I booked shoe,duffle bag and track suit vide order no1236509on jan 11.It was duly delivered with payment.On opening it was found that instead of no 10 they had given no 8. On enquiry they told to return for replacement which was registered on 2/2/11.After receiving the shoes on every enquiry to [protected] it is politely told for few days.I decided not to phone.IS ANYBODY THERE TO PROVIDE ME THE ADDRESS OF NAPTOL>COM.I want to go for consumer court.If there is any other way please let me know.email.[protected]@gmail.com

    I have placed order for Blackberry Strom 9530 with 3G with order no- 1521669 and when i received the phone its not the original blackberry phone its some Verzion mobile supporting blackberry services. 2. The phone which i received is used phone there are some 10-15 picture of old customer in it. 3. When i have tried calling Naaptol people they gave me some other no to check with there vendore. why will i call the vendore i have placed order to Naaptol not to the vendor. Naaptol is suppose to resolve my issue. Now no one is helping me. Please dont buy any thing from Naaptol

      Hi,

      This is regarding a Blackberry smartphone (Blackberry Storm 9530 3G) that I ordered and got delivered through Naptol. I ordered for a GSM version of the above mentioned Blackberry model for ~12K and got a 'shock delivery' of a CDMA model - which is absolutely of no use. My repeated attempts to reach Naptol at their customer care number - [protected] is greeted by someone or the other from the customer care with a standard reply - "Someone from our side would contact you within the next 48 hours" - and this 48 hours has never elapsed for Naptol and noone has contacted me until now.

      Purpose of me sharing this experience of mine with Naptol is the following
      - Hoping that Naptol will take this seriously, realize their mistake and reach out to me to take corrective actions
      - To warn each and every citizen of India against Naptol - I have ended up making this purchase for an amount as big as 12K and got cheated - primary reason being that I saw Naptol advertisement in a leading english daily - 'The Times of India' and you attach some credibility to TOI. I am told now by my more aware friends that Naptol advertisements always comes in leading English/Hindi dailies so as to easily catch new preys.

      If there is any positive action from Naptol side as a response to this complaint of mine, I shall get back to this forum, share my experience and even endorse Naptol - but at this point I have no reason to trust them. On the other hand, even this complaint is not attended to by Naptol, I have plans to intensify my fight for justice (through printed/online/visual media) to ensure that fellow citizens of my beloved country doesnt fall victim to these guys and Naptol runs out of business.

        respected sir,
        as i have ordered for spy pen 16GB they have collected the cash and delivered on 05/11/2010 via blue dart naaptol order no 938900 as we found the product is faulty one so i have sent it for refund on 09/11/2010 via blue dart AWB no : #[protected] the same has been recived by them on 11/11/2010. since then i have not recived any feedback what has been happened to my product. as when we call the custommer care no [protected] each time they give a feed back as the product is ready for reshipment but they dont give details of delivery date or courier number each time i call them they say the product will reach you within 7days. i been getting this answer from the month of jan 2010 to till date.nethier i have recived the product or the refund. please do the needfull to put a end to this problem.

          Sir, I haved ordered to Naaptol company by calling them on phone. The articles ordered were the Digital Cam + Mobile. My Order Number is 1407530. I have taken delivery of the articles at World First Flight Courrier, at Kadapa Town in Andhra Pradesh, having paid Rs.4,000+, towards the cost of articles and courrier charges.

          The Cam is not functioning at all. It is not even started functioning.I placed a complaint through email. But,there is no response. I asked the company to return the amount paid by me.

          Please help me in getting back my amount.

          NAAPTOL — non functioning of the article

          I had purchased a mp3/mp4 player(greenapple 8gb) through Naaptol online shopping on 06/06/10( order id 467570) by making payment by my credit card. the product was not working properly as after few minutes its battery was discharged.Now it is totally dead as no charging is taking place.I had sent a email to naaptol .but no response.

            I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER WITH NAPTOL IN NOVEMBER 2010,FOR ULTRA SLIM SHAPING GARMENT(ORDER NO 999624). AND,I HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME ON 27/11/2010.BUT IT WAS NOT AS PER ORDERED SIZE ,SO I HAVE SEND IT BACK TO ADDRESS GIVEN BY THEM ON 27/11/10 THROUGH PROFESSIONAL COURIER AND I HAVE RECEIVED SMS ON 13/12/10 FOR RECEIVING THE PRODUCT .

            Naaptol is a fraud company, cheater. They just concentrating on sales but not on service. They fail to provide good service, cheating company naaptol. Even same thing happened with me also boss from Naaptol. I have ordered Boss Tv 450 on Jan 1st 2011 and i have paid the amount online itself before purchasing the product, i got the product on Jan 7th. But the product features are not working, like battery failed, no sound, blue tooth not working. So, i request them to replace then they gave me a address and i've sent on that address. They got on Jan 13th but they kept process in 25th jan, till now i did not get my product. Whenever i call them they'll tell wait for 7 to 10 days... How many days i have to wait for? Already i wait 3 months, is this the way to provide service? Shame on Naaptol. So, Please tell me what is the way to get my money back? I know they wont send me product. Morethan 100 times i call them and did complaint but no use. Naaptol fraud company is a nice professional begging company. Do you think am i writing this fake? Here is my order number 1194533.

              I bought mobile handset blackcherry BL 8000 for Rs.3199/- from Naaptols Annic electronics chellan no;4007667/ seller ref no;669085 dated 20/08/2010. new delhi they send me the defective piece as soon as called by phone they told me to return the piece to elhi .i send it by same company courrier on20/8/2010 till today iahve not got back my mobile repaired nor replacement of new piece given or cash not returned inspite of having month warrenty certificate it difficult to get back my money from the naaptol. i feel iam cheated by the company.kindly get back my money.

                My order no.to Naaptol.Com is 1394122. I had received an useless Car Audio where there is no FM. The speakers and tweeters are of very bad quality. Even I have not got receipt of the product also. Only in the packet the details like order no, etc. is mentioned. Free Pen Drive is also not there in the packet. I had asked for refund of the product for last 15-20 days and they are giving one no. of vendor who refuses to talk to me. Again I tried his no. which is everytime coming not reachable or switched off.

                  I had purchased a new Blackberry 8830 on 11 feb 2011, within 2 days i went defective with issues like , menu key not working , phone not booting up , & unable to hear the recieve call properly (sound problem).
                  i spoke with the customer care , they helped me in informing guiding to the service centre for it , as i was in pune i have to ship the handset back to them to ARAMEX india pvt 12A lower parel , on 24th feb .(recipet number -[protected])

                  After 2 weeks on 15th march 2011 i recived it back from courier but when i opened it and cehcked it within 2 hrs , the menu key had same issue .seems like the issue was not fixed , not even the software was not changed not and hardware changes done to fix that issue. i spoke with the customer case they informed me to again sent it back . i would be sending it back but i have not used this new handset fora week also and had to sent it twice to the service centre.

                  A kind request either they should replace it or change the hardware or something .

                  Kindly look into it.

                    Faulty Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G
                    I ordered Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G from naaptol, order number 1335867
                    I ordered it on 2nd Feb and recieved it on 11th Feb, after receiving the mobile i found that it is not working so on the instruction of customer care executive i send it back to the naaptol immediately and was recived by them on 14th Feb as confirmed by courier and naaptol executive.
                    They promised to send either a working mobile or refund money with in 7-10 working days but even after month passed i haven't received any thing.

                    Blackberry Phone — Money not yet refunded

                    My order no 1073697 , I had plced order for Black Berry world phone sprint 8830 on 13/12/2010 ,after 15 days I got call from your office saying the phone does not work properly in CDMA version, so I choose to cancel the order, still after nearly a month, I am still waiting to get my cheque of refunded amount or credit entry on my credit card statement
                    Its true even i hav ordered two phones both are Damaged.

                    hello sir,
                    good evening ..

                    this to inform you sir that i had ordered blackberry storm 9530 3g from naaptolcom on-6/2/2012 for that i had paid 9198 rs to the company ..
                    they had delivered bad quality product to me ..it was not mentioned earlier by the company regarding product quality .i had a word with them that time they didn't told me the right thing and they had cheated by giving false information about the product..and they haven't given bill and warranty card of the phone ..the product was delivered through courier to me on ..the screen of the cell phone is poor that it is moving out of the phone and the touch screen is not functioning , back portion of phone is also of very poor quality as it seems like it was not original blackberry and even in spite of complaints they didn't respond once .. complain number is-2416906..sir please help me out and help me in getting my money back ..pls sir take strict action against the company..pls sir i want my hard earned money back .pls help me..

                      I placed an order for the mobile handset Forby 2.8 touch screen with the site naaptol.com on 27/12/2010 , and made online payment for the same on the same day thru' ECS from Indian Overseas Bank account no.2249. The paymenr transaction number for the above is [protected] and is of Rs. 2699.00
                      I received the said mobile on 31/12/2010 , in a very bad condition, the whole screen was shattered and in pieces, which was reported the company on the very sameday. This non-useable mobile send back to the company on the very same day. Naaptol.com promised to deliver a new handset within one weeks time. I had been waiting and regularly calling them , but they are only making promises and not send the mobile.
                      Please help me get the handset for which I had already made the payment or help me get my money back.

                        I got cheated by Naaptol, received a Blackberry storm mobile, paid cash on delivery and found that the mobile is an old scratched locked mobile .... Took it to Blackberry service center and they refused to take care, since it is not a valid set to repair.... ...Numerous calls made to Customer care at Naaptol went unanswered and none of the tele operators could give a proper answer.. My order no is 1461204...
                        Request all the citizens not to waste their money in Naaptol... Seems 2G is small compared to Naaptol....

                        I did three orders from your website and the order no is 1932347, 1932348, 1932351.

                        You guys cancelled my order without any notice and call to me. And you have sent

                        me cheque as a refund for my order, and i deposited the cheque in to my bank and

                        Yesterday my bank called me and told me that cheque got bounce, Naaptol

                        Company Cancelled the cheque.

                        So now tell me. Why u cancelled all the cheque. And how i will get my money back?

                        Naaptol is a fraud company. I purchased Blackberry Stor from them which is damage. They never paid attentions for my calls and I lost Rs.11000/-. they must be sued and taken to the task having so many frauds committed every day.

                            Hi All,

                            I brought Blackberry 8830 mobile on 12-Dec-2010 from Napptol (which is a online selling company).

                            In a weeks time, i found that the mobile is not working and i spoke with the customer care team at Napptol. It was informed to me that the product can be returned and the money paid against the product will be returned in 15 working days period.

                            The product was returned via Blue Dart (Airway bill# [protected]) on 30-Dec-2010 and untill today i did not receive the refund.

                            the total amount of the product was 6199/-, the bill for this product was paid through credit card and i have been paying interest for the credit card bill.

                            I tried talking to Napptol customer care team atleast 20 times in this 3 months, everytime they just say that the money will refunded in 2 days and that 2 days never came.

                            I request your help in sort this problem with Napptol.

                            I complete agree to this,
                            I had ordered a ultra body slim suit on 18 march 11, i received the order on 29th march 11,
                            I was not at home, my mother -in- law, opened the package, there were 2 suits, i tried 1 suit it was all right assuming that the other would also be right, i just saw it did not try it, now today after trying it, for 5 min the complete garment dissolved.

                            Today i complained at customer care, what they are saying that you have to complained within 24 hr

                            I request your help me sort this problem with Napptol.

                              Dear Sir,

                              With the reference of Advertisement in news paper Times of India I requested a car stereo system from naaptol on 3 February 2011 and the faulty product is delivered to me.
                              I returned the same product via. blue dart on 12 of February 2011. As per blue dart product is received at naaptol on 14 of February.

                              The actual cost mentioned in times of india for the carstereo is Rs. 12999 and discounted price is Rs. 2249 . The product i received is having worse quality and faulty. I estimated its cost in local market within same cost local car stereo distributors was ready to provide even better product. I dont know why Times of India such a great news paper is supporting Naaptol for selling worse quality product with respect to cheap price.

                              The conclusion is till today I did not received my product ( Car stereo system).

                              I am really feeling shameful within myself for purchasing products from naaptol, Its my humble request to you kindly provide me the product or return my money back to me. I will provide you my account numbers.

                              Please do the needful and resolve this problem soon.

                                Order No. 1017249: Exciting Fun Kids Combo.
                                Reshipping of 3 Products Helicopter, Sports Car & Binoculars.
                                I have purchased 5 items e. i. Helicopter, Sports Car, Binoculars, Video Game & Watch from Naaptol.com which has delivered to me on 29/11/2010. Out of 5 items, the 3 items Helicopter, Sports Car & Binoculars were not work properly, so I immediately contacted to Naaptol & these 3 defective products has returned to Naaptol for replacement.
                                I regret to inform you that in spite of repeated reminders/calls to various customer care executives of Naaptol department, I have still not received the captioned products even after three months has passed.
                                The Customer care executive of Naaptol has informed me that the parcel has returned undelivered in 2 times on jan 2011 & 28 feb 2011. But they could not explain the reason o[censored]ndelivered parcel, because their system is not updated.
                                I could not understand that how the parcel would return undelivered without approaching my flat address or without calling to me? Whereas my family members are always available at the home.
                                Further, I would like to know from Naaptol that,
                                1. Ultimately when will I receive the captioned product?
                                2. Whereas my family members are always available at the home, then how it was possible to return undelivered the parcel?
                                3. Please explain, how many times to need to calls/reminders to you for reshipping the products?
                                4. Why Naaptol supply the faulty and defective products?
                                5. We expect the standard quality products from Naaptol, why Naaptol provide the China products?
                                I therefore request to Naaptol to reship the captioned products immediately. If Naaptol could not able to promptly reshipping the captioned product then return back my money without further follow-up.

                                  Ordered blackberry 8830 - cash on delivery. after receiving the set is not working with CDMA and also not working with data(GPRS) with any card( BSNL, DoCoMo or Airtel). The naaptol complaint center is not responding at all. It costed RS 6100 but of no use. Can you help in getting the money refunded. I had logged this about 2 weeks back on this site too but no update so far
                                  I ordered a 8830 blackberry mobile phone on telephone via an ad placed by NAAPTOL in the Times of India. The phone arrived on the 17th AUGUST 2011 and was paid by Cash on Delivery.
                                  On checking the phone and attempting to use it for Blackberry Services, I was unable to activate it. My service provider Vodafone, informed me that the phone has a problem, it is either defected, blocked or not registered and unusable in India.
                                  I called back Naaptol Customer Service, but they said to courier back the phone and it would be replaced, and no refund would be given. On researching this, all the people who have sent their phones, have NOT RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT and have also been asked for additional amounts of money to send the same handset back.
                                  I have not sent them back the handset, as i am afraid of not only losing the money i have spent on a useless device, but also losing the device since they will not send back without extra charge.
                                  Naaptol's CEO Manu Agarwal was interviewed on Business News channels like CNBC, Bloomberg - instead he should be arrested by the C.B.I for openly running a fraudulent company and cheating poor hardworking Indians of their hard earned money. SHAME ON OUR GOVERNMENT FOR LETTING A CRIMINAL LIKE HIM WALK FREE!

                                    i have ordered a car kit worth of 2299/- after reading it from the paper so and then i have received a piece of waste the vacuum cleaner went dumb the moment it ran for just 05 minutes and the tool kit was already a broken one , the moment i hold it in my hands the handle broke intop two pieces so it is my request to warn such products and firms so pls do mail me and tell could i lodge a complaint to some higher firm and do such products have laws to follow pls intimate me .thank you

                                        I agree with NAPTOL ATTITUDE. THEY ARE RELUCTANT TO SEND ME THE REPLACEMENT OF ONE OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED BY ME AND FOUND DEFECTI VE IN THE SAME SPECTRUM EVEN AFTER CONTINUOUSLY MONITORING WITH THEM FOR NEARLY ONE YEAR!.                                         i have a similar experience and I am yet to receive the replacement. I already lodged my complaint with consumer forum for necessary action but they are salient. God only can help us. i feel now almost one and half years passed and no actions will be taken by the consumer forum as such.
