[Resolved]  Ndpl — Poor condition of Power Supply in Sultanpuri Area F-3 block

Dear Sir,
My name is Lajpat Kurdiya S/o Shri Babulal Kurdiya R/o House no. 223 Block F-3, Sultan Puri New Delhi – 110086.
Now days, we are suffering with a bizarre issue of electricity in our area F-3 Block. I would appreciate that electricity condition was better than. But again there is no difference. Same as earlier your department also make lots of policy and implemented. But all these efforts to reform the condition of electricity have you checked are working fine of not. Let me tell you.
NO…………..No…………….....
The condition of electricity is becoming deteriorated in our area day by day. We had seen a dream of better power supply for New Delhi. It seems now days the condition of electricity is hopeless.
As same NDPL electrician, NDPL’s customer care executive also becoming couch potatoes they people are not performing their duty honestly.
Last Night the entire limit had been crossed by NDPL customer care executive MR. ANIL, MR. VINAY and MR. RAJIV.
Last night when I reached home at 9:30 PM there was no power supply as usual daily routine. I waited for power come. Mean while I came to know that since morning power had been coming only for few minute and going for long time. I have compliant number of our local area sultan puri zonal office [protected]. I tried many time on this number [protected] bell was ringing but no one picked up my phone.
Then I dialed NDPL Customer care number[protected] at 10:12PM Monday 22/06/2009 for knowing the status of area.
1. Mr. Anil took my call. I made him understand the issue of my area F-3 Block of Sultan Puri New Delhi. Mr. Anil replied me that there was no updated information from Sultan Puri Area. Then I requested for lodging a call against regarding issue of Sultan Puri Area. When I asked for complaint number. Mr. Anil put me on hold and after waiting few minute my phone was cut.
2. Then again I re-dialed same number this time Mr. Vinay took my call I asked for Mr. Anil with whom my conversion was going on. Now Mr. Vinay didn’t reply me but I heard backward sound of gossip. They people were laughing at me one person said “fir usi ka phone hai kya Vinay rakh de yaar” I was about to ask that what was the fault why has power not been coming since morning continuously. After having my query my call was again cut.
3. Last time called again this time Mr. Rajiv took my call I heard again backward sound “ usi number se phone aa raha hai kya kaat de mat utha” I said HELLO………. Are you listening my voice or not but I am listening your gossip then Mr. Rajiv Replied me then again I made him understand. Then he informed that by the 11:15 PM your area will be rectified. I asked about the issue and Anil and Vinay. He assured me that within 10 minutes my senior will get back you for this issue.
I waited half an hour and I tried again to call again but this time I was completely stumped. My phone was blocked last night on[protected].

Really I would appreciate what I team work of NDPL customer care I saw last night and what a great service of NDPL service of Sultan Puri Area F-3 Block.
