I have purchased mobile phone model no: boss 33 sleek (touch screen) through news paper ad in hindustan times of naaptol.com hot deals for readers of hindustan times and paid in cash rs. 3700 / on delivery through blue dart courier. rs. 3499 + 200 shipping charges = rs. 3699/ Cash paid - rs. 3700 / Order no: 268830 Invoice no: 1525663 Seller ref. no: 268830 Date - 03/04/2010 Logistic: naaptol/ blue dart Payment mode - cod Courier thru - blue dart no: awb [protected] Received on - 07/04/2010 Complaint - 1. touch screed not working properly, with stylus. 2. stylus shown in news paper ad is different from stylus Received by us with product. 3. no place to keep stylus in the phone. Therefore, i am not happy with the product and service. naaptol has cheated me by delivering me faulty and wrong product and by giving false ad in the english hindustan times news paper regularly. I had purchased a Boss E- phone 3300 from naaptol.com & i got the same on 25/01/10...
But, the same is defective.
Means the cell is not being started...
& i already contacted naaptol customer care No. but from there one of the staff members told that to charge the mobile for atleast 2-3 hours...
I tried that also but the result is that, the mobile is not starting..
Battery is not working in Boss E- phone 3300.
Kindly accept my request to do such steps in the same like replace the same battery at the earliest & pls. tell me the further procedure for the same...

I have written earlier too, as soon as i received this mobile.
Nobody picks up the call.
I had couple of problems with mobile such as - Hearing (clarity), MP3 player software dosen't work, spped dial option dosen't work.
I somehow got adjusted, but now it's really annoying and irritating that, i can't hear to songs of my choice through this MP3 player, can't dial quickly to someone when in urgency.
So, i do not want to go on like this. This mobile is supposed to have 6 months warranty. So, some body should respond to me.

My name is Zach. I had bought the boss ephone on the 10th of April,2010 (order # 293663). The phone's touchscreen just malfunctioned after about 2 weeks. My phone has not been subjected to any kind of physical shock. The touchscreen just malfunctioned all of a sudden. I called up customer service and they told me to get it repaired at the local repair centre. What kind of an tells their customer to get a product repaired at some other repairing centre when the product is still under warranty!!! After I argued on this particular topic, their response was that they would call me back within a week's time which they have not done so. I have done alot of research on the net to find customer responses with the following product and have found out that a whole lot of customers who have bought this particular product are not satisfied at all. The product has a warranty period of 6 months and they can't even live up to their part of the bargain. From the various responses and experiences of other customers it looks like Naaptol is scamming people with a product that is entirely untrustworthy. I even submitted my reviews on the product on ther website and it has not been published...and why?? because my reviews were very negative. User reviews are not to be judged by its positivity alone. Reviews are reviews whether they contain positive or negative views. I have bought by cod BOSS sleek33 s/n [protected] last month july 2010. It was working properly though i could not read the Ebook. Of late all cals made or received drops automatically on 4th second. I tried to reset to the factory value but you didnot furnish the pass word in you manual book. Do you have service station at Chennai or I have to courier the mobile to your address. I have sent a message from the same mobile to your phone number [protected].
