Hi,

I placed an order with Naaptol.com. The order number is 1176680. The order did not come as described and it was also not in a working condition. I sent the product back on Jan 25 2011 to the Aramex warehouse as described by naaptol and it was received by naaptol on Jan 27 2011.

I have contacted Naaptol on several occassions to speed up the delivery of the replacement product. Each time I get a false reply that we are working on it etc and the product will be shipped asap. Its now been a month and naaptol is still giving the same excuses. I also asked them to provide a refund if the product is not available/in stock and they said that since replacement procedure has begun, we cannot issue a refund. Naaptol's policy states that after product is received it will take 7-10 business days to process replacement. It's been much more time then 10 business days and still the replacement product has not come and they are not processing a refund either.

So now they have blocked my money and are also not issuing a replacement product. I please with the consumer complaints forum to intervene in the matter and help in urging naaptol to sent my replacement product or provide a refund at the earliest.

NAAPTOL — non receipt of product and non refund of money

This is my 3rd complaint on the consumer forum and
my cae Id is Case Id 42672.
my order number is ORDER NO 158666
I had ordered a pen camera on 28th jan on naaptol and paid through icici online banking . it has been almost a month and there is no news form the company one of the worst ever in customer service . every time io put a compalint on consumer forum i get a pre typed reply " wen are extremely sorry for in convienience caused and we will get back to you immediately " and they have not bothered to refund my amoutn still .
It is disgusting how such fraud companies can go on and gullible people get duped .
Would want some helpo in this regard.

NAAPTOL — Non receipt of ordered goods

I have ordered for Spy Pen thru my credit card for Rs. 1750/- on 20.07.2010, even though i paid the amount they sent a VPP for RS. 1750/-, so i called them and they told me to return the same to courier company and the will re send the same on paid basis.

I have wasted more than the cost of courier complaining over phone, and every time they tell my problem will be sought, around 3 weeks earlier i cancelled my order and requested them to return my amount till date i have not received the ordered material nor the money.

This is a fraud company, I want my money back with penalty.
I have ordered for car multimedia player with USB, MP3, car vaccum cleaner and a free Kingston pen drive.But I have received car multimedia player with without MP3, damaged car vaccum cleaner and not a fr Kingston pen drive.So, kindly look into this issue and send the correct product immediately.

I had ordered for a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 8GB PenDrive on 21 st of June, 2011 from Naaptol and my order no is: 1948568. Naaptol confirmed that they have received the payment for the pendrive worth Rs. 479.00 on 22nd June, 2011. I kept a watch on my order status and it never changed from "order shipped" to any other status. I never received the pen drive till date. I made several phone calls to their customer care service and received a hopeless service from everyone there. I gave written feedback still no go. I wrote to the CEO which is an option on their website still no go. I am left helpless. Openly these people are looting customers. I request you to look into this matter and provide me justice that I deserve. How is reputed newspaper like Times of India giving such big advertisements of Naaptol products? Why is law of India not taking any action against them and letting them carry out their business.

    I believe many o[censored]s have some believe in online shopping but company like naaptol is trying hard to kill that believe because the company is headed by Manu Agarwal who is a complete fraud himself. havent send my orders yet although money is paid. and one of my friend opted for cash on delivery, he got the product but it was horrible a total defective piece but he had to pay the money as per the caurier services policies. Things which makes naaptol a fraud company are
    1. Dont deliver i[censored] pay by credit (50 -50 chances)
    2. Cash on delivery (90% chance to get defective product)
    3. Late delivery, if they commit for 7 days they are gona make it 1 month or 1 and half months
    4. Dont even think of product replacement in your worst dreams

    I had ordered for a dinner set of Anjali steel, from Naaptol (order no: 1974438) after reading the advt in newspaper on 18th June. however after following up with them they said that the product is out of stock and the delivery would be deayed. However i received the delivery on the 1st of August ie after approx one and a half months only for me despair, that after paying 2298/- when I opened the parcel the dinner set that was inside was of cheap quality and of some company with name Buffet Set.
    When I called the customer service to complain, no one is listening to what i have to say and they only ask have you got 42 pieces in the set, and say that it is the same product that you asked for.
    What i have to say is that i have paid for a brand named Anjali and the set given to me doesnt have the name on the box or the vessels, and to top it the quality is also very cheap.Moverove the knife set that was a gift inside is of again a cheap quality and the wooden board and scissors missing.
    Customer service is not listening at all, when asked for a manager call back no one calls back, no one is bothered, customer service advisors are rude, dont give right information.

    I want my money back as i am not ready to pay 2298/- for a cheap quality steel that can be bought in any market for a lesser amount
    Horrible experience with NAAPTOL and will never ever buy nor recommend it to anyone.
    Moreover if i dont get this resolved I will have to take it legally.

    I ORDERED MOBILE SONY XPERIA X10 MINI PRO ORDER NO 3695115 FROM NAAPTOL ONLINE SHOP. THEY DELIVERED PRODUCT AFTER PAYING RS 8798. WHILE RECEVING THE PRODUCT THERE WAS NO WARRANTY CARD, AS THEY SAID THERE IS 6 MONTHS WARRANTY WILL BE PROVIDED. I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE NO [protected]. THEY SAID IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINT ,CALL US WE WILL PROVIDE THE WARRANTY.

    i purchased the Air Compressor + Car Dent Remover + Car Vacuum Cleaner + Car Tyre Repair Kit at rs.2198,the order booked was 28th march 2012 & till date i am not recieved the order,many times i called up the customer care but there is no response.also i communicate to HRD through mail but also there is no response.the naptol is totaly froud site pl do not purchase anything from NAPTOL.

      I have placed an indent for supply of Spy camera pen from NAPPTOL through phone no.[protected] and I have received it in order no.1257245on[protected].I am received that product on[protected].I am opened that parcel and I found it is not in working condition.and one more thing it is a used product because i saw in that pen September month recorded videos are there I have returned the product on same day means[protected] through dtdc courier, mentioned the reason that the " product is not in working condition and not up to the mark as per the advertisement in news paper." and same day i call to Naaptol customer care.They say SORRY to me and they told to me immediately you returned that product we will replace that product with in 7-10 working days.Even after a lapse of 30 days of it happed I did not received any New product or money.Regulary I am calling NAAPTOL in phone no.[protected] for my money OR new product.Every time the company is telling that your product will be returned with in a weak.
      Hence I request you to kindly take necessary action send my money back with the calling charges and damage I bare since 30 days.

        We purchased a Blackberry 8830 mobile on 10th jan 2011 through naaptol. Our order no. is 1232481.On delivery we saw -
        1. The CDMA does not work .It was advertised that it is a dual GSM/ CDMA phone.
        2. Blackberry services do not work on the phone even on GSM.
        3. GPS IS not working
        4. The click of the trackball is not working
        5. We complained several times but no response. Few dates have been noted- 13-2-11 at 9:45 am. Again on 21-02-11. Repeated complaints only got one answer- we will call back within 48 hours tomorrow and the calls never came.
        6. Pls look into the matter asap and help.

        I have exactly same problem. I have also wasted Rs 6000 and naaptol is still having this on their hot deal section. It must be stopped to prevent many more being put to the same trouble. Tey are not responding to any call or mail

        I have given order through phone on your CCE on 20-feb-2011 and ordered a BB 8830 world edition for after seeing add on Times of india by naaptol on blackberry phone and in add claerly shown as this phone cab be use as CDMA or GSM and free CD software also.I got your product today-26-feb-11 but veru shocked once i saw color of BB is- Grey instead of Black which i asked to your CCE especialy while placed the ordered. now i talked with your CCE regardin on phone no-[protected] with sidharath and he was unable to resolve my qquery and given me one no-[protected] BB helpline no and on this phone lady said i can take order not sit here to provide any information.. I am unable to understand how your team intereact with your customer, i am working as a laywer and go with legel way on this concern.this is clearly cheating with users who trust on your merchant...

        I had the same problem. Those thieves have cheated us with a lame product which neither has GPS nor CDMA. I had many problems while setting my account with a blackberry service provider. I never got any responsible answer for my questions from Naaptol CCE. Please do not buy any products from the Naaptol website. Run by thieves. Its a shame that the consumers can't sue them for this.

        Blackberry/ Blackberry 8830 — Product not working properly

        Hi,

        I had buyed the aforementioned order for Blackberry 8830 on 19th Oct 2011. I opened the consignment on 21st Oct 2011, however the order placed was exactly fine, but i encountered the problem with the mobile handset and charger. It was not taking charging. I tried figuring out the problem, I encountered multiple problems with the handset like, mobile trackball was not working fine and there was some problem with the charging slot. The charging slot was very tight to insert and it took several hours to get the phone charged completely. And finally after that the charging slot came out along with charging unit.

        I just had a contact with the vendor/distributor (Bhumi Collection - as mentioned on the order slip) and they replied to send the mobile back to them through courier and they with replace the same. But the concern is, why should i spend the courier charges for the order on which i had paid shipping charges already?

        The otherthing is that, It's a distributors fault, so why should I bear for it? Please look into this matter ASAP and respond me back accordingly....

        Dear Sir, I have similar type of Complaint Regarding Blackberry 8830 mobile purchased through Naaptol on line
        I online (through internet ordered a Black Berry 8830 world edition Mobile Phone by naaptol as in the ADD appeared in Times of India there was claerly mentioned that this phone is double Sim for CDMA and GSM both. I received the phone on 28 Nov 2011 but there is no CD/ software or even specific user manual to understand the keys of the phone. The Jack of the Charger come with the phone is not proper and it is loose in the charging socket of the Phone. I talked at naaptol care at phone no-[protected] but to no satisfaction and hence the phone is not working i.e my problem has not been resolved. .

        We purchased a Blackberry 8830 mobile on[protected] through naaptol. Our order no. is 2887078 .

        I am Purchase blackberry 8830 handset from naaptol before one month and i sending request for there invoice so many time but they don't send till and when i call naaptol customer support they say we send invoice with in 7 working day, but till i don't receive any of copy.

        Blackberry Service center does not take supprot on blackberry 8830

        And naaptol not anywhere specify there Blackberry 8830 is only comptable with GSM Network for India
        When i call at naaptol she says, it's work with reliance cdma network so that i am port my no. through tata to reliance after that we go to reliance outlet and email request i get answer

          i have bough one Boss 3300 handset from Naaptol.com as per order no. 241667 . i was supplied a defective handset and when i send mobile for replacement, first naaptol.com gave me a wrong address and mobile came back. when i sent mobile second time, it was delivered to me saying that mobile is repaired. But the fact is that, even packing was not opened.Now even warranty period is over in these things, and a dead mobile lies in my home.

            Naaptol is a very fraud and bad company. I have purchased a 16 GB Spy pen Camera from Naaptol, which when I recevied was not ok, it was not in correct order i.e. the camera was placed upright and gives a upside-down picture. On contacting Naaptol they gave me an address to send back the product via courier with your own money, which I sent them. But after few days the courier came back with "not received" slip on it. Again on asking Naaptol they said that you didnt send it correctly, they told the procedure to send and ask to send again, which again I had to pay for (courier). And after few days I got product received and reshipment SMS. And I got the pen after 2 weeks or so. The pen was packed in a broken box and again the camera was placed upside down and every thing was same as previous. And it was a used one with some videos in it.
            I am thinking of taking some legal action against Naaptol and want to aware people that this company is totally fraud and you can suffer alot.

                Hi, my name is Rajesh Patil. I purchased Touch P-Phone from Naaptol. I thought I was taking a Risk, as I had never shopped anything online, without actually seeing it. But when I received the product, it was greater than I had expected. Yes, there was some delay for its delivery, but that was acceptable.

                Finally, I'm pleased with the services and the quality as I would never find such a product at these rates. Now I can trust online shopping and shop more through Naaptol.

                    I purchased a product with order number 1176680. The product arrived late and was not as described and in addition was not in working condition. I then sent the product back asking that the correct product be sent and in working condition at the earliest or a refund be provided. Its been 2 weeks since they received the product back and they have not shipped the return product. I have now asked them to refund me my money and they are refusing to do so.

                    Please help a customer out and never buy from Naaptol again.

                      NAAPTOL — inferior quality

                      on line ordered a cam corder for 3999/- . on delivery it was found defective. there was no manufacturer's name guaranty card etc. when I asked for refund i was told that they will repair it. they are not refunding.

                          I had booked a Blackberry storm 9530 through NAAPTOL. My Order Id is 1332192. I was shocked after opening the parcel, reason being -

                          1. The packing was done in a local box and looked as if done by a 10 yr old boy, Products were not kept properly in it's place.
                          2. I was told by the call center person before booking the order that the product will be an unused Blackberry Boxed product, On getting this confirmation only i had booked the order, this didn't happened though, the product sent to me was a refurbished product(Used).
                          3. The touch screen of the product is loose and can fall any minute.
                          4. Software CD was not provided.
                          5. The charger provided will need additional adapter to connect in Indian sockets.
                          6. I tried making calls also, the call got connected but the other party is not able to hear my voice.


                          I spoke with following people in the call center and received my 2nd shocker with their response, I was told to either courier the Product back or personally deliver the product at their Lower Parel office. I mean i either have to waste my money or time to deliver the product back to them and for whose fault... theirs...

                          Call center guys-

                          1. Javed - Was co operative with no Authority to take decisions.I Insisted on speaking with somebody senior,he tried connecting me to Mr. Mahendra who i was told is a Senior Executive.Call got disconnected or was purposely disconnected(not sure)
                          2. Shrikumar - Picked my call the 2nd time.Needless to say i had to repeat the whole story to him again,He had to say nothing but sorry, Insisted on speaking with some body senior.He tried connecting me to Mr Mahendra, this time he is a Team Leader (fastest promotion from Sr Executive to TL i have ever seen)Mr Mahendra was too busy to pick my call. I told Shri kumar that i am ready to wait for 10 hrs also but need some body responsible to listen to my problem.
                          3. Mahendra -(Ironically the least responsible person of the 3) Now a Team Coach as told to me by him, i literally had to wait for 30 min for him to come on line.Least empathetic of all,stuck to his scripted lines of being sorry,company police,ethics,values...blah..blah... and he is the guy who gave me the option to visit personally at the Lower Parel office. I was not satisfied with his problem handling methods, insisted on speaking to some body senior.3rd shocker - he told me that he is the senior most guy in the NAAPTOL call center.i thought he might be speaking in the context of current time i.e evening shift, but he told me that he is the senior most guy in the entire NAAPTOL call center to look into my issue, irrespective of any time.

                          Now what can i expect from a company where the senior most guy handling the entire Call center operations is at Sr Executive/Team Lead/Team Coach level.

                          NAAPTOL — Used and Faulty Storm 9530

                          My order no. 2206313 of Blackberry Storm 9530 was delivered within 4 days and to my utmost shock the product is second hand unlocked Verizone phone from US. As a result I can't use internet on my smartphone as unlocked phones never restore their full functionality with other services. The basic purpose of smartphone has been destroyed as one can't use 3G, maps, internet with this unlocked phone.

                          These ppl often frustrate consumers to a level he/she can't handle.With NAAPTOL being a growing e-com site this is all they have to offer.I feel lucky to have read these complaints as i was getting involved in searchin products of d same.
                          The same has happened to me, I am frm Kolkata & Its impossible to deliver personally else to be supplied by courier which cannot take delivery of battery equipment due to explosive nature.

                          Please guide me if anyway we can sue the cheats of NAAPTOL
                          my order no is 2775241, and again these guys are cheating by sending second hand phones. I am going to lodge a cheating case as well as personal damages tomorrow.

                            I ordered a package of a Car Vacuum Cleaner + Car Stereo + 2 GB Pendrive, online at Naaptol.com, viewing an advt in ToI.

                            i got the order in time, but to my surprise, the car stereo was broken from the face panel, and the pendrive was missing inside the packet. The packet of pendrive was tampered.

                            i requested on the naaptol customer helpline and they advised me to send the whole thing back to them on my expenses, and wait for the replacement of the same. I have paid the amount chargeable of Rs. 2249/-, and am not sure, that they will replace the same in time or not. And i will end up calling them for replacement, having my money with them.

                            Pls help in the case.

                              I have received one sewing machine of Naaptol brand from "N B TELESHOPPING PVT LTD, 5C, 5TH FLOOR, METRO HOUSE, SAHIDNAGAR, BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA, Mob No-[protected] / [protected])" by VPP No-D6534 & Parsal No-EO[protected] for Rs1995/-. But the item which I have received is not that item which I have ordered (item deal code-551). In addition to machine offers like needle, charger, needle threader, foot padel,4 metal bobbins and thread set should be remained in that VPP packet as per their advatisement but only machine is there in that VPP.Further I think, that machine was used one and some parts were broken. If this will be the attitude towards the customers then how will we believe them? Please take up this matter and make necessary action.

                                I buy 16MP camcorder from naaptol but found after some time stop working I sent it for repairing many time but always sent without any work and solved problem after as per commited custmer officer I sent it for replace but after that found same product and problem countinue so demand for refund and send product last three month but till today they not send me refund so PLEASE DEAR MY FRIEND DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM NAAPTOL ONLY BUY FROM NEAREST SELLER AND REPUTED COMPANY NAAPTOL IS TOTALY FROUAD COMPANY AND SELL BAD PRODUCT TO INDIAN PEOPLE REQURED BAN TO HIM EARLY AS POSSIBLE .

                                  this online naaptol.com is a big cheat .on Jan 20th i ordered a Dolce and Gabbana ladies wrist watch for rs.6990/-. they confirmed my order by sending SMS on my cell phone. After few days, they cancel my order without informing me and relist the same watch for 11,377/- on their website !!!!

                                      hello,i am rajkumar biswal,has purchaged a digital video camcoder from Naaptol(a teleshopping company) of order number 760548 and product name VOX DV552 12MP digital video camcoder on 13.09.2010. But it has some technical defect and poor picture quality.So i returned the product to naaptol.Then i called the naaptol customer care regularly and they assured me that the refund amount will reach me within 15 days.After 15 days i phoned naaptol and they again said the same thing.now almost 3 months have been passed away but i have not the refund amount yet.i am totally depressed and have no faith in naaptol.
                                      so,i want to complain against naaptol and request the consumer court to take action on the Naaptol company.

                                        i have recently ordered a camera fujifilm s1500 through naaptol.com. i paid the amount using my friends S.B.I atm card. the amount paid is around rupees-9,590 approximately. i brought goods from naaptol.com because i was recommended by my friend and didnt know about any legal issues that naaptol was facing. now i fear that naaptol may not do the same thing what they have done to others. I would be greatly obliged if you could help in the delivery of the product.
