R/Sir,
I have purchased a Spy pen Recorder, order No. 194502. I have received a simple manual with this item. I have contact to naaptol.com then manual send me through email but Software Driver is not avail me. Without driver not chage the date format. I have send already mail massege but no response about this.
Now my complaint is also that this product is not proper work because recroding is not properly. After much time recording, when the open recording file on pc then show o byte.
Pl. back the this item & refund my rest amount.

      WWW.NAPTOL.COM this company is really fraud i have ordered mobile of rs 3999 to this company they have delivered me the mobile in 2 days but mobile was defective when i am trying to complain about it there is no response from the company tele callers are just disconnecting the phone u try them calling but no response be aware from this company they are giving daily adds in newspaper danik bhaskar they are just cheating everybody

        I to have very bad experience with naptol. I am following up for my refund ( oreder ref 167742) from last four month. Every time i call them they say it will be done in 7 to 10 working days. but there is no limit for this now all most more then 100 days have passed

        I ordered a dinner set. The dimensions of plate etc are not matching what was mentioned in website. They are not ready for a return.

          I respectfully submit that I, N.V.R.Kumar, Hr-6-3-352/, Osmana Plaza, Road.No.1, Banjara hills, Nagarjuna Circle, Hyderabad-500034. And I am working as Manager HR in Loft (now store name changed as Centro). When I searching for dual sim mobile phone in internet I was inspired by one website name as NAAPTOL. The website has offered so many items sale through Credit Card payment mode. In this way i too paid Rs.1600/- for Sigmatel Fashion Dual Sim Mobile on 15th December 2009 with Order ID # 123296. Surprisingly i have received the cell but it was not what I choosed one. I made a call to the Naaptol customer care dept. according to their guidelines I have sent back the product through Blue Dart Courier and it was received by Mr.Praveen of Naaptol on 28th Dec.2009.

          On that day onwards I have made several STD calls regarding my mobile. Still today they are not reacting and not give any positive reply.

          It is therefore I request you sir, please file a complaint against www.naaptol.com ph.no.[protected] under IPC and Cyber Laws and render justice.

          I already informed the same to Mumbai Police through email, they have given an complaint ID:19039.

          on 12th of april i had order a mobile on 16 i recieve the defective product and on the same day i had returned to the naptol by frist filght but till now i had not recieved my replacement product

          i purchased Boss 33 - Ultra Sleek Mobile of Boss company of india from naaptol.com on 30 May,2010. they deliver handset in just 3 days to my home but when i opened box i found charger pin is damaged, so i request to replace charger on 3rd june 2010 with request number 136601 they told me about 7-10 days to deliver new charger but then i again call customer care center for progress then each time they told me for next 7 days now after 8 days they also told for next 7-10 days...

          so by this way naaptol.com just cheat and giving trouble to customer only.. because they need only 3-4 days to deliver new product but if customer have any problem then they are not giving proper watch.. and main thing is that boss company pass the defected product without fully checking all the items..

          i got very very bad experience from naaptol.com never purchase things from naaptol.com

          NAAPTOL — not giving proper response

          the complaint is regarding naaptol whose product is not in proper condition and after giving for replacement they are not respopnding t all and my product no is 1467883. please look into this matter sir .
          I am facing the same issue:

          Locked Blackberry sold to me
          Naaptol Order No:1245305, Order Date: January 13, 2011; Payment Mode: Credit Cardp; Product Price: Rs.5999; Shipping Price: Rs.200; Order Amount:Rs.6199.00; Product:BlackBerry 8830 Mobile with GPS; Product Category: Mobile PDA and Smartphones

          I bought this mobile from Naaptol as per the details exhibited on their website (http://www.naaptol.com/price/20002-BlackBerry-8830-Mobile-with-GPS.html). It was supposed to be a brand new Blackberry device which could be used on any network. There was clearly no mention that the device may be locked, refurbished or not usable on any network. I was unable to use the Blackberry services on the shipped piece on Vodafone GSM network. My company’s technical team and Vodafone executive confirmed that the Blackberry 8830 handset purchased by me from Naaptol was locked for use with a foreign service provider and could not be used on their network. I was now stuck with a useless device. Naaptol Team had not helped me at all when I requested them to organize a reverse pickup and either refund my money or deliver a new, unlocked Blackberry deice in lieu of this one. Instead, I was asked to approach their supplier, who was not the original party I dealt with, or paid to. Later, I was asked to send back the phone to the supplier on 12th April, and I did so at my own cost. The product was received on 13th April by the supplier but till date I have not heard from the supplier or Naaptol. I have written numerous mails to Naaptol's team including the CEO. Naaptol is basically not acting in an ethical, consumer friendly or responsible manner.

          I ordered for Product Easy Home - Mini Silai Machine + Desire Slicer & Dicer Combo and Order Amount Rs. 2298.00, but I received defective product,
          I sent back them and this is second month I did not get again, even they did not give proper information.

            I had ordered for an boss ephone 3300 thru naaptol.com on 30th jan vide order no - 161621 which was received by me on 8-9 feb2010, quite on time as commited. As the product carries the 6 month warranty, found the battery is not functioning for more than 2-3 minutes. The complaintes was launched by phone on 24th feb 2010 and was promised to deliver the new battery by next 7 days, but no reply till 22nd march 2010

            The complaint was launched again on 22nd march thru phone and mail, the mail was read and receipt by amit kaushik and deepika yadav. It's again 7 days has passed but no reply has been receivced.

            Beyond the battery problem, had requested for compitable pc suite for the same phone in order take backups for important infomation of phone book & messages etc. But all in wate basket.

            Request you to please help the ephone users to get proper support in regard to technical and product

            I purchase one boss try sim 633 mobile phone by ordered on dated 03/02/2010. From the time I purchased this phone after one week .it was not working properly like 1.its key pad was not working 2.it I having signal problem 3. Voice quality is very poor 4.if I want by name search phone book start from beginning.5 picture quality of its camera is worse.             i have boss ephone3300,

            i want to pc suite for this phone,

            Naaptol.com / Boss Ephone 3300 — Faulty mobile phone delivered

            The Company Naaptol has been advertising regularly in leading newspapers like the Times of India. After seeing their advertisement I placed a order for a BOSS 3300 ephone for Rs.3999 + shipping charges Rs.200. Received the delivery of the phone on 17th May'10. The ad promised items worth Rs.2000. But the worst part is the phone does not work at all. The warranty period is 6 months and the warranty card sent by them has been stamped January 2010 although phone has been purchased in May 2010. That is outright cheating. Besides instead of earphone, there are 2 pairs o[censored]SB cables. The TF card reader also does not work at all. The battery does not get charged at all. The ad boasts of good stantby and talktime. None of these features are present in the phone. There is no option of setting the country in which u are located. The countrys displayed do not have India at all.

            On registering complaint with Naaptol, they want the phone to be couriered back to them. They say dealer will not accept hand delivery. Thats another way of cheating another Rs.200. They dont talk about refund at all, even 50%. They seem to have cheated a number of clients. They need to be taken to the consumer court.

              Dear sir / madam,

              Iam krishna prasad from bangalore. i had booked i5800 express music mobile on[protected] bearing order id : 217435. and i recieved the parcel on[protected] at 7.20 am after repeated followup with aramex courier service awb no : [protected], as per aramex a/c no.36668068. but when i opened the package i was cheated / mistake by having x. e88 mobile phone instead of i5800 express music phone inside the package. i had paid via cash on delivery. but immediately i informed the courier dispatched person by name mr. guru on his mobile just a minute after it delivered but he washed his had saying he is not held responsible for wrong product.

              I was charged 3999/-rs for i5800 express music phone + 200/-rs for shipping but i recieved x. e88 phone which is cheap mobile rating 2900/-rs. only. i was cheated of 1100/- rs and that to the product (x. e88) is a worst mobile with low quality.

              The delivery person of aramex courier was mr. guru and his contact number is [protected], i immediately informed him, who gave his senior contact mr. prakash [protected] but his mobile is switched off.

              The request with naaptol and aramex is to please check into the matter as early as possible and resolve the problem so that the reputation of your companies doesnt get bad. the involvement of some lower end staffs is my suspect.

And i recieved the parcel on[protected] at 7.20 am after repeated followup with Aramex courier service AWB no : [protected] , As per Aramex A/c No.36668068. But when i opened the Package i was cheated / mistake by having X.E88 mobile phone instead of I5800 Express music phone inside the package. I had paid via Cash on Delivery. But immediately i informed the courier dispatched person by name Mr.Guru on his mobile just a minute after it delivered but he washed his had saying he is not held responsible for wrong product.

              I was charged 3999/-Rs for I5800 express music phone + 200/-Rs for shipping but i recieved X.E88 phone which is cheap mobile rating 2900/-Rs.only. I was cheated of 1100/- Rs and that to the product ( X.E88 ) is a worst mobile with low quality.

              The delivery person of Aramex courier was Mr.Guru and his contact number is [protected], i immediately informed him, who gave his senior contact Mr.Prakash [protected] but his mobile is switched off.

              The request with Naaptol and Aramex is to please check into the matter as early as possible and resolve the problem so that the Reputation of your companies doesnt get bad. The involvement of some lower end staffs is my suspect.

              Iam Ramakrishna, who bought a Mobile handset from Naaptol.Com and it become problem to me.I bought New handset called BOSS ePhone-3300 after saw the Add in News paper.I saw the mobile discription and details in the Web Naaptol.com.After getting the mobile when start to use there were a lot of difference in the mobiles features.
              1)In the web showing that GPRS can access from this mobile but actually none of service provider sending the GPRS Setting to that mobile because it is not compitable to their setting.Basic thing to buy ePhone is to use different e-things from the mobile like Internet and GPRS.But in this mobile it is not possible.
              2)Another thing it is showing that internal antenna availability but actully not.
              3)Once again sight showing that the availability of Specific Caller Tones.Actually you can't put seperate caller tone to group also.Basically inthis phone you can't make group also.

              Totally this phone is not ePhone.This phone is oPhone.That means ZERO Phone.
              If above statement is seems wrong to anybody please call and tell me about this phone features and help me to use this mobile

                dear sir ,i have purchaced a touchpphone on naaptol.com by cash on delivery method,by order #180365. they delivered the product after only 3 days and collected payment of Rs 4200/ on 24th February.when i opened the packaging it was a cheap Chinese phone and above all it was defective one. it never recognized any SIM,so i contected to naaptol's coustemer care helpline. i have tried on that for 4 continuous days and thousands of calls,allways with on dialogue "all our executives are busy on another call ,please wait for a while, your call will be attended soon". after four days i email a complaint to their feedback section and than i was told to resend the product to their specified address ,i sended the package to them by dtdc couriers and they delivered it to them on 7th march . from than until now i dont got my replacement . i think i was cheated by them and lost my money to a white collared fraud concern . please do something so other pepoles will not fall victim of NAAPTOL.COM.

                I am suffering with same problem like your. I have also purchased one faulty mobile and same it was a cheap ( like Naaptol.com) chinese mobile.


                I purchased on E Phone ( mobile ) from Naaptol and my order no is 113484. It was a faulty one and we send it back to Naaptol on 12/12/2009 from Mandvi – Kachchh ( Gujarat ) through Professional currier POD no mdv 296123. and we confirm with Naaptol officer that they got mobile on 27 / 12 /2009 and he told me that we have done formalities of replacement.


                After 7 days i.e. in First week of Jan 2010 Naaptol officer told me that we will send you new mobile within 10 working days.


                Since that day to till date continuously I am giving call to Naaptol officer and every time they are telling that you will get the mobile shortly. Within 7 working days… i have done minimum 100 call to Naaptol. May be cost of these call's will be more then that mobile's cost…I am trying to get justies only...


                Due to Fred up with Naaptol officer and be help less I complaint in to shree Grahak suraksha and replyfornaaptol.com for this issue. After complain in Grahak surakhsa, in April third week Naaptol officer called me and told that your mobile is already send to your address and you will get it within 7 working days ( first time I got reply from your side due to shree grahak suraksha only)


                So, I thanked to GOD that at last now I will get my mobile. But since till date I didn’t got my mobile and whenever I m calling to Naaptol officer at that time Naaptol officer telling me that we send your mobile thro AFL currier and you will shortly get mobile.

                With Lots of pain I am requesting you that sir kindly alert to all our netion's people about cheeting advertisement of Naaptol ( Order kariye, aur 7 dino me apaka product paiye ) thro your source, so atleast other people do not do mistake what i have done.

                Note: I also talked with Naaptol senior officer / supervisor about my case lots of time, but they also every time told me that I will get my mobile within a 7 working days. I am also having a recording of last call with Naaptol officer, telling me that “we send your mobile by AFL currier to your address and you will get mobile within 5 days” in third week of april. This evidence help to alert all other people from Naaptol. In other recording Naaptol officer accepting that they got mobile back in dec - 09. i am sending that two recording to you for your kind information and it will help to give justies to me... Sir, I am not able to attach that recording in this formate, so if possible then give me your mail id so can send that recording to you...


                As per my experience about Naaptol is that it is continuously cheating me and may be also cheating many other people by lying every time. I will try my level best to alert my district and state people about your cheating advertisement.

                  hello,

                  I have ordered a Karbonn k661 over naaptol.COM under order no. 169402 with internet banking option from direcpay, which was done through State bank of india Net banking transaction, i have payed Rs.3750/- for the same on 09/02/2010 and on 19th i am said that ur order has been cancelled and gave remarks as Ordered product is not available with the vendor at paid price. Then i got a call from naaptol that your order amount is been refunded and would reflect in your bank statement within 3 days from now i.e on monday 22/02/2010, and now its19/03/2010 and nothing has been refunded to me in my bank account. when i call the naaptol customer service its been replied that it would take another 15 days to refund your order amount. Today its the 40th day after the transaction.

                  Its a real inconvenience for the customer like me, who has to wait for such a looooong time from 09/02/2010, i havent cancelled the order and its the naaptol who hjas cancelled the order, its the mistake of naaptol who listed the item with Rs.3750/- as selling price and in turn i am pulled into a real filthy transaction. I was made to call naaptol 34 times for the transaction which caused lot of financial and mental strain for me. Again i am afraid of making any transaction with naaptol because the transaction is not at all truthful or naaptol doesnt have any time frame for asettleing any queries from customer, a real bad experinence.

                  Kindly refund my money at the earliest to my bank account, at the earliest.

                  NAAPTOL — Non refund of amount even after 5 months

                  I had placed an order for I9 Iphone from Naaptol in Jul 2010 order number 580667. The product received was defective and I asked for a complete refund of my amount. I had received a cheque after number of calls in Sept 10 when I was outstation and the cheque was returned back to Naaptol. Till date I am chasing them through number of calls and emails to resend me the same cheque, but the only standard answer I get from their pathetic call center is "You will receive your refund amount in 10 days" but they never commit any specific date. This shows how serious they are in solving customer complaints.
                  Stay away from the fraud company called Naaptol and save your hard earned money from these thieves. I would sincerely like to file a suit against this company and make sure it closes down.

                      I had bought one 16gb spy pen from naaptol.com dated[protected] by credit card which they delivered on 13th jan at my residence but that product failed on the same day. When I contacted them they said me to send it back for replacement/repair.I send it across by DTDC courier by docket no.Z05849021 which was received by them on 16th JAN 2010 but since then they are saying that the product will be delivered in 10 days, but 2 months have already passed and i have not received the product. I have complained on their e-mail address also but of no vain. So my humple request is that kindly help me to get product or my money back.

                      I called up your contact centre and spoke to an advisor by the name of Dipak, when I was not satisfied with his response I asked for a supervisor. Supervisor by the name of Zuber came on line, who did not know what Customer service is.
                      I asked for his supervisor eventually as he was worst than your advisor. He placed my call on hold and to the biggest surprise the same advisor "Dipak" came back and spoke to me and finally the call was DISCONNECTED by him.
                      I am planning to go to Consumer court for this issue and I will make sure you will learn a good lesson. You are just cheating people - nothing else.

                          As per my order (as per their record) No.192200 & AWB NO.[protected], M/S NAAPTOL ON LINE SHOPPING PRIVATE LIMITED, 18,building no.2, sector1, Millenium Business Park,Mahape, Navi Mumbai-400710, have sent a '' Spy Pen"16 GB to me by Aramex courrier. on[protected]. When I opened the parcel, the material sent there in is a spurious one and does not cost more than an ordinary ball pen. SO, this company has intentionally cheated me and also other public by giving mis leading ads. in local news papers at Hyderabad, for a wrongful gain. No contact no. on their above address and the mail i.d. given by them is also spurious since it bounced when sent by me. So, I requuest the competent authorities to register this complaint and prosecute the culprits for which I can adduce documentary evidence if called for.

                          My Online order number with Naaptol is 683361; dt. 21.8.2010 for 16 GB spypen. The vendor is : Marco Enterprises. After collecting the amount and delivering the goods, they tactfully escaping or limiting the liabilities with regard to function of the devise. No contact numbers, addresses are given for any complaint/ assistance. The information broucher like a user manual received with the Product is not contains any such details. Under Warranty Paragraph they mentioned about the bill. But no bill is received with the product except a computer generated challan in which seller name, challan No. seller ref. and date and the amount is noted. No phone numbers or email mentioned on eller's Invoice. I lodged my complaint to naaptol.com through online about 15 days back but no reply is posted. This is nothing but a intelligent and tacktful cheeting of innocent customers by both the 'Naaptol and other sellers. Naaptol, who are marketing these products should respond immediately.

                            I have an entirely similar experience. I think I have wasted Rs.2099/- by buying this product. I would advise Naaptol to take this product off their list immediately, lest other people feel cheated like me after they purchase this product. Insisting on the warranty of six months is time consuming and not really practicable, and I did not try it, blaming only myself for getting lured into purchasing a complete dud without actually seeing it. And the lesson I have learnt ( at the cost of Rs.2099/- ! ) is not to trust any nameless brand howsoever attractively it is advertised. All this may sound harsh, but I am merely warning others who are planning to buy this 8GB Green Apple mp3/mp4 player. My final advice is : DON'T TOUCH IT WITH A 10 FEET POLE !

                            I BOUGHT 4 GB green apple chinese mp4 player through rediff shopping for rs1099/- in the month of january 2011 It is just one month old now it stopped working. the product was sold with just one month old, i dont believe how exacatly these products work just till the warranty time..                                 set with no inbuilt memory and 2nd day of recieving it i have send it back to trader and informed naptol as i recieved that order in Goa but as was there for a few days and i left for home delhi, i called up Naptol regarding my change of Address od delhi and not even one time but more than 20 times that please snd my product to my delhi address and everyone in Naptol customer care told me that yes sir we have updated your address

                                      I have bought a mobile phone i.e e-phone from the naaptol.com which is an online provider and am facing the problem from last 15 days this mobile phone was purchased by me in the month of october-09 and was exchanged against the problem in december-09. Since last days i am facing this problem and i have talked with them on 13th Feb,2010 and i told abt the same problem occuring again and again and i too asked for the refund and i was told to send the mail on [protected]@naaptol.com and have mailed it on the same day but the answer was not provided to me till today and again i called today to them after telling my problems they told me of no refund and have cancelled my call and than i again called again the call was disconnected and the third time i called them were not ready to hear my problem and so i please u to take attendance on this problem occured with me and hope u will hear my problem and do the procedure as early as possible and u will help me in facing against this problem.

                                      I had purchased a Boss E- phone 3300 & i got the same on 25/01/10...
                                      But, the same is defective.
                                      Means the cell is not being started...
                                      & i already contacted ur customer care No. but from there ur one of the staff members told that to charge the mobile for atleast 2-3 hours...
                                      I tried that also but the result is that, the mobile is not starting..
                                      The battery is not working.
                                      Kindly accept my request to do such steps in the same like replace the same battery at the earliest & pls. tell me the further procedure for the same...
