Its my first deal with naaptol ....I have bought HTC mobile from naaptol & its same has been
delivered at my home withn 7 days..when i was using this phone that time i could not use the internet
for I called customer care they advice to me visit service center for this issue & also they provide to me
my nearset service center address with contact details which I have to easy to find & i realy appricet to this
type of customer care service My problem has been got resolved.


Such a marvelous looking handset with so many of the best features and it can be availed at nominal price tag.

    i was order a tablet pc Xelectrone ws 707 order no-4436131 before order i ask the costomer exicutive that it has a sim slot or not then they told yes it has but when i reacived it has no sim slot never support any of dongles so i call back to them and asked they and now they telling no it has no sim slot please returnet back in oure khasra new delhi addres we do better hat tab and again after some day after after reacived they told me u got the same product then i call what i have to do with that bcoz it has no sim slot so i tell give me other`tab ws777 same compony tab same price bcoz it has sim slol but they cant agree to give me that tab,,and disconnect my call after again now one of them reacived the call and he told me it has sim slot behind inside the cover near bettry but i was checked it was not any sim slot ..after that i call again to conform that it has sim slot or not then nex was said no it has no sim slot showing in oure system please send us a shnaapshot of your order and product spacification deatails showing in your system then i did the same ...again i called the nex one is saying we cant give product details but firstst he told it has sim slot after saying my order id he told me no it has not sim slot ...when i told why r u saying wrong details about product he tell me u have to aske befor byeing then i said yes i was asked before byeing then he told me yas it has a sim slot ...then he told so u have to call the person whom tell you it has sim slot ...then i sayid how is this possible he sayed i dont know but when i told that see your site about product details he told me ...yas it has sim slot ..................so i cofused bcoz they all trying to do make us fool they all are cheaters they cant forword the call to superwisore or manager that means i cant complain enywhere ...and they also missguide us they all are cheater if i cant found any sim slot in this time so i do what i have to do so many act are hear to teach u a good lession if i cant satisfy then i can make u unsatisfy frome it is my open challeng you that u have to face probblam frome me bcoz i m able to close your site i have somany wheyes to to do that i never aske anyone what i have to do bcoz i know how i teach u lession to cheat me so please dont underestemate me bcoz i m not a un educated person and i can do enything with legally so please do not underestemate me bcoz i have so many otheriy frome indian goverment ..also other ways with legaly so be care full frome me......

      My self Sukhdev Singh and I have received a product from www.naaptol.com on dated 07 Jul 2012. While I have received the courier and checked the Vox mobile at that time that was defected. As per the trail mail I am following up with their company representative, but I have not received positive response at their end. Ultimately circumstances compel to me to take this issue in the consumer court. So, I am humbly requesting to you to do the needful for my problem.

        My name is Ashish Sharma ,Mobile No. [protected] .I ordered a mobile handset of Rs 2999 from Naptol
        with order number 3424991 .They committed " 100 % money back Guarantee " .I returned the handset to company as it was defected and they assured that refund will be processed within 21 working days ,But three months have passed and company is not returning my money .I have put so many complaints to Naptol -Customer care but they never bothered .
        It is a big cheating ,although they give 100 % money back guarantee addvertisement on television and in newspapers .This company seems to be fraud .Pls do needfull to get my money back and close such type of
        fraud company .Wating for a quick and kind revert .

          Naaptol gave me a product not as they described in the ad. inter memory only 2 gb not 4. does not connet to internet. request refund or replacement with correct product.

          We are sorry to note that the item that you have purchased through the order no-4437112 & you have received different product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

          As per our telephonic conversation, request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
          * Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
          * Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

          Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a refund.

            i Bolaram Sanathkundan ordered a digital camera from naaptol.com (order no.2957116 dated 06.12.2011). The company delivered an empty parcel after receiving full payment. i complained about the empty hamper to the company, they assured us to be refunded within 21 days after several formalities but they didn't. Please take quick action so that they can't ditch innocent people on their big banner name.

            I ordered a handy cam and a induction cooker when i received it in the box of handy cam there was a brick and there was a broken induction heater i have sent a complaint letter with 2 witnesses and post office stamped page what i have to do now

              Synopsis :

              13.07.2012 - I am looking to purchase Induction Cooker on an urgent basis as I've just moved in and do not have gas connection. I look around locally in various shops of Thane and Mulund, and I find good branded Induction Cookers to be in range of 2500 and upwards. In the evening I browse online, and find a deal on naaptol.com, listing for Glen GL - 3070 Induction Cooker for Rs. 2789/- which included 6 piece induction cookware set. I am inclined to purchase the same, provided favourable delivery times.

              14.07.2012 - I call naaptol customer care for confirming delivery period before placing the Order. I specifically told the person that this was very important to me, because as told earlier, I dont have other sources for cooking and if it were to take longer than 5 or 6 days, I will consider to buy locally and not online. He sweet-talked me into saying they are based in Mumbai and since the product too was to be shipped to Mumbai, it will take maximum of 4 days. Believing upon his representations, I place the Order for the Induction Cooker and immediately my payment through credit card was also accepted.

              17.07.2012 - The Naaptol website showed my Order still "under Verification". Call up Customer Care, they put me on hold for long time and mind you this is not a 1800 toll-free number. Useless answer saying product will be shipped shortly. Same thing is repeated next two days.

              22.07.2012 - Despite long after passage of 4 days, no sign of product, worse, no sign of any information from naaptol. Order still "Under Verification" on Website, and no help from customer care either, everyone just keep repeating "product aapko jald se jald mil jaaega, without telling when it will be even couriered, if not delivered. No explanation for why Order "under verification" either.

              23.07.2012 - Shot off an email to CEO, Naaptol at [protected]@naaptol.com, about the poor service and misrepresentation., I am reproducing bits from the same here :

              "Since past Now 10 days have elapsed and they are still in process of VERIFICATION, which is a complete and utter sham, and they are still non-committal about a date by which the product will be definitely be couriered, and just keep making vague and pointless answers and excuses. Fail to understand what they need so much time for so-called Verification, while they are happy to take money without any such so-called Verification. Totally unprofessional approach in firstly fraudulently making false promises to customers about delivery prior to placing of Order, and thereafter not even acting responsibly to act upon Complaints and endeavour to resolve it.

              Even contacting your customer service is so much of a hassle, we are put on hold for an endless amount of time and unlike other portals, you dont seem to have a toll-free 1800 number, so even for your faults and neglect, we have to suffer even more by being charged for complaint calls. Even then, I have persisted and I have made Complaints, being Number 3242334 and 3255084, asking about my product delivery, but all i get is vague and evasive answers and more excuses from whomsoever the person I am talking to, and no one has yet to give me a date by which the product will atleast be couriered, if not delivered. At first I thought it was the person concerned who did not have any knowledge, but since each and every one of your customer care persons..Laxmikant, Rajkumar, Amol..to name a few.. are giving the same EXACT type of evasive and pointless replies, I am convinced that they are merely acting upon your COMPANY's policy, for which, the responsibility ends with you, the CEO.

              I have never encountered such hassle and trouble in my dealings with any of the online portals, and you have completely shook my trust in your portal for this was my first transaction with you.

              It is now apparent that you had made false and fraudulent misrepresentations about delivery time through your customer care person only to solicit my order, and upon recieving the payment, you have reverted back to your evasive modes.
              I can't think of a more stupid excuse for non-delivery than "Order under Verification". God knows what on earth are you verifying ? I'll be happy to provide you with whatever that is it you need to complete your so-called verification.. my pan number, my it returns..details of personal life..but we both know it is a sham and a miserable excuse to hide your deficiencies and unprofessional approach on your part. If you weren't in a position to provide me the product in 4 days as assured by you prior to placing or order, or even 10 days, you simply ought not have taken my Order. I have to suffer a tremendous deal, because as i said earlier, I am stuck with having made payment to you, not even knowing when product is going to be shipped, much less delivered, and without any other gas connection, or appliances so I , for which I have to shell out needlessly on outside food."

              23.07.2012 - Receive a reply from naaptol.com purportedly apologizing and another standard one-liner saying "We have escalated the issue to the concerned vendor and logistics team, the product would be dispatched to you at the earliest on priority basis." Email fails to answer why so much time taken over verification, and furthermore, EXACT date when the product will be dispatched. Same standard evasive answers, except changing Order status from "under verification" to "verified"

              24.07.2012 till date - No further change.. No answer about when they are going to ship the product.. no answers whatsoever. I am meanwhile thoroughly cheated and have to continue to spend on outside food.

              My problem with naaptol.com isnt just the non-delivery, but the false promises and misrepresentation made PRIOR to placing of Order only to revert back later and not providing customers with clear answers as regards to delivery and hiding under pretext of "verification" as such.

              Purchase from naaptol.com at your own peril, folks, especially if you want the product at a deadline.

              It is so damn funny that this was the VERY SAME email i received that too on 23.07.2012, which I have reproduced in the complaint above. It is clear that this reply by you on 28.07.2012 is just a standard statement you issue whenever anyone complains, and in fact the cause of the complaint goes unheeded. You have done nothing to resolve the issue, except make lame excuses and put out standard one-liners in reply. You have thoroughly stood exposed here.

                I ordered motorola milestone xt800 phone on 09/07/2012 on naaptol at www.Naaptol.Com with order ID:4380676, but even after 20days till date they don;t send the product. I have called more then 10 times on their customer care no.[protected]. I don't know why is this delay is happening in delivering the product. If they can't manage to take orders online. I don’t understand, when phone was not in stock then why they take the order, waste my time & money. I definitely took this case to consumer court & court case filled against them for 'fraud of illicit financial business case'. Cheating customers & use their money for their own business. How they can use customer money & harash them.

                  I bought a HTC EVO 4G CDMA Mobile from Naaptol.com online and that was not working properly so i complaint to naaptol. they told me that please send it on our office address and you will get a new mobile or refund whatever you want. i sent that mobile to naaptol.
                  After few days i called to naaptol customer care and the told me please send POD and after received POD you will get your refund within 21 days.
                  Still I am calling to them and they always says that we don't have any record about your refund i am sending your refund request please wait, you will inordinately give you refund. they also accept that we got your POD on 19th June, 2012.
                  Please help me to receive my refund from naaptol.

                    Please go through the online shopping summery with NAAPTOL:

                    PRODUCT NAME: Padmini CS - 4GT Jalwa Gas Burner

                    Placed on Date: 20 Jun 2012

                    Order cancellation date: 21 June 2012 (By personel mail ID)

                    Shippied on: Wed, Jun 27, '12

                    Courier Name: Blue Dart Surface All India Courier AWB No.:[protected]

                    Total Payble Amount: Rs.4080.00

                    Now if you have gone thru above trail you can see that the order was cancelled on very second day, still they deliberately shipped it (Non coordination of internal departments). This cancelled order product reached me on 30.06.12. As it was already cancelled I didn't accepted the delivery & the product was returned to Naaptol. Since then I regularly kept the track of refund. Today when I called them back for refund status, their customer executive Ms. Shenaaz told me that undelivered product is received on 24.07.12 at Naaptol, now it will take 15 working days to refund. The product reached to me in 2 days , but when I not accepted the delivery the product was returned to Naaptol in 23 days :-( ?????? And the courrier company was BLUE DART ...... :-(((. Now one can understand how Naaptol is making fool of the customers. "JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO" ...... As I have paid Naaptol thru credit card my due date of full & Final credit card payment is 01.08.2012. If the refund not reflects upto the due date they will charge heavy interest & fine as the credit card company policy. Now will the Naaptol bear this Interest & fine ???? I request consumer forum to look into the matter and help me to get back the refund asap. And dear customers please dont fall prey of this fooling company Naaptol. They hold the refund payments of thousands of consumers deliberately upto one month and get heavy interest.

                    DEAR CONSUMER FORUM TAKE STRICT ACTION ON COMPANIES LIKE NAAPTOL. THEY ARE JUST BEFOOLING THE CONSUMERS.

                      I bought a fast-track watch from naaptol recently and after 3 weeks they delivered the cheap and wrong watch instead of the one I bought. The product I ordered was:

                        I have made the purchase of Sony LED TV from naaptol on 2 July 2012 it is also 20 days the product is still not delivered and the customer support is the worst kind they wont update the status of the delay and wont talk to the customer queries properly..

                        Never buy products from naaptol and get trapped.

                          I had ordered a new blackberry bold 9300 handset from naaptol.Com on 30th march 2012. The phone costed me rs 14,300. It was supplied to me by one alpha radio, a vendor of naaptol.Com.

                          I got the phone after a few days. But to my surprise, the phone DID not turn on at all. I contacted naaptol.Com, which diverted my query to the vendor alpha radio. I had a horrible experience dealing with them. First, they DID not respond at all to my calls/Mails. Finally, when they DID, I was told that someone will pick up the handset from my place, which never happened. After waiting for weeks and numerous mails/Calls, I finally managed to reach their office. They kept the phone and told me that another phone will be sent to me soon.

                          Again after numerous mails/Calls for weeks, I DID receive a handset, which was old. It had scratch marks all over, and the imei number on the handset DID not match the one given on the box, which raised suspicion. Anyway, the same exercise started. I contacted naaptol.Com, who asked me to get in touch with alpha radio again. They again took weeks to respond. I again went to their office, where they asked me to leave the handset.

                          After weeks of followup, I one day went to alpha radio's office, and was promised another handset in a day or two, which DID happen.

                          Again, I was suspicious of the handset since the imei number on box and handset DID not match. However the phone looked fine to me, and I started using it.

                          After a few days o[censored]se, a few keys started coming out of the keypad. I fixed them with an adhesive, since I DID not have energy to fight with naaptol.Com/Alpha radio. A few days later, a few more keys stopped functioning all together. I took is to a blackberry service centre, where I was told that the keypad circuit is broken. It costed me rs 1200 to get it fixed. I was told at the service centre that it's an old phone, which has been poorly refurbished, and sold as a new phone.

                          Now since last weekend, the phone is dead, as the battery is not taking any charge. I took it to a blackberry service centre, where they are saying the entire circuit is broken. They again charged me rs 1500 to fix it.

                          I am really unhappy, harassed, cheated, and it's a case of fraud on part of naaptol.Com and it's vendor alpha radio. They are selling old mobile phones in the garb on new ones. Strong action is required against them.

                                I have returned Big home silai machine: My order no. was 3782600.
                                The product is very compact but it has many problems like follows:
                                1) it does not stitch continuous.
                                2) needle breaks very frequently
                                3) thread also breaks in between stitches every 3-5 minutes.
                                4) also it is not stable while stitching due to very light weight.

                                I need complete refund for the same. Even Naaptol customer care was promising that they will give refund. I have name of all customer care executive i talked with.
                                Product is dispatched thru bluedart a/c no. 113260 with docket no. [protected]. it was delivered on 15th June. i have confirmation of the same. still Naaptol is claiming that it received on 26th sometime or 28th sometime.
                                Still I have not received refund. Please do the needful to help me.

                                        I purchased a blackberry storm from naaptol.But after 2-3 days of delivery i found that the touch press of phone was inefficient,the speaker volume at full was not clear at all.And after 15 days o[censored]se it showed charging port problem. I sent back the blackberry on 11/6/2012. The phone reached Delhi on 12/6/2012.But i came to know that it was misrouted to Hyderabad and now I came to know that naaptol has alpha radio vendor over there in Hyderabad .The phone neither reached naaptol nor I received it back.And now naaptol says we are not responsible for such stuff. But I came to know that phone was sent to Hyderabad from Delhi by naaptol to their ALPHA RADIO VENDOR where they replace the phone with empty box with some pieces of glass in it.they returned the courier and declared it as RTO due to address not found.
