I bought a Reebok watch from Naaptol. It was delivered after 10days. I received a damaged substandard, cheap, old product (Jan-2010) product.
I really regret that i trusted a fraud company run by some cheat. My order ID: 2685534. I had a similar experience 5 years ago with rediff.com after which i never buy anything from online stores. In india, online shopping is still not matured. It is very difficult go back and ask for replacement. And you know customer support is the least thing any indian company cares. With this fingers burnt i will never go to naaptol again.

    i received parcel which didn't have 4GB memory card, i mailed twice and receved call from Naaptol about provoding 4 GB memory card.I received two calls from courier company to verify my address to deliver the said product on my address but i havent received later on when i called to Naaptol they informed me they don't have stock of memory card so naaptol would provide me cheque of rupees350 I was shocked to hear such thing,this was just cheating.i called them repeatedly i heard same version of story and i agreed to take a cheque but as off now i haven't received anything .Today i called at Naaptol they informed me to give cheque after 21 working days i insisted on that 21 days has been passed off but they were not be able to give me exact date,so i request all person not to deal with such company who never keep its promise,it is better the affected persons brought such fraudulent practices of naaptol to public and various forum's notices, so that people remain free from the trap of cheap online fraud company.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have ordered a Blackberry Mobile 9530 ‘Storm’ on 29/9/2011 through online shopping portal Naaptol.com whereas they offered the price of mobile as Rs 9799(basic price)+299(delivery charges) =Rs 10098. I have paid the amount by using my ICICI Bank Credit card.

      I got this shipment on 4th October which was packed in poly bag of Naaptol.com & well wrapped by BOPP tap with intact condition. This shipment received by my wife in day time because I was on my job, when evening I have unwrapped the poly bag to open the box of mobile I was shocked to see that the seal of the box of Blackberry Mobile 9530 storm found broken, scratches found on mobile screen & it seems as used mobile, Battery in open condition & used.
      After the receipt of mobile in such a worst condition, I contacted the customer care of MAPTOL personal at their mobile number to register the complaint regarding the receipt o[censored]sed mobile from Naaptol.com. During my conversation with their customer care representative, customer care person claimed that they cannot give the replacement but they will refund the money and told me to send back the mobile by same courier service Blue dart on below given address:

      They also gave their courier account number, their e-mail id for correspondence and address of courier at Dewas.
      During my discussion, the customer care representative said that Naaptol.com will refund the money back within 48 hours after receipt of mobile, if it is purchased though credit card and amount will be credited in my account within 48 hours of receipt of mobile set. In case of COD, the payment will be given within 21days by cheque.

      I have returned this Blackberry 9530 storm mobile phone to Naaptol by Blue dart courier by providing all necessary details & centralized A/c # 113260 on 8/10/2011 AWB [Air Way Bill] No. [protected] and it was received to above mentioned address on 10/10/2011.(confirmed by Blue dart). Pl refer the tracking details given below:

      After confirmation of receipt of this shipment on Blue dart site I have again contacted their customer care person on 13/10/2011, they told me that due to some reason amount could not be credited in my account. HE assured me of crediting the amount in my account by Tuesday dated 18/10/2011, on 18th evening I again contacted their customer care person Mr. Littu regarding the non receipt of refund, but he was not able to give any satisfactory answer.

      I told him to give me the contact number of his senior but he disconnected the phone by saying that his seniors were busy.

      Then, I sent a mail on 18/10/2011 to the given e-mail id & the e-mail id from where we got the shipment and given all the details. I got the reply of my mail on 19/10/2011 wherein Naaptol customer care person asked me to send the Mobile to them and they would take action within 2-3 days of receipt of mobile. However, I’ve already sent the mobile to them on 8th October’2011 with all the details. The same had already been received by them on 10th October’2011. Regarding this, I replied to MAAPTOL customer care on 20/10/2011

      I’ve sent reminder on 21/10/2011, 30/10/2011 & 31/10/2011 but they didn’t responded properly till today.
      I request you to please take necessary & strong legal action against the naaptol.com, so that thay don’t cheat any other customer in future and return my money.

      NAAPTOL & other companies are big time cheating the customers @ national level because they know there is no legal way of getting them tbehind bars. Only thing you can do is get them in consumer forum. Do it & save your fellow countrymen.
      I think Naptol website should be banned, with law enforcement agencies intervention. They are cheating a lot of people and the number complaints specifically for Blackberry hones is very high, clearly they are trying to sell cheap used phones imported from other western countries.

          I had purchased a Cell Phone Blackberry 9530 vide my order No. 2576327 from Naaptol.com. However, the Invoice of the phone does not contain the IMEI no of the Cell phone. in the absence of the IMEI no the genuineness of the product can not be ascertained. I called the naaptol costumer care several times also sent several mails but did not get any appropriate response. Orally they say only one thing that we can neither provide the same nor we can give you in writing that we can not provide the same in writing.
          Now looking in to the above circumstance i am thinking of a legal action against the Company.

            I ordered for delivery of a mobile, product name " VOX ePhone with TV " as described in naaptol's advertisement in their websight on 09.10.11. The item was booked under their Order no.2605493, payment term " COD " offer price was Rs.3498.00. The mobile should have the facility of ,touch screen (WQVGA Display ),Duel Sim Duel Standby and high definition Duel Camera with Flash. It should support MP3 MP4 3.5mm Audio output and with good sound speaker, FM Radio,Analog TV and memory card extendable upto 16 GB etc.etc. On the Despatch cover product name " VOX ePhone with TV " written COD Rs.3498.00.
            Broken delivery not allowed mentioned on the cover. On 14.10.11 on delivery I paid Rs.3498.00 and signed the receipts in good faith.
            When I opened the cover I found a different Type of Mobile named " VOX VP4 " a lower quality having no TV
            facility, no flash, lower quality of camera etc. I immediately complained over phone no. [protected] on 15.10.11 when they promised me to refund the full amount of Rs. 3498.00 within 21 days, but did not confirmed it in writing.

              Last month i bought a VOX IC7 Full Touch Screen Dual HANDSET from Naaptol.Com after seeing an ad in newspaper. My Naaptol.com Order No. 2292328 dtd. 20/8/2011. I got the product and very next day I found that the Handset was not in satisfactory level, and its not working in Delhi. Because of this I suffered a lott. On 01.9.2011 I complained through customer care number i.e. [protected] and the customer care instructed me to send the hand set through Blue Dirt Courier at J.S.Associates-2, Mangesh Industrial Estate, Subhash Nagar, Mulund Link Road, Nahur, Wesh Mumbai-400078. I sent the said hand set through Blue Dirt Courier vide No. [protected] dt. 01.09.2011 to the above mentioned address. That on 02.09.2011 the consignee confirm the receipt of the hand set through courier and assured me that the said hand set will be returned to me within 15 working days. I contracted a lot of times to the Naaptol customer care. Naaptol.com is a fraud firm and even they don’t have any email id. Only they have one STD no in which , when we are calling there is a recorded message and we are not able to contact them. Once I spoke with Naaptol Customer care executive in one STD No. they promised they will get back me soon.But they didn’t given any response. Since then I am trying to contact Naaptol.com Every customer of Naaptol.com is facing the same problem. I even contacted one of the person whose Mobile No.[protected], and that person assured me that I will get the hand set within 4-5 days and I even contacted M/s J.S.Associates-2, Mangesh Industrial Estate, Subhash Nagar, Mulund Link Road, Nahur, Wesh Mumbai-400078. and they have not any satisfactory reply. I would like to request you to kindly take a action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol.com)
              The STD No. which they given in the News Paper is -[protected]. This firm is continuously cheating the public with their fraud Advertisement and wrong products.

              I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my problem immediately.

                iI had purchased a MINI SILAI MACHINE from naaptol a month ago by telephonic order. My order id is 2331562.
                i received my order on 7/9/2011. but the product was defective,it was not working,i complained to costumer care they advise me to send it back to naaptol because they have no technician facility to make it correct & they will refund me my paid amount that is - 2298/-,i did same.
                till today i have not received my refund.every time wheni call to custumar care they repled my check is under process
                now one month has pass away.i wamt my money back..
                please help me.

                  I had ordered an induction cooktop from naaptol on august 27,2011.....Order track states "order shipped" on August 30,2011........But unfortunately AWL (courier/post) number and details were not displayed.......Today is October 6 and i hadn't received my order yet........I had call almost 12-13 times to the customer careline....Everytime after a hold of 5 mins, the reply was "Your product has reached in your area and will be delivered soon."
                  After hearing this again and again i got frustated and asked them to get me connected to their senior officials but everytime the reply was "Sir, there are no seniors available at this time and dont worry, ur product will reach soon"
                  Damn this company which even dont have any official at any hour of the day.......Worst is that they even dont know the whereabouts of their products.........And when I asked for refund they said I will get my money back in 7 days.......But after 8 days I called again and the reply was that my order was never cancelled and they cant refund money till the product gets back to them............I dont understand when the hell will their product get back to them(when they dont know where it is).......When shipped on august 30, any courier can be delivered across the globe several times till october 6.............I am real time frustated and annoyed with the damn site's service and fakeness................NAAPTOL is a big time sucking site and is looting openly..................DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

                    I have purchased the Car Stereo with FM, MP3, USB, SD Card Support + Speakers + Tweeters + 4GB Branded Pen Drive + Reebok Watch from the naaptol on 27-07-11 and paid an amount of Rs. 2299. Inspite of givng the product asked me to pay an amount of Rs. 2299 on 2-08-11. Till today naaptol has not paid the entire amount. So I request all the customer not to buy the product from naaptol.

                      I had purchased an insect killer from NAAPTOL site. from there hot deals section, which says buy an insect killer and get 1 free in 999+ 199 handling charges.
                      I did as they said. and when i received my parcel on 30th september 2011, it was not in good condition and when contacted the customer care they said return it and they will return my money in 21 days...whereas the site says 10-15 days.

                      Other thing i asked them who will pay for the courier and customer care said they will sent me the SMS mentioning the name and address of the courier company which will not charge me anything...but still now got my address(its been 3 days).

                      And when i saw the cover of the insect killer it shows the MRP 435/-(including all taxes), so if i buy it from the regular supplier it should be 870/- for 2..whereas i have been charged 1198/- for 2. which is 328/- higher than the normal price...then where is the deal ????????

                      Even i wrote the same issue to their CEO, but in vain

                      Please take necessary action against such sites and their founders so that innocent people should not be cheated in near future.....

                        I had ordered a "Aviator Remoter Controlled Helicopter" from naaptol.com. It was a cash on delivery order for which the company charged me Rs. 250/- additional as delivery charges.

                        The received product was in completely broken state and was unacceptable. I filed a complaint over their customer care number. Now they are saying that I will have to go to some courier company and send them the product back PACKING IT THE WAY IT WAS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. Also if the product price is more than Rs. 1000/- then I will have to bare the courier charges. And after all this I will get a refund equal to the product price.

                        This was harassing and disappointing. Being a working professional, traveling all the way to their said courier company and doing tall these things is next to impossible. What all I wish is naaptol should take away the product from the place where they delivered and either provide me with a fine working product or refund entire amount back.

                        And I would suggest all readers to choose rather homeshop18 which I have found to be prompt and honest than this naaptol

                          Naaptol.com regular advertiser in the times of india daily english newspaper,where my ordered cosmetic jewellery, worth of 1700 inclusive of courier by cash on delivery, they say ten days but it will reach in two days time.....we paid to aramex couriers we are very shock and unhappy that all the jewellery are broken and quality of jewellery is very very very poor and we lost 1700, now it s in the dustbin.....I immediately called customer care number for the last three days it always says the number is busy busy busy busy....i really disappointed with the service.Please be careful and aware so that nobody can do the same mistakes again and again...........Now i realised this is business and how to cheat people,this is called online shopping is all about.....

                          So never use online shopping........

                              This is regarding the below mentioned order placed by me on[protected] via NAPTOL.COM. A person from Aramex had come to deliver the parcel of my order. But to my surprise he demanded Rs 135/- as shipment charges.

                              I want to bring to your notice that while purchasing the product I was promised of free shipment and I had paid Rs 255/- at that time only.

                              This is a very shameful act on part of Aramex ad Naptol that shipment charges are being demanded now.

                              I bring to your notice that I HAVE REFUSED TO TAKE THE PARCEL. I URGE YOU TO CREDIT THE AMOUNT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT SINCE THE AMOUNT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID AND THE ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED AS PER YOUR COMMITMENTS

                                I have placed an order to Naaptol.com by viewing their Adv. on News paper, I order CAR USB Player which was costing 1999 with additional Delivery charges of 299.

                                I received the said product on 18-09-11 but when I tested that product it was dead and not working at all, so I called customer care for replacement on that they said I have to send it to service centre somewhere in Mulund but didn't provided me the precise address, anyways why should I pay courier charges for this when its their fault.

                                I request you to kindly look into the matter and get my money back or arrange me a replacement with the working one

                                    The phone has stopped working with following malfunctions.
                                    • The screen display has stopped.
                                    • The Phone gets hang while a call is answered or dialed.
                                    • The BB mail service is not working, the phone loses its sync with BB server on regular basis.
                                    The IMEI of the Handset is A[protected] & BB pin no. is 3065F9A4.
                                    The Complaint no. is 1272422 registered
                                    I was suggested by Naaptol to send the phone to your address.

                                      Hi, I recently ordered a wespro mini laptop from naaptol.com. My order number is 2444683. Their specification clearly shows the presence o[censored]SB ports and it is reasonable to expect that it will be compatible for usb internet connectivity. Their delivered naaptol mini laptop is incompatible with all plug 2 surf services, which is not mentioned in their specification. This is nothing less than pure deception. I would like to return this product and get a full refund. Expecting a prompt reply.

                                        Order No.2379345 Was Placed for
                                        Aircompressor+ Tool Kit + Hydraulic Jack+ Dent Removing Accessories.

                                        Consignment received on 16.09.11 through GATI on COD Basis and
                                        Payment Was made of Rs. 2,298.00.

                                        On opening onsignment it was observed that, Air Compress and Tool Kit were missing. Consignm,ent was received in good condiation and there is no doubt of theft. Imediately complaint was made to mr.Sushil Parab of Customer Services and
                                        Complaint No.1282413 was booked and verbel promiss was made to deliver in one weeks time.
                                        Now company is denying and asking to return entire consignment.

                                        I have a fear I wll loose what ever I have received.
                                        There is nobody taking responsibility.
                                        I am feeling cheated and lost my peace.
