I have bought VOX V9 + V11 mobile hand sets during the month of July,2012. BUt, after using the mobiles for hardly about fifteen days, they started giving troubles such as overhating while call is on, hanging down, malfunctioning, no tone and what not? I was looking for branded mobile that time i saw Nokia Asha mobile in naaptol site.....there was mentioned that will get delivery at home within 7 days after that I placed this order & received it within a week at my home....

The payment was also done online while placing the order.I called naaptol customer care after placing the order and executive confirmed that order will be delivered by 20th august. i ordered a book of order no 4557431 on 31st of july......i called to naaptol official no at more then 100 times.....bt yet have no recieved book and there is no any response...

I ordered a pair of Adidas tracksuit medium size. Order ID 4766786. When i received the them they were of small size and the tag on which the "S" size was indicated had been scratched with a pen and next to it mentioned "M" and product is not genuine. Do you think people are that stupid to believe that they have grown up in size from the day to the next. I sent mails and calls to your customer care support but no replies....

This is regarding a product I purchased from www.naaptol.com website.

I had ordered "KENKO 10x25 DH Binoculars" on 22 Aug 2012. However what I've received after 8 days on 30 Aug 2012 is "KENKO 10x25 DHSG Binoculars". As you can see there is difference between the two products, please note I ordered the "DH" variant, not "DHSG".

I have purchased TV Mobile and found its defective and returnd back and than replaced this after 3 month.

Now this time this product runs for only 7-8 days and now this mobile display screen is showing mirror view and also screen developed red color strips . God help NAAPTOL.

My naaptol Order no.4607989, I have ordered for a Panasonic EH-ND12 Hair Dryer from naaptol.Com dated 07 august 2012, which has still not been delivered. I had ordered bsnl penta t-pad is701c tablet on 12 august (order no. 4661737) and still it is showing status as cargo ready. After calling numerous times to customer care, they are not able to give satisfactory answer. Also awt number that they has provided doesn't show any tracking details. i had purchased a product with Naaptol.com HTC-G1 3G Android Mobile & had some technical problems so naaptol had requested me to send back the product for refund or replacement as per my discrition. I opted for refund, as committed by Naaptol refund was credited back to my card account. I was updated by the naaptol team on regular basis through emails.

I have placed an order for a Toy Train from naptol.com online while ordering online it did not say whether the product is in stock or not there after 5 days they have cancelled the order when caled to fid out what the issue they mentioned the product is not in stock and they will reimburse the money after 15 days when wanted to speak to supp they kept on hold for a long time ......... when they cannot supply the product they should close...
