[Resolved]  Nokia 3110c — automatic switch off, nokia customer care are irregular response for me.

NOKIA 3110 — switched off automatically and not turn on

i brought a new nokia 3110 it is restarting automatically and some times it switch off and never wont become on i reached the care center for solving the prob they are updating it and again after some days same prob repeats.
kindly give me a suggestion what to do in this sittuation

I bought Nokia 3110C on May 2009 & I am using 1 GB Memory card
At first it works without any problem but now it gets switched off whenever i switched on my mobile it will automatically switched off with in 30 second
please help me

i am using nokia 3110c since 4 months.some daies before my mobile speaker was cut.i went to nokia care at balasore near station chaka.he solved my problem.but after 8 daies my mobile is automatically switched off.i bring to nokia care for that problem, a madam told me no virus in your memory chip.prepair my mobile, then i went to my home.same problem occur after 4 daies.i went to this nokia care for this problem.he told me your mobile is attracted with virus.you will be charged about Rs 200 .i told him i have warrenty .why i give you Rs 200.my mobile seriel no is-----[protected].pls solved my problem immediately.

NOKIA / 3110C handset — irregular service

i had purchased Nokia 3110C of IMEI no [protected]... on 16.06.09 .They give us one year warranty. It stopped working just after a week time. We deposited it twice to their Modinagar's service centre.. but our problem does not get solved. Now we have again deposited our cell to their meerut's service centre.. they are not ready to listen to our problem and even misbehaved with us...plz do the needful

Nokia have to replace with a new handset. I think thar the consumer get compentation from nokia for their missbehaviour. I highly reqest to the consumer fourm to take a big action that theyrealise that consumer also a human being not only they are. I am givent this comm because I get like this many problem including me also me too suffering by this handset problem

i m using nokia 3110c, first i was having the problem with vibration and now it has stated with music player...songs will be loaded in mb card but when i on the music player it will update the library and then prompts a error called no music files found...

Nokia Classic 3110 — regular problem of flickering and switching off

Hi,
I have bought a cell phone Nokia Classic - 3110 from a Mobile Store, Patia, Bhubaneswar this year on June.
On the month of August my cell started giving a problem. The phone suddenly got switched off and when i again switched it on, it started flickering and got switched off automatically. I tried it many a times, but the phone gave me the same problem. I then went to Nokia Care Center at Shahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar, which is around 10 kms from my place.There i have been told that it was some software problem and said me that they would repair it for free. After the cell got repaired, it was working fine. Now after around 3 months i.e yesterday night which is 21st Nov 2009, i faced the same problem again. I am working in an IT company, and i dont have that much time to go everytime to repair my cell which didn't even complete its one year of warranty from the date it was bought.I go to my Office at 8:30 am and return from the same at 9:00 pm.

Nokia being a reknowned company for cell phones, one should not expect such a probelm with one's cell within half a year of its warranty.

Here by, i request you to change my set as soon as possible or give me some exact solution to this problem. Hope i don't get disappointed with your services.

Nokia 3110C — mobile switching off

i have purchased nokia 3110c last year.. within 15 months it had regularly troubled with switch off problems.. some 5 or 6 times it has happened within 15 months.. whenever i went to nokia care i got similar reply that it has viruses.. even i havent used the memory card or bluetooth since last 2 services.. nokia care executives are also not giving proper reply.. everytime they do software update & each month i have to pay 150rs..
dont know what to do? my memory card is working properly in other cell.. i want a permanent solution because i m fed up with getting all my numbers again & again.. so whats the solution???

i have nokia 3110c automaticaly switched off problem, when i switched on it's automaticaly switched off after 1 hour.

I have purchased nokia 3110c at 26/04/2009.Within 4 months(in august) it had troubled with switch off problems.I went to nokia care( at naktala, south kolkata) & i got reply that it has viruses.Within 1 month (in september) the same problem happened.Again i got the same reply from nokia care.Few days( 5th march ) ago the same problem happened again.I couldn't access internet from mobile.Even i haven't used the memory card or bluetooth since 1st service.Nokia care executives are also not giving proper reply.Everytime they do software update.
This time i don't know what to do?I want a permanent solution because i m fed up with getting all my numbers again & again & warranty period will be upto 26/04/2010.So please help me by solving my problem.

i buy a nokia3110c phone from planet m allahabad center they gave me two year warranty due to auto on off problem i summited my phone to them but they are not taking it seriouslyand they are not giving any type of coustmer satisfaction, please help me sir this is my third complain to you
