I had order a product of Black Beery storm 9530 with 3G, Order No- 2746517 Dated - 01/11/2011,Shipping Detail- COD Payment. Vat No[protected]V CST NO[protected]C , I Have been delivered the product on 21/11/2011 through First Flight Courier Tinsukia. The Product send to me by Naaptol was defected, After that i have call to customer care service but they doesn't responded me, In that Product MANUAL BOOK, DATA CABLE, DRIVER CD, WARRANTY CARD are not available.The product Back Cover Lock was broken , colour fade beside camera , Screen lose etc.
So I was totally disappointed and i want my money back as soon a possible.

Kindly arrange the way as soon as possible .

    my complaint is, i had ordered a mini selai machine+branded slicer deicer with a paper add of andhrajyothi on[protected]through naaptol company....
    my order code is 1658995... i got the product but due to trouble in their product i returned them to their said address..
    i had called them many times, they said we had send you a return check of money back through "afl courier " ... till now i dint get that..
    please take a action on this company...

      I have placed an order for an External Hard Drive with naaptol.com on 29th Aug 2011 order no. 2347982 and paid the amount at the time of placing order. But till date i havn't recieved my poduct nor i have received any confirmation about the dispatch details of my product. I have called their cutomer care many time they say that are sorry for unable to dispatch the product. And requested everytime to wait for 7-8 days.

      I have purchased a biometric bracelet from naaptol.com as the advertisement was in the times of india, i was told that if i pay through my creditcard i am elegible for a free gift, and the product will be delivered at my address, withen 7 to 10 working days, the date of purchase is 22/10/2010
      Through my credit card, amount of rs 2999.00. Order no :905374
      But when the aramax courier delivery person came to deliver the product, he demamded cash on delivery, and when i told him that i had paid through credit card, he refused to deliver the product, i called the customer care, i emailed, to the customer support, to the ceo of naaptol, but no one responds to the email or the conplaint,

      Dear sir, I Manoj Kumar Pandey, serving in Indian Navy, I have buy one mobile phone from Naaptol.com, one year back my order no is 179361. When I received the mobile, that was defective then I call to customer care naaptol he told me that sir kindly you send the mobile for repair to mumbai. thereafter i send the mobile i.e my own expenditure via bluedart courrier after one month i received the mobile in the previous condition that was still defective, then i ask for refund, then he told me sir kindly send the mobile and company will refund the money, i have send the mobile almost six months back till the time i have not received any refund, kindly help me, otherwise I am going to court, because company is chitting, I already send a notice still they didnt comeup. pls help me.         I bought a mobile phone "VOX IE7" from NAAPTOL the online store on October 18, 2011 with order number : 2663085 but ever-since I bought it, there is only problems and nothing except that.

        1.) I did not get the "Bluetooth" where they have advertised Bluetooth comes for free along with this phone, and I confirmed it with the call centre agent a day before ordering.
        2.) The phone looks good but has the worst operating system in it and a very old one.
        3.) Touch screen does not really work and particularly in most of the corners specificaly the right bottom corner.
        4.) The slide open is not balanced.
        5.) When using the slider the phone gets switched-off automatically so I have to close it and switch it on so the slider is of no use so can only use the touch screen as a bar phone but there is a problem here as well as the touch-screen does not work. So now its just a display piece or a toy for the kids to play as you can do nothing with it. (Not even a call or message)
        6.) While on call the other person can hear a scrathcy-static noise and the noise increases when I raise my voice.

        A phone with all these problems claims to be the expensive phones in VOX series.

        I have proof for all this as a video clip I have taken.

        You call this a "Phone"..., I call this a toy for kids to play, nothing more.

        Please refund the entire amount to me as I think it is not worth it.

        Thank you and I will appreciate a faster processing of the same.

        7.) On top of all, the phone does not get charged at all. The charger gives a red light indicating that it is working but the charge does not go up on the phone for some wierd reason. (Note this is the first time I'm ever charging this phone.)

        I have sent the above mail to the general customer care, no response received as yet so now forwarding to [protected]@naaptol.com, please remember that I am an RTI activist and I will be taking this further up with these records if I dont get a positive resolution on this. Thank you for giving me an oppurtunity to complain about your products.

          I ordered a 1 TB 2.5 inch WD Elements SE External Hard disk on 17th October. The item I received was a 3.5 inch hard disk instead.
          After calling customer care on the 27th October, they refused a replacement on the grounds that I should have contacted them within 24 hours of delivery. Since it was more than that, they wont replace it.
          When I contacted customer care now, they said that I was told on the 27th to send my hard drive back and they will send me a new one (which wasnt what they said on the first call). and now since its been more than 15 days now, they said they wont do anything now.

          This is how I was handled and force fed a product was available at a far cheaper rate on any shop or website.

          I recommend people to stay away from this site.

            I have actually received it in my hand and they have collected the money from me. But after two days that I started using the product it started giving trouble. One fine day it stopped working. So I have narrated the same to Naaptol executives. They have requested me to send the product to "Nakamichi techno p.ltd

            I have sent it to the above mentioned address on 7-Oct-2011 through blue dart AWB number [protected]. It was delivered to them on 8-Oct-11. After that I have never got a call from them. As I am bothered about my money I have called them on 11-Oct-11 and had a conversation with their executives and I have recorded the call for the safety purpose which they have convinced me saying that I will be getting a call with in two days of time which they have failed to do so. So later I have called them on 2-Nov-11 and asked them to connect me to their manager, where the executive told me that she will be doing so with in 30 secs of time. Where the time passed to 30 MINS but no one was bothered to pick the call or answer the call except the on-hold music.

            I hope I wont be getting my money or the product back. But why I am writing this is to intimate the public "BEWARE OF NAAPTOL.COM"

            I too got a damaged product from them and now they are not refunding my money... We need to find ways to sabotage them as they are looting the public...

              Hello I am Vishal from Vasai...
              In the month of July i ordered 2 Number of 'Desire Energy Efficient Induction Cooking Stove + Free Special Kadai." costing Rs. 4596/- from Naaptol..& my order number is 2334949..

              I saw an Ad in the Mid-day & thought of ordering the product But they took more than a month to deliver me the product & that too without the FREE SPECIAL KADAI as promised by them earlier.

              The Day i received the incomplete package i called them up immediately & lodged a complaint about NO KADAI included in the package..& they said they would sort the issue soon.

              Both the Induction cooker that i got from them is USELESS..it can't even boil water. The water warms up n then the Induction cooker stops automatically.

              Since then they didn't call me or even try to contact me..In the mean time because of my health issues i couldn't follow up at all. Today when i call them they r saying therez nothing they can do about the Free Kadai & i won't be getting it any more.

              Is this how one deals in such a competitive market??
              I want EVERYONE to know about their unprofessionalism & would plead & not to buy any products from NAAPTOL... the products they r selling on their online shopping portal is D-grade sub standard product & they r not at all rising to their words & pomises & claims that they make while advertising the product in the daily newspapers.

              I Don't even want a replacement any more..i simply wan't a refund from them ASAP...
              Please help me with this..please help me teach those guys a very good lesson..

BUT IT WAS NOT WORKING INFORMED TO NAPTOL AND MR YADAVA GIVEN ME THE ADDRESS OF M/S ARAMECH INDIAN PVT LTD, MUMBAI AND ADVICE ME TO SEND BACK TO THEM. ACCORDINGLY I SEND IT ON 10.01.11 BUT IT WAS RETURNED BY THE COURIER. AGAIN ON CONTACTED MIS JASMIN (NAPTOL) ON 20.01.11 AND SHE ADVICED TO ME TO SEND AGAIN TO M/S ARAMECH INDIAN PVT LTD, MUMBAI BY SPEED POST, I SENT ON 03.02.11 TO THEM BUT THEY REFUSE TO TAKE DELIVERY OF THE SAME AND RETURN TO ME WHICH I RECEIVED ON 11.02.11.

                  Myself Saravanan from chennai, my order no 2196473 after seeing the advertisement I got attracted the naaptol offer regarding a Car Compressor Kit I have purchased from Naaptol. I received the parcel on[protected] from Gati courier I paid the amount Rs. 2198/- cash. and after opening the parcel I found that unconditioned items. i really disappointed with bad quality. its not worth of Rs. 2198/- with condition.

                  But till today i didnt received any updates from the naaptol staff regarding my money. This is a very cheap trick played by the naaptol by innocent customers with false promises and sending them cheap car compressor material in a nicely woven parcels. The govt should take actions against such companies who cheat people.

                    Sir, I had ordered for a mini sewing machine from your company naaptol on 08.07.2011. The order number is 2037518. I had ordered for it after seeing an advertisement on bengali newspaper. Its price was Rs.1699. You had delivered the product within a few days. But from the very beginning it was not working properly. Though it was getting on and started to sew the bottom bobbin was getting out from its case for everytime it started to sew. And after two or three times the needle also got broken. Still now I can't sew a single garment. It is now kept as a waste product. So Its my request you to look after the matter. Now though I see many products of your company on advertisement and want to buy some of them but I cannot rely to buy. Hope my problem will be solved.

                                  i purchased a trimmer from naaptol on oct 18 but i didn't got the product yet. when i checked the consignment number, i saw that the product went back to naaptol. after that i called them 2 times to make them send it again or refund my amount.they said sorry for the inconvinience caused and will send the product soon. but till now i didn't heard anything from them. i am so much worried about it. please take necessary proceedings regarding this issue. if they have send it, i need the new consignment number

                                    I mailed several times to geeta.[protected]@naaptol.com and [protected]@ccavenue.com for my order status but never got a reply.

                                    When I checked the status of my order No.2724456 on Naaptol.com on 31st October 2011,it showed me Current status as Payment Recieved.On 1st November it showed the Current status as Order verified,From 2nd November onwards it is showing the Current status as Cargo Ready.I called on Customer Support Number:[protected] several times But never got the Satisfactory Response from the Operator who picked up the call,when i tell them that i want to talk to some of their Senior,Every time they tell me that Senior Is busy.Even when i punch my order number after calling [protected] I never get my order status by SMS.

                                    I even E-mailed to the CEO at [protected]@naaptol.com,but did not get any Response.I even called the Naaptol office on [protected],but Unfortunately No one picked up the Call here.

                                    On 4th November 2011,i got a call from Cart to India from[protected] saying that they have cancelled my order as Samsung India has refused to give them The Required Samsung mobile phone S3770 and Naaptol.com will refund my money,they promised me that they will forward me the mail from Samsung India in which Samsung India has refused to give them the mobile phone,But i never got a mail from Cart to India.they also Promised me that Prakash jadhav from naaptol.com will call me.I did not get the call from Mr.Prakash Jadhav.Next day I called Naaptol.com on [protected] to know the status of my product ,i was told that my order is not cancelled and i will get my product delivered very soon.later i called cart to india stating them what Naaptol Customer Service operator,they told me that Some Bhattacharya from naaptol.com will call me,but i never got a call from Bhattacharya.The owner of the Cart To India as told by Operator is Mr.Hamayun.

                                    On 7th November again i called naaptol.com at [protected],i was told by Customer Service operator that my Order has not been Dispatched till now.

                                    I am fed up with the Service provided by naaptol.com.This is the Worst Service Provided by Any Retailer in India,as No one,Even from the Senior Management Cares About the Customer.
                                    Because of which Neither i am getting the Product ,nor the Refund.And Also I cannot Buy the product from the Local Market.

                                      when i booked that handset at that time they had given some information about product

                                      features of mobiles like 77 hours battery back up, screen touch , mp3player, push mail , dual sim ,made in india product.


                                      IF I AM NOT HELPED BY ANY BODY THAN IT WOULD BE TENSION FOR NAAAP TOL . FOR FUTURE.


                                      but i got that handset at that time i found that its battery back up is of only 2 hours and there are lots of scratches back site.


                                      mp3 player is not working . and all handset is faulty



                                      this much is not enough to me but its very hard for me to call customer care for refund of my money . they always told me that your money will be

                                      Product is faulty. The back panel cannot be opened to insert the sim card & the battery. The warranty, IEMI # & manual is not given with the product as promised in the advertisement & on the call. Rude & arrogant executives refusing to help. The product is different. It looks very cheap compared to the sleek mobile published in the advert. I was promised that the product will be replaced within 48 hours but nothing was done. Naaptol.com had placed an advertisement in Mumbai Mirror Deal code 1053 VOX IE7 Full touch screen slider mobile with Qwerty keypad for Rs 3999 + 199 = Rs 4198. The features stated 6 months manufacturer warranty, facebook, games, manual etc. I called their listed phone # [protected] / [protected]. On the call I asked the executive to confirm each detail. The executive tried to force me to confirm the sale to which I refused. Then he confirmed each & every detail including warranty, replacement if product received is damaged, facebook, internet & games, IMEI number, manual alongwith other details. I even informed him that we do get Chinese phones of the same type for Rs 1200 to 1500 but without IMEI number. The executive told me that this is not a Chinese phone & that the phone is manufactured by Naptol company. He also stated that I can ring up the customer care number 24/7 [protected] / [protected]. To this I told him that if the mobile is faulty I will not have to go any far away shop to get it replaced. The executive confirmed that a technical person will come to my house in case of any problem. He assured me there is an easy to read manual & that I will not have any problem & there wouldn’t be even a need to call the call center. 3 times during the call he confirmed about the 6 months manufacturer warranty & that a person will come to my house in case of a problem & that the phone is manufactured by naptol. I specified that I want an invoice. He gave me an order # 9496775. I even stated repeatedly that I want a call about the delivery time because I personally want to check the product. To which the executive agreed. Only then I agreed to the sale.
                                      The product came in the evening in a sealed plastic envelop through Amex couriers without any phone call of delivery time or day. I was not allowed to open it & check until I make the payment. I brought Rs 4200 in my hand. The delivery boy seemed educated & gave me Rs 2 and spoke a lot about his & the company’s honesty. I paid Rs 4200 to him. The delivery refused to wait for me to open the parcel saying he had many parcels to deliver. Only when I opened the box I realized that I was cheated. The phone looks cheap with low quality plastic more like a Chinese phone & the photograph in the newspaper is of a very sleek expensive latest model phone. The warranty card has no dealer’s stamp & is just an ordinary printed card with no company name written. The whole card is blank with my details not even written not even my order #. The space where IMEI # has to be written is blank. There is no manual. One small paper is there with the features written in a complicated manner. Nothing about how to insert the battery & simcard or how to use the features is given e.g. Internet connectivity, adding phone #s etc. The slider slides a keyboard which is very small & your fingers also cannot fit on it & it looks more like a toy. The back panel of the mobile does not open. There is no button or any slider to open it. The top part opened slightly but wouldn’t budge further. The entire mobile is of a very cheap plastic & any slight pull you give the entire mobile will break into pieces & so will the warranty. Naptol will then get an excuse that the person opening it has broken it. At around 7:00 PM I repeatedly tried ringing up customer care. All I got was a message stating that the customer care timing is between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I rang up the sales # in the advertisement. The executive again assured me that it is not a Chinese cheap mobile & that Naptol manufactures the mobiles. He said that it might have been a mistake that the warranty card is empty. He transferred my call to customer care. I heard the same message of the timing. Early morning I rang up customer care, I heard the executive’s breathing sound & then the executive hung up on me. I rang up sales & informed the executive who gave me the same customer care # & also gave me my order # saying the call cannot be transferred. Again I called customer care to get a very rude and arrogant executive who told me that this mobile is sold to many customers & nobody has complained to us. He even insulted me & told me that I am the only customer who does not know how to use a mobile. I forcibly told him all my problems again about not being able to open the compartment to insert my simcard & battery, no IMEI #, the invalid warranty card, no manual. The executive rudely told me that I can go to any mobile dealer shop & ask them how to open the mobile & how to find out the IMEI #. I informed him that I had approached a nearby mobile shop & the salesman said that since the product was not purchased from their shop nor was it from the companies they are dealing with they are not authorized to guide the customer on another company’s mobile. However, since they knew me they still tried opening the back panel. None of the salesmen were able to open it. To this the executive rudely said that go to a mobile gallery or read the manual. I fruitlessly tried informing him that there is no manual & that why will another mobile gallery person help me if I have not purchased the product from them. He refused to address my issue on the 6 months warranty not given. I told him that naptol has given me a toy in place of a mobile. To this he said you should have checked your product. I told him that delivery boy ran away before I could open it. When I told him I am going to approach consumer forum he told me that I can do what I like. I kept telling him to return my money. He said that he will give me an address where I can return the product & that I will have to pay the delivery charges. I was shocked but I agreed. It was better to lose Rs 200 compared to Rs 4200. I kept asking him to give me the address but he didn’t give me the address. He gave me dead air & then stopped speaking in his rude arrogant tone. He said that a technical executive will come to your house & check your mobile within 48 hours. He kept assuring me repeatedly that within 48 hours my mobile will be replaced. After 48 hours since nobody came I tried calling customer care again fruitlessly. Later on the same day I got a call from another executive thanking me for being their customer & stating that he had no idea that I had any problems with the product. Everytime I spoke to anyone from naptol my landline #, name, address & product details came automatically on their screen & they would confirm the same. I told the executive surely my problem with the product is written on your screen & that I was given an assurance of replacement of the product within 48 hours which are already over. To this he said he doesn’t even know what I am talking about. He then said that since it was told me that since I was assured that somebody from naptol will be coming to your house so that person will surely come. Then he said thank you for contacting naptol & hung up whereas he was the one who had called me. The product was delivered to me on 23/09/11. I had made the calls on the same day. The assurance of an executive coming to my place within 48 hours was given to me on 24/09/11. Today is 14/10/11 no one from naptol has come to my house nor has the product been replaced.

                                      NAAPTOL — Faulty Mobile

                                      We placed an order on Naaptol website (Order Ref : 3197766) for HTC-G1 3G Android Mobile for Rs.7298/- (cash on Delivery). The order was acknowledged by Naaptol vide E-mail on 14.01.2012. Subsequently we recd a handset parcel by Blue Dart Courier on 18.01.2012(we paid cash Rs.7300) in the evening with following defects:
                                      01. The piece received seems to be very old & is not looking fresh.
                                      02. We are unable to hear the opposite party while speaking to them & we have to put the speaker ON while while conversing.
                                      03. The catalogue inside the box shows 2GB memory card enclosed in the packing - but we did not receive the same in the box.
                                      04. While ordering on the net, it was mentioned that the piece will have manufacturer's 12 months warranty - but no warranty catd was received along with it.
                                      05. HTC brand logo is not there anywhere on the handset.

                                      We informed the Naaptol Customer care immediately on 19.01.2012 through E-mail. They acknowledged the receipt of our E-mail & informed us to talk to their vendor, & sent them an E-mail with a copy to us. But the aid vendor is not doing the needful Although we received an E-mail from them that they are arranging the reverse pick-up through their courier but almost One month has gone but they are not doing the same & instead just passing the time. We are sending regular e-mails for the last one month but there is no result

                                        I tried to purchase a Sony Ericsson mobile W205 online with http://www.naaptol.com/. The transaction got complete however the website could not deduct money as I had to choose cash on delivery option. The customer care of http://www.naaptol.com/ called me to tell that I had to cancel the deal. This is truly not professional. I had to cancel the deal as per their wish. This was totally unacceptable. I strongly feel that such online websites should be banned or blacklisted.
