[Resolved] Naaptol / Spy Pen Camera — not working-no replay

dear sir,
thank you to send spy pen 16gb, order number 160238.
the product was very good and it is working nicely.
here i would like to inform that i can take video recording for 5 to 8 minutes only then immeditatly battery comes to dead.
could yo suggest me about this technical problems. even charged for 48 to 50 hours , battery life was 5 to 8 minutes, could you solve this problems.
if any servicing center of naaptol in bangalore.Since then i have made a number of calls to [protected]. Every time they take my mob. no. and say that they would call back.
But no one has called me as yet. moreover they deny giving complaint id.
Kindly register a case.

I purchased the spypen 16gb having order no 689158 by payment of rs/-1890 from naaptopl on 28.9.10. The spypen is not working properly, its clip is loose and it is scratched. i called to customer care for change of product but they are not giving proper response.

i send product for replacement on 09.03.10 but still not delivered .every time i call them same answer
your product is ready for dispatch. not any one can handle this situation,no return call,no mail status
