Unfortunately I had ordered the SONY VIVAZ handset from NAAPTOL worth Rs. 10,000 and got a unsealed mobile box, and within one week the handset charging pin came out and when I went the the SONY authorised service center I got to know that the product sent by NAAPTOL is not original but a fake one and its not even covered in warranty by Sony. Further the product didn't carry a warranty card from SONY as claimed by NAAPTOL site that the product will be carrying the manufacturers one year warranty card !

I have returned the handset after discussing the matter with NAAPTOL to the handset vendor Alpha Radios in Delhi on 31 March 2012. I had multiple rounds of discussion and email exchange with NAAPTOL and till date there is no clear information from NAAPTOL on the timeframe of the replacement of the handset. They just give me false promises and lengthy excuses to wring out their way from their responsibilities. As per NAAPTOL's policy the replacement should had reached me within 15 working days post the date of delivery of the handset to the vendor. Its over 23+ days I have delivered the handset to the vendor and there is sign of any communication from the vendor who is least bothered to respond to my repeated mails. Nobody picks up the phone at the alpha radios (Vendor) office in Delhi to address my concern and NAAPTOL customer executive just keep updating the status in their system and tell me that in the next 15 days I will get the replacement handset.

I believe I will enter into a legal battle with NAAPTOL, which is so unfortunate in the light of the fact that I had done the mobile purchase on their site expecting a quality product at best rate in the market which NAAPTOL claims as their business model to attract customers.

I advise all to learn from this experience and stay away from NAAPTOL's business and never purchase anything on this site and its a complete fraud site selling duplicate products to its customers, I wonder how this company is running till date and its management not arrested yet for duping so many people across India.

I will post more comments once I sue NAAPTOL in the consumer court.

NAAPTOL — NOT REPLACE THE FAULTY MOBILE

I purchased a mobile hand set which stopped functioning soon after few days. I returned the product and requested for the replacement or refund of the amount. Now they have failed to replace the mobile nor they have refunded the amout.

    Hi ,

    I have ordered online product from naaptol.com for Inalsa Licquas Juice extractor (Product Code: 73057) .Order no is 3828144 .Order value is Rs 1875 .

    Now I have recieved order of another low value product i..e Inalsa Fruitlick Juice Extractor (Product Code: 73044) , this is worth Rs. 900approx.

    Now I called naaptol customer care and explained them the situation .Requested them to get this picked from house and deliver correct product .
    They are asking to courier the product to them on by own and bear the charges .They also told some other courier point which is 15 kms from my house .

    This is really unfair and frustating for me .I have got this p[roduct delivererd wrongly and they are asking me to bear extra chanrges now and delay .

    Please get this to your notice and a possible action to resolve this .

      This has reference to my order for a electric spray and paint machine price 2798/-(2499/- for the product +299 shipping charges) being sold by Naaptol. today i got the order ( no:[protected]. i have 2 issues regarding the product:-
      1.-although motor part is working fine buy paint sprayer trigger leaks fluently on pressing it hence making it useless.
      2.- complaint number 2 really disappoints me, the M.R.P printed on product box is rs. 915/- as against invoice price which is 2798/-(2499/- for the product +299 shipping charges)which is highly unethical and against law.(copy of invoice and M.R.P attached with complaint)

      so your honor kindly let me know what to do now.

        I have purchased BlackBerry Tour 9630 from naaptol order ID :3597432 and i got faulty handset. so send it back to him by Bluedart courrier id :[protected]. they received it on 20th march . they promise me to refund money within 21 day.

        before a week , I come to know that instead of refund , you have send me replacement product through DTDC courier . Shipment ID : V08565554.
        when i checked online from DTDC site.it shows that courier is delivered to somewhere in Bikaner. But I am living in Pune.Maharashtra.

        I have cleared stated them that i donot want hand set. i want my money back.

        Still i am waiting for my money back.

          I too purchased the same mobileI(Order No.3922275), but as soon as i plugged in the phone charger there was a flash and smoke came from the charger. Also there is no charger for the bluetooth headset. I had asked for a replacement, but haven't received it. Also its very difficult to speak on this mobile as it is not audible at all. GPRS connection is not possible.

            This has reference to the tele conversation I had with Mr Prashant at the CC.

            I was able to speak to the agent after a wait of almost 7+ mins....

            I have lodged a complaint (ref no 2766391) that I feel cheated as the mobile you have sent to me is not HTC and is T mobile.

            He has been trying to convice me that I should accept the product and that the product would not be replaced.

            I had purchased the product assuming that you shall supply HTC product with HTC branding on it as depicted in the photograph(attatched for your reference).

            However,the product sent to me resembles a lot but does not seem to be HTC.

            Please note that I have bought the product assuming it to be HTC with HTC branding on it.

            I understand you proivde the same product as mentioned on the website and not similar products with different branding.

            It is a T mobile with no HTC branding on it.

            As a layman,I understand T mobile is not HTC.

            Request you to arrange for a replacement/refund of the product ASAP.

            If you are planning for a replacement,please replace it with the product as mentioned in the attatchment.It has to necessarily have HTC branding on it.

            This is the first time I have transacted with Naaptol and I have had a bitter experience.

              They have delivered defective mobile to me. I have sent several email to replace the mobile but they not heard my complaint despite of several reminder. Please could you look into the matter and alert your customer from cheating by Naaptol Company.

                I had ordered Air Compressor + Car Jack + Tyre Repair Kit + Multipurpose Tool bar vide Order # 3570149 dt.[protected].

                This was delivered to me but on opening packet I found that the Air Compressor was broken and other contents were in a damaged / broken condition.

                I had to pay the full amount to postman as I had taken delivery and opened the packet. I was anguished as I couldn't get in touch with Naaptol Customer Care # [protected].

                However, later when I did get through the Naaptol customer care they were very supportive and advised me to ship the damaged goods back by Blue Dart who would not charge any thing from me. Initially Blue Dart refused to accept the parcel stating that they needed an authorization or mail from Naaptol to accept the return parcel but later after intervention from Naaptol they accepted the parcel and damaged goods were returned.

                I was pleasantly surprised to receive a full refund of Rs.2298/- by cheque within seven days and my confidence in Naaptol stands restored !!

                  I had orederd VOX touch scree mobile phone from NAAPTOL 15th March order no. 3628945 - the product delivered was a Senior citizen mobile phone of cheap model. I called up customer support and it reall difficult to get the line and on top of it its not toll free so every time you call u are on hold and all the service agents are busy handling other customers. Finally I got the line and registered the complaint Reference Complaint Number[protected] The customer service rep - requestd me to ship the mobile back on my cost and then he will do the follow - up. The mobile set was duly shipped back and I got a mail from Naaptol support team on 28th March that the defective product has been received and the money will be credited within 7 working days. If 11th April and no refund has taken Place. Request Naaptol team to look into the issue and resolve it immediately. Thank you.

                    I am one of the victims among many that are cheated by naaptol. If you check online there are tons of complaints regarding their service and non refunds.

                    Regarding my order details:

                    order number: 3767475

                    product name: 21 led rechargeable emergency light cum night lamp - buy 1 get 1 free

                    status: out of the two lights received, both are not getting recharged and no indication of any charging. But as one is already charged by the vendor it is working, may work till that once charged by the vendor is over. Second one is useless as not recharged and not working either. They are simple scrap.

                    They are quality less china items that we can find any where on the pavements in lots.

                    I have tested in presence of courier boy itself and noted the same in delivery order.

                    I contacted the customer service, contacted the ceo manu agarval, complaints section and no one is answering the calls and the mails.

                    NAAPTOL — Product is not working order.

                    Sir , i purchase a spy pen 8 gb vide order no 46227 dt.6-09-09. before delivery, the corrirer agent charge rs.1690. after that i open the product and oprate. it is not working order. i try so many time to complain dept , he not reply, so kindly change my spy pen as soon as possable. i suffer my media work. thanks...ANIS SIDDIQUI..SAHARANPUR.U P .

                    NAAPTOL — Goods not get delivered

                    I had done online booking for BIG HOME - Mini Silai Machine with Thread Set + Classic 1 Gram Gold Jewellery from Naaptol.com on the 7th of November 2011 vide order no.2780850 through Debit card and after checking found that the order has been verified also but today is the 26th and I am yet to receive my products and whenever we call their customer service the say that they are very sorry and still the order is being verified. We have also sent a mail to their [protected]@naaptol.com but we have not received a revert.

                    I would advice all the people reading this not to purchase from NAAPTOL.COM as they are cheaters. I would also like to know where can I register my complaint so that I get my refund.

                        I received an advertisement mail from naaptol.Com on friday 6th april 2012 about sony ericsson mobile. It was stated that the actual value of mobile ID rs. 25000, but they are selling it for rs. 9990. Plus courier charges of rs 299. Plus free bluetooth
                        I ordered the mobile & paid rs. 10289 thru citibank credit card.
                        The order no was 3764862.
                        On 9th april I recieved a courier from naaptol with invoice of of M/S alpha radio hyderabad.
                        When I opened the envelope, I was shocked to see lower value mobile with mrp of just rs. 5999.
                        The mobile received model was sony ericsson w595 model.
                        I rang up customer care of naaptol. They talked very casually. It seems that it is normal complaint for them. They asked me to courier the wrong product to some address of j s asociate, mulund mumbai.
                        I asked them to transfer the call to senior, but they DID not.
                        Over all readers, the company seems to be big cheater

The payment option was net banking , received SMS from naaptol that the material has been despached through one ARAMEX courier.Several times after that i contacted the customer care and being answered of getting the material within two days(each time the same phrase).                             I ordered one HTC EVO 4G CDMA mobile from your site. My order no. is 3687827
                            I received it on time. But now problem is that it is not working with any CDMA provider.
                            At the time of ordered the person who is taking my order assured me that it is work on any CDMA (Reliance, TATA).
                            Actually mobile is not getting any signal from any provider.
                            I tried to contact customer care 3 times and every times I got reply that within 48 hours your problem will be sorted out by our seller.
                            But till today I do not get any call from any party. This is really really bad customer service.
                            Now I need refund. Please tell me the procedure to get my refund.
                            If this is not going then I have no option other then consumer complain against company.

                              I am the resident of Karnataka. Few days back, my car audio system started Mal-functioning and i wanted to replace with new audio system. By the same time, last week, i saw an advertisement given by naaptol.com in a daily news paper - stating that they going to give a bundle of Car Stereo products only @ INR 1999 + 300 as shipping charges. The bundle consists of a USB enabled Car Stereo player + 2 speakers + 2 tweeters + 1 Flash Drive of 4 GB + a wrist watch. I was wondered that how these people gives such bundle at such lower prices. I started searching over net and i got the product

                              So i decided to buy it. I paid 2299 through net banking and ordered.

                              I received the product with in 2-3 days. When i opened bundle, i was shocked. I was cheated by Naaptol. The Product picture & specifications what you see on website is totally different than the product you going to receive.

                              Dear friends, i have not returned back the product to the company. I have kept the pack it as-it-is. So if anybody will going to file a case on naaptol, i can produce these items to the court. I have all the evidences of sending money over net, shipping no., product code and other necessary documents. I am least bother about the money i spent on these items. But i want to alert you people to don't deal with naaptol. The company should the ceased by government.

                              I forget to say, My old Car stereo System started working properly after some minor services done by myself. :(

                                I bought the HTC Magic-G2 Android Mobile order# 3719379 from naaptol.com yesterday and had paid in advace through my card. Their website says Feature of Android 2.2 OS however the phone i have received has 1.5 OS which is very old and makes the phone useless because i can not buy any application from the Andriod market on this OS. This phone is T-Mobile phone made for ONLY united states of america as confirmed by the HTC customer care on[protected]. IMEI# [protected] is for a phone that is only for US. The naaptol.com website as per the attached screen shots shows that camera has LED Flash which is not there.in the phone which is still not my concern because the firmware version promised should be as stated. My worst fear of buying online has come true! Naaptol's vendors are pathetic! HTC technical support people have said that this is an outdated andriod version and the phone is just as useful as a paper weight. I am looking for replacement / refund whichever possible

                                  Complaints & Reviews - Misleading Mobile Advertisement – Features Lacking! My order# is 3719379 and i ordered HTC Magic-G2 Android Mobile which was said to have the mentioned feature however it is not the same in the handset i have received. Android 2.2 OS which is not true because i received a phone that has 1.5 OS. I spoke with HTC tech support care people[protected] and they said that this phopne with IMEI [protected] is not manufactured for India and is a T-mobile handset made only for US. They have also said that i have been tricked and given a grey market phone. This phone is with 1.5 OS which is very old and can not be upgraded. The application ANDROID Market or Google Play is not there so no applications can be downloaded from the applications store online.
                                  I feel so tricked and dissatisfied. This is the first time i bought something from Naaptol.com and paid in advance through my card.
                                  Their website clearly states in the link below Android 2.2 OS however when i spoke to the naaptol customer care they are saying no it is with Android 1.5 OS. I have saved screen shots from their website also just as a proof because i am not sure if they would change the specifications.

                                    They have a standard copy & paste solution for all the complaints they recv... Pls see all the responses from NAAPTOL.com.. Same standard reply

                                    I saw all the complaints online.

                                    First they send you defective / wrong products. Then they expect you to run around for sending the product back to them.. Then you are supposed to run around to get your payment. Which You MAY get after running around... Hey EVEYBODY... Pls see its a total con job..I just discovered that there are so many people who have to run around to get their refunds..

                                    Guess What I also discovered that they dont send Invoices / TAX bills. Pls check they only send Challans.. The "Invoice" that i recvd did not have an invoice no or date.. Which makes it totally invalid . Are they also running some kind of a TAX Fraud here??

                                    We placed an order for a Wespro NEW 1GHZ Touch screen Tablet PC with 3G on NAAPTOL.COM . order no. 3702089. they shippped us an old model which is cheaper & did not have all the contents inside as mentioned on the main carton & now they expect us to send the tablet PC to them back & wait for 15 days to recv the replacement. We had ordered on COD basis as we are a bit skeptical abt online shopping.

                                    I never mentioned that i recvd a defective / damaged product.

                                    I mentioned that i recvd a product which i did not order for.

                                    I recvd a different model than what i ordered for.

                                    I also offered to come to your office in mumbai to get the product exchanged.

                                    I also told you that you can send a new pc & take the product you have sent to us earlier immediately.

                                    We paid cash on delivery. Why should we be running around to the courier co & doing your procedural work for mistakes you have made.

                                    Why should we as a consumer be running around when all we did was place an order online & trusted that you would send the right product.

                                    It is a mistake of your company. We strongly believe that you should be rectifying the same by either sending the new product or by sending us the refund immediately by sending it to our office.

                                    Hey naaptol its been 3 week i bought your 50 stainless steel dinner set from ‭+[protected]... i contact u at that evening itself to complaint about your item and your customer care executives always saying we will forward your compalint and we will call you within 48 hours like that, ..unfortunately no one call me within 3 week and on this morning one lady call me and arguing with me no refund or any options...what a cheating is this??i wasted a lot of time for this.dont cheat the customers like this..Never buy any product from naaptol.From my experience it is the most waste company.                                       I ordered a BigHome mini silai machine thruogh naaptol.com vide order no 3315708 and was delivered to me. Since the product was a defective one I sent back to the vendor and the receipt was confirmed. After rectification the vendor sent me a mail that the product has been re-dispatched to me vide Firstflight Currier consignment no LA0378047. The consignment No was wrong because the same consignment was delivered to me at the very first time. Latter I contacted their customer support and gave me new consignment No as ZA6449840. However this No also not accurate as the origin and destination of the consignment are opposite in my case. I am staying in Bareilly and the consignment supposed to come from Hyderabad. Whenever I contact to customer support they just comfort me that the product shall reach to me soon. But I am still waiting for last 19 days which was supposed to reach me within 7 working days as they claim.

                                        We placed an order for a Wespro NEW 1GHZ Touch screen Tablet PC with 3G on NAAPTOL.COM . order no. 3702089. they shippped us an old model which is cheaper & did not have all the contents inside as mentioned on the main carton & now they expect us to send the tablet PC to them back & wait for 15 days to recv the replacement. We had ordered on COD basis as we are a bit skeptical abt online shopping.

                                        Looks like they have cheated us as they did not have the product & they sent a cheaper product.

                                        with 3G and when I opened the package in front of the blue dart office manager the screen is not working I mean my tablet is not getting on.
