This is in reference to the order ID - 649655, payment done online through credit card in the name of "Abhishek Sharma" on 10th Aug,2010 and delivery to be made to "Somya Sharma". This is despite of the fact that the website promises to deliver within 10 days of order.

Inspite of repeatedly calling customer care center I have not yet recieved the product requested till date?...

the product was very good and it is working nicely.
here i would like to inform that i can take video recording for 5 to 8 minutes only then immeditatly battery comes to dead.
could yo suggest me about this technical problems. even charged for 48 to 50 hours , battery life was 5 to 8 minutes, could you solve this problems.

I personally now do feel that naaptol is a fraud company, cheating people selling defective products.
Such firm should be banned and strict action should be taken against it.I ordered 5800 express music phone. I received it on 27 june 2010. I am working work print media, and I bought this Spycam thinking that this will be useful for my profession. They sold it saying that if you charge it for 8 to 10 hours we can record for 10 hours. But the worst thing is I cant even record for 30 seconds also. I have really wasted my money...
