This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased a product from naaptol and the product delivered was not in working condition.It was delivered defective. After repeated complaints on phone there has been no feedback and the product has not been replaced. order no 1357380 dt.7-2-11 recieved scatch remover empty,gun faulty item of very inferior qualty,complained on the same day ,want refund of momey parts sent on mumbai address aramax india pvt, 12/a new sun mill.refund the amount at the earliest,naaptol/vacuum cleaner — not working
order.no:1697123,naaptol goods not working proparly, goods return date 11.06.2011 in indian post .

Car dent remover — Non delivery
I placed an order on 15th Jan'11 for a car dent remover combo item and received an courier confirmation on SMS by 19th Jan'11 saying that product will be deliver within 5 days. Ten days have passed, there is no sign of delivery of the item. Meantime contacted Naaptol customer care as well as Courier without any concreate reply other than saying give us couple of days, we will get back to you, It gives me the feeling that this is FRAUD COMPANY. I am thinking of going through legal route to handly my case.
