we ordered queens jewelery collection by vintage with quantity-2. order no:1790182.
we paid for both at the post office.but they send only one quantity instead of two.
we called to customer care people.they said that, please send back to us we will send again.we have another 200rs for postal charges and couriered as the address send by a message(By customer care people). But the courier come back as what we send means only single quantity. then we called again and again to them.but now also they send a message and said plz send back to us. how many times we have to send. plz send another quantity if you are genuine company.plz go through my complaint. and reply soon

    order no is:2075990.we have a very poor battery support from the day 1 of my purchase.we need you to refund the money or exchange of battery.
    IDEA company always deducts money from my Idea sim no. [protected] without information and i even do not activate any of its services. when we complain in its costumer care then it answers that the service was being activated by you only while we didn't activate any service.And doesn't refund our deducted money.
    sir, i want to change my network.. when i send sms to air tell for portibility ...they didn't sent me code no. but they always cut my one rs/= i write PORT [protected] n send on 1900.. but they didn't send me code.. when i try other air tel mobil no. .. they done also that no. i mean air tel doesn't sent port.code in any no. i talk costmr care .. they told me that we cant do anything.sir i m very dispointed from air tell n i want to change network ..plzz tell me what should i do.. my email is [protected]@gmail.com n my fone no is [protected]

      I have purchased Spy Pen of 16 GB through call and received delivery after 10 days without any catlogs or CD. I started the pen which was not working on very next day. I complaint and they inform me to sent the new piece which i have purchased at their service center at Mumbai. I have sent back the same but after 15 days i received back deferent piece then earlier which was looks old one.
      Again i didn't received any catlog or cd for date changing. I have started but again the spy pen was not working. I have visited Lord amarnathji with spy pen. I started the recording but after there was nothing recorded in spy pen. Again i complaint to naptol but not get proper reply. They have cheat me and i lost the money.
      I instruct NAAPTOL if they read this to change my spypen or i am going to case in court and costomers GRAHAK SURKSHA.

          I have purchased a mobile phone f8 (order no. 1989340). On 9/7/2011 I got that mobile. When I open it and started to use it I found some fault in it. So I charged it & tried again to use it. Within 10 minutes it's battery goes down. And one major fault is that the sound of the mobile is too low. I hardly can hear that sound.
          So, next day I called naaptol.Com executive. He told me to show the mobile to the local mobile repair shop. So I went to the repair shop. He checked the mobile and told there is problem in a charger & in the mobile.
          So all this told to the naaptol.Com executive. He simply told me to return the mobile to the company godwon & gave me the address. But when I go to sent the mobile by courier co. They told me charges will be 430/- Rs.
          When I ask naaptol.Com executive about courier charges they told me to pay it myself.
          I refuse to pay the charges.
          I send a email to their ceo also.
          But they don't reply me.

            I purchased a full touch screen phoneF8 on 6th june from naaptol which is not working from the 2nd day of purchase.i give the details to naaptol but they refused to change or repair the phone.kindly help me to sort out that problem.

            I purchased F8 full touch screen phone about month back. But now It is not working since I cant use the touch screen. I cant even receive the call since there is no receive bottong. I have to use touch screen. I cant receive the call by pressing answer tab. If I keep on touch that tab the line disconnects. I tried pen caliberation but still I cant use the set. Pls help me .               I ordered This mobile phone with Naaptol after seeing advertizement in news paper.

              I found the phone was used one as it was having scratches at it back flaps and having lot of photographs inside. Also I newspaper ad shown a free blackberry pouch which I never received.

              I called up company support lime but they said we donot send old phone and we do not take any complains after 24 hrs.

              Even it takes couple of days to open and use a product on work days as very less time available and they never told this 1 day complain window in there paper ad.

              Feeling bad about spending Rs10000 on second hand used product. Naaptol is definitely fraud conpany

              blackberry storm9530 — used and damaged product

              I ORDERED FOR A BLACKBERRY STORM9530 ON 24/5/11.ORDER NO:[protected].               Now it is 4 month since I returned the Phone to Naaptol and I haven't got my refund.

              I have called customer service dozen times and every time they say they are going to send cheque in 3 days.

              Now I can understand how a company can cheat thousands of customer and that through ads in national news paper.

              We must have some why where we can also launch counter ads to let people know how there fraud companies are operating and looting customer money in broad day light.

                  I ordered naaptol for car stereo with FM, MP3, USB, ... The offer was for free car scratch remover pen.
                  I received the product on 26/5/2011 with no car scratch remover pen. On the same day I called for not received 'car scratch remover pen'. Reply was that you will receive refund of Rs.200 within a week.
                  I called second time on 03/6/2011. Reply was that you will receive a cheque of refund amount of Rs.200.
                  I called again third time on 13/6/2011. Reply was that you will receive refund amount of Rs.200 in your bank account by transfer. For this bank details are given. Yet the amount is not received. Please cooperate.

I have spent more then Rs.1000 to call them but they are not giving any satisfied answer .

                    they are also threatening me that we will not return your money . it is such a fraud company

                      This is with reference to an offer from naaptol.com in Mumbai mirror last month through which i had ordered a blackberry tour 9630. The advertisement and naaptols customer service assured lot in terms of deliverables but after the delivery the case is something else.
                      To start with as per commitment the courier also should had a pouch included in the offer but the pouch was never delivered that just the start of a sad story
                      The device delivered was verizon device whose code had been cracked by them in India and has problems e.g. it doesnt have browser settings (then y the hell do you require a black berry). On taking up the matter with the mobile operator i came to know that its a handset problem as although the mobile operator has activated the services the handset is not registering on their servers. I was also informed that they have received a lot of complaints about verizon handset blackberry.

                      When i get in touch with the customer care to register a complain they are act as weird as they can and instead of solving my problem agree to the fact that they have goofed up. So they will provide me service and help me trouble shoot it....how....I need to go and courier the handset to them for which they say it reach in 7 days even if you send it from BlueDart, post the receipt they will take 15 days to figure out that they can send a new instrument or not and there is no guarantee that the new instrument will be a proper one.
                      I was amazed and shocked with the quality of the call center professionals they have hired, they cant speak courtesy in Hindi or English. Naaptol has proved that it a company into cheating people and vanishing away with consumers hard earned money.
                      I had also put an online query on which the is no revert from the company. Request all consumers to stay away from their offer which they are using as a fleecing mechanism and take serious action against them.

                          I have a complain regarding non receipt of a below mentioned product. I had placed an order online by using my credit card on 10th May 2011. The money was debited from my account however till today i havent received the product. It is a knee supplement for my mother who is suffering from knee pain. I saw the advertisement on Mumbai Mirror and i went to the website and placed an order hoping to receive the medicine in no less than a weeks time at the most.

                          The most upsetting experience has been the customer service part. When ever i call the customer service number mentioned on the website ([protected]) i always get the same information that the product has been shipped on the 17th of May and it will be delivered in a few working days, At first i thought that it defitinetly will take a few working days, however i havent got anything from them yet . It was orderedn in my sisters name so once she received an intimidation from the PO that a shipment has arrived. Then she went to collect the parcel, however she was told to pay the full amount. And when i called the customer service of Naaptol.com, they informed me not to pay the money because i had already made the payment. The representative from Naaptol told me to wait for few more days and it shall arrive.
                          Sir at this moment im highly frustrated having gone through all these mental harrassment. I have called innumerable times, had given feedback on their website, asked question from their website and all i get from them is ignorance, I think this is not the right way to treat a customer. I therefore would like to sue the company or ask for my money back and i deserve a fair compensation.

                                I have purchased Full Touch Screen Mobile F8, order # 1871807, it was delivered to be on 10th June, since the day I started using the phone, it is giving me constant problems, it gets restarted again and again, charging of battery lasts for 10 minutes, while it is charging, and if i pick up phone, i normally get electric shocks from the phone.
                                When I purchased the phone, it was told to me that if I didn’t like it, I could exchange it with some other product, and it has onsite 6 months warranty..
                                Now once i purchased there is no warranty or support, the customer care people are asking to take this phone to nearest phone repair canter and get the same fixed.

                                This is the service of naaptol... absolutely not accepted.

                                NAAPTOL — product warranty

                                i have ordered two products from naaptol whose advertisements come regularly in national newspapers regularly.
                                the first product was a i2 media touch phone and my order no was 718158 and i received the product in sep 10.after all most two months o[censored]sage now i am finding that the touch screen is not working.i called up naaptol complaint no [protected] on 29 oct 10 and wanted to lodge my complaint as i have never dropped the phone or there is no external damage and at the time of ordering my product i was told and even the ads convey the same that the product is under warrant for 6 months .now the company is saying the warranty is for software problems and does not cover the touch screen issues.this should have been clearly told to me as once im buying a touch screen product and if touch screen itself is not under warranty would i ever buy such product?this is a clear breach of trust by the company who is fooling customers by giving false promises.i need to lodge a complaint against naaptol

                                  I have Purchased Blackberry mobile pearl 8110 for rs 6199 with handling charges. delivered on 11 feb 2011 by seeing add in Times of India.The handset had problem of restrating it used to get restrat in the midst of the call and line used to disconnect on the same time when I openend the piece and I immediately complaint on the phone to the Naaptol customer care number on [protected] and [protected] but they told me that you have to contact Ritco Tech Co on[protected] and[protected] after lots of efforts for several days continously calling them at Gurgoan on STD I was able to Speak Sheetal and she suggested me to re -charge mobile through USB port from your Desk top I did that but same problem.Then again I did series of call to gurgoan again to talk to sheetal then another girl Shikha came on line and again I have explain entire episode then she gave me another Idea please chenge your mobile Battery which She told me you have to purchase by your own. One of my friend suggested me to go to Blackberry gallery at khar, I did that and their I learnt new thing the handset I have is T Mobile which is a mobile of abroad in which they break the password and sell it in India through these dot com Companies so the Blackberry guys were not ready to touch this mobile and told me you have to send this mobile to from where you have purchased.

                                  Again I call Naaptol guys they told me you have to send it to Ritco tech at Gurgoan at your expense I was passing through nightmare of my life as I earn very less and some from my earning I saved 6500 to purchase this high profile mobile.but it was my big mistake.I spend 500 on courier guy through blue dart to Gurgoan ( Ritco tech) and they again send me back after 15 days without reparing it but this time just by repacking it I was happy to recive the pack and I thought now my problem is solved but when I openend the problem was not solved .
                                  I again spoke to Ritco guys Again this time new guy by the name of Pandey he was so convicing Sir Iam there no need to worry your problem will solve I will send my pckup guy and I will make this piece repair and send it you by then I was also in touch of Naaptol guys their manager Sharad spoke to me and then disconnect the line from that day onwards he is not comining on line the frontline desk speaks to me and every now and then new guy and same old story i have to repeat with them.
                                  Then all of sudden fire caught in the Ritco office which their person Pandey told me he was very good in spinning the tale so these guys were not able to serve anyone and again on 14/4/2011 I send them on my expense through Aramex courier to Ritco tech on my expense of 400 Iam after them to refund my money which they agree to but not release the money on the 21st of may 2011 Naaptol guys told me that they have got my refund from Ritco which naaptol and ritco has confirm to me and they also took my Account no where they will deposit in & working days which have not yet been completed according to their way.
                                  Iam worried the six months warrnty time is getting over in July 2011 Iam thinking these guys are just buying time to complete the warranty deadline.
                                  Waiting when I will get my hard earn money back along with my expenses that is courier amount 900 and mobile with handling 6200 that amounts to 7100 plus mobile expenses which is amount to be at least 1500 so total 8600 .

                                    i vipul bhandari whose order number is 1203418 have purchased 16 g.b spypen combo with mp4 player in the month of january which was in a faulty condition after that i have been sending them continously to get a good product from them but unfortunately they didnt send me either the product nor they have send me my 2700 what kind of faulty company is this who is just meant to make excuses inspite of listening to customers problem

                                      i ordered my cell phone black berry stroam 9530 on 7th may.
                                      my order number is 1734325. the set i received was second hand and its touch was not working.,
                                      then i taked to their customer care and they asked me to send the set back and comit to give money back in 7 working days.
                                      then i send back my cell on 19th may by speed post n set was delivered on 23rd may.

                                        hai my name is shariff i placed an order in naaptol about the mobile handset with tv for rs 4199/- my order number is 2852178 and billing date 25/11/11 i recieved the product through courier and paid for it..but when i opend the set and charged the battery the was not working when i called to customer care they said to sent back and the set will be replaced wwhn i sent back the set through courier they have recevied it on 17/12/11 again when i called up to them no reponse already i spent 1800/- for calling them no one is reponsing properly nor the cutomer care no the people who have issued the product...why this is they made people blind...

                                        still iam waiting for my set...still yet no reponse...
