I have ordered for 1 Ghz Wespro Touch Screen Tablet PC with 3G (S714) (product order no.3986993) on 14/05/2012 by making payment of Rs.5298 in advance by using my credit card and product was delivered on 16/15/2012 within two days of order. But the product was defective that power button gone bad within two days and there were scratch marks on screen. So I called customer care, I was asked to send the product back to naaptol. I sent it back to naaptol on 22/05/2012 by Blue Dart Courier (AWB.No.[protected]) and it was delivered to naaptol on 23/05/2012 at 12.30, received by by Dinsha. After this every week I called customer care no regarding status of replacement, but every time i got reply that it will be delivered within 15 working days.They have byhearted those words telling it will be delivered within 15 days. But still I have not got the product back from naaptol. So I request you to solve this problem and arrange to get my product back within one week or refund my amount of Rs.5298. My mob.no is [protected]. I have attached here the proof of naaptol bill ,my letter to naaptol for replacement of prodcuct, Blue dart courier receipt and tracking details of blue dart courier.

My name is Mr. P.K. Thankappan bought a Digital Camcoder (TCL DV 552) from Naaptol ordered on 13 Sept. 2010 with order no. 758614 delivered on 22 Sept 2010 with challan no. 4523557 (Seller Name - SRP Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.) but they done a defective delivery. The capture/ recorder button was not working, we complained about this and they taken it back for repair/replace. They guarenteed us that product will be repaired/replaced within 7 days but till now there is no sign of replacement. When we call them they always say, it will take 7 days more. I think they have endless seven days.

Thank you for your kind concern.But on telephonic conversation you told me that it will be delivered within 3 working days and already it is 05 days. I do not know what is your actual problem and as i ordered for it, it took exactly only 02 days to dispatch. But for replacement why you people are taking too much time I am not understanding and when you dispatch make sure that it will be dispatched with user manual, warranty card, carry case, Ethernet connector and charger that i had returned to you.

Today I again called naaptol customer care number to know the status and i heard the same words from them telling that it is ready for dispatch and will be delivered next 7 days. I do not know whats happening with naaptol,
Again I had called customer care no today and I was told it is under process for dispatch and will be delivered in 7 workings days. I have heard the same words many times.I do not know why you people are playing with me and whats your intention to harass customer like this. I am fed now and I am taking this as serious.I would like to go for next level of complaints if it is not delivered in next 03 days. But before I request you to solve this problem and arrange to get my product back within03 days or refund my amount of Rs.5298.I am not going to leave you people till I get my product back or my amount refunded.

This is very painful to say that after all mental torture undergone with Naaptol people for one month and 08 days, I have received the product back on 30/06/2012.But it is not replaced or repaired and got the letter from Wespro Digital Pvt Ltd., manufacturer of the product telling that the product is not under manufacturers warranty and I was asked to pay repair charges. How ridiculous is that?..For new prodcuct reprieved from Naaptol there is no warranty. I am fed up of these people and I called naaptol customer care center again and I was asked to send the product back to them to the following address for refund of amount. I am sending the prodcuct back to naaptol and will wait for refund within 07 working days.If not done I am going to claim it legally or anybody please suggest me for higher level of action against naaptol

I am orderde a intex phone from naptol.but this phone is not good like watch into tv.and this phon has many problem.so i want to replace my phon.and get back my money.because amount is not so small.pls help me for fix this, help me
I ordered nutriglow facial kit from Naaptol.. your cce Sachin promised to send a pink massager in the kit. I was extremely disappointed to see the blue massager inspite of clear instructions at the time of ordering. Henceforth I have called ur customer support several times but there was no quick solution goven by your team. Your floor supervisor Satish sugested to return the product back and only then they will send the new pink massager. Naaptol terms and conditions are horrible. You should send a new product in exchange of the wrong product instead of asking the customer to send the product back to you or atleast send the money back to the customer till you arrange for their new product. Certainly your staff should be very strictly trained in not to cheat the customers while placing the orders. This was my first and last transaction with naaptol. I would never recommend it to anyone. Naaptol fails to provide customer satisfaction and value for our money. Dear readers kindly beware of this cheating tol.

    I ordered jewelry set from Napptol.com. They often advertise these deals on Times of India. When the jewelry arrived, half of it was damaged. I alled Naaptol customer service and registered a complaint. The customer service respresentative told me he will get back to me. I didn't receive any call from them. After that i kept calling them many times but could never get a customer service representative, they kept putting me on hold. After several tries, I wrotem them an email. Received a response from them saying I will get a refund check for Rs 400 within a week. I never received any check. I kept writing emails to find out what happened to my check and never got any response back.

    BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER FROM NAAPTOL.COM, THEY DON"T HAVE ANY CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SEND DAMAGED ITEMS.

      I had ordered online a 102 multipurpose toolset from Naaptol.com through order number 3991876 paying 2499 (with an additional cost of 249 for shipping) on May 14 2012. The toolset was delivered to me in damaged condition with the toolbox completely cracked from the side and having all rusty tools inside. It did seem like an old toolset sent from junkyard unlike the shiny toolset that they show online or in the newspaper advertisements.

      When I complained to naaptol.com executives about this. They asked me to send the toolset back through Bluedart courier to a place in Dahisar, Mumbai. Initially Bluedart courier refused to accept the box. With great difficulty and follow up and numerous conference calls with Bluedart and Naaptol I managed to dispatch the toolset back to Naaptol. on 06th June 2012.

      So now naaptol has my money and the toolset and are not informing me about either on the refund of toolkit or replacement. Clearly a company that cannot be trusted.

          I ordered a product on naaptol.com on 17th may 2012 with order id : 4005638 , after a week i did't get product and then they told me we dont have this product in stock and will refund your money. After regularly call to customer care about the refund now the order status says Amount Refunded. But i did't get any amount in my account. I again call customer care and they give me this transaction number : [protected] and said we have transfer the refund amount to your bank on 5th Jun 2012, please check with your bank. I checked in my bank and they told me no any transaction process in your account on 5th Jun, and i check on 6th and 7th Jun also but no any amount deposit in my account and also the transaction number is not correct bank said.

          I again call to customer care and they give me this email id and said send your bank details on this email backoffice.[protected]@gmail.com, but not get any response. I am very frustrated with naaptol.com service from 17th may after my order. I have lost my 5390 rs. amount and lot of moblie balance to call customer care.

          I recommened to everyone please dont trust on naaptol.com.

            Respected Sir / Madam,
            FOLLOWING are details of product I purchased online from www.NAAPTOL.com. Even though I did not receive any product item I ordered for, I received a sms on 19/04/2012 that my order is delivered.I checked the Aramex courier's site and the final destination is shown as Beyond Delivery Area, so the product never reached AHMEDABAD. I immediately booked my complaint with Naaptol ( COMPLAINT NO:[protected] for refund. They assured me that I would get refund after 15 days. After 15 days again I inquired about the status of my complaint, the representative at Naaptol said it will take another 15 days. I again called NAAPTOL on 12/05/2012 about my refund, now the representative said it takes 21 days for refund. It is 06/06/2012 still neither I have received my refund nor any product from NAAPTOL.
            It is getting quite frustrating. Indian companies never believe in serving their customers. Please help me.

              I was order a Kaspesky Internet Security 2012 on dt 26.05.2012 from Naaptol Company, Today i was receive the courier and pay the amount Rs530/- to the courier office (First Flight Courier), but when i was open the docket i found the worng product Kaspersky Antivirus 2012 bearing amount Rs 479. I was call the customer care no of Naaptol - [protected], i discuss the problem and he give me a complain no-3025210, she telling me please send the courier and you pay the courier charges, i send the order within 15day or i refund the money within 21 days, so why i am waiting. I need the actual order product and refund the money within 7 days.

                i have purchasing a 4 sim mobile from naaptol. the goods is delivered at right time.
                this naaptol is cheater and fraud, inspite of delivering my product which i have ordered, there customer service executive sonia, told me they have cancelled my order without imforming me, and now i have to book same product which price is now 16000.

                if this company cant do business, pls shut it downmand dont harras people

                    I had placed an order for Blackberry Storm Mobile through Naaptol (Details in below trail mail) and after receiving the order i found is not operational post which i immediately informed the customer service team on which they asked me to resend the Mobile to their warehouse. I received the phone on 4th May and i couriered it back on 5th may via Blue Dart due to wrong location mentioned by Customer Service Executive the courier went from JS communication to new location at Dahisar and shear waste of 10 days and it was received by the new ware house on 15th May and have received confirmation for the same.

                    Post which i have called on 20th May and 28th may subsequently for which i have received confirmation that i will received refund before 8th June 2012 but now as per my latest call with Saurav Mandal form Customer Service team it was told that i will not get a refund but a replacement which is completely bizarre from the commitment given earlier by Naaptol team and which is not accepted.

                    Their TAT for refund is 21days max and as i have couriered it on 5th may it comes to 26th May which is already passed and not acceptable.

                    Please help in refunding the money back.

                        I have purchased a Mobile Handset (sony w 910i) from M/S Napptol in the month of March 2012, but after started using that handset we came to know that the handset is not a good one as there were so many defaults in that handset, like it was not reading the memory card, every time it was getting swithed off automatically, wehen we complain about it on 29th of March to the naaptol executive we were told that it will be changed all we need to courier it to the address which they send me on my mail few days after,(all the conversation made by me dated 29th March 2012 is tapped in my handset) I have couriered it to the address told by them and till today we have not receieved any output from Naaptol, however we have given them lot of mails and reminders about the same but they do not bother to solve the issus.
                        Because of naaptol i was not able to use my number [protected] for almost 3 month and i felt mental harrasment also, i feeling that i have been cheated by naaptol.

                          I had ordered a VOX Mini Refrigerator from NAAPTOL. order no 401 9563. The product was delivered and when i started to use it, even after 12 hrs it is not cooling.When i complained and asked for money back, they said they will give me a call within 48 working hours. Even after 5 days i havent received any call, and when i keep calling them they say they tried to call me but i didnt pickup the phone, so they want 4 more days to call me.

                          Naaptol is cheating people by using the word mini "refrigerator" on their website. On the packing it says "cooler" and in the manual it says "cooler" no where on the product literature, the word refrigerator is used.

                          Naaptol claims that if the customer is not satisfied, they will give money back, but they are not doing that.

                          I have made atleast 8 calls to the customer care, and spoke to Ravi, Suresh Kumar, Ashwini, Danish, Jyothi, Saurabh and they tell me every time i call that i will get a revert call after 48 hrs.and they put me on hold for 15-20 minutes which is billed at STD for me.

                          Naaptol is cheating people. Please do something about it.

                            I bought a 102 pcs multipurpose tool kit from Naaptol.com, in May. When the product arrived, it had only 52 pcs instead of the 102 mentioned in the newspaper advert, also I did not receive the free 32 pieces screwdriver set. When I contacted the company about the same. I was asked to send the product back via a courier service and they would refund me the money, only after 21 days. I complained to them that it was unfair to expect the payment at the point os sale , but would process the delivery only after 21 days. Please help me take this further.

                              We had purchased a Blackberry phone for R. 10,000 from Naaptol.com.

                              The piece was faulty so the Customer Care asked us to return it. They specifically asked us to send it via BlueDart as they were their official courier providers.

                              We sent this piece via BlueDart. When contacted Naaptol after 4 weeks they said that the box was received empty and they will not provide a refund. When checked with Blue Dart they have undertaken an investigation and reverted that the piece was delivered to them and they have signed it.

                              Now Naaptol is not ready to give a refund its been 8 months I have been trying this. Have made so many phone calls all with waste of time money and energy.

                              I need to get the refund from then. Please help.

                                naaptol is a big scam company, they have worst-est service level, and on top of that they sent me damage and recycled products. i bought 2 HTC G1 worth more then Rs14000, and received both of badly damage phones n both bt-headsets ware missing....!! in one word i received incomplete order. there customer service only receives call to make miss commitments. its been more then one and a half month i am suffering from this scam company. they not even sent me any invoice of my purchase and when i asks for it by calling there chargeable customer care no they are there are making all miss commitments. i have many call records of there commitments which never been full filled yet. there are thousands of people suffring by this scam company. Please do something against this company.
                                i am pitting some face book community URLs through which you got to know how they are cheating people, and and almost stilling our hard earned money.

                                  Everyday, i am reading Kannada news Paper " Vijayavani" and i have been seeing one big advertisement of Naaptol name Mobile handset VOX. The advertisement itself surprising theat Original Value of Mobile is 11,499, but offer price is only 2999(deal code 1490) +Courier charges Rs..299. I have seen thee same advertisement on 22.5.12 on same paper and immediately i called no.[protected]. They have explained all by phone & theey told theat it is limited & very good offer. So based on theeir pressure & theeir assurance i booked for touch screen VOX Mobile V810, order no. 4033635/dated: 22.5.12. I have given my Official address as Mr.Umashankar.L, M/s Weir Minerals India Pvt Ltd, # 471/D-1; 3rd Main, 4the Phase, Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore-560058. They have told by phone theat parcel will come by post withe in 10 days of booking to theis address. I have got SMS also for thee same.

                                  But withein 2 days material has reached to me by Blue Dot Courier and i have collected on 25.5.12 by paying totally Rs.3298 and collected handset. But , i have identified fault in theat back cover was loosening & not fitting to handset. & immediately contacted theeir Customer care no.[protected] around 5.30 PM & registered complaint, at theat time theey have committed to attend withe in 48 hours. But theey have not called & not attended even after 72 hours also. But subsequently, i have faced otheer big problem theat touch screen is not working. So today(28.5.12) @ 5.15, i have called once again to same Customer care no. But thee answers given by theem are very entirely different whatever theey assured initially while booking Order & opposed to accept theese faults. I am simply calling & wasting my STD calls, but no feedback & no body is attending to resolve thee problem. More over, it is affecting to my official work, i.e, Mobile is not working, i unable to receive calls, due to theis my superiors are very up set about me & it is affecting to our Company business. It is really is cheating cheating business by theis Company, now i have collected information theat it has been cheating to so many people like theis & making money. Even Courier people telling complaints about theis company. This is my sincere request theat i want my money back. Please resolve theis issue. I have all details each & submitting thee same. Now theis Mobile handset is no use for me as it is not at all working.

                                  I have paid money to Courier & collected covered parcel containing this Handset. Without pain money, Courier won't give that parcel. How you people are expecting public to return defective part if they tell complaints. If public send the Hand sets by courier, then how they will get money back from your end. First of all no body knows your Company address, you people advertising & mentioning phone nos, more over no body is coming & contacting Customers from Company side after sales, no service centres. If public lost this handsets by sending by Courier & what is the guaranty that they will get back money. Where they have to send back, invoice copy address was M/s Alpha Radio, Hyderabad. But, customer care persons telling by phone differently i.e one person told it was dispatched from Delhi & other person told that it was from Mumbai. If we return, then where can we go & ask money. Like this everyday, advertisements are coming in same way in same news paper. All these are not factual, it is only misguiding public & collecting money. I am moving to Consumer Court against this Company as well media(Kannada "VijayaVani" News Paper). I will claim all losses due to this product like money paid, STD calls, time spent, court fee, etc...

The product too was defective and due to its malfunction my left eye injured badly and I am still operating it.                                       Most of these unbranded products sold over the web are pathetic and are obviously sold to gullible customers with 200 - 300% margin. These chinese products are unreliable and invariably end up as junk and at times comes with an incentive of creating physical damage to the user.
