I am Arpan Paul.. i have buy a nokia 3110c at 1432009.IMEI no [protected] product code-0566963..its 10 time same problem bt they not able to repair my set parmanently...i am begging replace my handset with a new..the nokia care center name is syscomp infotech..

Sue a file against nokia company in consumer court they'll call you only on the hearing date and tell you all procedures and rules.

Don't bother or worry just go to the court in courts 99 percent you'll win the case because nobody goes to the court if he is wrong.

Nokia 3110c — improper service

i owned a new mobile of nokia 3110c on 26.06.2009.
but this mobile was not working properly(Blue tooth),so i upgrade the sotware through through nokia care in dindigul over 4 times.yet i'm not satisfied with thier service i said to forward my handset to head office but till now it's not rectified. so i request you to pave a way for justice.

I bought nokia 3110c,from a nokia dealer in aizawl on[protected],the device was working well until i tried to work with internet,but when i tried working with internet,the problem started. I needed GPRS settings for that,after saving few settings,the device says,"only 70 sets allowed.settings discarded". In the month of september i went to nokia care in silchar,Assam,there the corrected the problem,but again it started,now when i go to nokia care they say i need to pay for it,what should i do as its not fault at my side,its the device problem and not only with my handset but also with every nokia 3110c,please suggest what should i do.
