I had placed order for the sillai machine with slicing &dicing master . in June 2011 ,as per add in TOI on 10th june 2011 showing code no 918. for rs 1999 + 299 shipping charges through Naaptol .com deals. However they have sent only silai machine without the slicing & dicing master as shown in the advertisement.we have paid full amt of rs 1999 + 299=2298 rs. we have given repeated verbal complaints on naaptol phone. Recently spoke to Sunil on 8th august on the naaptol complaint phone Also written complaint is given on naaptol .com on 9th august2012 but received no reply.

    My friend had ordered a BlackBerry Bold 2 9700 with 3G in April 2012, via Order No. 3742282.


    The product received soon developed technical glitches. On contracting support she was guided by a representative from Naaptol to return her product for replacement, which she did so on June 27th, 2012. Naaptol confirmed having received the product on July 4th, 2012.

    She was informed of the receipt and told that the product would reach her back within a duration of 15 days. On completion of the said duration, she wrote again and was perhaps told to wait for a few more days. At the time of writing this email, she has already called several times, but to no avail.



    The customer service executives have been very rude to her. She even lodged a complaint with one Mr Saddam Patwadi, yet no step has been taken whatsoever to attend to her grievance, least of all replace/return her product.

    The customer service personnel refuse to forward her call to their seniors, and on being told that they may have to face a consumer court reply rather mockingly that we may do as we wish.


    I find this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It has been more than a month and she is yet to receive any indication that her product is on its way to being delivered to her.

        I ordered a Mini Fridge From Naaptol.. They Send me Broken Fridge... I made a compalint to customer care, they asked me to send fridge back and they will return my money.. I again spend Rs.400 to send them that broken fridge back. I asked them to send me my money.. However without taking any authorisation, they send that broken fridge back to me... without power cord... Now could you please ask this fraud comapny to refund me my money as I can't use their broken fridge...

        NAAPTOL — Not refunding the money

        i Have ordered a product on naaptol with order no:2955111 and the product i got was a wrong one . i returned the product back to naaptol in the blue dart courier with awb no:[protected] on 16/2/2012 and i have called naaptol cc executive and informed the awb no to him on the same day and he told me that they will call me for the refund of money after they have received the product. After 2 days i got confirmation from blue dart that the product has been delivered to naaptol. But they have not called yet and today is 26/02/12 still no response from naaptol. i want your immediate attention to this case

          Hi Sir/Madam,

          I have purchased Sony PS2 from Naaptol on 14th May 2012. We never received this product. It got delivered to somebody else. From last 2.5 months i am following up on the refund amount and they are continuosly saying "It will get deposited in sometime". I am very very frustated and disappointed.

          I sent so mayn mails even copying to [protected]@naaptol.com. Sent so many mails to Divya Susai who is manager.

            Hello Sir/Mam,

            I purchased a VOX mobile phone from Naaptol a couple of weeks ago and by now, the charger stopped working and the phone gets switched off suddenly at least a couple of times a day. I raised a complaint and they want me to visit their service centers. The irony is that there is no service center in my area. When I insisted to get this changed they are telling me to send them back the mobile phone to Delhi and then they would inspect and send me another set. However, my experience with them is so bad that I doubt their professionalism and trust. Also, when I am sending them emails, my mails are bouncing. I am ready to accept another set, only when they send me one and then I return this to them, hand to hand, or may be by courier. Please help me.

                Sir/Madam,
                I'm from Chennai.
                I purchased a VOX-SMARTPHONE - 2 WAY FLIP from naaptol.
                ORDER NO: 2811420 ORDER DATE: 13TH NOVEMBER 2011 of value Rs. 3999 + 299
                I received the product on 17th november.

                1. the product did not have "java" in it where i could not load any games or applications, nor read atleast text documents from the memory card.
                2. the TV in the phone did not receive signals properly, where i could only hear noise and nothing else.
                3. the picture quality of the camera was very poor.
                4. The charger did not work and it was rectified latter.

                Thus made the phone not fit to be a smart phone.

                Immediately the next day i called the customer care and lodged a complaint . They took a long time to direct me to send send the product back. As per the executive's direction i sent the product to alpha radios by bluedart and it has been received by them on 22nd DECEMBER 2011. And i claimed for repayment. They kept on dragging the matter and did not send me repayment.
                I kept mailing them . when they receive my mail some times they call me and say they will speak to the authorities and get back to me. But they never did call me back.
                I got fedup waiting for the solution. And finally after the lapse of 7 months of my complaint, I mailed Naaptol to replace with a tablet pc since i cant wait for a mobile phone any more and i have spent money and have bought one .
                I gave options for replacement. But Naaptol has not replaced or refunded the money till now.
                After that I received a mail from vox stating that they have dispatched product through DTDC PLUS and shipment no:V07215705. I tracked DTDC website and also Sms on [protected] but i could see only the message "Sorry no data found". Thus the shipment number finds to be a bogus or false number.
                Will Naaptol solve my complaint or force me to approach consumer court.

                I have been waiting for the replacement product till today. There is no sign of any parcel coming. Naaptol keeps giving false statements and promises. It never solves the problem of its customers. There should be serious action taken towards Naaptol.

                  I got one very small courier from Blue dart and when I open I surprised that it doesnt contain required Pumping machine and repair kits. But it has some different piece which is useless for me for sofa-cum-bed product..It doesnt contain a pumping machine which means I cannot use my sofa to blow air..I am very dissatisfied with this after waiting of 2 months for not recieving complete product..This is very bad and disrespect to customers buying in Naaptol..

                  We have ordered the product “Ultimate Sofa Cum Bed” from your site. This product got delivered to us on 9/1/2013. However, it appears that the product which we received is bit smaller than the product which we ordered.




                  The product shown on the website and which we ordered has 4 vacuum holes on it, but the product (Ultimate Sofa Cum Bed) which we received has only 3 vacuum holes on it. Please find the attached picture shown on the website with the file name "Product on the site" and the picture of the product which we received with the file name "Received Product with only 3 vacuum holes"




                  Also, it appears that the received product has some defect. I believe there should be some joint between the vacuums, but one of the vacuum hole is not fixed properly. Please find the attachment with the file name "Defect".

                    As per my complaint in consumer complaints website, the concerned replacement of my product was delivered in time.

                    The product delivered is in very pathetic state. The door hinges were hanging and door could not be closed. The glasses were broken and there were scratches all around the product.

                    AS PER EARLIER COMMUNICATION, IF THE GOOD REPLACED IS ALSO DEFECTIVE THE MONEY WOULD BE RETURNED BACK. I request you,sir, to kindly return my money ASAP.

                      My first deal with naaptol where I have booked Toshiba Regza 32HV10 HD LCD TV online i was glad to receive the order within the committed period.

                      I was all the most happy with the cost which was 16,990 whereas the market price is Rs20,990..

                      I am very happy to say LCD received with low cost & great features ...

                              I am naushad pathan i am tirede frome naaptol.com... they are chaet me again my order no-4436131... i was returne the productafter getting that they told to give same product but i refused bcoz it has no sim slot but they told it has sim slot after that they told no it has no sim slot ...they all trying to miss guide me... but after complain i was reacived a call frome them they toldn u will get your refound in 7 to 10 working days by cheque......i said yes no problam thankyou..but after 4 days i was call back again and asked about cheque has dispatch yet or not then one of them told me no its not dispatch yet but it will take more 21 working days to dispatch......but first they told u have to wait only 7 days but after 4 days they changed again behaving wrong and telling we cant do anything .....u have to wait more 21 days after passing 4 days...that mean they are providing the wrong information and making me fool ....i gone so tirede with them they all are the bigest cheater i dont like lior but they all are lior ......they doing all what they want.....and they think just bcoz we are coustomer so we cant do anything that is the big missunderstanding for them i can use goverment power so many act hear for teach them a good lession .. but last time time i was stoped and nothing done anything but this i cant stop my self i am very dissipointed with that site and there costomer service exucutive.... this is the end of my patiants......dont underestimate me .....i m a 21st century,s educated costomer ..and this is not 18th or 19th century so think again .....and give what do u want frome me.....it is not a quistion for mony it is a quistion for my self ability...that what i am... so try to make me fool otherwise i can create so many problams for you ok u have only 6 days to send my cheque bcoz u have used your 4 days so i[censored] cant give my cheque in 6 days i m going take helpm of police act not online but direct with FIR.......this is end of my patiant..

                                I've puchased a blackberry storm 9350 from Naaptol and they have completely cheated delivering this product.

                                I returned my handset for first delivery and received a defective one on 4th of july 2012.
                                Then after when I call Naaptol customer care and explain about my problem in a few days they say they can't help it and suggested to go to nearest mobile shop and get it fixed.

                                I want justice here as they delivered defected product.

                                  This is Abhishek from Bangalore writing regarding receipt of a substandard product via the Order No. 4501366 from Naaptol.com.

                                  I had ordered 1 unit of Transcend 16GB Micro SD Card Class 10 on 24th July, 2012 making a payment of Rs. 549.00. The generation of the card has been displayed in the image as well as in the description of the approximate transfer rate to be 10MBps. However, to confirm this, I even called the customer care and they assured me that the ordered Micro SD Card is segmented "Class 10". I received the product on 31st July, 2012 and to my surprise, I have been provided with a "Class 4" card. I hope steps should be taken not to trouble customers intentionally or un-intentionally. For an online purchase, we have to rely on the product description and the image displayed, and this belief must not be challenged.

                                  On 1st August, 2012, I contacted Naaptol customer care to report the issue but they declined to extend any support mentioning that they even cannot register a complaint in this regards.

                                    I Paromita Das ordered a VOX+507 - touch screen multimedia mobile with Bluetooth (order no. 3558940), cost Rs. 2999+299 (Freight Charges). The product was defective:
