[Resolved] Nokia 2630 — hanging and restarting problem | |
i beg to say that i am facing some problem after puchasing of nokia 2630 from subiksha store 19 may 08. because there have have a large problem runinig in my mobile phone is that my mobile could not be start and to be hang oftenly. i have complaint to your authorised care center 13 june 08. they suggest me to left the mobile for 15 days but after 15 days my mobile could not be repair properly. sir i want to request you to please give me another mobile or return my money. complaint detail given below... service center- turbo info-tech. maruti tower, sanjay place, agra(up) job sheet no. 61434038/080613/138. 13.06.08 ESN/IMEI no. when any body make me miss call for 1-2 second and at that time my nokia2630 phone is in auto lock mode
then my phone getting hanging problem this problem is major because at that time "switch on/off" (red button) is not working and for restarting my phone I remove the battery and again insert battery then pressing the red button I able to start my phone
This is major BUG from Nokia Company
so that reason I am not doing auto lock my phone
but in traveling this is difficult to stay without auto locking cell phone
I hope every one will aware from this problem
please do not purchase Nokia2630 phone
