i have recently ordered a camera fujifilm s1500 through naaptol.com. i paid the amount using my friends S.B.I atm card. the amount paid is around rupees-9,590 approximately. i brought goods from naaptol.com because i was recommended by my friend and didnt know about any legal issues that naaptol was facing. now i fear that naaptol may not do the same thing what they have done to others. I would be greatly obliged if you could help in the delivery of the product.

    I HAD PLACED AN ORDER WITH NAAPTOL.COM BASIS THE ADVERTISMENT WHICH THEY HAD RELEASED IN "MAIL TODAY" IN NOVEMEBER'10.
    THE ORDER WAS VIDE # 1042169 FOR A BLACKBERRY 8830 SPRINT HANDSET .
    I MADE THE PAYMENT OF RS 6199/- & THE SET WAS DELIVERED AT MY PLACE ON 14th dec'10vide the courier company ARAMEX AIRWAY BILL # [protected] .

    WHEN I RECEIVED THE HANDSET & WANTED TO INSTALL MY CDMA NUMBER ( RELIANCE ) THE SET WAS NOT WORKING.
    I WENT TO RELIANCE CENTRE WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE SET WILL NOT WORK UNDER CDMA CONNECTIONS IN INDIA .

    I WAS SURPRISED THAT HOW CAN A ONLINE INTERNET COMPANY DUPE GULLIBLE BUYERS LIKE THIS.

    I PLACED MANY CALLS WITH THE COMPANY # [protected] AND THEY ASKED ME TO SEND THE HANDSET BACK TO RITCO TECH CO
    AT 336,UDYOG VIHAR, GURGAON PHASE 2, TEL # [protected].

    I SEND THE SET THRU BLUEDART VIDE AIRWAY BILL # [protected] ON 5TH JAN'11 AND ASKED THEM TO MAKE THE REFUND TO ME . FROM THAT DATE THE CALL CENTRE PEOPLE ARE HARRASING ME & ON EVERY CALL THEY GIVE ME A NEW EXCUSE .

    ON 17TH JAN'11 I CALLED & TALKED TO AVNISH WHO GAVE ME THE COMPLAINT # 411803 .
    ON 25TH JAN'11 WHEN I CALLED AGAIN TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY REFUNDS AND HAD A TALK WITH JAGDISH WHO SAID THAT THE EXACT REASON FOR COMPLAINT & REFUND WAS NOT THERE.HE HAS MADE THE CHANGE & REFUND WILL BE THERE IN NEXT 2-3 DAYS.
    I CALLED AGAIN ON 31ST & HAD A TALK WITH ANOTHER LADY ANKITA .SHE SAID THAT THEY WILL NOT BE MAKING THE REFUND & THEY WILL GET THE REPAIRED SET BACK.

    I WANTED THE TELEPHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS OF NAAPTOL, BUT TO MY UTTER SUPRISE THE LADY SAID THAT I CAN CHECK THE SAME FROM INTERNET.
    I CHECKED FROM THE NET BUT THE TELEPHONE # GIVEN IS NOT RESPONDING .

    I NEED HELP AS THERE IS NO WAY FORWARD WHICH I CAN VISUALISE HERE & THE COMPANY SEEMS TO BE A FRAUD WHICH IS DUPING PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

    I had ordered for a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 8GB PenDrive on 21 st of June, 2011 from Naaptol and my order no is: 1948568. Naaptol confirmed that they have received the payment for the pendrive worth Rs. 479.00 on 22nd June, 2011. I kept a watch on my order status and it never changed from "order shipped" to any other status. I never received the pen drive till date. I made several phone calls to their customer care service and received a hopeless service from everyone there. I gave written feedback still no go. I wrote to the CEO which is an option on their website still no go. I am left helpless. Openly these people are looting customers. I request you to look into this matter and provide me justice that I deserve. How is reputed newspaper like Times of India giving such big advertisements of Naaptol products? Why is law of India not taking any action against them and letting them carry out their business.

      I Booked My Product named Reebok track Suit+Buffle Bag from NAPTOL online shopping, Order number is 1104545 Dated[protected], Received dated[protected]. Sir Product quality is very dull, its not a genuine product of Reebok. At the time of booking they said if you would not satisfy from over product, you can replace or change your product. When I called (after receiving product) and I said I am not satisfy with your product I want to refund my money he reply I can't do any thing I can't refund your money even I can't replace it.

      So please tell me what should I do for refunding my money

Sir Product quality is very dull, its not a genuine.(not sporting internet, voice Bluetooth and battery back up) completely west product.pleas give me solution or replace new product

But it about 45 days has already been passed, delivery of booked item are pending. It is observed that your services are very very poor. God help you. If you are unable to provide satisfactory services to innocent customers, it is my suggestion to close your business.

        Sir/Ma'am,

        I had ordered a product from your web-site on 9th Dec,2010.There are two complaints that I have logged with customer care which have been taken in a single complain number mentioned above.

        During the order itself, an excess amount of Rs.500/- was deducted from your end. The confirmation page had shown it as Rs.1599/- but Rs.2099/- were deducted from my bank account. I put a complain with customer care on 10th-Jan[protected] on which I was asked to mail/fax my statement details. I had sent a mail along with the bank e-statement and the confirmation page screen-shot dated 12th-Dec-2010 with subject 'Regd. the amount deducted from account : order number 1088878'. Please note that there hasn't been a change in the subject line in my next communications with you.

        I received the product on 15th Dec,2010. It was a non-working and used product without user-manual/charger/ear-phones etc. After talking to the customer care and adding to the existing complain,I returned the product through Blue Dart on 21st-Dec-2010 and you got it on 22nd-Dec-2010. The AWB number was [protected].

        After calling the customer care number ([protected]) everyday from 31st-Dec-2010 and spending my time, money and energy to no avail, I finally escalated the issue and e-mailed to the support team on 7th-Jan-2011. After a couple of mails being exchanged, the status of my product was finally updated to 'Request for Replacement' on 18th-Jan-2011. After that, it's showing 'Ready for Reshipping' since 24th-Jan-2011. I should have technically received the product by 27th-Jan-2011 (26th being a national holiday), but I have still not got it. I don't know when I'll get it.

        Also, my complaint for refund of Rs.500/- is still pending since 10th-Dec-2010. It's been 1 month and 20 days since I have ordered for the product and I am honestly frustrated now. I'm sure I have spent a lot more on calling the customer care numbers than what the product is worth. Please either resolve both the issues soon or cancel my order and refund the full amount of Rs.2099/- to my account and end this mess.

          hi i purchased a digital camera poloroid i737 from naaptol.com in aug 2009 but the same is not functioning from the same day i m sending n calling them again n again but no one is respondind to me properly every time in starting they said they will send some one to collect the camera but no one came . if we call there customer care den they are saying complaint no. is different and no one is picking the complaint number. now I JUST WANT TO ASK THAT HOW CAN SOME ONE TRUST THEM WILL ANYBODY PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM SUCH SITE I WANT EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THESE TYPES OF FRAUD

            I have purchased a spy pen from NAPTOL in 16th oct. ( Order No 883657.COD basis. Upon checking I found the same as faulty & after discussing with the customer care of naptol.com ( ph :[protected]) I have sent back the spy pen to UTC dehli through blue dart courier After that I have spoke many times with the customer care of M/s Naptol.com for refund of my money but till date they have not yet returned nor any call have come from them…Please help

            I had ordered for a spy camera pen as I was looking for it reason being I work with management services group as we have to do auditing for presentation.               I'm Raju Keshwani, I purchase a Spy Pen and a Mp3 Player from Naaptol. Before buying I was wondering to buy it or not, I found that Naaptol was selling at the cheapest rate.

              I was surprised to see the price and decided to buy it. It was bit delayed in delivering the Product, even then it proved useful to me.

              I work profile is such that people try cheat me, due to this SpyPen I feel more confident, It really has proved helpful to me.

                Sir,

                This was my first deal (perhaps last) with Napptol, and I had pretty bad experience with it.

                In September first week I order a product which I received with lots of defects.
                I returned it back for replacement.
                In last week of September, Naaptol returned me same product as it was with same defects.
                In last week of October, I returned it again for refund.
                Since then I have not received my money back (ie more than 2.5 months).

                When I call your customer care, they assured me that I will get refund and a call from finance with SLA time of 15 days.
                when I didn't get either my refund or call.
                Then again I called customer care and I waited for 15 days and didn't any response again.
                This was repeated 4 times.

                Now for last 10 days, I am calling on daily basis, and getting assurance of a call from finance on same day.
                Even one of the executive was saying that I personally went to finance department, your cheque is ready to deliver.

                But now as I am fedup completely of these false assurities,
                today I called your customer care (at around 12:7pm) to escalate the issue to senior management.
                The call was about half an hour, the executive (Darshna - as she echoed her name) gave the same false assurity,
                then I asked her that I want escalation and was insisting to transfer the call to her senior.
                But she was denieing to do that (even 2 times she tried to end the call by saying "aapka din shubh ho").
                and finally after at least 26 minutes she somehow got ready to forward my call to her senior (perhaps Mohinder).
                Now, I was insisting to the guy to escalate the issue to senior management, but he straightaway cut my call.

                So, this was the story. Now, please do the needful.

                Locked Blackberry sold to me
                Naaptol Order No:1245305, Order Date: January 13, 2011; Payment Mode: Credit Cardp; Product Price: Rs.5999; Shipping Price: Rs.200; Order Amount:Rs.6199.00; Product:BlackBerry 8830 Mobile with GPS; Product Category: Mobile PDA and Smartphones

                I bought this mobile from Naaptol as per the details exhibited on their website (http://www.naaptol.com/price/20002-BlackBerry-8830-Mobile-with-GPS.html). It was supposed to be a brand new Blackberry device which could be used on any network. There was clearly no mention that the device may be locked, refurbished or not usable on any network. I was unable to use the Blackberry services on the shipped piece on Vodafone GSM network. My company’s technical team and Vodafone executive confirmed that the Blackberry 8830 handset purchased by me from Naaptol was locked for use with a foreign service provider and could not be used on their network. I was now stuck with a useless device. Naaptol Team had not helped me at all when I requested them to organize a reverse pickup and either refund my money or deliver a new, unlocked Blackberry deice in lieu of this one. Instead, I was asked to approach their supplier, who was not the original party I dealt with, or paid to. Later, I was asked to send back the phone to the supplier on 12th April, and I did so at my own cost. The product was received on 13th April by the supplier but till date I have not heard from the supplier or Naaptol. I have written numerous mails to Naaptol's team including the CEO. Naaptol is basically not acting in an ethical, consumer friendly or responsible manner.

                  Hi,

                  This is to bring in your notice that i made a purchase of Reebok Tracksuit+ Duffle Bag+ shoes + watch combo from naaptol.com on 2nd Jan 2011. At the time of purchase i was asked to pay by credit card and i made a payment of INR 3298 and I was promised that the said items will get delivered within 10 days.

                  I called them back after 10 days, they said that its 10 working days.. I again waited and now its 19th Jan 2011 and till date the item is yet to be delivered.. Adding to my frustration, I am chasing them evry day and the answer is same evrytime.. "it will get delivered soon".. It is now more of a humiliating and frustrating experience for me and I want a serious step against them so that they are aware of consequences in future and no other customer face the same experience.

                    I purchased a Pen Camera from Naptol. The advt said that it will be a 16GB device. When I connected it to the computer is started showing 32 GB. But when the actual data was copied it was merely 1.4GB in capacity.

                    The system still shows it as 32GB capacity but I cannot copy into it anything more than 1.4GB.

                    I am not able to reach the customer care by email it bounces back after being redirected to multipal email-id.

                    Naptol has misinformed and sold an under capacity product.

                            CONSIDERING THE NEVER ENDING DELAY, IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE COMPANY (NAAPTOL.COM) TRY TO CHEAT THE INDIAN PEOPLE BY GIVING FALSE, FAKE ADVERTISEMENTS TO LOOT THE MONEY (REMEMBER, THE BRITISH PEOPLE TRIED TO CHEAT AND RULED INDIANS CONTINUOUSLY AND FINALLY THEY RAN AWAY FROM THE COUNTRY BECAUSE OF STRONG UNITY).

                            NOW, IT'S TIME TO IDENTIFY SUCH CHEATING COMPANIES IN INDIA AND PROSECUTE THEM AND RECOVER THE FRADULENT/CHEATED MONEY WITHOUT ANY DELAY.

                            I suffered the same fate. I had ordered for a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 8GB PenDrive on 21 st of June, 2011 from Naaptol and my order no is: 1948568. Naaptol confirmed that they have received the payment for the pendrive worth Rs. 479.00 on 22nd June, 2011. I kept a watch on my order status and it never changed from "order shipped" to any other status. I never received the pen drive till date. I made several phone calls to their customer care service and received a hopeless service from everyone there. I gave written feedback still no go. I wrote to the CEO which is an option on their website still no go. I am left helpless. Openly these people are looting customers. I request you to look into this matter and provide me justice that I deserve.

                              I received cellphone as per order no 529060 on 28/6/10 from naaptol & found it defective. I called back to naaptol customer care. The attendant asked me to send the product back to M/s. Prayosha Trading Co. at Kalbadevi, Mumbai by courier. I sent that cell phone on 6th July. I paid Rs. 50/- for M/s. Palande Courier for that & received receipt on 7th July. Then i called atleast 12 times to naaptol on [protected].
                              Mr. sunil, Miss Harsha, Mr Ishant, Mr. Nandan, Miss Ankita, Mr. Govind, Miss Reshma all these "cheators" of Naaptol Cheating Co. promised me of early delivery of my replaced handset. I also received SMS that the product is in reverse transit & will be delivered soon. Till date I have not received handset. I lost Rs. 4200/- + 50/- + 500/- on phone calls. I already sent a notice to M/s. Prayosha Treading Co. to show cause as why a case should not be filed in consumer court against them for this cheating. They neither replied nor delivered the handset. Now i am thinking of filing a case. "BEWARE ALL - DONT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS NAAPTOL CHEATERS"................. Sudhakar Patkar.

                                I Have recently purchased Blackberry 8830 Handset online from Naaptol.com by viewing an advertisement in Mumbai Mirror newspaper. I have done online payment using credit card & it was promised me that I will receive the New Handset within 7 days along with 1 branded free gift as I have done payment using Credit card.

                                I have placed the order on 6th of December, 2010 & I received the Product on 17th Of December. I started using the phone, but their was a problem in the phone that it looses the connectivity with the Blackberry server after certain period & didn't connects again. To confirm the problem I changed the service provider but the same problem continued. Hence I sent the product back to Naaptol for replacement. After doing so much follow ups on mail & with their customer care they sent me the replacement on 8th January 2011.

                                As I started using it I come to know that the problem remains the same. The Blackberry service works for few hours fine & then it looses the connectivity with the server. Now I am again trying to speak with Naaptol but nobody is replying to my mails & the no. which they have provided for complaints & warranty are of no use as nobody picks the phone.

                                I want my full money back.

                                I have Purchased BOSS 3300 Dual sim Handset for 4130/- .
                                however when i have reived the product i was found that it is a cheap CHINA mobile which costs between 2000 to 2500 Rs.
                                Also products is not working as per the specification.
                                Customer care executive is also not giving answers properly.

                                This is a fraudy no. 1 company sice last 5 days my product is lying in Goa which Naaptol has send deliberately to wrong address whereas i have mentioned them my Delhi address 20 days back in advance as i receieved the product in Goa but it was faulty, and so i send it back to Naaptol and after 3 days i have to come back to Delhi and the i left from Goa i have been calling their customer car every day regarding my change of address of delhi and whosoever picks up the phone says that give yr Delhi address and says i have updated it and finally after 20 days one guy told me in customer care that your product have reached delhi and gave me the waybill numbr of Blue Dart courier and when i contacted them they told that the courier is lying in Goa branch as thereis no one at my home, so i told them that this was suppose to be dlivered to delhi but as per my several efforts naaptol gave them the Goa address and now blue Dart says that if Naaptol will send a email to them regarding r- shipping to elhi address they will deliver it to me in Delhi, but since last 5 days i have called these fraudies more than 20 times to send Blue dart a e-mail and every customer care person says that i have done it but till date and time Blue dart has not recieved any mail. i pledge you to please take action against these fraudies as your earliest and do the needful to abtain me my product. my details are mentioned below :

                                I have Purchased BOSS 3300 Dual sim Handset for 4199/- .
                                However when i received the product i found that it is a CHINA mobile which costs between 2000 to 2500 Rs.
                                Also products is not working as per the specification,It does not connect through GPRS and other technologies and also not good with the touch-pad facility ..
                                I have tried calling the NAAPTOL people and have been instructed to send it back to an unknown address to either get more troubles on it or to let it go away disappearing for ever... that's my fear..HELP!!

                                i buy ultra slim e-phone from this well reputed organization.I found defective product ans i replace it to krishna traders and they receive product on date:- 11/05/2010 at 11.30am but they can not update their data and i spend more than 1200rs to contact with them and atlest make 30 email to this well reputed company and also they cannot gave answer and not got any type of fax sending by me .the both simcard registration failed in e-phone ultraslim- china mobile i spend 5200rs to purchase this product. still 22 days i cnt got answer and now i forcely knocked the door of court than i got my product i think that. my order no is 144043

                                Naaptol/BLACKBERRY — blackberry mobile not replaced

                                we have purchased a black berry pearl 8110 from naaptol which is not working it was sent through courier we checked the piece at delivery when tried to charge it was unable to get charged and was switched off , when the complaint was reported to naaptol blackberry service number was given its been told to us to courier the piece back to black berry in delhi however this charge us Rs2000/------- which should be payable by us ... the piece is not been used even for a day and we r not getting any positive revert even after 10days of complaints Require ur assistance for the same

                                I bought this mobile from Naaptol as per the details exhibited on their website (http://www.naaptol.com/price/20002-BlackBerry-8830-Mobile-with-GPS.html). It was supposed to be a brand new Blackberry device which could be used on any network. There was clearly no mention that the device may be locked, refurbished or not usable on any network. I was unable to use the Blackberry services on the shipped piece on Vodafone GSM network. My company’s technical team and Vodafone executive confirmed that the Blackberry 8830 handset purchased by me from Naaptol was locked for use with a foreign service provider and could not be used on their network. I was now stuck with a useless device. Naaptol Team had not helped me at all when I requested them to organize a reverse pickup and either refund my money or deliver a new, unlocked Blackberry deice in lieu of this one. Instead, I was asked to approach their supplier, who was not the original party I dealt with, or paid to. Later, I was asked to send back the phone to the supplier on 12th April, and I did so at my own cost. The product was received on 13th April by the supplier but till date I have not heard from the supplier or Naaptol. I have written numerous mails to Naaptol's team including the CEO. Naaptol is basically not acting in an ethical, consumer friendly or responsible manner.

                                Naaptol / Blackberry — Faulty Handset

                                Today i have received my order of BlackBerry 9530 (Storm) against my order No. 168405 vide Blue Dart AWB No. [protected], against the payment of Rs. 11200.00 paid to the courier boy.

                                First of all the set was giving problems in starting even after 2 Hrs of charging, then when i tried to setup my phone it was very slow and response was very sluggish. After i completed my setup the phone worked fine for 15 minutes but the moment it went on standby it didn't come back to life till i removed the battery and opted for a reboot. The same thing has happened for atleast 10 times and this is the 1st day of my use.

                                please let me know what is the problem, Is this a fake BlackBerry ...? Is this a 2nd quality phone...? Does your site only sell broken down products...? Or the software needs to be upgraded....?

                                Kindly revert because i have not spent Rs. 11200.00 for any of the above reasons. Either please change the handset or give some other product of same value or please refund my money.

                                and it is faulty i am not all satisfied with it so i want my RS-7200/- refund from naaptol.com as early as possible
                                Dear sir/mam,

                                Purchase Order No. 2388730, received dated[protected] only Spy Camera Pen 16GB received.
                                As per the above information i had received the Spy Camera Pen 16GB, but it did not had and CD or USER MANUAL.
                                The worst thing is that it did not record any thing, So i demand for my money back or will sue you in consumer court for delivering faulty product, as with the
                                complaints given complaints on the net, i had all the copies of the complaints on the about your site and products.

                                  With deep regret I have to say I am being cheated by your inefficient and good for nothing customer support executives who gives their names as sumeet.

                                  I have obtained by order number 1071403 , Car dent remover and car scratch remover combo by paying VPP of Rs2000/ .

                                  Within 3 days after the product failed to work on my car , i have sent it back on 15/12/2010 through blue dart courier vide doc no. [protected], which was received by your dept at A/B--B/B, Star Manor Apartments , Anand Road on 17/12/2010. As per Blue dart one SONY has collected it.

                                  I have asked for refund very clearly as it does not work on my car . On the box sent itself I have written the same. It is more than 15 days and there is no response by you or customer service representative , one Sumeet.

                                  MY follow up calls to your customer support executives , have indicated that , first the return has not been received, then we are verifying , and then our finance dept has not updated records, then we will intimate our finance department.

                                  Every time I phone NEW person takes the call , and i have to repeat everything , one fellow asks me to hold to verify and does not come on line, wasting my money on metered calls.

                                  The numbers you have given are [protected], [protected] are both metered and I have spent Rs 300/ rupees on calls to explain my return and refund needed. After all this naaptol is silent and you people hide behind , and I do not get name of the persons or account department numbers TO TALK DIRECTLY. You are literally cheating and making money with your products and above all are not accessible to buyers to attend to their complaints. Why you should not be put to consumer complaints forum?

                                  I have given my cell number [protected] vizag AP and advised to send sms of refund . Stop cheating me and send Rs 2000 plus Rs300/ total Rs 2300/ immediately.

                                  cheque dishonour and no official information from the company
                                  I have Invested Rs. 1,25,010 on 24th of may 2009 then i received 6cheques per month of Rs 8,800 form the company but out of 6 cheques only 1cheque passed for the month of july 2009.
                                  but from august cheques started bouncing .second sechme i have invested Rs. 2,44,077 on 28th of june 2009 i have only recived recipt pl help me

                                    I have got a wrong mobile handset for naaptol which i return to them.
                                    I had paid Rs. 2199 by cash for the mobile handset and my order no. is 847674(given by naaptolhotdeal.com).
                                    They have promised me to given me the replace mobile handset in just 10 days which i didnt get.
                                    Every day i am calling customer care, they are say me that you will get mobile in 10 days and have give me complaint no. Which is 322768.

                                      Naaptol is fraud.. I found digital cam and i totally disappointed. Please ban this site. Don't let them sale any product.
                                      Dear Sir,

                                      With the reference of Advertisement in news paper Times of India I requested a car stereo system from naaptol on 3 February 2011 and the faulty product is delivered to me.
                                      I returned the same product via. blue dart on 12 of February 2011. As per blue dart product is received at naaptol on 14 of February.

                                      The actual cost mentioned in times of india for the carstereo is Rs. 12999 and discounted price is Rs. 2249 . The product i received is having worse quality and faulty. I estimated its cost in local market within same cost local car stereo distributors was ready to provide even better product. I dont know why Times of India such a great news paper is supporting Naaptol for selling worse quality product with respect to cheap price.

                                      The conclusion is till today I did not received my product ( Car stereo system).

                                      I am really feeling shameful within myself for purchasing products from naaptol, Its my humble request to you kindly provide me the product or return my money back to me. I will provide you my account numbers.

                                      Please do the needful and resolve this problem soon.
