I have purchased Full Touch Screen Mobile F8, order # 1871807, it was delivered to be on 10th June, since the day I started using the phone, it is giving me constant problems, it gets restarted again and again, charging of battery lasts for 10 minutes, while it is charging, and if i pick up phone, i normally get electric shocks from the phone.
When I purchased the phone, it was told to me that if I didn’t like it, I could exchange it with some other product, and it has onsite 6 months warranty..
Now once i purchased there is no warranty or support, the customer care people are asking to take this phone to nearest phone repair canter and get the same fixed.
This is the service of naaptol... absolutely not accepted.

today I got a delivery of a laptop stand. I was surprised about your pre delivery check-up system.
When I opened the package I found the following;
1. Mobile top was not fixed. the wood cam out just like that.
2. the connecting rod between the two lengths was not in place.tne two nails had chipped the wood
3, The support rod to lift the laptop had come ouat. One of the screws was missing and the other was loose.
4. One of the legs is chipped of near the screw. So I do not know how long it will last.
I would like to know how aare you going to compencate about such shoddy deal!
