Dear Sir,

My father purchased One mini laptop type uniserfer (Order No-3545981,deleviry date[protected] for using internet to gift me.Now after reciving the Uniserfer we tried to connect to internet using Dongal of Realince/Tata indicom,but could not connected,than we called to Naaptol Customer care,they said that only Dongal model E 180 will be used to connect the internet,after this i have checked in market about the Dondel E 180,i was told that is Model is obsalute 1.5 years back & new models came in market,than i agained call to Naaptol Customer care & informed this & they said they can not anythigh reguarding this,i said them to provide the details from where i can get the Dongel compitable to the uniserfer or provide my Dngal & i will pay extra money.
Now they are saying try Dongal E220.

The problem is now they never informed us about this & sold the product & now not helping us to get it corrected .

Sir What to do now ? Please help us as the product we have purchased of Rs.6000 is of no use for use now without the internet connection using Dongal.

    Dear Friends,
    Naaptol is a fraud company .
    They Don't Deliver there Product at all.
    They take money from client online and provide them fake Consignment number which dosent Exist at all.
    They have fake policies of refund and I had Bitter Expireance with company.I request not to buy any product from naaptol.
    Please Share this information as possible as.Apply to all consumer forums.

    dese naaptol r ol bloody frauds... 2 months back i boght one boss33 sleek mobile nd i got free accessories vid it like charger, usb cord, card reader, car charger etc. bt nun of dem r working . I called in naaptol bt dey r nor responding 2 any of my complaints.. now i m fed up of dis naaptol nd now m gonna send d court notice 2 dem nd they r going 2 suffer for this.. dey dont even know how 2 tok 2 d customers..now my mobile iz of no use.

    hi my self natraj pillay i have purchased one car audio usb player for 2000/- free gift with that (2 nos of speakers 50 watts front doors,1 reebook watch,sandisk pendrive,2 no of twitter very small and cheap)
    both the speakers r not working,tape cannot fit in indica u have to cut the fibre to fix it still tape not tested,reebook watch belt was torn and not working,
    i have called many time to their service centre but no reply,they never replace or refund.this company should be punished by law.
    please my brothers and sister dont buy any of the product from this site.u will be in loss. all the product look like china iteam.be careful.

    I had ordered naaptol .com for blackberry storme as per their advertisement in face book,but when i received mobile,i was surprised to see that the mobile sent by them was not in working and used one,this company is involved in selling o[censored]sed and smuggled mobiles.the invoice sent by them did not contained any IEMI no and box of mobile was of any other model,i made complaints but there is no reply from them,

      I bought HTC 3G phone from naaptol, Phone has got so many defects. When i reported, they asked me to return the phone to Alpha Radios. They confirmed that they will replace with in 7 days. But neither i got phone back nor there is proper response from them. Phone order number is 3616573.
      Please do not buy a product from http://www.naaptol.com/. Poor quality and people will be cheated.

      Thanks for at least responding to the complaints.

      After so many escalations, i received the same defective phone again. Adding on to existing problem, Memory card and Blue tooth hands free are missing from package. This is my worst experience and damaging the trust on Naaptol.

      Please spent some effort on improving the quality of service and deliver the right product with the offer that are committed in your website ( Naaptol )

      I am spending my valuable time on writing here to avoid my loveable Indians not to face the same issue.

      I lost about Rs 8000 by buying product from Naaptol.

        Naaptol is testing my patience. I returned the product but came back twice.

        firstly, they told me to send the defective mobile to the given address. After sending it, it came back saying that the authorized person has refused to accept the courier.

        Last night, I talked to one of their customer service representatives and he told me that the product is already delivered. But today I came to know that the product has got returned back again.

        Today they gave me some different address for the defective product to be sent again.

        This is really time consuming and no guarantee that it would be returned on time.

        Kindly take serious action and refund my money as soon as possible.

        This thing can happen to other people also.

          Dear Sir / Madam, I have given order to Naaptol for blackberry phone with Order no. 2886333. The instrument was defected one & return the same. I have requested for refund & they sent me refund cheque with spelling mastake. Same thing I informed to customer care & as they guided me I have sent back the cheque & also they asked for bank statement scan copy for Jan month. I have sent to “backoffice.[protected]@gmail.com mail Id. After few days they acknowledge the receipt of cheque as well as bank statement but they are not making my payment. I have been struggling to get my money back from Naaptol. I have made phone calls to Naaptol customer care more than 35 times every time they are making false promise.           Im going through the same tension. No one even care to respond. Please advice your friends never to use their service. I have adviced people on bulletin boards in different MNCs. It is the same service i got and been struggling to get them refund my money for more than 3 months now. Not even one person keeps up to his words.

            Naaptol/ mobile — not getting my refunding amount for last 2 months after returning the product to company

            Dear Team,


            Pls help me get my Rs. 4000 back from NAAPTOL ,


            case.. I bought a touch screen G2 media tech mobile from this company in the month of sep'10 but due not satisfied with the product i return this mobile to company in Oct'10 and since then i have been following and must have called 20 to 30 time to get updates asking has DD on my name made and dispatch to my address,,
            Naaptol customer care representative says every time different things,,,when i receive a call from company that my product has been delivered to them and i came to know that from customer care that they dont have any information about this,,then after 5 more call i was asked to sent the copy of receiving that i received this which is again surprising ,,, since without receiving i can't sent this and i have the proof of sending which i was ready to sent to company but company denied this but they want the receipt of Blue dart courier through i received this mobile,,, for god shake i went to blue dart for the same with delivery number but they are unable to provide .... parllelly i was calling to customer care for the same ,, and then i not asked for received ,,rather i was asked that pls wait for 15 day your dd will be made ,, i called after 15days and come to know my dd was not made ,,


            in very next call i was informed that dd was made but there was some error in name so it was not dispatched,,and i was confirmed by customer care that now new dd will be made ,, then i again made a call 5 time but yet my dd has not been made forget about dispatch to my address,

            in calling so many time ( STD Call to mumbai) i have spent Rs. 500 and above ,

            so i am really unahappy with such kind of services and i also want my This Rs 500 addition to Rs 4000,

            i also want to sue to company for giving fake promise on Time Of India news paper about paper and on site,,

            for more hope i also wrote on mail to their customer care [protected]@naaptol.com even though there is no action,

            pls find my email marked them and pls help me get my money back

            Kindly make a pathetic service deliver in the process of refunding money after returning Product back to your company Naaptol order number 717181,

            I received this product in the month of Sep' blue dart courier no.[protected], and due unsatisfactory feature i returned to company via DTDC courier no.E70130926, dt 30/09/10

            since then i have called around 15 time enquiring about my DD/Cheque in my whether it has been made and sent my address or not ?

            some time i received a call stating my product has been received at company end and then later on when i called i was informed that i need to sent proof of delivery ,, now the question is why i need to provide proof of delivery as by logic i received at my end so called i sent the same,

            in very next call when i was ready to sent my proof of delivery i was not ask for proof of delivery rather i was asked to wait for some time as the process is on.

            now in very next call i was told your cheque was wrongly made so i was asked to confirm right name with spelling,

            after a week when i am making a call i see again cheque is not made,,

            there are some some caller refer no. that i have are 372376, 272595.

            i dont know when i will received my money as by making STD call on your customer care for so many time i have spent around Rs. 300,

            if such kind of customer services continue then it will spoil such growing organisation as bad word of mouth publicity and if i publish any small AD of my experiences with NAAPTOL beside your AD in Time OF India, or on site it will defame the name,

            considering this is serious issue which need to be resolve urgently i hope for a quicker solution ,

            looking forward for immediate refunding of my money and update on my mail and phone number for the progress

                and the order is conformed on net day 1 MAY,2012. But still today on day 09 May,2012 no consignment no is given to me and there is no
                update of delivery status on there site .i have called a number of times to the customer call center but they r not giving me fruitful information about delivery.

                    I am Satgurdass working as manager marketing & Operation, in Laxmi vignesh corporate service limited and also International medalist in shooting. Sir I had ordered HTC Touch pro Phone from Naaptol.Com .My order No is 3671541 dt 22 Mar 2012 and I had received phone on 24 on Cash on Delivery by Aramex Domestic . I paid total amount of 7298.00 including courier charge.
                    Sir when I had open the parcel phone was not in working condition. Phone is not working in any Indian network. Also key pad was not working.
                    On 26 of Mar I called costumer care Naaptol. Com and lodge the complaint they ask me to wait 48 hours. After 48 hours I called again C Care Naaptol.com. They told me executive will call you from Alpha Radio But no one calls in 48 hours again I called costumer care again they said wait another 48 hours but no respond comes from Alpha Radio.
                    Finally I wrote to CEO Naaptol. Com on 31 March and told what was happened and asked him to refund my money back. I received reply that Alpha radio will call you in 48 Hours but no call has come from Alpha Radio Delhi but one mail I had received that we try to contact. You are unable to reach pl contact Alpha Radio on [protected] to 107. I contact them and told the problem and i ask my refund back but they told this is not possible. They ask me to send back that phone to Alpha Radio Delhi. I had sent back that phone on 04 Apr 2012 by Aramex Domestic Consult No [protected] and also I had conformed they had received on 06 Apr 2012. After a week I called to them and ask the status. They told me today they are going to dispatch and with in 07 working days you will get you phone. On 19 of Apr 2012 again I tried in between then also they told today they will dispatch. I called Alpha Radio again and again but there is no positive response from there end
                    Finally on 27 Apr 2012 again i wrote Email to CEO Naaptol.com regarding the issue and ask him to send my product or pl refund my money back. They replied very same and standard reply. We will dispatch product to customer. Till today I have not received my product or no my money.
                    It is requested that please help me for refunding my money from Naaptol.com and hard action to taken against Naaptol.Com & Alpha Radio sub contractor of Naaptool.com.
                    I had suffered a lot from 27 of March 2011. More than 100 times I called them. They have 20 Phone No’s but nobody picking the phone. After picking I have tell full story to them every time. This is one kind of mantle touchier after paying money you are inviting troubles to yourself.
                    Strict action should be taken against Naaptol and Alpha radio.

                          I send back my htc evo 4g with all the original packing by trackon courier awn :[protected] dated : 11/4/2012
                          there is no refund or nothing positive reply since then.
                          I write 3-4 time to naaptol and alpha radio but no reply from them. I also tried to contact customer care no of alpha radio but it not working or nobody is picking up phone.

                          I even wrote to naaptol ceo mr hari trivedi regarding this but still not getting any positive reply from them.
                          I think naaptol is big scam and fraud site including his ceo don't care his customer.
                          Please tell me about my refund process.
                          Anybody want to buy anything from naaptol please contact me before wasting your money.

                              I buy HTC EVO 4G from naaptol. my order no is Order # 3687827 date 30/30/2012
                              After getting it I found that it is not working with reliance CDMA in India. I contacted naaptol customer care and as per his instruction
                              I send back my htc evo 4g with all the original packing by trackon courier awn :[protected] dated : 11/4/2012
                              there is no refund or nothing positive reply since then.

                              I personally suggest do not buy anything from naaptol very bad service.

                                I had ordered for Sewing machine with one gram jewelery set which they had advertised on Times of India news paper costing Rs. 1999/- COD charges extra . But for our shock we received a rusted sewing machine and worn out jewelery set. Upon complaint on their customer care number [protected], nobody seems to be bothered about it. After calling many times finally they gave me a complaint number saying that the concerned department would call me back within 48hours. now its more than 7 days and no call. The add still comes in paper..No doubt i am cheated but where is the consumer department, what it is doing??? read similar complaints about it but they are still on buissness. what about the deals they publish in india's famous news paper TIMES OF INDIA (TOI)....JUST TO CHEAT READERS??????

                                Full Touch screen mobile F8 — battery week

                                am purchased the mobile on 12/08/2011 and order no. 2243602. its battery is very week
                                please give another one.

                                I have ordered and received a mobile (F8, 34'' full touch screen mobile) in the month of june 2011. at the time of first charging charger burned, when i called your customer care people, first of all their receiving is not good when they got to know that i am going to complain about the product and when i said them regarding my problem simply they are saying that the problem is with our electrical wiring and plug point, when i said them that i have almost 7 mobiles of our family people where every mobile will be charged in the same plugpoint every day, they have no answer and they are saying the same bloody reason that my plug point is problematic. i didnt get any responce for my problem for more than one week where as you people gave gauranty for 6 months. I fed up of calling u people and i puchased a new one from market. and now from past 10 days my mobile touch screen is not working and other functions also not working. and battery is very week back up or 2 hours. Your people are giving good offers for customers but really we are afraid that your products are really bad quality, we paid 3,299/- for the mobile and this is not small amount for a middle class family. you didnt send any bill copy for my purchase and i dont have any documents or order number now. I hope through this complaint if you people can solve my problem, i will be thank full.

                                    I purchased a blackberry Strom 9530 on 19 th April From Naaptol.com (Online Shopping Side).But They are delivered a Used Peace Mobile set and some of the feature is not working i given a complaint today ie 24 th April (I tried previously 2 times no body is respond)but They told we are covered our warranty those who are complied in between 24 hrs. Where as on the purchasing time they told we are giving warranty up to 6 month from product delivery date.

                                    So its a request please take a necessary action on this issue and on company. Because of this type of business doing corrupted to our culture and society and to our country. Nobody will believe on Online shopping if this issue is not taken care by our government.

                                        I bought a Blackberry Storm from Naaptol, which was delivered to me on 21th Feb & on switching on the mobile i was shocked to see black lines running all over the screen. I immediately called up the Naaptol team & couriered the product back to them on assurance that they would replace it with a new one.

                                        Initially they also went upto the extent of claiming that they have not received the defective product, but after intervention of blazeflash they agreed that they have received the faulty product & are getting that rectified. It has been almost two months now and i have yet not received my product & my plea for refund only results in representative hanging up the phone on me.

                                        My constant mails & complaints only falls on deaf ears, no one from Naaptol is least concerned about the issue, they only send a mail to the vendor team(Alpharadios) asking them to look into issue Since 2nd of March i am struggling to get a reply from them, they only give false claims & revert that the product has been dispatched & give a docket no which shows the product being delivered at unknown location.

                                        Now they say that we would give you only a product & can't refund the amount that i have paid. I don't trust their service & would only want my full refund.
