I buy a Xelectron ws707 tablet PC from naaptol.com.
Order Number.4077300
Recieved on Date: 04 Jun 2012
i had bought xelectron ws707 tablet pc from naaptol which cost 5999. I received the tablet to me on(04/06/2012).But this is was not work properly.I DID phone to the naaptol care and they told to send the parcel.So I return it via blue dart courier.(Awb no.[protected])(date.06/06/2012).And my order number is[protected].It had crossed more than 26 days.My keen request is to send me new tablet or send the refund money to me as soon as possible,otherwise I will got to the court and I will definitely get a solution.Send my amount with in 10 working days.I had recorded the calls that the naaptol care had talked with me.
Why this company advertising wrong specification and why they cheating us
Please advice us how to proceed this issue, legally
Can I forward this complaint to Consumer court (as online fraud seller or any other way)

      I purchased Vox Mobile (Model No. V810) vide order No. 4010587 in the month of May. 2012. It was defective pc and I intimated to the firm. I was told to contact ur person Mr. Atul Tyagi (Ph.[protected]), who initially guided me to deposit the defective mobile to their agent (Mr. Khurana -M[protected] and [protected] -Nitin at Service Cell) at Sonepat. I deposited the pc. to their agent at Sonepat. They kept pending with them till July. Mr. Tyagi also kept his phone permanently busy. Further in response to my e-mail, one Mr. Nitin(M [protected]) told me to get the pc. back from their agent at Sonepat and send to their Mahipalpur Warehouse at Delhi thro Blue Dart at the a/c. of the firm. He ensured me that the pc. will be replaced within 10 days..I did it nearly a week back and intimated to them vide my e-mail (to Mr. Ankit Insha). But it is regretted to say that neither Mr. Atul Tyagi nor Mr. Nitin (M: [protected]), who ensured me to keep in touch with him, attend their phone/mobile.I feel helpless as to whom should I contact to know the latest position. I am constrained to lodge this complaint.
      Please get the pc. replaced as early as possible. or at least let me know the position.

        SIR, we purchase a dinner set from Naaptol bazar, we saw naaptol bazar dinner set advertisement on Telivision, and we call and ordered one dinner set, price Rs.1999, ORDER NO -4156837, after 15 days the product was received through by postman, but the product was totally damaged, we consult naaptol customer care, but they are no respond.

        so i request you sir, we return that product, and we want money back.

            I ordered for Kaspersky Pure total Security 2012 (1 User) (Order No. 4116721) wherein I had paid Rs.1100/- . But the product that I received is Kaspersky Internet Security worth Rs. 530/-. I asked them to either replace the product or refund the excess amount. Even after several emails, I have not received a response from them. I contacted the vendor - SAKRI.IN, but they said that it is the vendor who ships the product who is resposible for it. As I had it ordered from naaptol, I think they are the responsible ones and they are not responding. I want an immediate solution.

              The services of the company is worst. I have not received the product I booked on 9th of June till date. I was continusly following up on there customer care number and each time they were saying it will reach to you within 1 days but they wer not registering my request number. Every time I was asking about the availability about the product, Yes was the answer. On the last follow-up today, June 22, 2012, they told that the product is not available but they will ship it by monday. The customer executives were very rude while giving answers to my questions. Atlast I have to cancel the request but again they said the refund will be available only after 15 days. I have waisted 13 days plus the bank charges for the transaction (INR 400 rs.). The company naaptol is a fraud and I would strongly NOT recommend this for any purchases. My Order number was - 4162359.

                I purchased X electron ws707 from NAAPTOL , In configuration its written that RAM is of 512 MB but the RAM is of 256 MB only & they written that there will be sim card slot for GPRS but there is no such slot as well this is not supporting 3G donggle of many companies so I cant surf internet, so with out internet this instrument is just a toy for me this will be useless, I want my money back & executive of naaptol have very negative attitude for this, can any one help me for this?

                  this company is a cheater is ,doing mental harasment to me ,after one and half month by calling them several times ,i got my handset which i ordered on 4th of may ,i recived on 18th june,bt delived me wrong cdma set instead of gsm which i ordered,now they asked me to return that set ,via bluedart ,which i already send ,now instead of replacing my handset ,they mailed me ,they will refund my money,after keeping my money for 15 days ,or if i need that gsm set i have to pay 16000 ,instead of 6298 which i paid already.wats the use of this website when they cant provide service and doing mental harasment to consumer.i need my gsm handset which i ordered for ,not refund .

                    I have made an online shopping of a micromax superfone a50 mobile on 6th June 2012. i made the payment online at the time of shopping. there it was said that the product would be delivered within 10 days. it is now more than 15 days and the product is not delivered to me till now. i called customer care of the company several times and they only say it will be delievered in 1-2 days but not delivered till now. i ask them to cancel the order and refund my amount back in my account but they are not doing that also. i request you to kindly look in the matter and please help me to get my amount back so that i purchase another mobile from market. the order no. of naaptol transaction is 4138354. my mobile no. is [protected].

                      I have booked a Karbon Tab on Naaptol and the order no is 3979538. They have sent me the product on 28th of may and it had a display problem. I called them up and they said if i sent it back, they would replace it in 15 days, I have sent back the product on 1st June by blue dart AWB [protected]. A person name by khanna received it on 4th of June, Untill now they did not replace the product and I call them daily and they say it would take another 15days. Please help me in this regard

                        I bought a product having Order No. 3713482 from Naaptol.com on 17/04/12 and the product was delivered on 8/5/12. The product received is of very low standard and the vaccum cleaner is not working. Even the Dent Remover was a hoax and of no use. The nozzle of air pump was feeble and packaging of Tyre Puncture Kit was broken and it was scattered all over the box, in which the items were received.

                        Ms. Kavita from Naaptol advised to send the items back to
                        Quantium Solutions
                        Shop No 15, h. no. 4,
                        Anand Nagar, C S Road 1,
                        Opp Labh Darshan, Dahisar,
                        Mumbai 400068

                        The items were dispatched by Speed Post and Tracking Number was sent. The online tracking showed that intimation to collect the parcel was delivered by the parcel was not collected by NAAPTOL, even after repeated followups with Kavita and Divya Susai.
                        Such fraud companies duping innocent public should be siezed and Dept. of Consumer Affairs should strictly shut down such units in which the consumers are taken for granted.

                        Iam rama krishna who bought one boss ephone-3300 and it delivered as faulty. I contacted the customer care they told to sendback to get refund.! St they told to send the product to tele product,#50, khatri compound, elphistone bridge, mumbai. When after i send to that address they were not ready to accept the courier and they told to deliver as open delivery-ie., open box delivery. But no courier will do that. And again i contacted the customer care they told to send to another address - shiv service centre, natraj building, shivshrishti complex, beh. Shiv temple, goregaon-mulund link road, mumabai. There is no way i send to that address also. But there also no response. They (Her name is preethi) also refuse to take the product.

                        So please do not take product from this company through internet. If you bought you should waste your money by speding to phone bill and courier.
                        Thanks for writing this complaint against naaptol for e3300 boss mobile... As i have got same experience.. My mobile is also not getting charged at all... Even after several complaints - complaint no 133476 & 133513.. I have still not got the battery replacement and also even though i paid thru credit card on 3rd may.. I have not yet got my free watch till today (4 june 2010)... Even after several requests on phone no. [protected]... They had delivered the mobile only on 21st may.. As the booklet suggested i waited till battery got fully switched off on 24th may and then put it to recharge for 3 hours as writen but it did not get charged at all so on 25th may morning i had complained with naaptol.. The executive told me to try the data cable to charge so tried that as well for 3 hours, still it did not get charged. Immidiately i informed naaptol about this and they confirmed to send me the replacement for battery (In 7 days on 25th may)... But... Even though its already 4th june today i have not got it... Its more than a month and i want my money back now... Pls nobody ever buy from naaptol.. Pls... My order number is 357843 - my mobile number is [protected]...

                        I bought Balckberry handset and paid to courier boy, It was second hand handset and re-fabricated.


                        Don' purchase any product specially Blackeberry handset, they have all fraud vendor. They buy secondhand junk phones from China and US and then change cases/battery etc and change hefty amount from Indian customer.


                        I recommend not to purchase any electronic item from naaptol.com, they are fraud company and all their vendors are smugglers.


                        Although all these online companies like naaptol.com are fraud companies and cheaters.

                        Looks like Naaptol has adopted the policy of duping customers using sweet talks and unmeant apologies. While the company has my alternate number as well and besides that 2 mails IDs, the reply here reports that they were not able to contact. The delay tactics play good to frustrate few of resentful duped customers. If checked by auditors, this fraud might turn into crores.

                        Be cautioned to do business with such online fraudsters.

                          HI i purchased karbon smart tablet from naaptol worth Rs.6990 on 28th may,2012. The tablet worked for only 2 days and on the third day the display of the tablet is not coming . The display is completely blank . I called Naaptol customer care but they didnot help me out . Infact the told that there is no warranrty for the display.they have very bad response. I want my Rs.6990 money back . please help me out.

                            I am having a very bad experience after buying through naaptol.

                            My order number is 4135032 and it has been 10 days I haven't received it .

                            On top of that , the customer care is not giving the courier awb# so that I can track the package .

                            They even do not know where the package is and not sure when it will be exactly delivered.

                            No emails are replied back from customer care with detail information when I will get the package and if I call them they do not have any information !

                            I have placed the order on 5 june and even after 10 days I am still not got the parcel.

                            Your customer care promised to deliver the parcel with in 10 days.

                            This is really pathetic service of naaptol !

                            NAAPTOL — non delivery of order

                            Iorder for a digital usb mmc player vide order no. 209902 on dt. 10/3/2010 and till date naaptol company has not deliver my product to me. Many times i contact their representatives on phone but they are only ask that you will got your product in week time, kindly help me.

                              I have ordered for Bajaj OTG (product order no.4123255) on 4/06/2012 by making payment of Rs.3794.00 in advance by using my credit card
                              and On 9th June I have received mail from Naaptol that they have send courier by Bluedart (AWB No : [protected]).

                              Till today I didnt received my product. When I am calling to Bluedart, they are asking me that Naaptol must have submit Form 403 for that courier and Naaptol team is asking that we have shipped your product.

                              Jabtak Naaptol vale Form 403 submit nahi karenge tab tak mera product Blue dart ki Delhi head office me hi pada rahega.

                                I have ordered for 1 Ghz Wespro Touch Screen Tablet PC with 3G (S714) (product order no.3986993) on 14/05/2012 by making payment of Rs.5298 in advance by using my credit card and product was delivered on 16/15/2012 within two days of order. But the product was defective that power button gone bad within two days and there were scratch marks on screen. So I called customer care, I was asked to send the product back to naaptol. I sent it back to naaptol on 22/05/2012 by Blue Dart Courier (AWB.No.[protected]) and it was delivered to naaptol on 23/05/2012 at 12.30, received by by Dinsha. After this every week I called customer care no regarding status of replacement, but every time i got reply that it will be delivered within 15 working days.They have byhearted those words telling it will be delivered within 15 days. But still I have not got the product back from naaptol. So I request you to solve this problem and arrange to get my product back within one week or refund my amount of Rs.5298. My mob.no is [protected]. I have attached here the proof of naaptol bill ,my letter to naaptol for replacement of prodcuct, Blue dart courier receipt and tracking details of blue dart courier.

                                My name is Mr. P.K. Thankappan bought a Digital Camcoder (TCL DV 552) from Naaptol ordered on 13 Sept. 2010 with order no. 758614 delivered on 22 Sept 2010 with challan no. 4523557 (Seller Name - SRP Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.) but they done a defective delivery. The capture/ recorder button was not working, we complained about this and they taken it back for repair/replace. They guarenteed us that product will be repaired/replaced within 7 days but till now there is no sign of replacement. When we call them they always say, it will take 7 days more. I think they have endless seven days.

                                Thank you for your kind concern.But on telephonic conversation you told me that it will be delivered within 3 working days and already it is 05 days. I do not know what is your actual problem and as i ordered for it, it took exactly only 02 days to dispatch. But for replacement why you people are taking too much time I am not understanding and when you dispatch make sure that it will be dispatched with user manual, warranty card, carry case, Ethernet connector and charger that i had returned to you.

                                Today I again called naaptol customer care number to know the status and i heard the same words from them telling that it is ready for dispatch and will be delivered next 7 days. I do not know whats happening with naaptol,

I have heard the same words many times.I do not know why you people are playing with me and whats your intention to harass customer like this.                                 This is very painful to say that after all mental torture undergone with Naaptol people for one month and 08 days, I have received the product back on 30/06/2012.But it is not replaced or repaired and got the letter from Wespro Digital Pvt Ltd., manufacturer of the product telling that the product is not under manufacturers warranty and I was asked to pay repair charges. How ridiculous is that?..For new prodcuct reprieved from Naaptol there is no warranty. I am fed up of these people and I called naaptol customer care center again and I was asked to send the product back to them to the following address for refund of amount.                                 I ordered nutriglow facial kit from Naaptol.. your cce Sachin promised to send a pink massager in the kit. I was extremely disappointed to see the blue massager inspite of clear instructions at the time of ordering. Henceforth I have called ur customer support several times but there was no quick solution goven by your team. Your floor supervisor Satish sugested to return the product back and only then they will send the new pink massager. Naaptol terms and conditions are horrible. You should send a new product in exchange of the wrong product instead of asking the customer to send the product back to you or atleast send the money back to the customer till you arrange for their new product. Certainly your staff should be very strictly trained in not to cheat the customers while placing the orders. This was my first and last transaction with naaptol. I would never recommend it to anyone. Naaptol fails to provide customer satisfaction and value for our money. Dear readers kindly beware of this cheating tol.

                                  I ordered jewelry set from Napptol.com. They often advertise these deals on Times of India. When the jewelry arrived, half of it was damaged. I alled Naaptol customer service and registered a complaint. The customer service respresentative told me he will get back to me. I didn't receive any call from them. After that i kept calling them many times but could never get a customer service representative, they kept putting me on hold. After several tries, I wrotem them an email. Received a response from them saying I will get a refund check for Rs 400 within a week. I never received any check. I kept writing emails to find out what happened to my check and never got any response back.

                                  BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER FROM NAAPTOL.COM, THEY DON"T HAVE ANY CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SEND DAMAGED ITEMS.

                                    I had ordered online a 102 multipurpose toolset from Naaptol.com through order number 3991876 paying 2499 (with an additional cost of 249 for shipping) on May 14 2012. The toolset was delivered to me in damaged condition with the toolbox completely cracked from the side and having all rusty tools inside. It did seem like an old toolset sent from junkyard unlike the shiny toolset that they show online or in the newspaper advertisements.

                                    When I complained to naaptol.com executives about this. They asked me to send the toolset back through Bluedart courier to a place in Dahisar, Mumbai. Initially Bluedart courier refused to accept the box. With great difficulty and follow up and numerous conference calls with Bluedart and Naaptol I managed to dispatch the toolset back to Naaptol. on 06th June 2012.

                                    So now naaptol has my money and the toolset and are not informing me about either on the refund of toolkit or replacement. Clearly a company that cannot be trusted.
