I think I am going to go crazy with you guys. What the hell is the problem? Just when I thought that I will be getting my money, you guys mess it up all again. Why the hell are you sending my package again to me. This is absolutely ridiculous. One simple thing, let me repeat it again, one simple thing, you got the package from me, just send me my money. Doesn't that sound simply. In spite of calling you guys right since the month of April and that is before April 12th, informing you guys always that I want my money refunded, you are still sending my package. I guess you are a kind of a company who likes to annoy customers which is not good for you. I hope you take my advice.
Now, since I have been calling, sending a complaint right since April, I don't think I should have to go through any problems anymore, but still you send me a message (SMS) on the 18th of May that you are sending me a replacement. I still don't understand why you were sending me a replacement, but I was still patient and called back on the 18th of May at approx 10:45 am and had to explain all the stuff that I have been telling you guys from more than a month now once again since you guys do not keep a record of previous calls. Now, obviously the guy i spoke to did not understand and gave me his own jazz so then I asked him to speak with Rashmi who is supposedly a Manager at your call center. After speaking with Rashmi he tells me that he has sent a request to a concerned department and I will get my money back in 15 working days. Obviously, that did not happen because I received a message (SMS) again on the 19th stating that my package is ready for re-shipping. Like a very patient customer I called once again on the 19th of May at 4:00 pm and spoke with Vijay and had to explain to him everything once again. He said that the system is updating and does not have any information and asked me call back again.
I call back again on the 20th of May and spoke with Arokiadas at 1:18 pm and explained to him everything again. He also told me the same thing that my order is being re-shipped. When I ask to speak with a Rashmi, I was told that she was not available and was told that she was call back after an hour or so. Well the 20th has passed and I have not received a call. Well this is not the first time this is happening.
I get a call today from Naaptol stating that my order is being re-shipped. And now, I have to refuse the package that you have sent which will go back to you and then I have to go through the entire process once again. You seriously wouldn't want to know what I am feeling right now because all the bull [censored] i have gone through from your company. Always patient, still this kind of treatment. Your supervisors are so irresponsible, not even a single call. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am pretty sure that you are not aware of the term FCR, which is basically a first call resolution. But here I sure have no ides how many calls I have made to this company for one simple request. A refund is all I am asking for which is my money not yours. I'm asking for something which belongs to me and still you guys cannot manage this.
I will sure want to check if there is a law for harassing a customer like this.

Hi,I placed a order no 631748 on 04.08.2010, for product name. Imedia G2, Vendor- Meditech India Distribution Pvt Ltd., i made a payment by cash.
I received the order on 12.08.2010, i register the complaint as Defective order on the date 13.08.2010. i sent the same order back on the same date as per the instructions given to me.
Again i received the new package on 03.09.2010 which was already opened hence not accepted by me for the same, i register the complain on the same date and ask CCE to refund me the amount now as i am not in mood any more to receive the order.
For refund i had given more then 26 calls, which has been always answered that my amount is process and will be decided by account department, on again and again instructions given by me and made it clear that i need a refund not a replacement, they want to send me a replacement only.
Now i want to make this clear that i need my full amount refund ASAP, other wise in fail of doing the same after 15 working days by the company i will move to consumer form and take what ever mean and action's are necessary now.
i would like to file a complaint against Naaptol, regarding
1. Fraud
2. Forcefully trying to sell me product
3. Not refunding money in 3 months
4. Not attending calls
5. Abuseive call received by me on the same.
6. Threat that i have too buy it either its defective or not.
7. no physical communication or Direct line address is provided.
