                                      Naaptol has used my money for several days as till date i have not received any product or any satisfactory answer. Nobody has bothered to call me back and i have spent more than rs1000 on std calls only.

                                      Look into this matter at priority and get back soon.

                                      I have purchased a Spy Pen- 16 GB on dated 30/11/2009 which order no was 111343. after getting this pen; not working properly.

                                      i sent this pen through first flight dated 22/12/09. after 7 days i called in naaptol complaint department, they assured me to get the pen replaced within 7 days. now 1 month had been passed but still i haven't got my product (pen) yet. in duration of 1 month i called 4-5 times there but as usual they assured me same as above comments.

                                      now i m so tired and not in condition to trace the status of my product.
                                      i thing i should have to take legal action against Naap tol.

                                      So plz send me my pen as early as possible otherwise i have to take legal action. My contact no is [protected], send me new pen as soon as possible and let me know abt delivery period finally. i am having all documents.

                                      i ordered the mobile was e 71 pro+ blue tooth. But i got the mobile was i 71 pro with blue tooth so i called to customer care they were told to me that send to vendor they will send to you correct product. they gave the vendor address is HARIDAS MARKET, BAND STREET, KOTI, HYDERABAD. I i sent it to the vendor and also i got the P.O.D copy. i sent the mobile on 11.6.2010. after one week it reached to vendor. till now i m not get any information about the correct product and when will it reach to me. kindly send me the correct product in a week .

                                      My Order No :- 5572879 & Aramex Courier AWB No :-[protected] Still not yet Received Product .the courier man had told that he will be delevring the product with in 2 days, but right now im not able to recive that produt. the status is showing wrong address, but i had given right address, and he never called also. i rasied a complaint but their is no action as taken against that courier. plz i want to know the status of that product and confirmed about the product delivery., customer satisfaction is not done, Aramex service is not good.
