[Resolved]  Nokia 1650 — security code

Nokia 1650 — "S" is not working.

My mob is Nokia 1650. I just purchased this. The problem is, In my cell alphabet "S" is not working. For ex: - when I am searching a name starts with "s"(Susan), it would not come. And also if the "s" (Jo's'h) is in the middle of a name, the problem is the same. Totally the cell can't find out the “S". How can I solve the issue? please inform me immediatly.
