i purchased the above nokia 5310 xpress music on 13th dec 2007 from delhi. after some time there came the problem in software of mobile, my battery used to discharge with in 2-3 hrs i went to nokia care at bangalore(R.T nagar) they told me to change the software and after giving them my mobile they started torchuring me.i was continously making call to them asking what is the status of my mobile but they did not care to attend...

I have lodged complaints with Nokia care for replacing defective BL5C battery approx 7-8 months back.Nokia have promised that these defective battery will replaced soon.
I have attempted and approach many time nokia care on telephone that my defective battery DL5C (duly acknoliged by Nokia care on line) should be replaced but still waiting . please help

Sir, I am using Cell One Post Paid under Plan -123. The options like Travel informations etc under Cell One menu are not funstioning. We have made several complaints at Visakhapatnam, but till date no corrective measure has been initiated. Please look into the matter and do need full.
More over, neither the monthly bills are been sent in proper time, nor the same are available in NET till 10th/11th of any month, nor any massege...

MY MOBILE IS SHOWING MESSAGE AGAIN AND AGAIN THAT MEMORY LOW DELETE SOME DATA BUT TOTAL CAPACITY OF MEMORY CARD IS 488 MB AND USED 222 MB AND FREE SPACE IS 266 MB.KINDLY ADVISE ME THAT WHY MY MOBILE IS SHOWING THIS MESSAGE.
