I have placed an order for buying 100pcs jewellery sets on naaptoll customer helpline against 100% refund guarantee in 15 days. My order no. Is 198231 dated 04/03/2010. Against this order i received the sets on dated 12/03/2010 but the sets quality is not good. I returned the sets to the naaptol through aramex courier on dated 17/03/2010. I call the customer support no many times for the status of my refund. But they tell me always your file is in process you will received your refund soon but till today 30/04/2010 i have not received my refund money.
You are requested to please you takethis matter with naaptoll & giving my money from naaptoll urgently.

        I am Rakesh Tolani I have ordered a camcorder from naaptol.com on[protected] and my order no is : 298700 on cash on delivery, they delivered the camcorder on[protected] and I paid Rs 3699 /- (INR) which includes delivery charges, but at the time of delivery no demo of the product is given to me and while checking the product I found the this camcorder is made in "PRC" (i.e. China), what ever they mentioned in newspaper the camcorder is 8 MEGA PIXEL, these cheap chinese product is hardly 1 or 2 MEGA PIXEL and picture quality is so dull and does not support (memory chip) which they said it will support upto 8 GB and my branded (AAA alkaline batteries) doesn't even last for more than one hour.

        When I called customer care of naaptol.com they told me that they won't refund my money back please help me to get back my hard earned money from those lee-chads, I am ready to waiver my delivery charges which I paid for this product.

            I have brought a product from Naaptol, which sells various product. I have brought a mobile phone named BOSS, The product on receipt was found to be defective. After almost a month received a replacement the product was received but battery is faulty.
            The customer services is very poor to attend problem and website feedback sites never works.

            I have purchased a BOSS 33 Sleek mobile phone from Naaptol. After one month use touch screen functionality is not working and I have 6 months warranty for it. I have raised a service request in bossmobilephone web site and also I have sent email but no reply from their side. Please do not purchase any product from Naaptol or Boss.

              Now the situation is that product received is having lots of issues like

              1. Not having usb port
              2. Fm not working
              3. Mobile stops responding along with keys in between etc

              I have launched a complain with customer care, but now they are asking me courier the product with the list of issues on below address at my own expense

                I booked E71 Y gsm mobile through naaptol.com but I received wrong product that is Nipex NE71, same time I have paid the amount of Rs. 2699/- to the courier person.
                So I returned the wrong product by Bluedart courier airway bill no. [protected] dt. 16.4.10 which is delivered to your company dated 17.4.10 that is received by Mr. Aslam.
                I had a talk with your representative, who ensured me about the booked mobile that I will get it within 10 days but still I am awaiting and worry about this.
                Please send me the product Or return my money as soon as possible.

                I have bought a Nipex mobile NE-71 fro naaptol.com. It was a big disaster. It can't be used as a mobile; nothing can be heard. It can be used as a cheap camera or a noisy FM radio.                   I recently bought a Wespro 8MP digital camcorder (DV540) from naaptol.com. @Rs.3499/- + Rs. 200(Shipping Charges) my order no. is (290888) But after receiving product I found that the product is not worth it as they say it has 8 mega pixel camera. it's quality worst than 1 mega pixel .

                  I am a victim of cheating and fraud by naaptol.com These NAAPTOL.COM PRODUCTS are TOO BAD and their CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS DEFINITELY THE WORST POSSIBLE !!! I've had a terrible time with Naaptol.com and would not recommend it for other online buyers. JUST PATHETIC service.


                  Also suggest me how to nail Naaptol.com for this fraud.

                    naaptolhotdeals is publishing advertisements for sale of certain products. In one of the editions of Times of India they published an advertisement promising to give TCL Handycamp DV710 for Rs.3999.00 plus Rs.200.00 shipping charges. The advertisement also says that if payment is made through credit card, purchaser will get a wrist watch as a gift. On 3rd March I placed an order for the same against order No.196218. After receiving the product after about a week I was shocked to see the invoice No. 100699 dt. 7.3.10 from M/s Compact International giving the warranty for only six months while in the advertisement it has been mentioned that the product carries the warranty for one year. This is misleading and amounts to breach of trust. The batteries supplied with the product are defective. The adapter supplied alongwith the memory card is also defective. A number of e-mails were sent and complaints lodged with them on their No. [protected]. However, there is no response. I made payment through my ICCI credit card for not sending me the wrist watch as promised in the advertisement. All my efforts to contact their senior executives have failed. It is very nicely drafted modus opendi wherein a customer can never approach their seniors and no physical address of the company is given. A complaint has been launched by me against No. 53587 on 11th March or so but of no avail. The working of this company may please be investigated and people should be warned while making such purchases from the franchises advertising their products through newspapers. I expect a huge scame in this regard. Pl. let me know. I am prepared to return the said product to the company as I found it of no use but cannot do so since no physical address is available and as such a cheating case cannot be registered against the company. Pl. let me know who to produced further.

                        1. the screen is improper and the glass has come out.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          This is to inform you that i have purchased a boss e-phone from naaptol.com in 10 march 2010 for rs.5200/- in goa, but got a faulty product and returned back to their vendoe as per details and address given by naaptol customer care and they recieved it on 15th of march, and i specially wrote in the courier that it has to be send to my delhi address as i am going back from goa to delhi on 17th march as per my office transferred me back to delhi, and also from sme day when i sended the courier back i informed to their custmer care regarding delivery of my phone in delhi address and ahve called them several times to update my delhi address and they said, yes u will get it i delhi, but again they sended it to my goa address which was my rented house and nobody lives there, and ven then they got back the courier from blue dart courier on 19th march and i have been calling thm from that day 2-3 times a day from delhi to mumbai at customer care and they r saying u will get it soon but till today i have not got it and yesterday their supervisor meena said that you cannot get it in delhi and we can only send u in goa, which is a harrasing statemnt as i told them that please send it to my delhi address and i will pay the courier charges, but they r not responding properly on phone and nor delivering my phone, i please requesr to take a necessary and strict action against this fraudy company and help me getting my phone. Please its a humble request from me to you that please do the needful and help me out with my mobile or money.

                            This is the 344th COmplaint about NAAPTOL.com on this comsumer complaint.

                            This needs to be curbed by the Indian GOvt, as this website Sells Products maximum which are manufactured in CHINA and they do misrepresentation on the newsppaer and provide a minimum warranty for the product which is 3 months but my product which i purchased was just 1 week old and dint function properly its faulty, for a CAR DIGITAL PLAYER 1500 is charged which is in 1000 RS In the market and Naaptol charges RS 200 for Courier and the Courier person doesnt let us open the product to check.

                            now that the product is faulty naaptol customer care wants me to send it via courier so that they repair and give me a repaired product, not an exchange one.

                            I was placed an order for sigmatel fashion in this i paid Rs.1600/- through my HDFC credit card.I received the product but it not what i am inpspired and chosed one.it's completely another. I talked to the cc.dept and send back the product to the naaptol through Blue Dart courier. It was received by naaptol. I received a sms on 8th Jan.10 stating that your product is in transist but still am not received my product i dont know the reason for delay. I made so many calls to Customer care dept. but they are unable to give proper answer. What they displyed in the website products are not shipped.                             i bought Karbonn smart tablet1 from naaptol.com in online. Before the delievery they said its good work in internet usage. They said can to usb dongle 3g networks. After the full specificaitions and reveives from the online naaptol store webside. I order the karbonn smart tablet. I got that delivery from my friend.
                            Problem is now i cant to use internet. Usb dongles is not working. I call naaptol customercare service and ask them to refund my money or exchange the item.
                            But they are not responding me well. They saying it wont works in usb dongle 3g. And i must to use wifi only. They didnt say this before i buy. They said i can to use usb dongle 3g. And not giving good answer for my calls and questions. After a long few day arquimemnts i stoped calliing.
                            But my delivered product in unuse. I lose my money and waste of times. Can i get any solutions for my problem from the cheaters naaptol online shooping??

After waiting to product not received till date then i call to naaptol and ask to person. then he told me about cancle my order also he told me reason about rate is increased this product so cant send product.                               This is regarding a mobile ordered and purchased from naaptol as seen from mumbai mirror newspaper.
                              The model name was e-71 pro with bluetooth free with it.
                              It was paid by cod basis.
                              When it was switched the following problems were noticed
                              The mobile was china based. On the battery and in the headset where the memory is inserted it's clearly written made in china.
                              The speaker of the mobile is not proper
                              The bluetooth cannot get connect with the mobile.
                              The videos when played does not run smoothly. It stops in between
                              When contacted with customer care they gave address of hyderabad for repairing of that mobile

                                  My order No. 394436 & mobile No. [protected].
                                  I purchased the phone last week. Now, since three days, touch screen is not working & phone gets hanged with SIM inserted.
                                  When SIM is removed, only touch screen is sensing the touch & vibrates; but there is no action being done. For example, I press settings button, phone vibrates but settings doesn't open though I try it for many times.
                                  In keypad, for typing a single word, it takes a minute as buttons are not sensed by touch screen.

                                  6 Months warranty is far away, it started malfunctioning in 6 days.

                                  Hope www.naaptol.com is not such a cheap portal.

                                  My name is Zach. I had bought the boss ephone on the 10th of April,2010 (order # 293663). The phone's touchscreen just malfunctioned after about 2 weeks. My phone has not been subjected to any kind of physical shock. The touchscreen just malfunctioned all of a sudden. I called up customer service and they told me to get it repaired at the local repair centre. What kind of an tells their customer to get a product repaired at some other repairing centre when the product is still under warranty!!! After I argued on this particular topic, their response was that they would call me back within a week's time which they have not done so. I have done alot of research on the net to find customer responses with the following product and have found out that a whole lot of customers who have bought this particular product are not satisfied at all. The product has a warranty period of 6 months and they can't even live up to their part of the bargain. From the various responses and experiences of other customers it looks like Naaptol is scamming people with a product that is entirely untrustworthy. I even submitted my reviews on the product on ther website and it has not been published...and why?? because my reviews were very negative. User reviews are not to be judged by its positivity alone. Reviews are reviews whether they contain positive or negative views.

Of late all cals made or received drops automatically on 4th second. I tried to reset to the factory value but you didnot furnish the pass word in you manual book.                                     This is regarding order # 204121 for hamper 673, placed on 7th March 2010.

                                    The payment for the product was made from my credit card via IVR and as per the scheme the stylish watch should also be delivered to me along with the product. I have received my order and the watch is not present in the pack.

                                    From last 7 days, I have been chasing the customer care. But no response. Each time I am asked to call Sales office and Sales Office asks me to call back customer care. Don't know when will this game ends.

                                    I am a victim of cheating and fraud by naaptol.com. I purchased a mobile Videocon V1750, Orderno. 260542, by online shopping from Naaptol.com in advance payment of Rs. 7990.00. on 29.03.2010. I received the shipment on 08.04.2010. When I opened the courier, I found that the seal of box is broken, all the inner components were opened and there were lots of marks on the mobile set. It was a used set and a 2 GB memory was missing. When I called at the given customer support number ([protected]), after several calls and lot and lot time keeping me in hold they told me that the will give me a ddress where I have to send the mobile set, and they will replace the set, but even after after, calling them for 5 times and investing my lot of time and energy I didnt received the address.
                                    I request you to please do the needful to make my hard earned money get back with the return of this used mobile set.
                                    Also suggest me how to nail Naaptol.com for this fraud.

                                    I purchased a tablet and my order No is5122588. I got the consignment and found defective. I approached the customer care. They told you contact local electronic shop. They will rectify the problem. I could not able to rectify even today.I had sent series of complaints to them. No response.
                                    Naaptol is a fraudulent company, I ordered a branded watch mobile for my kid's birthdayon naaptol and made the payment online. Upon receiving the parcel through courier, I opened it and found the product in a dead working condition and all my efforts to bring it to life proved futile, the box of the product was bearing the name " vox" and both its numbers were non- existent which is a further fraud.                                     I bought a VOX 7" Tablet from NAAPTOL.COM. The product is nowhere near the one it shows online. Next the product I received with a broken screen with no display. I returned the product for replacement through Blue Dart. Since I was tracking the product I knew when the product was delivered to them. Now, its more than two weeks since the product was received by them. There has been no communication from their end.                                     My Order is 6860912 and I purchased an LED Projector for Rs 7000+ This was delivered on 1st Aug in the afternoon. It worked for one hour and also the screen projection is hardly upto 30 inches and after that there is absolutely very low intensity not worth watching. Thus effectively you can watch only with watchable brightness only till 30 inches.
                                    It worked for one hour and after that it stopped working. On complaining to customer care today they said they will call back within 48 hours and tell me the solution to it.

                                    I want my money to be refunded back as there is no point in having a product that works for one hour and then you keep on following with the customer care.

                                    I placed an order for Folding cupboard along with a shoe rack on 9th Sept 2013. It finally reached me on 18th Sept 2013 . I am a working person so I got time to open & check it only on 21 st Sept ie.. Sat-yesterday & specifically instructed that it should reach me either on Sat/Sun when I am at home. Inspite of that it reached me on 18th ie.. Thursday. My family person took the deleivery on my behalf.
                                    It was neatly packed. However on opening I noticed that :
                                    1) One main rod of the cupboard is missing
                                    2) All the 8 rods of the shoe rack is missing
                                    3) The shoe rack plastic is in a bad condition as if someone has already used it

                                    I made a complaint yesterday & they told me to send it back to Delhi at my own cost thru their DHL courier. But gave me no assurance that they will send a replacement.

                                    When I called again today about the complaint the lady is telling me that since u opened it after 24 hrs, u are nit eligible for a Replacement also. That means I shud spend my money again in courier & not get any replacement nor any REFUND.

                                    I bought a Pogo 16 kithcen set for table. The price they charged is Rs. 999+ 299( shipping).

                                    Srange when I asked them why so much shipping charge? Their answer was that they want to send goods safely LOL.

                                    I beleived on Naaptol and bought the product. To my surprise the same product was available on SNAPDEAL, flipkart and ebay at a very very low price.

                                    At SNAPDEAL - it was only 677 with no shipping charges.


                                    I called to Naaptol and the response I got was disheartning. They dont speak with the customers nicely also.


                                    They are looting the customers from all sides( be it delivery, price, quality


                                    ). The quality is also bad compared to others like flipkart( which I think is best).


                                    They normally charge 30-40% more than the market price. Here in my case-

                                    Snapdeal - Rs 677

                                    Naaptol - Rs 999+ 299= 1248 so it is around 40% more than the price offered at Snapdeal.

                                    I do understand that you are doing business for profit but charging this much amount is like cheating your customers. Even if the price varies around 5-10% then I would not have send this mail but charging more around 40% more than the actual price with shipping charge as Rs 299 is strange thing. Are you guys fooling your customers?

                                    I did not check in other online stores as I had full faith on NAAPTOL but I am very sorry to have purchased something from your store. You are not running a business but you only bluffing and cheating your customers.

                                    Yes, I do agree that you did not force me to buy your product and you had mentioned the shipping charges clearly but I did not bother to check that the same product with the same quaality and the same company product is available at such an affordable price.                                     Regarding quality, Flipkart, snapdeal, Amazon has better quality or the same quality as you. The same product with the same manufacturer is available on Snapdeal for just Rs. 665 and no shipping charges(unlike yours 999+ 299). Do you mean to say that snapdeal do not send the goods safely.

On the 21st I wrote to them mentioning that I would like to cancel. Within 5 mins I got a text saying that my shipment was delayed . I called and cancelled the order, the customer exec told me that in case it was delivered, I should not receive it. That very day I got an email from Naaptol saying that my order was cancelled by "them" due to technical reasons. What a cover up. I don't see any future for this company. They will die a natural death. Also they send mailers everyday, which is akin to spamming.

                                    My mother has been victimised by the fraudsters after ordering from Naaptol Bangla over telephone. She got a call from a guy (apparently from Delhi) informing her she has won a car; she can either take the car or cash in lieu. When she wanted cash, they need all bank details. When she changed mind to car, they first needed her to topup Rs.500 some mobile number (which she did, thinking this might be real), then they wanted Rs 10000+ to fill petrol to drive down the car from Delhi to Kolkata!

                                    Be aware, this company is passing customer's personal details to the fraudsters. I will see what can be done to them.

                                    I had purchased bed sheet combo set of 8 peice. I got the order and there was no issue. However the most upsetting part is that. In about a weeks time i got a call from this no.[protected], stating he is calling from Naaptol. He proactively confirmed with me about my order with naaptol so i felt it is from naaptol and continued with the call. His name he mentioned was Vikram Malhotra and calling from Jharkand.
                                    The shocking part is this, he stated that since i purchased a product from naaptol i qualify for a reward. He said you have won a car and to block your gift i have to transfer 12000 rupees to a particular account. He said car will come from Jharkand. I said i dont need the car then he said if you dont need the car you can take the value of the car that is 600000 rupees and for that i have to transfer 6000 rupees. He stated that it has to be availed today by 2pm.I somehow felt this is just a scam and did not bother. This guy calls me the next day and question as to why i did not block the prize and i said i'm not interested. To that he started abusing with filthy language and he went on and went on.

                                    1.Post the purchase are you guys scam you customer in this manner, if not then..
                                    2.How my number and order details was shared with the 3rd party
                                    3.Do you guys have any system in place for protection of customer information.

                                    We should start give order and when it come to your door step reject it. If we get harass then teach these people this way because we are staying in democratic India.
                                    Just stop this fooling around. I am sure Naaptol you will make zero business in campare to ebay amazon. Very soon will go behind the bar.
                                    Correct naptol is fraud company. Also now a days we are getting fraud calls from naptol and the man on the other speak bihari. He will tell you you are the winner and you either take car or cash. He will tell your address and what you ordered correctly. I do not know how come address cell number and personal information is geeting shared from naptol. It is within naptol who is leaking such private information outside. Fraud fraud and fraud company. Even naptol ll not return back money that is the most pathetic thing. They ll charge you more for shipping and show less amount on site or tv. Just beware of this fraud company.
                                    I have ordered Electric stove and the not the plate but the whole body is overheated even thought the sticker are melt from the body and burning smell came out from it . I call customer care and tell them about product problem and they are just saying that mam thats not a problem its going to overheat dont touch the body what the hell they are giving such kind of silly reasons and said the product is not going to return because this is not a reason and they dont even know how to talk with customer
                                    Naaptol are frauds... The ppl who advertise on TV, better dey do a begging job than making fraud...they show offers which won't be fulfilled...and cash back once they say points, once money...what rubbish That while selling mobile phones they cut vegetables on that and say many rubbish things instead of main features like RAM, internal memory.etc.They r selling outdated mobile sets by saying rubbish info...and i[censored] have experience of ordering, it won't be in RIT condition and i[censored] call customer care, dey just reply like a robots and not at all taken care of issue...
                                    How bloody fraud compeny these are... Taking lot of money and sending a duplicate products like 2 to 3 times... There is no proper service at all & no proper response from customer care., They didn't send refundable money back... So I am going through legally, , , so frnds stay away through "NAPTOL" and join with me

                                        i have purchase 8 gb spy pen from Naaptol company order no 154709. But company delivered a defective spy pen. so i send to this pen to Aditya Infotech, Bank street, Hyderabad for replacement dt.22/02/2010.by courier company Blue Dart docket no [protected] but at that time this product is not received . i think the Naaptol company is fraud company . the customer service phone no [protected], [protected] is not satisfy feedback its only for banvabanvi & not to tell company phone no and address- i think Naaptol compamy is fraud its intension for earning only for money.
                                        The same thing is also happened to me.
