i have bough one Boss 3300 handset from Naaptol.com as per order no. 241667 . i was supplied a defective handset and when i send mobile for replacement, first naaptol.com gave me a wrong address and mobile came back. when i sent mobile second time, it was delivered to me saying that mobile is repaired. But the fact is that, even packing was not opened.Now even warranty period is over in these things, and a dead mobile lies...

I had booked a Blackberry storm 9530 through NAAPTOL. My Order Id is 1332192. I was shocked after opening the parcel, reason being -

this online naaptol.com is a big cheat .on Jan 20th i ordered a Dolce and Gabbana ladies wrist watch for rs.6990/-. they confirmed my order by sending SMS on my cell phone. After few days, they cancel my order without informing me and relist the same watch for 11,377/- on their website !!!!
