I Booked My Product named Reebok track Suit+Buffle Bag from NAPTOL online shopping, Order number is 1104545 Dated[protected], Received dated[protected]. Sir Product quality is very dull, its not a genuine product of Reebok. At the time of booking they said if you would not satisfy from over product, you can replace or change your product. When I called (after receiving product) and I said I am not satisfy with your product I want to refund my money he reply I can't do any thing I can't refund your money even I can't replace it. My self Ram Kishan Saroha, My Cell no.[protected], My order No.27898313 dt. 10/11/2011. Naptol team has promise me to delivered the booked item within 10 to 15 days. But it about 45 days has already been passed, delivery of booked item are pending. It is observed that your services are very very poor. God help you. If you are unable to provide satisfactory services to innocent customers, it is my suggestion to close your business.
