I had ordered for a screwdriver kit through naaptol, I got the consignment through blue dart after a week, to my surprise the entire suitcase was broken and the tools inside too. First sent defective rusted m/c when complained and after several calls sent again a defective m/c after 4 months of complaints n tracking ,that piece also motors starts once the switch n nothing else works its just a showpiece.
