Nokia — images and mp3 are not stored in memory card

Inspite of giving assurance by your staff they have not made my Nokia N72.Moreover they are telling to come after 10 days My problem in the handset

is image is not been captured in memory card.It is showing Database is not found.I have changed the memory card also, still the problem persist.

mobile not showing memory card in gallery even memory is in slot.when i connect with data cable, option of 'data storage', mobile messages insert memory card...can any body tell me whether is it repairable or nt please help me about this.
