I had booked for a smart phone vide order no 761380. Till date i have not received the product. Since Sep 4 they have been telling that the same has been picked up by the courier Blue dart.

When I waanted the order to be cancelled i am told to wait for 15 days to get the money back, The customer care (sic) executive says why did you make payment bty Credit card when COD option is avaaliable. This shows their level of confidence.

Kindly take up with concerned person.

    I purchased BOSS e3300 mobile phone through naaptol.com on 1 aug 2010, my order id is 61786.
    while purchasing this phone customer care executive told me they will give 6 months seller waranty. i got my phone through blue dart within 7 days of placin order.
    though phone was not good as described on naaptool.com but i thinked no problem it will work as basic dual sim phone. but within in one week of purchase, phone touch screen stop responding completly. when i contact naaptol customer care they said the phone has only 24hr warranty on touch screen. but nothing was such mentioned in warranty card. they refuse to repair phone. if a full touch screen phone doesnt give warranty on its screen then what is meaning of warranty. and worst thing is that there is no service center to repair phone.

      respectable citizen of india i duty bound to aware all o[censored]. that naaptol.com or naaptol noline shoping co. is fraud co. and cheats innocent people becouse i booked a product wespro camcorder vide order no. 679455 dated 21/08/2010. at the time of booking costumer service provider told me that product will send with in 7 days. payment aleardy received by naap tol by my credit card since from i have not receive my order. when i talk to costumer care they excuse on one pretext or the other. pl. i request u .think before booked any product with naaptol.com or naaptol online shoping. becouse of naaptol i receivd mentally pain and harassment.which can not compenciate in term of money.

        i purchased one mobile phone from naaptol through credit card payment vide order no 369860.First they never told me that they will not send the product only after sending a fax of my photo identity.For that they hold my order even after getting the payment.Secondly they encouraged me to make the payment through credit card for the gift of a pair of watch worth rupees 1000/-but they never gave the watches.After using the product, battery is not working for more than 3 to 4 hours.Even after two complaints i did not get the battery.I wasted my 3999/-rupees.NEVER BUY PRODUCT FROM NAAPTOL.

        Boss — Battery is not working in mobile.

        I had purchased a Boss E- phone 3300 from naaptol.com & i got the same on 25/01/10...
        But, the same is defective.
        Means the cell is not being started...
        & i already contacted naaptol customer care No. but from there one of the staff members told that to charge the mobile for atleast 2-3 hours...
        I tried that also but the result is that, the mobile is not starting..
        Battery is not working in Boss E- phone 3300.
        Kindly accept my request to do such steps in the same like replace the same battery at the earliest & pls. tell me the further procedure for the same...

        I have order (order no 285243) a boss e phone 3300 through naptol.com (online) on 7.04.2010 and recrived on 17.04.2010. when i open the box and switch on the phone tuch screen is not worked and there so many problem in phone and i made call in your co. your custer care exicutive has advised me to return the phone with all accesories at tele products 50 khatri compound elphinstone brij mumbai-400013. and ensure that u are send me the new phone within 10 working days.
        I have return the phone at tele products 50 khatri compound elphonestone bridge mumbai-400013 on 24/04/2010 but now onwards phone not return from naaptol side.

        I had purchased a Boss E- phone 3300 through Naaptol.com, Order Id is 146974...

        & i got the same on dated 25/01/10...

        But,i think that the same piece is defective.

        Means the cell is not being started...

        & i already contacted the customer care No. of naaptol but from there the person was told that to charge the mobile for atleast
        2-3 hours...
        I tried that also but the result is that,the mobile is not starting..

        Kindly accept my request to do such steps in the same like replace or repair the same piece at the earliest...

        Before that,many times i complaint in CONSUMER COMPLAINTS,but there are no response from your side

        Dear Sir,

        With the reference of Advertisement in news paper Times of India I requested a car stereo system from naaptol on 3 February 2011 and the faulty product is delivered to me.
        I returned the same product via. blue dart on 12 of February 2011. As per blue dart product is received at naaptol on 14 of February.

        The actual cost mentioned in times of india for the carstereo is Rs. 12999 and discounted price is Rs. 2249 . The product i received is having worse quality and faulty. I estimated its cost in local market within same cost local car stereo distributors was ready to provide even better product. I dont know why Times of India such a great news paper is supporting Naaptol for selling worse quality product with respect to cheap price.

        The conclusion is till today I did not received my product ( Car stereo system).

        I am really feeling shameful within myself for purchasing products from naaptol, Its my humble request to you kindly provide me the product or return my money back to me. I will provide you my account numbers.

        Please do the needful and resolve this problem soon.

          This is in reference to the order ID - 649655, payment done online through credit card in the name of "Abhishek Sharma" on 10th Aug,2010 and delivery to be made to "Somya Sharma". This is despite of the fact that the website promises to deliver within 10 days of order.

          Inspite of repeatedly calling customer care center I have not yet recieved the product requested till date?

            Please refer our various mails and telephone calls since 12th June, 2010 to till date.

            Also note that we have received the following SMS on 30.07.2010 at 12.55p.m.
            “ Dear Customer, Your order no.291750 is ready for reshipping, for any assistant kindly contact [protected].

            Surprisingly till date after one month, we have not received our Mobile or there is no change in your telephonic (Toll free) msg.

            Given below our various mails sent to Naaptol for your doing the needful.
            But there is no reply from them and on telephone the same msg. " Mobile is ready for shipment since 30th July, 2010" is given by their call centre.

            Please look into it .

            If on the second day same thing happens than what is the use of it?

            us such a cheap instrument with no guarantee.

            If you are giving the guarantee will pay the amount or we have no other

            6. on 8th day the stylus cracked the screen.
            7. We are using – Aircel Internet package
            8. Sim Cards – Airtel, Aircel, Reliance.

            As we were out of Mumbai we could not deliver the same. On Thursday 10th June, 2010 night we were back from Religious tour from south and then we called and got the address etc.

            When the status of your mobile delivery is like this, how can we buy your other products which you advertise on TV. How can we judge your reputation.

              I purchased a camera through Naaptol TCL DV 710 for Rs. Four thousand. Order No 204818 dt 7.3.2010. Camera is under Warranty, which I fear the period shall finish by the time further actions are taken.. (Procedure of transaction being - to take delivery by courrier without inspection & pay immediately by cash) We went for a trip to the north alongwith the camera. However the camera is having dark display. The visibility for display inside the house is very low. Outdoor also it is very dark. We compared with other same level cameras, the visibility in those cameras (purchased from shops) are very clear & illuminated The photos are also dark & not clear. Even a mobile camera gives better display & photos.
              Some of the people with us also said that it is very dark. In fact we have to strain while looking at the display. The simple utility of a camera is absent. The talks over their telephone have been just formal. I have talked to their No [protected] and also sent two texts on 28th aug. Since then no one is lifting the phone. If the fundas or the features of a camera is not as per how a routine camera should be - what is the use of the camera. It is not of any use to us.
              I also wish to convey that the camera is in working condition, but the position is such that the product imported is totally substandard, (and inspection before delivery is not allowed), what is the use of a camera when the display & photos taken are not at par with an average camera in market.
              The camera is a junk for me.
              As I expect a reply 1) to leave the camera at their repair place,- it shall be a waste of time & money , 2) from replies from others on the site the cameras may not come back. 3) The Camera is in working condition.
              None of the replies matches my complaint, as I would like a person to sit across, see the camera & say if others have also taken the same model, and are they satisfied & I would like to have their contact numbers nearer to my place or if they have a sample piece in their hand, compare with mine & arrange for a replacement immediately.

                I my self pushparaj shetty,i ordered for e71 pro mobile phone from d company mentioned above on phone they sent me diffrent co. cheap mobile which i returned it through blue dart courier within 5 days after delivery,i ordered on 23th march2010,delivered on 4th april2010,u can view my full report on naaptol.com my i.d no is242813,their contact no is [protected].Every time icall them they tell me it will take 10 to 15 days, now 5 months passed i have not recived d product or refund.I want u to help me out &get my refund with interest i thankingu pushparaj
                this is d 1st time im complaing lets see how it works.

                  i'm ANKIT KAPADIYA from surat-gujarat.i have ordered CAR MULTIMEDIA PLAYER from naaptol.com. i got that product at my deliverd addres at 0962010 & i pay the cash 1500 Rs. [product charge] + 200 Rs. [shipping charge] = Total paid Amount 1700 Rs. through 'cash on delivery option'.but i send back this product next day via BLUE DART courier because they sent me a defective pieace. this is the document of the i dispatched the car multimedia player via BLUE DART courier at 1162010. it's AWB NO. is [protected] & i send the POD copy & SHIPPER'S copy via FAX & E-mail [[protected]@naaptol.com & [protected]@naaptol.com]at 1562010. my order no. is 468160. i complained lots of time regarding my refund amount on naaptol custmour care no. my complain no. is 180583 but no reply from them. already i have charged for contacting them more than 500 RS. naaptol call center no.is [protected] & [protected]

                      I have purchased 16 GB Spy Pen by Naaptol.com, the supply was made by their vender M/s Aditya Infotech Hyderabad vendor sent defective product which was sent back to M/s Aditya Infotech Hyderabad on the adviced of M/s Naaptol.com. M/s Aditya Infotech received back above product on dated 12.4.2010, but M/s Aditya Infotech have not sent back/ replaced above product till date i.e. 20.8.2010 despite of several reminders to naaptol.com, they always give next date for delivery since last 4 months This Company may be punished for default service and imposed heavy penalty for their defective services and product.

                        I have booked my order for digital pen camera almost one and half month ago but inspite of several telephonic requist made to naptol time and again for early dipatch of product but same have not received till now every time they assured that your order will reach in 2-3 days.I am almost fed up with naptol and want some serious action against them.
                        some serious action against naptol should be taken
                        I REQUEST THE AUTHOITY THE COMPLAINT SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOULY AND CAMERA MUST BE AT LEAST REPAIR.

                                I bought a MP3 player through Naaptol on-line. I find that the battery is defective as a full charge lasts only for 45 minutes. The company is not responding to e-mails and feedbacks. The customer service number is never available. Finally after trying for several days, I managed to get through and was given a complaint number but after that nothing has happened.

                                I, Dr. Manoj Kumar Jha reporting complaint that, I have purchased a Digital Camcorder modal No. DV540 (8.0 MP), order No 424243 during purchase deal your Sales Executive assured me that,

                                1. This model is having 8 MP, where as it not mention any where in the Camcorder or Brother or Guaranty Card.

                                2. During making the payments against above deal, if I am using ICICI Credit cart, I will get wrist watch free, which was not delivered so far.

                                3. In this model AAA 3 Batteries are free, which was not also not delivered.

                                4. Camcorder while recording it is not saving in the memory.

                                I had several times telephonic discussion with your Sales Executive but there response is not proper, Either they are intensely holding the phone or disconnecting the line.

                                If the will talk also, they are not giving any proper responce.

                                If you have inculcated the culture like this in your farm, it is really shaking .

                                I request you kindly to look into the matter seriously and do the need full as earliest, either you replace the camcoder or rembers my mony Rs. 3499/ - as earliest.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  With the reference of Advertisement in news paper Times of India I requested a car stereo system from naaptol on 3 February 2011 and the faulty product is delivered to me.
                                  I returned the same product via. blue dart on 12 of February 2011. As per blue dart product is received at naaptol on 14 of February.

                                  The actual cost mentioned in times of india for the carstereo is Rs. 12999 and discounted price is Rs. 2249 . The product i received is having worse quality and faulty. I estimated its cost in local market within same cost local car stereo distributors was ready to provide even better product. I dont know why Times of India such a great news paper is supporting Naaptol for selling worse quality product with respect to cheap price.

                                  The conclusion is till today I did not received my product ( Car stereo system).

                                  I am really feeling shameful within myself for purchasing products from naaptol, Its my humble request to you kindly provide me the product or return my money back to me. I will provide you my account numbers.

                                    I personally now do feel that naaptol is a fraud company, cheating people selling defective products.
                                    Such firm should be banned and strict action should be taken against it.I ordered 5800 express music phone. I received it on 27 june 2010. On opening packet I found battery was completely defective and the Charger as well.When i use to keep the cell for charging it use to tell me "warning bad contact charger"
                                    and the phone later on went off. I am seriously very irritated with this product now. Almost 5 to 6 complains hv been given by me but no action has been taken yet.

                                        I had ordered a spypen(16GB) vide order no. 276728 from the said firm on 4th April which I received on 9th April through Blue Dart Courier on the payment of Rs. 1599+150 (product+shipping charges). When I tested the product, it was doing nothing. I immediatelt called thier customer care where they asked me to send the product back for repair or replacement to their vendor at Haydrebad. . I followed their instruction and send it back on 12th April through Skylark Courier. After waiting for 15-20 days I called them again on 2nd May to enquire about it but they denied the receipt of it. Then again I Called them on 14th May and 26th May but the reply was the same again and again. The courier people are saying that the product has been delivered on 17 April and has also provided me the copy of POD (proof of delivery). Now when ever I call them they take my email id etc but has never responded. I feel cheated and want hard punishment for such culprits who fool people by giving decortive adds in newspspers infact some action should also be taken against these newspapers who print the advertisements of such fruad firms. Please help me with this
