dear sir

i have purchased a tummy control shapewear for women order no. 1643714 from NAAPTOL.COM. The product not as effective as mentioned in advertisement. My tummy looking same after wearing shapewear as before wearing it.

1) They have buy 1 get 1 scheme, when i asked to their customer care executive that " i want one shape wear in size 34" and another in size 28" ,is it possible to provide?" they told me "yes madam" . But they send me both of same size.
2) I ordered both the shape wear in skin color but they send me one of them black.
Now i told to their executive
3) i ordered shape wear in different sizes he answered "madam not possible to provide different sizes"
i said "ok then resend me in size 32 ,if i wear one size smaller perhaps it works" he answered "No madam,i can't because you ordered 34" so i am unable to resend you of size 32 "
4) I told" pls give my money back" he answered "sorry madam"

if he was unable to provide different sizes ,then why he was not told me clearly at order placement time.
Neither their product is effective nor they give my money back or provide me any other help

please help me .

    Dear Sir / Madam,


    This is for your information & necerray action that I have taken Xtreme X12 Touch Screen Mobile + MP3 Player Combo 2699.00(ORDER NUMBER 1509969 ) mobile from NAAPTOL.COM website, through online in the last month.

    But now that mobile touch Screen is not working, then I have contacted NAAPTOL customer care executive regarding the same but he told that there is no service centre in Pune but before buying the item they told me that cervice centre is available in pune and top of that he told me that touch screen warranty is only for 24 hrs but as per the documents it is valid for six months.

    Customer executive also told me that they are unable to repair the same.

    they are not giving any support the customer it means they are making fools to them.

    Kindly do the needful to help the customers.

        Sir, Madam,

        As you can see below, I had ordered a new BlackBerry 8820 for which I had paid Rs 5750 in full and yet haven't received my product. I have contacted your office in numerous times and yet have not received any answer, let alone the product.

        Not a single person in your call center knows where my product is and why it isn't delivered yet. I was provided a tracking number for DTDC z34410993 and when i call them I am told that they haven't received any order from Naaptol. While your call center staff state that they aren't able to find any detail from this tracking number but yet are not willing to contact DTDC directly.

        I am utterly disgusted not to mention VERY DISSATISFIED with your service. I feel I have sinned by convincing most of my friends to buy the BlackBerry from Naaptol. I will not hesitate to make every effort to dissuade my friends as well as my fellow Indians from being DUPED by this fallacy, not to mention Consumer Wing, the ACB and Anna Hazare.

        A supervisor by the name of Harshad was supposed to contact me but I have still not received any response from him.

        Dear CEO,

        I have again called up Naaptol.

        Jacob says he has a supervisor but we are equal and was reluctant to connect me to a supervisor. Later he agreed when I insisted and quite apparently as I had anticipated he came back with a response that his supervisors were busy on calls.Very true that they are compelled by supervisors not to transfer calls.

        Question to you Mr CEO.
        How will frontline agents ever have a natural concern for customers if people above them don't. How on earth Mr CEO are you going to drive Customer Satisfaction if people that drive performance amongst your frontline Customer Service Professionals themselves don't believe in Customer Satisfaction.

        Dear CEO,

        I called up again and spoke with Anand, even he wasn't able to provide me with any information and no surprises for guessing, when asked for a supervisor he got back to me saying his supervisor was busy on a line. The name of his supervisor is Mahen. I can understand your agents not providing the name of the location they are in, which is perfectly right. However, in the industry of Customer Service, how can one ever deny a Customer the right to escalate. Clearly your organization lacks Service Ethics.

        Dear CEO,

        I spoke with DTDC once again to find out if there may have just been something that I lacked or something that DTDC erred about. I was informed yet again by their rep that they have not received any order that I mentioned. I was again asked to contact the vendor and was advised to ask the vendor to speak with the local DTDC office from where it had been shipped.

        I called Naaptol again & spoke with SriKrishna and here again I was informed nothing but what has been in the past. Once again, I pleaed to speak with a supervisor and yet again was denied. Sri Krishna like others claimed that his supervisor was busy on another call and what more, all the supervisors on the floor were on calls. Customer Avoidance yet again!

        Dear Sir,

        Greetings,

        SUB : Replacement of E Phone ( mobile ) not done since 5 month ( in place of 7 working days as per Naaptol's cheating advertisement )

        I purchased on E Phone ( mobile ) from Naaptol and my order no is 113484. It was a faulty one and we send it back to Naaptol on 12/12/2009 from Mandvi – Kachchh ( Gujarat ) through Professional currier POD no mdv 296123. and we confirm with Naaptol officer that they got mobile on 27 / 12 /2009 and he told me that we have done formalities of replacement.


        After 7 days i.e. in First week of Jan 2010 Naaptol officer told me that we will send you new mobile within 10 working days.


        Since that day to till date continuously I am giving call to Naaptol officer and every time they are telling that you will get the mobile shortly. Within 7 working days… i have done minimum 100 call to Naaptol. May be cost of these call's will be more then that mobile's cost…I am trying to get justies only.....


        Due to Fred up with Naaptol officer and be help less I complaint in to shree Grahak suraksha and replyfornaaptol.com for this issue. After complain in Grahak surakhsa, in April third week Naaptol officer called me and told that your mobile is already send to your address and you will get it within 7 working days ( first time I got reply from your side due to shree grahak suraksha only)


        So, I thanked to GOD that at last now I will get my mobile. But since till date I didn’t got my mobile and whenever I m calling to Naaptol officer at that time Naaptol officer telling me that we send your mobile thro AFL currier and you will shortly get mobile.

        With Lots of pain I am requesting you that sir kindly alert to all our netion's people about cheeting advertisement of Naaptol ( Order kariye , aur 7 dino me apaka product paiye ) thro your source, so atleast other people do not do mistake what i have done.

        Note: I also talked with Naaptol senior officer / supervisor about my case lots of time, but they also every time told me that I will get my mobile within a 7 working days. I am also having a recording of last call with Naaptol officer , telling me that “we send your mobile by AFL currier to your address and you will get mobile within 5 days” in third week of april. This evidence help to alert all other people from Naaptol. In other recording Naaptol officer accepting that they got mobile back in dec - 09. i am sending that two recording to you for your kind information and it will help to give justies to me..... Sir, I am not able to attach that recording in this formate, so if possible then give me your mail id so can send that recording to you.....


        As per my experience about Naaptol is that it is continuously cheating me and may be also cheating many other people by lying every time. I will try my level best to alert my district and state people about your cheating advertisement.

        I also have the same experiance with Naaptol.com.

        There are number of issues which I would like to bring in notice.
        1. I have received my order# 412569 on 27/05/2010. It was mobile phone, but the battery of the mobile was not been delivered along with the phone.
        2. At the time of booking the order, I have been promised that if I will make the payment by credit card then I will get a wrist watch as gift. I made the payment by my credit card, but as promised I have not received the wrist watch.
        3. All accessories/free gifts (including the charger of the mobile) delivered along with the mobile are defective. There are very high chances that the accessories/free gifts don’t belong to the mobile which I have ordered.
        4. On the first day after receiving my order, I made a complaint about the batter and the defective accessories and now it’s already been 20 days, I have not yet received any update from Naaptol.com.
        5. In spite of the complaint of first day, I made the complaint number of time in last 20 days, but every time I got the update as “You will receive your battery along with wrist watch and accessories with in next 7 – 10 days”, but I have not yet received any update.
        6. Every time when I make a call and raise a request to talk with some senior person/executive or some responsible person, I got the reply that all the senior executives are busy or no one is available.
        7. When I asked the procedure to return the product, I never get any satisfactory response.
        8. On making a call to naaptol.com, once a representative have given me a complaint number with the promise that I will get a update in next 48 hours, but next after 2 or 3 days I enquired the status with that same complaint number, I have been told that this complaint number does not exist. Here again I have been cheated by providing a fake complaint number.
        9. Yesterday it was first time when I got the chance to talk with some senior person and he again made a false promise by saying that he will let me know the status by Thursday Morning by around 10 am (17-June-2010) and will get it solved, but again I have not received any call.

        Now after so many complaints, I am feeling that I have been cheated by Naaptol online shopping Pvt Ltd and it’s a fake organization.
        Can you please let me know that after having so may false commitments from Naaptol.com, what should be my next step?

        I would appreciate if you can let me know the process of returning the phone so that I will get my money back?

          sir, have purchase mobile phone at naaptol online shoping on 4 march,around 8 march i recived the product but it was not in working condition i mean charger was not working and within one day battery was dull nd was not geting charge so i complaint naaptol care and they suggest me to send the product back and they will replace the product then i have send my product on 11/03/11 via blue dart curior and they have receved product too. now its one and half month is over and still i have not recived my product from them, whenever i call naaptol care they says that u will receive product soon...so help me out.

            I have placed a order no.-1389059 dated 15.02.2011 in Naaptol Budget Bazar for purchasing a Laptop. My laptop Box coming through speed post and I have paid the amount of Rs. 7200/- to Post man for clearing of Box. But, while i have opened the Laptop Box, the box is empty in front of postman, i have tell the postman that the box will empty he tell me that you have place a complain to naaptol budget , mumbai, hen i have discussed to the customer representative they tell me that their are no responsibilty of company, afterwards i am going for place a FIR against the company but their will no FIR written dated. I am very disappointed when this type of mischief as been occured.
            So, please sir kindly solve my problem as sson as possible.

              The sewing machine is such a crap. It did'nt work even a week. I've returned to Naaptol through Bluedart courier. Again they've returned the Sewing machine. I don't know whether they've returned the same machine without fixing it. Problem still persists. Again i've spoken with Customer care, i said clearly i don't need this crap machine. They said they will refund the amount. Now they've changed their words. Saying, use it other wise its your wish. Customer care is so pathetic. If i select telugu option through IVR. After taking my Order number they are speaking in other language.


              I sincerely request you to do the needful to me. I need full refund.

                I bought Blackberry mobile set from Naaptol.com 3 months back after seeing the repeated advertisement in newspapers. It did not work and i contacted them several times but they never responded till now. Later on i contacted local service center of Blackberry and come to know that my handset can not be serviced by them as they only do service for phones bought from authorized outlet of Blackberry. Naaptol.com bought sets from Ritco & Co.,Gurgaon to whom i visited 3-4 times and after wasting lot of time it was found that handset was faulty and replaced by them 2 times . It is still not working properly. I came to know that Ritco & Co. bought cheaper lot from some other country and selling in India without authorization from Blackberry. I feel company like Blackberry should not allow such practices as they are reputed name in international market. Naaptol.com is fraud online shopping company engaged in such type of selling.                   I have order one Tablet PC on 1st Apr'11, Order No -1573744 through naaptol.com, but still shipment is not delivered or the status for delivery was updated. I have contacted more than 10-15 time to naaptol customer care ([protected]) for the status but unable to get the status. As per them the "order has been verified will delivered soon". I have heard the same voice in every call last 20 days since 1st Apr'11. They have also give me the merchant no[protected] Heman Ji) but as per merchant all the orders are delivered to naaptol itself.

                  After such Irresponsible behavior I also mail to [protected]@naaptol.com for status query, but no revert, received a mail from [protected]@naaptol.com with same remarks (shipment will delivered soon).

                  Today on 22nd April I call again to Naaptol CC talk with Mr. Mitesh (CCE) but he also unable to give me the status, so I ask him to transfer the call to seniors but he refused my request hence I write this complaint.

                  ""My query is if the merchant unable to delivered the shipment, please confirm the status to customer or if it will delivered than confirm the date (max).""

                  Naaptol has wasted my time and value, with no clarity on shipment within such a long period.

                  Hope I will get my order status through your website.

                  ACCORDING TO GRAPEVINE NAAPTOL IS A PROXY OF THE TIMES OF INDIA AND MUMBAI MIRROR WHO USE IT TO FOOL PEOPLE INTO BUYING PRODUCTS WORTH THOUSANDS OF RUPEES.
                  THERE IS A FACT DOING THE ROUNDS THAT EVERYDAY 1000 PRODUCTS ARE 'SOLD'. THAT IS A TOTAL OF 50, 00, 000 RUPEES EVERYDAY WHICH IS THEN PUT IN THE BANK TO EARN AN INTEREST OF 5, 00, 000 EVERYDAY AND 1 CRORE 50 LACS IN A MONTH PURELY ON INTEREST.
                  AND WHEN THE CUSTOMER GETS THE MONEY BANK THE TIMES OF INDIA, MUMBAI MIRROR THOUGH ITS NAAPTOL WING HAVE MADE AN EASY INTEREST OF **ATLEAST** 1, 50, 00, 000 THAT IS ONE CRORE AND FIFTY LACS


                  I HAVE ASKED MY FAMILY TO STOP READING THE TIMES OF INDIA AND MUMBAI MIRROR BECAUSE OF THIS HUGE FRAUD. THESE SWINES TRY TO SHOW KALMADI, RAJA AND ALL AS FRAUD, . BUT THEY ARE FRAUD THEMSELVES.

                      My order for a cell phone was despatched to Salem Office Which was in turn forwarded to Tiruchirappalli Area Office.The consignment no.LA 0250637 was returned to consignor without informing me on 19/04/2011. Today I verified and found that 'delivery on payment of cash facility 'is not available at Ariyalur.My request to staff to Trichy and Salem fell into deaf ears.Hence, this grievance.

                        i m Mr. yatin shah from Mobile gallery (Ahmadabad). I m a mobile Dealer in Ahmadabad . i m dealer for all leading mobile brand...like nokia /samsung / htc / lg / sony-ericsson /acer /asus & blackberry etc.....
                        Daily i read the times of India everyday in my home . i m a blackberry user & i have blackberry torch 9800 .....i always read the advertisement of 8830 in newspaper & one day i gave the order ......but after the ordering my parcel is not coming in time .....than when i show the thing that was refurbish because i batter know all those thing ..... its not 2 complicated its very easy to identify for all common people ....there was no screw in the blackberry 8830 .......i shock ...& call to customer care they said there is no need .....(screw) ....the memory tray is damage & the back panel is not fitted properly,hands free is duplicate & the internal menu menu is some thing very different like china.& all thing is mess up & the box is not the original like blackberry ...its same but i m not convince ......ill send back this product in just in 2/3 hours from blue dart..

                        i just love this phone because.................its very comfortable key Bord with no camera ......& its work like owsam ......that's why i want it.

                            I had asked for a MP3 player for car making it very clear that I have a NANO car on the phone while pacing the order itself.
                            Even the representative promised me that the product is universally fitting in all cars
                            So I ordered it got on 3-1.11. My order number was 1204292. My mobile is [protected].
                            When I took it to a car accessories fitter; to my horror neither the speakers nor the MP3 player were at all fitting in to my car slots.
                            So I called back and I was advised to give in writ8ing about the complaint and for refund of money.
                            I immediately wrote back and sent the parcel by Maruti couriers on 10-1-11.
                            Despite several reminders, calls, I have not yet received the money back.
                            Kindly look in to the matter and avail me the refund in my :

                            In this Era of customer relationship management; I am being harassed and subjected to utter mental agony and dissatisfaction by your team.
                            I have called several times, talked several; emailed more than thrice, all to no result
                            You people tale money readily but why this harassment when it boils to refund?

                            I refunded the product as it did not fit in my car, on 10’Th January. That too at my personal expense of Rs 250 by Maruti courier. Product di got received by your Aramax office the very next day, which is what Maruti courier confirmed me too.
                            It is more than 45 days!!!!
                            Your customer service people told me that within 10-to 15 worming days it will be refunded is this policy on paper only?
                            A customer feels happy when your policies e actually reflected in behavior not on paper.

                            Naaptol Order No:1245305, Order Date: January 13, 2011; Payment Mode: Credit Cardp; Product Price: Rs.5999; Shipping Price: Rs.200; Order Amount:Rs.6199.00; Product:BlackBerry 8830 Mobile with GPS; Product Category: Mobile PDA and Smartphones

                            I bought this mobile from Naaptol as per the details exhibited on their website (http://www.naaptol.com/price/20002-BlackBerry-8830-Mobile-with-GPS.html). It was supposed to be a brand new Blackberry device which could be used on any network. There was clearly no mention that the device may be locked, refurbished or not usable on any network. I was unable to use the Blackberry services on the shipped piece on Vodafone GSM network. My company’s technical team and Vodafone executive confirmed that the Blackberry 8830 handset purchased by me from Naaptol was locked for use with a foreign service provider and could not be used on their network. I was now stuck with a useless device. Naaptol Team had not helped me at all when I requested them to organize a reverse pickup and either refund my money or deliver a new, unlocked Blackberry deice in lieu of this one. Instead, I was asked to approach their supplier, who was not the original party I dealt with, or paid to. Later, I was asked to send back the phone to the supplier on 12th April, and I did so at my own cost. The product was received on 13th April by the supplier but till date I have not heard from the supplier or Naaptol. I have written numerous mails to Naaptol's team including the CEO. Naaptol is basically not acting in an ethical, consumer friendly or responsible manner.

                                they delivered the product in the rite time. but the product is not orginal and defect product. the product is not original.

                                I ordered a wespro pc tablet 786 from Naaptol on 12th of july 2011 order number 2060452

                                I received the product on 16 th of july 2011 after paying Rs.6298 which include cost of the tablet 5999 & Rs.299 delivery charges.

                                After opening the packet I found that the tablet was stucking.
                                i have wifi network at my home but when i want to connet it through wifi it is been disconeted.
                                Immediately I called the customer service no. [protected] I informed the incident & customer service representative told me they will come back to me in 48 hours and given me one complain number 857763, but no one called me back again after 48 hours i called them back then they say me to return the product to blue dart courier malakpet. which will be replaced immediately within 7 to 10 working days.
                                but i have seen many articles online regarding naaptol fraud then i place a article over hear after one day naaptol MD Dany called me and said me to return my faulty product to blue dart courier and he will return my cash in cheque in 7 working days.

                                I did the same I returned the my faulty product by Blue dart courier (AWB No.[protected]) dated 26th july 2011.I got the confirmation for the same on 27th july 2011 from blue dart courier but till date naaptol nor returned my prodect nor any cheque.
                                when i called up there custumer care number They gave me the same response stating there was some problem from their side, it will be sorted out immediately within 24 working hours.There was no action from Naaptol again. I called once more & got same frustrating reply from the customer service representative. till date i have called 150 times but i get the same responce from naaptol care.
                                In the mean while I wrote to their CEO (1th August) whose e-mail address was mentioned on their website & also filled up feedback form on www.naaptol.com but I am still waiting for the reply till date. I called again on 5th August. The reply was irritating .Customer service gave the same story again. No senior or manager was available to talk to me as requested by me.
                                He can only process my complain. He promised me a acknowledgment in writing to my e-mail address. No senior or manager was available to talk to me as requested by me again and again.
                                I felt that I am cheated & duped.I believe Naaptol is in business of looting & harassing innocent people. Their feedback form & CEO e-mail address on www.naaptol.com are fake because they are non-responsive ,it’s only for the show purpose.
                                I don’t know how a illegal company like this is allowed to do business in India. There are many complaints pending against Naaptol.

                                Now I am fed-up & going through mental trauma.
                                ButI will fight for my hard earned money.Please advise & do the justice.

                                Hoping a speedy action from consumer court.
                                I am available 24* 7 for any kind of cooperation.

                                I also purchased blackberry 9530 storm now display is not working if i ask them they are telling for touch screen the display warranty is 24 hours so now i cant use that mobile, this is a fraud online trading company .we want to stop this company as soon as possible, give your suggestions to lock this company.
                                i also purchased one vox tablet (order no[protected], when i received the product the same time the charge was not working, and i complaint so many times. After one month got the charger. When i am using that one i am not satisfied because the tab is not working good and some times hang and so many problems, Now the battery is not working i complaint more than ten times, the told to me they had already send the battery, still this i didn't get the battery, and i complaint and told to them please replace the tab and i need a new one. They told to me somebody will call from the technical department, and now already one month gone, nobody call from naaptol side, and they are not looking my complaints, and not giving any reply. I think you are doing fraud business, not resolving customers complaints.

                                  I had purchased a mini laptop of wespro from naaptol costing Rs. 6999/-+delivery charges Rs. 200/- on the above date. Ever since I purchased, I am not at all happy with the functions and with the Operating system, I wish to return the product immediately.

                                  I am totally disagree with you, even i purchased the same product from TVC SKY SHOP. From my experience it is a good quality product. And application should be download as per CE version. Not from any other version.
                                  I think Mr Ashish is absolutely right. Even I have purchased the same laptop I BOOK from TVC and it is supporting all the application as per CE version.
                                  To be frank Even in my I BOOK there is no problem like unsupporting any application. It is almost supporting each and every application as per CE version.
                                  Yaah even i also satisfy with my I BOOK. It is value for money product. Even i recommend this product to my friends.
                                  As per my experience I BOOK is one the superb product of TVC SKY SHOP. It is a best laptop as compare to other laptop's in market.

                                    As I order the blackberry mobile 8110 on 8/04/2011 through Naaptol site with my credit card and the same had been confirmed on next day by the naaptol representative that the amount received by them confirmation no. 1606083 and they also promised that the delivery of my product will be reach to my address within 8 days. But my surprise is that the product is not yet reached and over and above I try to call them to find out about the delivery status but there is no direct representative to answer about my query the customer no. [protected] which is only automated message centre. I lost the hope about the company and I need to get my money refunded.

                                      Based on the adv. given on the Andhra Jyothi Karnataka Edition New paper, I had placed an order online with Naaptol for the Product Glamorous Jewellery Combo By Vintage ,Product Category : Artificial Jewellery Order No : 1545319, Order Date : March 26, 2011, Item is not yet delivered . I had called the customer care multiple times and send the emails but no proper information given and not sure then this item will be delivered. Even I had send email to the CEO email address given int he site but no response. I think this will be a fraud company fooling the customers. Customer care also not having proper information. Why the leading news paper encourage this kind of advertisements, News paper should advertise genuine companies only.

                                      Please help me to resolve this issue .

                                        I recently booked an ordered a Car Stereo with FM, MP3, USB, SD Card Support + Speakers + Tweeters + 4GB Kingston Pen Drive + Free Car Scratch Remover Pen with naaptol.com on Cash on delievery. They promised that they will deliver the product in 7-10 days however the product came after around 15 days. when product received from the courier services, the product was not at all to satisfactory levels. It was broken, it had sratches, etc. However since we couldnt open the courier at the sot, we had to give the money to the courier person. But later when we realised it is broken, we contacted the naaptol.com customer care. They said that I need to courier back the product to them and they will replace the product. Firstly, as per the courier company, naaptol received the product the next working day after I couriered them however naaptol advised that they recevied it after 4 days. Secondly, on29th mar they said that they will send the replaced product within 7-10 days. However till date I have not received it. When we call them, they just say that you will receive it in 7-10 working daysand when asked about the current status they dont have it. The customer service reps at naaptol are not at all helpful and there is no manager there to speak to. I have no idea how to track the status my product and when will I receive it if at all I will receive it?

                                        Naaptol is a cheater and I would say not only Naaptol, but all marketing players like naaptol will fall in the fraud and the cheat category.

                                        Pls advise, where should I file complain against this fraud?
