I HAVE PURCHASED A MOBILE HANDSET (AWB NO. [protected]) from NAAPTOL ON LINE PURCHSED VIDE ORDER NO. 198957 BY SEEING AN ADVERTISEMENT IN NEWSPAPER. THE SUPPLIER HAS GURTENTEND ONE YEAR BUT UNFORUNATELY IT HAS BEEN DISORDERED AFTER A MONTHS OF TIME. THE SAME HAS BEEN SENT TO THE COMPANY FOR REPAIRING ON DATED[protected] THROUGH A COURIER SERVICES NAMED BLUE DART. ONE OE THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE NAMED SUDHA RECIEVED IT ON DATED[protected]. ON DATED[protected] THE COMPANY ASKED US FOR BILL, DELIVER REPORT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS. THE SAME HAS BEEN SENT VIA FAX TO THE COMPANY. SINCE A LONG TIME HAS BEEN LAPSED, DESPITE OUR SEVERAL REMINDER, REPEATED TELEPHONIC CALLS WE HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED OUR HANDSET SO FAR. AS A YEAR HAS BEEN PASSED WE ARE GETTING HARRSSED. I have ordered a mobile online from naaptol with order# 132037. I have paid through netbanking, money got debited from my account instantly and i have also received confirmation receipt to my email address.
After a week they say order has been cancelled due to non receival of payment. I have sent my bank statement saying that money has been debited. They say money will be refunded in 2 days. Order has been cancelled on 28th December 2009. Till now i haven't received my money. This is really frustrating and every time i call customer care they say they will call me back or email me but they never do that.
Not sure how naaptol is surviving in the market. It really sucks!!

Please take a look at the reply from naaptol people regarding my complaint raised before 60 days. The replied 13 days back saying that my issue is being worked on. Not sure how this company works but i need my money back. This is really frustrating. If this doesn't get resolved i will spend some money and go against TimeofINDIA for allowing naaptol to publish ads in their news papers.

In the sep09 i have made a puchase of E-phone and after 2 months it start creating problem in the set .After tht i have send back to the company on 7th of jan 2010 after tht they have send back the set 2 and half months before this i have made lots of call to the company bt the company and customer care they r not taking as a full and they r not rectifying the problem now they are making the problem to me. Yesterday i got the set and again same problem the set is not taking the charge so today i have sended back to company. and I don 't need the phone i am really harassed and mentally upset with the attitude of the company. So i want to say tht plz give my money back to me and i don't want the product anymore.

I placed an order of Car Stereo with FM, MP3, USB, SD Card Support + Car Vacuum Cleaner Combo with Free 2GB Kingston Pen Drive on February 28th. And the product what I received was defective. Product was send back to Naaptol by Blue dart on March 22nd and received by you on March 23rd . I was informed that it will take 10-12 working days to receive new product. Then when i called on April 8th was informed that system is not been updated and will take 10-12 working days more. I am really not satisfied with Naaptol service. it doesnt take so much time to delivery. I have been cheated by the compnay.I have paid 2250 and want the my money to be refunded .

    I placed one order vide order no 2386514 dt 05/09/2011 for multipurpose portable folding table . I received product on 08/09/2011.on opening i found the product in broken condition i contacted naaptol over the phone the informed me that i have to send the table back thru courier & they will send the money back with in one week for which i didnt agreed.I have to take leave & deliver the product to courier office & bear the cost of sending back the material. I have sent no mails but not getting reply.

      I had ordered online for supply of Jaipan Induction cooking @ a cost of Rs.1999.00 plus shipment charges of Rs.399.00 under Order No.2156253.I had paid the money and received Anjali Induction cooking.
      Besides the kadai supplied is of inferior quality.
      When the same was reported to their customer care centre over their cell No.[protected] they admitted their mistake and asked me to return the Induction cooking and kadai by curior to M/s.J S Assaociates in Mumbai by curior , on receipt of which the correct ordered product will be sent to me by curior,
      I am a senior citizen and could not move around indipentaly elsewhere, that is the reason I had choose M/s.Naaptol online and oredered this coking system to get it delivered to my home.
      Now I do not want to go out and book this unwanted industion cooking system and let them refund me the sum of Rs.2398.00 together with interest andf take back the different product delivered to me.

      Please Help me. I purchased a Wespro tablet touch screen pc from naaptol through online order. Details are:

      Delivary Date: 20.12.2011

      I tried to call naaptol almost 50 times but all my attempts were in vain.
      In my Wespro tablet touch screen pc, the charge is staying for only 10 min maximum, and after that switch off. again whole night charge and again 10 min duration and switch off.
      I called naaptol to do somthing with that. I can not use that one also. what to do? my Rs. 6298 is waste.

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchased One Famous Slicing & Dicing Master + BIG HOME - Mini Silai Machine with Thread Set form Naaptol.

        My Order no is : 2110028

        I have received both items on time on 1st August 2011 on COD of Rs.2298/-. But on opening o[censored]NDAMAGED PACKING, Slicing & Dicing Master was found damaged. looking to packing, it seems that the damaged product was dispatched.

        The damaged product only i.e : Slicing & Dicing Master was returned to you on 2nd August by Blue dart and the same was received at your end on 3rd August 2011 FOR REPLACEMENT.

        1) Till today I have not received replacement of the same.

        2) On contacting your customer support of Naaptol, the only status we received is " Material ready for dispatch" since many days. The same was informed on today also.

        3) No one form customer support is able to answer the probable date of dispatch and reason for delay in dispatch although it is ready for dispatch.

        Surprisingly, received a call from courier company about the arrival of parcel on COD ( Cash on Delivery) of 2300/-. And on inquiring at Naaptol, the agent was not aware about any dispatch and informing me that product is ready for dispatch.

        The courier company has sent back the material to Naaptol after one week as confirmation was not given by Naaptol about free delivery even after my several reminders to Naaptol by phone.

        Secondly, this product replacement is supposed to be delivered free of cost and this is sent to me on COD. And no one at Naaptol is aware about the same.

        Since last 45 days I had paid full money of the product and I the proper product is not delivered to me.

        Note: We always have to wait/hold our phone line ( on STD call) for ALMOST 30 MINS before reaching to customer support agent, which is not in case of order booking phone lines. ( Spent more money then the cost of damaged product)

        Please look into the matter urgently and resolve immediately to avoid the waste of time and money.

          Basis a Number of attractive advertisements in Mumbai Mirror, I had ordered "Queens Jewellery Collection By Vintage" through NAAPTOL. COM vide order no. 2212465 & had paid the entire amount in credit card. The order was on 7th August 2011 & am supposed to get the delivery in 10-15 days.

          Till writing of this complaint I have not received the product.

          I would have called the call centre 15-20 times wait for 15 minutes to reach a customer service executive to get lame excuses saying you will get in another 2 days.

          I WILL NOT RECOMMEND SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANIES TO ANYONE.
          Pl. transact with this company at your own risk.

            We would would surely initiate refund for the defective product you received, we request you to visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

            Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same.

            We request you to quote the value of the product is less than Rs 1000/- and inform the counter person as the product is defective it holds no commercial value.

            On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

            Request you to please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund/Replacement.

            Also, write back to us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

            Please be informed it would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & once the product reaches us we would initiate the refund and the same would be couriered to you within 10-12 working days.

            Request your patience in the interim.

              I purchased a mobile phone from www.naaptol.com using my credit card on 6th august '2011.Its now 8th september and i haven't received the product. I havegiven numerous alls to their customer care and they are only saying that order has been shipped wait for another 48 hours. I had never faced any problems ordering online products from other companies.This is the first time i have ordered a product from naaptol and not receiving it after one month even when i have paid the money with shipping charges.The most uglies thingis that even after giving numerous calls to the customer care they are not at all taking this seriously and just saying wait for 48 hours. This is really frustrating that a company is cheating customers like this. Please help me on this urgently
              This kind of cheating companies should be taken to task immediately and urgent basis to stop fraud in the country

                My self Ramakrishna, i order No 2077739 dt 16.07.2011 Mobile module no VOXIF 7 FULL TOUCH SCREEN slide mobile with qwerty keypad, 6 months manufacturing warranty Rs 4198/, as per they given advertisement in Bangalore Mirror Daily news paper with in 240hrs(10 Days) delivery, but i have received product on 30.07.2011, i e late delivered of 4 days, after i have received mobile was found defective like not hearing properly and display was sometime changing coulor, at same day the contact to which given in paper contact No they told give call to cutomercare No [protected], i was keep on trying it was take long time to speak customer care executives ( 1 Hours and more ) daily i was trying finally i contacted on 05.08.2011 around 09pm i given complaint No[protected] he told send to back same address to Mumbai, we refund the amount, i sent product (mobile) with all accessories and request letter for refund the amount next day through blue dart courier docket no [protected].dt 06.08.2011 but till now they are not responding properly, even i am keep on trying they misguiding once they told refund with in 7 working days sometime they told take time to send, when i was call customer care misguiding and they not ready to pay refund. they are very torch ring to me physically and mentally, i am very seriously upset , i am working a private company i cant concentrate in my work, kindly help and take necessity action in this regards.

                  After payment of Rs950/-(on 27/8/2011) through net banking of IDBI BANK,got the order Id-2336711,and the order is being processed. (said by napptol,). When searched post order status, on 29/8/2011(Napptol website), it was found that the order has been cancelled,with comment , the payment was not made.Mail to CEO,napptol.Then suddenly found in search, the New order Id.[protected]of the same article)and the status is still being processed.Till then the order status is still being processed with kept me wating.I, do'nt know what has happened to the napptol? They have not despatched my order yet(on 03/9/2011), although I, have paid the amount Rs950-(Rs.850-+shipment Rs100=950/-)as per their demand including shipment.

                    We purchased a mobile handset online from Naaptol.com (order ID 2207816). After receiving it, we discovered that the phone would not charge and the authorised service centre said that the instrument was defective. We returned the product to the company and were assured of refund.

                    But despite repeated requests the company has not refunded the amount to us. We also no longer trust Naaptol.com to repair the device and return to us and therefore only want a refund.

                      I have Ordered the Product Name : Folding Cupboard - Stylish, Portable & Space Saving on Order Date : July 15, 2011 and my Order No is : 2070244. Still i have not received the Product its almost 2months, the satus shows as Cargo ready for past 1month. I talked to the Customer care several times to cancel the Order, but they are saying they cannot cancelled the order once it is booked. If the product is not shipped i dont know what is the reason theuy are saying it cannot be cancelled. They are simply saying dont accept the product, i am out of station by coming week i will not be in office for not to accept it.

                      How can you hold my money for two months without delivering the product. I dont want any of your product just give me my money back, you dont have any rights to withhold my money for this much time, this would come under cheating and mental harassment section if want to register a complaint. Please give my money back.

                        I had ordered for a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 8GB PenDrive on 21 st of June, 2011 from Naaptol and my order no is: 1948568. Naaptol confirmed that they have received the payment for the pendrive worth Rs. 479.00 on 22nd June, 2011. I kept a watch on my order status and it never changed from "order shipped" to any other status. I never received the pen drive till date. I made several phone calls to their customer care service and received a hopeless service from everyone there. I gave written feedback still no go. I wrote to the CEO which is an option on their website still no go. I am left helpless. Openly these people are looting customers. I request you to look into this matter and provide me justice that I deserve.

                            Dear Sir,
                            Aganist oder No. 2215532 at naaptol.com I received Blackberry 9530 Strom with 3G on 19th Aug by paying about Rs.10,000/-. Delivered mobile has certain problems.
                            1. Screen of mobile is loose and it has got some scrach mark on it. It
                            is very irritating to use touch screen mibile while screen is moving
                            (around 2mm play is there)
                            2. Touch screen is not working properly .
                            3. Mobile is old one and history shows many calls made by it from Jun'11.

                            I request you to kindly look into this matter and I dont wish to use
                            this old faulty mobile.
                            I will return this mobile to you and you pl. refund my money.

                                Hello Team,

                                This is to inform you that i ordered a phone call VOX V on VP4 on 30/7/11 and received the product on 6/8/11 after the courier missing me for 4 consecutive days

                                leaving a missing note at my place every time i wasn't here.

                                The day i received the phone problem started,I got a damaged headset with the phone,I immediately call the customer service team and informed them about the same.

                                They told me they will replace the headset in 7 working days which is absolutely pathetic,then my problem got more worse when the phone did not switch on.

                                I called the customer service team and informed then about the same they told me its a battery problem,i tired my other battery phone in VP4 and the phone was switched

                                on and was working properly,then i asked them to replace the battery,they sd they will do it in 7 working days, which is agan patheic as its a brand new phone.

                                Then the problem became more worse when i called the customer service team and then they told me that they cant do it as the phone is out of stock and the accessories

                                are also out of stock.

                                I spoke to many customer service representatives and they kept on disconnecting my call until i finally got a good man called (SAGAR) didn't tel me his full name. he

                                was very polite and helped me a lot he asked me about my problem and explain to me how it works,i told him i was irate and want a replacement however he said as per

                                the company policy he cant give a replacement as the problem is with the accessories and not with the phone,however he did mentioned that if i would have called and

                                told any CSR that if the problem is with the phone then i would have got a replacement.

                                I then asked to speak to his manager (HARSHAD) who was also quite polite and helpful,he told me that he can offer me a refund of 400 rs for the battery and

                                headset,dont know the market price however he said that i would be able to get it for that price in the market.

                                Although i didn't want it i reluctantly agreed for the same as i don't have any option.

                                I went to a retail mobile store and purchased a battery for the phone,it was for (450rs) i was ok with the price,but the problem became more worse for me when i

                                started using the phone i realized that there were so many defects on the phone.

                                PROBLEM'S WITH THE PHONE.

                                1) The touch screen didn't work properly i had to make several attempts to get the screen move.

                                2) The camera hangs in between,also the clarity of the phone is absolutely pathetic.

                                3) The major problem with the phone is after speaking for 2-3 minutes the phone gets heat up so fast that it hurts my ear and its so hot like a boiling water that you

                                cant speak on the phone,you have to put it away from your ears 2-3 meters and then speak to the other person.

                                Now instead of resolving my problem,it has become more worse, when i called the customer service department of (Naaptol).

                                I spoke to many CSR and they were absolutely rude and sarcastic one the representative telling me that if you want to send the phone send it otherwise keep it with you

                                we can't do anything for you, i don't remember the name of that representative but he was speaking in south Indian accent.

                                Anyways i informed them the problem and they told me that they will repair the phone in 15 working days,I said that i don't want to repair the phone and as the phone

                                is under warranty i need a replacement, However they insisted that they will not give a replacement and can only repair the phone.

                                Repairing the phone and that to in 15 working days (Sat and Sun excluded) doesn't make any sense to me,as i will be without any phone for 15 days. Also they dont have

                                a service center any where in Mumbai where i can go and repair the phone.

                                I am really not flexible with repairing the phone as im within the warranty period and eligible to get an exchange. I would like top know if some one can help me in getting an exchange as this is becoming very inconvinet for me to call the customer service department everytime and spend my valuable time there speaking with them for hours.

                                I am ready to send my phone back along with the box and original battery and damaged headset that it came in

                                  i have place a order for mini silai machine order no.1695310. the product was defective i contect customer care center they inform me to return the product. i return the product in the month of may 2011. but till date i have not received refund of rs.2298/-i contected so many time vide by my mobile as well as e mail. but now at the last they inform that they have deposite the money in my a/c on 15.07.2011. but sir there is no credit in my a/c till date.i have submitted my bank a/c statment to customer care in this regard. i request them to send me deposit slip. when they send me deposit slip. i seenthat a/c no. written on slip was wrong.that a/c no. does not exist in PNB.because i am a sr.inspector of the said bank. when i inform them reg this. they say it is not possible.we have written correct no. that slip copy is lying with them.photo copy is also with me. now i request you to please check the record and send me refund of rs. 2298/ along with intt.+ compensaation of mental harrasment.

                                    i had ordered for two X88 full touchscreen phones from naaptol. when i received the parcel, one of the phones had a crack on the screen and the touchscreen was not functioning. i tried calling the customer care a million times, but no response. when i finally got through them, the lady told me that, i had surpassed the touchscreen warranty period (which is 24 hours) and that she couldn't anything further. when i had placed an order, the advertisement in the newspaper said that the warranty period is for six months. either the naaptol people give me a new phone or return my money back. or else i'll move to the court and get them sued.

                                      I am Jatin Sharma and I brought the below mentioned product from Naaptol online shopping ltd. The product proved to be faulty and broke down within a month of little usage. The broken part of the machine despite being small rendered the whole machine useless.

                                      After calling the consumer care, the person on the customer care replied that nothing could be done whether it was replacing or repairing the machine. Despite the fact the machine was faulty with a damaged part. The call center agent asked me to get it repaired form outside which a refused to do so because it would void the warranty of the product.
                                      After several calls, I got a call and was given a ticket number to my complaint. (no.603780)
                                      I was spoken to very rudely by the person I was talking to and definitely didnt like the tone of the person talking to me.
                                      Even my father talked to the person and the person was rude to him as well.
                                      As of currently the machine is broken and I am disappointed by the company`s attitude towards the customer.

                                        When I opened the package I found the following;
                                        1. Mobile top was not fixed. the wood cam out just like that.
                                        2. the connecting rod between the two lengths was not in place.tne two nails had chipped the wood
                                        3, The support rod to lift the laptop had come ouat. One of the screws was missing and the other was loose.
                                        4. One of the legs is chipped of near the screw. So I do not know how long it will last.
                                        I would like to know how aare you going to compencate about such shoddy deal!

                                        this is my first transaction with your company. so I am surprised about the systemwhere pre check up of the product gets done,
                                        you must contact naaptol.com authorities and tell them about this complaint. they don't sell items themselves, they ship it from the seller's place to your doorstep, so its an issue with the seller's quality of items - report to naaptol.com please
