I booked this tool kit on Naaptol and I got it after three weeks. I do not complain about the delay in delivery as I am located in a rather remote area where there exists no courier service. It came to me via IndiaPost. I find it to be an awesome purchase given the price tag although I am yet to explore the contents practically. Thumbs up Naaptol.

    Im happy to say at Naaptol’s site becoz at a very low cost for a branded product.

    I had brought Skymark Scribble Set from naaptol which was worth rs.1,583.

    With Naptol we can purchase branded products they have a great collection and the best part is with low cost..

    In future i would love to shop with naaptol i have also informed all my friends about my experience...

    I appreciate their sales & customer care executive exactly understand customer needs & they also do suggest as per our needs .... their customer care team is too good really polite and good knowledge about the order and product features.

          I have bought VOX V9 + V11 mobile hand sets during the month of July,2012. BUt, after using the mobiles for hardly about fifteen days, they started giving troubles such as overhating while call is on, hanging down, malfunctioning, no tone and what not? For complaining to the VOX, the package didn't have any booklet/ warranty card/any other information booklet or even the customer care number is not there. This is very bad that a mobile phone pack contains no booklet.

            I was looking for branded mobile that time i saw Nokia Asha mobile in naaptol site.....there was mentioned that will get delivery at home within 7 days after that I placed this order & received it within a week at my home....

            I saved my time & about this product received in very well condition package & this features also awesome..

            My first deal with naaptol very nice & to all my friends suggest only buy from naaptol...

              I placed an order on naaptol for a titan watch on 14th august vide order no 4674215. The payment was also done online while placing the order.I called naaptol customer care after placing the order and executive confirmed that order will be delivered by 20th august. Then I called on 20th august then i was told it will be done by 24th august which also was not done. Then i wrote a feedback on the website but received no reply till now. Then i called on 23 rd august and the executive told me that i will receive the order between 1-7 days. today is 28th and i have yet not received any notification regarding the delivery of the product. Then i wrote a mail in write to ceo column on 28th aug on their website but no reply till today. Then i again called the customer care on 28th aug they told me i will receive a confirmation call in 1 hr but received no call till date.

              Their executives have no idea about the status they themselves are so confused on what is happening. the process is so unorganized. They dont understand the meaning of customer care , they are not bothered about customer complaints. i have 4 complaints registered but no reply on them .

              You will find maximum number of complaints against naaptol.com on any complaint forum in online shopping segment and that says it all.

              The order tracking link is also useless from the time i placed the order it just shows order verified and will be delivered shortly.

              The order procedure according to their website :
              Order Procedure in Naaptol
              Once the order is registered within the system, it awaits for payment to be done.
              As payment against order is cleared through Checque/DD or CreditCard / Internet banking Order will be shipped immediately.
              In Cash on Delivery option, the Order is processed for shipment as the payment is collected at the time of delivery.
              If the payment is declined by the bank then the order will not be processed further.

              I bought it as a bday gift for sum 1 wd the bday long gone. I only placed the order because it was not available on any good website. Only god knows when i will receive the product.

                  I ordered a pair of Adidas tracksuit medium size. Order ID 4766786. When i received the them they were of small size and the tag on which the "S" size was indicated had been scratched with a pen and next to it mentioned "M" and product is not genuine. Do you think people are that stupid to believe that they have grown up in size from the day to the next. I sent mails and calls to your customer care support but no replies. I want to return the tracksuits to back and be refunded for it.

                    This is regarding a product I purchased from www.naaptol.com website.

                    I had ordered "KENKO 10x25 DH Binoculars" on 22 Aug 2012. However what I've received after 8 days on 30 Aug 2012 is "KENKO 10x25 DHSG Binoculars". As you can see there is difference between the two products, please note I ordered the "DH" variant, not "DHSG".

                    Let me also point the link to the product that I actually received (note this product does not appear on website www.naaptol.com)

                    Hope you can make out the difference in the products. On contacting your customer care, I was first told the product I've received was the offer product and my main product is yet to be received. After a brief discussion as to when I'll receive my original/main product I was told the two products are the same and it is what I had ordered.
                    On insisting that it is NOT the same I was put on hold indefinitely, obviously to ignore my issues and subsequent consequences.

                    I want the original product shipped ASAP. And the wrong product received by me should be collected by them on their own.

                      Myself Soheb from Delhi & I purchased VITO CARLO Casual Shoes + Sunglasses + Free Stylish Watch from naaptol.....

                      When I was gone to buy this product in my local market but this cost was very high but in naaptol i got this all thing only cost of Rs.1999 I saved my money.

                      I really liked the shoes, the watch and sunglasses are add on’s.

                        I had purchased Padmini Flair BF Chimney from Naaptol as per Order no.4561774 on[protected].
                        One of the parts, the plastic fan, was found defective. In response to my telephonic complaint I was instructed to send the defective part for replacement, which I did.
                        The defective part was delievered to Naaptol on[protected].
                        Nearly 2 months have passed and I haven't yet received the replacement.
                        This paints a very poor picture of Naaptol's after sales service...

                          I orderd my product(book) management for ugc net/slet on 31st july on NAAPTOL at www.naaptol.com but beyond one month has past but I don’t have any product detail or any product information . I have called more then 100 times on following numbers / [protected]/[protected] if you need I have a detailed Bill of my Phone which shows the call details. I don’t under stand that why is this delay happning in delivering such small a product if you cant manage it then why do you people take orders why do you people have to overload your self’s . If it was Uk i woud hav had charged you for mental harassment belive me and would have even seized your On Line Shopping . I am realy not happy & satisfied with the way you people work .                               I have bought BSNL Penta T-Pad IS701C Tablet....It is a handy 7inch tablet with a capacitive Multi Touch screen. I’ve been using this tablet since last 2 months and till date, it has really done a great job for me. It comes pre installed with the Android Ice cream Sandwich Operating System which the latest and the most advanced. It means you get the best user interface on a tablet for which you pay very less. It also means that you get free access to the Android market to download hundreds of amazing applications and fun games. So, its a complete fun to have such intuitive tablet...

                                    I received an email advertisement of a product from naaptol.com and i bought the product according to the specification of the product but when i received the product, that was different from the specification. When I complained to the naaptol.com, they refused to exchange or return the product.

                                    Nature of complaint:-
                                    I bought a BSNL Penta 7" Tablet. Specification mentioned it has SIM Card slot to use phone calls. But the product I have received was not having any SIM card slot. My order id was 4611857 dated 7-August-2012.

                                    Since the particular fecility which is most imprtant and main reason of buying this product was not there, this tablet pc is no use of me and i filed a complaint regarding this to customer care under complaint number 3430030 dtd[protected] but they refused to take back the product.

                                    Kindly help me in this regard.

                                    I have booked order on[protected] for blackberry sprint 8830 world phone GSM & CDMA as per company rule and commitment by staf of napptol that i will get my product with in 7 to 8 working days not i receved product in 22 days .

                                    2 - I was order & pay for blackberry sprint 8830 world phone GSM & CDMAas got message on my mobile number [protected] and also seen advertisementin given by naaptol in news papper but i have received phone which is unableand not support to CDMA SIM.As per message, pepper advertisement and talk with staff at the time of order booking on date[protected] its CDMA and GSM support mobile. But its not support CDMA network

                                    I have received product vi ya Blur dart, the box of Black berry phone is not proper packed and not in good condition, i have received Phone, battery , USB card , charger , pouch , CD and user guide in it , but user gide is not for blackberry sprint 8830 world phone GSM & CDMA its for other blackberry phone.
                                    I also faced the same problem. it doesn't work for CDMA . In GSM too it doesn't support data. it seems to be locked with verizon. no suppport from naaptol and no refund

                                    I have phoned them five or six times, they have asked me to send the handset to their office, and arranged a Courier pick-up, through Aramex Courier Service. However, no address has been forthcoming. Naaptol have not supplied me with an address for Ritco Tech o., and these people, based in Gurgaon(Haryana), never gave me a forwarding address, and the Courier company also deny having any address to which they can deliver the package to.
                                    Kindly arrange to take back the Blackberry handset, and refund my money.
                                    I am a senior Citizen, and I am fed up with this sort of run around.

                                    It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.

                                      I found NAAPTOL is worst Product and service among all online shoping sites.

                                      I have purchased TV Mobile and found its defective and returnd back and than replaced this after 3 month.

                                      Now this time this product runs for only 7-8 days and now this mobile display screen is showing mirror view and also screen developed red color strips . God help NAAPTOL.

                                        I have ordrd a devante power bank on 1st april bt now its 1#th bt there is no delivery and m frm delhi nt frm any 2 or 3 tier city n dts not more firstly i launched complaints on naaptol website bt no response, then i moved 2 twitter n put complaint there they assured me bt nthng hppns then i commented on fb they assured me too bt no response agn n whn i complaint them twice or thrice they stop rplyin me n also stopped me 2 add cmnt on thier fb page i cnt evn raise my voice now then i mail thr support i.d no response thn i mail 2 ceo n surprise nthng hppns n thn i clld them finally they assured me n they r showing the same status picked up frm 8th m vry frustated so plzzzzz highlight this somewhere else i have many pages on fb thn ill strt putting cmplnts frm those pages n thousnds of ppl will get d bad feedbak so plzzzz dlvr it bfr 19th as i hv 2 trvl on d same day dts y i ordrd a power bak
