Naaptol — Wrong Bill provided with the shipment

I ordered for a Panasonic LCD TH-L32C 30 D but the product I got was something different I got Panasonic TH-L32C 33 D but the invoice with the shipment was mentioning model number TH-L32C 30 D and now when I am asking them to at least send me the correct invoice they are refusing to do even this.

Naaptol not only make fool of customers but even they fool taxation departments by issuing invoice for some different product and shipping some different product.

I am really looking to take some legal action against this fraud company.

i did not recevied mobile phone which was oreded by me on[protected]
on[protected] i got a call from naaptol and saying that they are sending the mobilephone very next day.tiil to day they did not deleverd the phone.i paid full amount for the mobilephone on[protected]
from[protected] onwards i am calling everday to custmercare.every time they are saying only one thing that is we are forwerded your complain to our seniors they will call back to you.but i did not got any call untill[protected]
why custmercare people are giving false statements again&again.because of their false statements i spent 1000 rupee for courier charges and phone calls.
send my money or my phone.

Then why is like some of your executive Mr. Farid called me and convinced me not to take any action against you people and he agreed that this totally a fault from your side and he will be sending me an updated invoice in 2-3 days.

Showing You need to format the disk in drive G:before you can use it.
